Description

【0001】

Then, a recess 12 is formed in which the large diameter portion 11 of the fastening bolt 10 is fitted.
[0012]
On the other hand, an angle fixing member 13 is provided between the elongated hole 8 and the link member 6, and one end of the angle fixing member 13 is rotatably mounted on a predetermined position of the link member 6 via a shaft 14. At the same time, the fastening bolt 10 having the other end inserted into the elongated hole 8 is screwed to the nut 15 fixed to the angle fixing member 13, and the tread plate 4 is adjusted to an arbitrary angle by tightening and loosening the fastening bolt 10. I can do it.
[0013]
Also, on the side surface of the inclined support 3, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the number of the pillars 26 of the handrail frame 25 (two or The mounting plate 17 is fastened to the inclined column 3 with a bolt and nut 19 in accordance with the position.
[0014]
A through hole 20 is formed near the upper portion of the short pipe 16 as shown in FIG. 5, and a nut 21 is fixed to the short tube 16 so as to match the through hole 20. By screwing 22, the swing of the tube inserted into the short tube 16 is fixed.
[0015]
5 and 6, a through hole 24 for inserting the fixing pin 23 is formed in the vicinity of the lower portion of the short tube 16 so as to face the lower end of the handrail frame 25 as shown in FIGS. Two through holes 27a and 27b for inserting the fixing pins 23 at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the pillar 26 are also formed in the lower portion of the pillar 26.
[0016]
Next, a method for installing the temporary scaffold stairs will be described. First, a handrail frame 25 is attached to the stairs 1 as shown in FIG. At this time, the position at which the pillar 26 of the handrail frame 25 is attached to the socket fitting 18 attached to the inclined support 3 is determined by predicting the angle at which the stairs 1 are bridged. Through holes 27a and 27b are formed in two places at an interval of about 100 mm.
[0017]
The following three methods shown in FIG. 6 can be used for attaching to the socket fitting 18. As the mounting method 1, the lower end of the pillar 26 is supported by a fixing pin 23 inserted into a through hole 24 formed in the short pipe 16 of the socket fitting 18.
[0018]
As the mounting method 2, the lower through-hole 27a at the lower portion of the pillar 26 is made to coincide with the through-hole 24 formed in the short pipe 16, and the fixing pin 23 is inserted into these through-holes to be mounted.
[0019]
In the third mounting method, the upper through-hole 27b below the pillar 26 is made to coincide with the through-hole 24 formed in the short tube 16, and the fixing pin 23 is inserted into these through-holes to be mounted.
[0020]
The inclination angle of the stairs 1 can be adjusted in a range of 15 degrees to 70 degrees. If this is divided into three stages according to the inclination angle, for example, 15 degrees to 45 degrees as the first stage and 45 degrees as the second stage 60 to 70 degrees as the third stage.
[0021]
When the method of attaching the pillar 26 of the handrail frame 25 to the inclined section is applied from the above three methods, when the inclination angle is 15 degrees to 45 degrees, the attachment method 1 is used, and the inclination method is 45 degrees to 60 degrees. In this case, mounting method 2 can be used, and when the angle is 60 to 70 degrees, mounting method 3 can be used.
[0022]
According to the mounting method 1, the height of the handrail is the highest, and as the mounting methods 2 and 3, the handrail height is gradually reduced. Note that this is an example, and other divisions can be considered depending on the shape of the handrail frame and the number of mounting holes, and various combinations can be considered.
[0023]
In this manner, the handrail frame 25 is attached to the appropriate position of the socket bracket 18 of the inclined support 3 with the fixing pins 23 by predicting the inclination angle of the stairs 1, and the bolts 22 are further screwed and fixed. The latch 2 on the upper end side of the column 3 is locked to, for example, a horizontal member of a scaffolding frame installed on the upper side, and the latching bracket 2 on the lower end side of the inclined column 3 is fixed to the lower side of the scaffolding frame installed on the lower side. Lock to horizontal members. In addition, when installing on the ground, you may lay a laying board etc. and mount the latch 2 directly on it.
[0024]
When the locking of the inclined column 3 is completed, the fastening bolt 10 disposed on the side surface of the inclined column 3 is loosened, and the large diameter portion 11 of the bolt is separated from the recess 12 formed by the elongated hole 8 and the bolt fixing plate 9. The fastening bolt 10 is slidable along the elongated hole 8.
[0025]
Then, one of the tread plates 4 is turned so as to be horizontal by hand. When one of the treads 4 is rotated horizontally, the other treads 4 connected by the link members 6 also become horizontal. At this time, the angle fixing member 13 connected to the link member 6 also moves in conjunction with it, and the fastening bolt 10 for fixing the angle fixing member 13 also slides along the long hole 8.
[0026]
When the tread plate 4 becomes horizontal, the large-diameter portion 11 of the fastening bolt 10 is fitted into the recess 12 formed by the elongated hole 8 and the bolt fixing plate 9, and then the fastening bolt 10 is tightened to fix the angle fixing member 13. Then, the installation of one stair 1 is completed.
