【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、以上の写真処理装置において、合成樹脂材料から形成される開閉カバーが大型になるに伴い、該開閉カバーが変形し易くなるのであって、特に、開閉カバーと機体との間に、該開閉カバーを開位置で保持するためのステーを架設した場合には、ステーによる開閉カバーの開放時、該開閉カバーにおける前記ステーとの連結部位に荷重が集中的に加わり、開閉カバーが、より一層変形する恐れがある。

以上の不具合に対しては、開閉カバーの肉厚を全体的に厚くして、カバー全体の強度を高める方法もあるが、以上の対処方法では、カバーの重量がそれだけ増大して、該カバーの開閉に大きな力が必要となる問題がある。
一方、以上の写真処理装置においては、開閉カバーの上面に、例えば写真プリントを搬送するためのコンベヤ装置等が組み付けられることがあるが、従来では、かかるコンベヤ装置などの構成機器を前記開閉カバーに組み付けるに際して、組み付け用の部材を別途形成して、該組み付け部材を開閉カバーに固定した上で、この組み付け部材を介してコンベヤ装置等を開閉カバー上に組み付けるようにしていることから、部品点数並びに組み付け工程が増大する。

本発明は以上の実情に鑑みて開発したものであって、目的とするところは、開閉カバーの剛性を高めることが出来ながら、しかも組み付け部材を別途用意せずとも写真処理装置の構成機器の組み付けが簡単に行える写真処理装置における開閉カバーの補強構造を提供するにある。

以上の目的を達成するために請求項1記載の発明は、機体とこの機体に揺動可能に支持した開閉カバーとの間に、該開閉カバーを開位置で保持するためのステーを架設した写真処理装置において、開閉カバーにおける前記ステーの連結部近傍に補強壁を一体形成して、該補強壁に写真処理装置の構成機器を組み付けるようにしたのである。

以下、本発明を図面に基づいて説明する。
先ず図1は、本発明を適用する写真処理装置の一例を示している。
この写真処理装置1は、写真焼付機2と自動現像機3とを一体に構成したものであって、概略的には、写真焼付機2の焼付部において印画紙にネガフィルムの画像を露光した後、この露光済の印画紙を自動現像機3に送り込む一方、自動現像機3では、前記写真焼付機2から送られて来た露光済の印画紙を、現像処理部で現像処理すると共に乾燥部で乾燥して、出来上がった写真プリントを機体30の上部に設けた排出口31から排出するようにしている。

この開閉カバー34は、合成樹脂材料により略平板状に形成され、図4に概略的に示すように、その一端部にスライド可能に設けた枢支軸35を、前記機体30に設けた支持部36に枢着することで、該機体30に対して上下方向揺動自在となり、且つ前記枢支軸35のスライドによる前記支持部36からの離脱により、機体30から取り外し可能としている。

以上のごとく請求項1記載の発明によれば、機体とこの機体に揺動可能に支持した開閉カバーとの間に、開閉カバーを開位置で保持するためのステーを架設した写真処理装置において、開閉カバーにおける前記ステーの連結部近傍に補強壁を一体に突設し、該補強壁に写真処理装置の構成機器を組み付けるようにしたことにより、開閉カバーにおける特に荷重が集中的に加わって変形し易いダンパーステーとの連結部位の剛性が十分高まり、従って開閉カバーの肉厚を厚くせずとも、かかる開閉カバーの変形を十分抑制することが出来るのあって、しかもかかる補強壁を写真処理の構成機器の組み付けにも有効利用することが出来るので、従来のように組み付け部材を別途用意しなくとも写真処理装置の構成機器を機体に対して簡単に組み付けることが出来る。
