本発明は、天井板や壁板等の固定板に形成した貫通孔から固定板裏面側に向けて入り込ませる枠体の貫通孔径方向外側に、当該枠体を貫通孔から入り込ませた状態で固定板表面側に接当する鍔が設けられ、前記枠体の貫通孔径方向内側に、前記貫通孔から固定板裏面側に向けて入り込ませる反射板が装着されているとともに、前記枠体には、先端部が固定板裏面側で前記貫通孔の周縁よりも貫通孔径方向外側に突出する突出姿勢で、前記枠体の前記貫通孔からの抜け出しを阻止する抜け止め具が取付けられる埋め込み型照明器具に関する。

【従来の技術】
冒記埋め込み型照明器具は、先端部が固定板裏面側で貫通孔の周縁よりも貫通孔径方向外側に突出する突出姿勢で、貫通孔から入り込ませた枠体の当該貫通孔からの抜け出しを阻止する抜け止め具と、枠体を貫通孔から入り込ませた状態で固定板表面側に接当する鍔とで固定板を表裏から挟んで、固定板裏面側に向けて入り込ませた枠体を固定板に固定し、枠体の貫通孔径方向内側に装着した反射板を固定板裏面側に向けて入り込ませる状態で設置できるよう構成したものであるが、枠体の貫通孔からの抜け出しを阻止する抜け止め具としては、例えば、実開平4−78709号公報に記載されているように、枠体に形成したスリット等の開口に挿通してその開口周縁に前記突出姿勢で係止されるもの(以下、第1抜け止め具という。)と、特開平4−62709号公報に記載されているように、枠体の一定位置に固定して、前記突出姿勢に復帰するよう付勢され、かつ、付勢力に抗しての弾性変位で当該枠体と共に貫通孔から挿入可能な姿勢に姿勢変更される、板バネ等で製作したもの(以下、第2抜け止め具という。)とがある。
そして、第1抜け止め具は、反射板を枠体から外しておいて、枠体を固定板裏面側に向けて入り込ませてから開口周縁に前記突出姿勢で係止する操作を必要とし、枠体の固定板に対する固定作業が煩雑になる欠点がある反面、貫通孔からの抜け止めが確実で信頼性が高い利点があるのに対して、第2抜け止め具は、付勢力に抗しての弾性変位で枠体と共に貫通孔から挿入可能な姿勢に姿勢変更して貫通孔に挿入すれば、その後は当該第2抜け止め具を格別操作することなく、その弾性復原力によって固定板裏面側で前記突出姿勢に復帰して枠体が抜け止めされるから、枠体の固定板に対する固定作業が簡便になる利点がある反面、固定板に固定した枠体が固定板表面側に無理に強く引っ張られたりすると、前記突出姿勢で抜け止めしていた第2抜け止め具が貫通孔周縁に強く押し付けられて、その先端部が付勢力に抗して貫通孔径方向内側に弾性変位してしまい、貫通孔から抜け出し易くなるから、貫通孔からの抜け止めに対する信頼性が比較的低い欠点がある。
この為、第1抜け止め具による抜け止め仕様とするべきか、第2抜け止め具による抜け止め仕様とするべきかを埋め込み型照明器具の設置場所に応じて合理的に決定することが望まれるが、従来の埋め込み型照明器具は、第1抜け止め具による抜け止め仕様とする場合には、第1抜け止め具のみを取付け可能な構造仕様の枠体を製作して組付け、第2抜け止め具による抜け止め仕様とする場合には、第2抜け止め具のみを取付け可能な構造仕様の枠体を製作して組付けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この為、一定仕様の埋め込み型照明器具において、そのうちの抜け止め仕様を第1抜け止め具による抜け止め仕様或いは第2抜け止め具による抜け止め仕様に変更して、第1抜け止め具と第2抜け止め具とを適宜使い分けたい場合、その抜け止め仕様に対応する構造仕様の枠体を組付ける必要があるから、埋め込み型照明器具の製作コストが高く付く欠点がある。

本発明は上記実情に鑑みてなされたものであって、抜け止め具が取付けられる枠体の構造を工夫することにより、一定仕様の埋め込み型照明器具において、そのうちの抜け止め仕様を安いコストで変更できるようにすることを目的とする。

又、本発明は、第2抜け止め具の構造を簡略化しながらも、大きな反射板を装着して、反射板からの反射光量の減少を抑制することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成する為の本発明の特徴構成は、固定板に形成した貫通孔から固定板裏面側に向けて入り込ませる枠体の貫通孔径方向外側に、当該枠体を貫通孔から入り込ませた状態で固定板表面側に接当する鍔が設けられ、前記枠体の貫通孔径方向内側に、前記貫通孔から固定板裏面側に向けて入り込ませる反射板が装着されているとともに、前記枠体には、先端部が固定板裏面側で前記貫通孔の周縁よりも貫通孔径方向外側に突出する突出姿勢で、前記枠体の前記貫通孔からの抜け出しを阻止する抜け止め具が取付けられる埋め込み型照明器具であって、前記枠体に形成した開口に挿通してその開口周縁に前記突出姿勢で係止される第1抜け止め具を取付け可能な第1取付け部と、前記枠体の一定位置に固定して、前記突出姿勢に復帰するよう付勢され、かつ、付勢力に抗しての弾性変位で当該枠体と共に前記貫通孔から挿入可能な姿勢に姿勢変更される第2抜け止め具を取付け可能な第2取付け部とが設けられているとともに、