[0027]
Then, two or more stairs 1 are continuously installed by installing horizontal members at predetermined intervals and locking the metal fittings 2 at both upper and lower ends of the stairs 1 to the horizontal members, thereby forming a long stair. It is also possible to configure, and it is possible to cope with going up and down to a high place or the like.
[0028]
As described above, since the locking fittings 2 are fixed to both ends of the stairs 1, the stairs can be formed anywhere by locking the locking fittings 2 at both ends to a horizontal member such as a pipe appropriately installed at a construction site. It can be easily installed, and it is also possible to form a long stair by continuously installing two or more stairs by combining with a horizontal member such as a pipe, and it is possible to cope with ascending and descending to a high place.
[0029]
As described above, the height of the handrail frame 25 attached to the inclined support 3 can be adjusted according to the inclination angle to be bridged, so that the handrail can be grasped without difficulty during ascent and descent, and safety is improved.
[0030]
In addition, since the angle of the tread plate 4 is adjusted after the inclined support 3 is hooked at a predetermined place, the tread plate 4 can always be adjusted horizontally without being affected by the ups and downs of the ground supporting the stairs 1.
[0031]
Next, when the stairs 1 are transported or stored, the fastening bolts 10 on the side surfaces of the inclined columns 3 are loosened to separate the large diameter portions 11 of the bolts from the recesses 12 of the bolt fixing plate 9, and the fastening bolts 10 are elongated holes. 8 to be slidable.
[0032]
When the step board 4 is folded, the link members 6 are located inside the inclined columns 3 and the height thereof is shorter than that of the inclined columns 3. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6 can be accommodated between the inclined columns 3, and the appearance from the front becomes compact only with the inclined columns 3.
[0033]
When the tread plate 4 and the link member 6 are stored between the inclined columns 3, the large-diameter portion 11 of the fastening bolt 10 is fitted into the recess 12 of the bolt fixing plate 9, and then the fastening bolt 10 is tightened to tighten the tread plate 4 and the link member 6. Is fixed.
[0034]
When carrying the stairs 1, two people can easily carry the stairs 3 by hanging both ends of one of the inclined supports 3, and lay down when stacking a plurality of stairs 1 during carrying or storage. There is no obstacle on the inclined column 3 of the stairs 1, and even if the stairs are stacked one after another, the stairs can be stably stacked.
[0035]
The angle fixing device of the above embodiment can quickly and surely adjust and fix the angle of the tread plate 4, but the angle fixing device is not limited to the above embodiment, and other methods are used. Of course, it may be fixed.
[0036]
Although the handrail frame mounting bracket of the above-described embodiment has a socket formed by a short tube, the handrail frame mounting bracket is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, a metal member that is formed by bending a plate material into a substantially U-shaped cross section can be used as the metal fitting for fixing. Various methods can be adopted.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a locking metal fitting is formed in a semicircular notched state at both ends of a pair of parallel inclined struts of a temporary scaffold staircase toward the bottom side protruding from both ends thereof. At the site where the undulating condition of the site is different, the hooks at the bottom of the upper stairs and the hooks at the top of the lower stairs can be hooked onto the piers of one pipe on However, stairs for temporary scaffolding can be easily installed on the ground with different undulations at the construction site in combination with the horizontal members of the pipes. And, as the angle fixing device, a bolt fixing plate in which a long hole is formed in the side surface of the inclined column along the longitudinal direction, and a circular through hole is formed in the long hole having the same shape as the long hole at a predetermined interval. A recess is formed in which the large-diameter portion of the fastening bolt is fitted by overlapping and attaching to the long hole, and an angle fixing member is disposed between the long hole and the link member. Attaching the bolt to a predetermined position of the link material and screwing the other end inserted into the long hole to the nut fixed to the angle fixing material, and adjusting the tread plate to an arbitrary angle by tightening and loosening the fastening bolt By doing so, the tread plate can be adjusted to an arbitrary angle by the tightening and loosening operation of the fastening bolt. In particular, when the fastening bolts provided on the side surfaces of the inclined props are loosened, the fastening bolts become slidable along the long holes, and when one of the tread plates is turned horizontally, it is connected by the link material. The other treads are also leveled in tandem, and the fastening bolts are inserted into the round holes formed by the long holes and the bolt fixing plates. Can be installed. Then, when transporting or storing the stairs, loosen the fastening bolts on the side surfaces of the inclined columns to separate the bolts from the round through holes of the bolt fixing plate, and the fastening bolts are slidable along the long holes. Folded state.
[0038]
And even if the stairs are installed on the ground or floor as described above, the tread plate can always be adjusted horizontally by the angle fixing members of the left and right inclined supports without being affected by the undulating state. At the same time, the tread can be folded and stored, which facilitates transportation and storage. In addition, the combination of the horizontal members of the pipes and the stairs for temporary scaffolding makes it possible to easily set up stairs for temporary scaffolding anywhere, and it is also possible to install two or more stairs in succession, and ascend and descend to high places etc. Can also respond.
[0039]
Further, the tread plate can be adjusted to an arbitrary angle by the tightening and loosening operation of the fastening bolt.
[0040]
Further, the height of the handrail frame can be adjusted in accordance with the inclination angle, so that the handrail can be easily gripped when ascending and descending, and can be ascended and descended more safely.