図1,図2は、固定板の一例である天井板Aに形成した円形の貫通孔Bから天井板裏面側に向けて入り込ませる枠体1の貫通孔径方向外側に、当該枠体1を貫通孔Bから入り込ませた状態で天井板表面側に接当する円環状の鍔2が設けられ、枠体1の貫通孔径方向内側に、貫通孔Bから天井板裏面側に向けて入り込ませる反射板3が装着されているとともに、枠体1には、先端部が天井板裏面側で貫通孔Bの周縁よりも貫通孔径方向外側に突出する突出姿勢で、貫通孔Bから入り込ませた枠体1の当該貫通孔Bからの抜け出しを阻止する抜け止め具4,5が取付けられる埋め込み型照明器具の一例であるダウンライトを示し、枠体1に形成した開口の一例である上下方向に長いスリット孔6に挿通してそのスリット孔周縁に前記突出姿勢で係止される第1抜け止め具4を取付け可能な第1取付け部7と、枠体1下部の一定位置に固定して、前記突出姿勢に復帰するよう付勢され、かつ、付勢力に抗しての弾性変位で当該枠体1と共に貫通孔Bから挿入可能な姿勢に姿勢変更される第2抜け止め具5を取付け可能な第2取付け部8とを、貫通孔周方向に沿う位置を揃えて上下に配置して、枠体1の構造仕様を変更することなく、その抜け止め仕様を、図3,図4に示すような、第1抜け止め具4による抜け止め仕様、或いは、図8,図9に示すような、第2抜け止め具5による抜け止め仕様に変更できるよう構成されている。

第1抜け止め具4による抜け止め仕様の場合、白熱ランプ9と反射板3を外して、図5(イ)に示すように、スリット孔6に挿通した第1抜け止め具4のリブ12eと弾性片12fとを帯状フレーム1a外面に沿わせるように保持し、鍔2が天井板表面aに接当するまで、枠体1と共に天井板裏面側に向けて入り込ませてから、図5(ロ)の仮想線で示すように、抜け止め片12dが帯状フレーム1a内面に接当するまで、スライド金具12を天井板裏面上方側に押し出し、図5(ロ)の実線に示すように、当該スライド金具12のスリット孔6に沿っての押し下げ移動で押圧片12bを天井板裏面bに対して押し付ける。

そして、操作部材13の操作アーム13aを矢印のように下向きに揺動操作すると、押圧アーム13bの先端部がスリット孔6横の帯状フレーム1a内面に押圧され、鍔2が天井板表面aに接当していて枠体1の上向き移動が阻止されているから、更に操作アーム13aを揺動操作すると、スライド金具12の弾性片12fが弾性変形しながら、横軸芯Xが押圧アーム13bの先端部を支点にして下向きに移動して、スライド金具12全体が更に押し下げられ、横軸芯Xが押圧アーム13bの先端部よりも若干下側に移動して操作アーム13aが帯状フレーム1a内面に接当すると、図5(ハ)に示すように、スライド金具12の押圧片12bが、弾性変形した弾性片12fの弾性復原力で天井板裏面bを強く押圧する状態で、第1抜け止め具4がスリット孔周縁に前記突出姿勢で係止され、枠体1が天井板Aに固定される。

尚、第2抜け止め具5による抜け止め仕様の埋め込み型照明器具を天井板Aから外す時は、必要に応じて白熱ランプ9と反射板3を外す等してから、枠体1を無理に押し下げれば、第2抜け止め具5の突出板部5bが貫通孔B周縁の天井板裏面bに押圧されて帯状フレーム1a外面に沿うように弾性変形し、貫通孔Bから押し出される。

〔その他の実施例〕
1.第1取付け部と第2取付け部とが設けられる枠体は、有底筒状の箱型に形成されていても良い。
2.第1抜け止め具は、枠体に形成した孔や溝、切欠部等の開口に挿通してその開口周縁に前記突出姿勢で係止されるものであれば、その形状、構造は特に限定されない。
3.第2抜け止め具は、突出部の弾性変形で枠体と共に貫通孔から挿入可能な姿勢に姿勢変更されるものであれば、固定部と突出部とを弾性を備えた樹脂等で一体成形したものであっても良い。
4.内装用の壁板等のように、板面を上下方向に沿わせて固定される固定板に形成した貫通孔に入り込ませて設置される埋め込み型照明器具であっても良い。
5.反射板の形状は、平面視で円形に限定されず、平面視で多角形や楕円形であっても良い。
6.反射板の枠体に対する取付け構造は、反射板に形成した貫通孔に、枠体に固定した板バネを係脱させて、脱着自在に装着されるものであっても良い。
