Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a separation type air conditioner, a refrigerant pipe including a gas pipe and a liquid pipe is connected between an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. A refrigerant is circulated between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit via the refrigerant pipe, and cool or hot heat is conveyed to perform air conditioning in the room. However, when installing or maintaining the air conditioner, the refrigerant pipe may not be connected between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit.In such a case, it is necessary to prevent the refrigerant from leaking from the outdoor unit. There is. Therefore, a gas shut-off valve and a liquid shut-off valve that can be opened and closed from the outside are provided on the gas pipe and the liquid pipe on the outlet side of the outdoor unit, respectively, so that leakage of the refrigerant from the outdoor unit can be controlled. Along with this, the outdoor unit is provided with a closing valve mounting plate for mounting the gas closing valve and the liquid closing valve to be exposed to the outside.
[0003]
FIG. 4 is a side view showing a bottom frame provided in the outdoor unit of the conventional air conditioner. The bottom frame includes a bottom plate 42 that forms the bottom side of the main body casing, and a closing valve mounting plate 41 that stands upright on a side of the bottom plate 42. The closing valve mounting plate 41 has a mounting hole 45 for mounting a liquid closing valve and a mounting hole 46 for mounting a gas closing valve, which are vertically arranged to be long in the up-down direction and short in the lateral direction. A screw hole 50 for fixing a closing valve is provided on the side of the mounting holes 45 and 46. The closing valve mounting plate 41 is spot-welded to the upright edge 43 formed on the side of the bottom plate 42 at welding locations 47 and 48, and is attached to the bottom plate 42 at a welding location (not shown) on the bottom surface. It is spot-welded and attached to the bottom plate 42.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the outdoor unit described above, the bottom plate 42 and the closing valve mounting plate 41 are formed by separate members. The two members 41, 42 are connected by spot welding to form a bottom frame. Therefore, there is an advantage that the closing valve mounting plate 41 and the bottom plate 42 can be formed by members having different plate thicknesses and materials. However, on the other hand, there is a problem in that man-hours such as spot welding are required, which contributes to an increase in cost.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner capable of reducing the number of assembly steps of a bottom frame and reducing costs. It is in.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the first aspect, the bottom plate 2 forming the bottom side surface of the main body casing and the closing valve mounting plate 1 erected on the side of the bottom plate 2 are integrated by a single member. The closing valve mounting plate 1 is provided with ribs 3 and 4 extending vertically, and the closing valve mounting plate 1 is configured to mount a gas shutoff valve and a liquid shutoff valve side by side in a horizontal direction. Further, the ribs 3 and 4 are characterized in that the cross-sectional shape of the rib 3 on the side where the gas shut-off valve is mounted is larger than the cross-sectional shape of the rib 4 on the side where the liquid shut-off valve is mounted .
[0007]
In the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the first aspect, since the bottom plate 1 and the closing valve mounting plate 2 are formed as a single member as a single member, the step of connecting both members 1 and 2 can be omitted. It becomes possible. Also, the ribs 3, 4 allow the strength of the closure valve mounting plate 1 to be sufficient to support the closure valve. Furthermore, since the gas shut-off valve and the liquid shut-off valve are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, the moment generated by the operation of the shut-off valve and applied to the shut-off valve mounting plate 1 is smaller than when the shut-off valve is mounted side by side in the vertical direction. Can also be reduced. In addition, since the ribs 3 and 4 on the side where the gas shutoff valve is mounted are thicker than the ribs 4 on the side where the liquid shutoff valve is mounted, the closing valve mounting plate 1 on the side where the large gas shutoff valve is mounted. Will be further strengthened.
[0008]
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to claim 2 is characterized in that an outer peripheral portion of the closing valve mounting plate 1 is supported from the outside by a peripheral portion of a notch 12 provided in the side plate 11 .
[0009]
In the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the second aspect, the outer peripheral portion of the closing valve mounting plate 1 is supported from the outside by the peripheral portion of the notch 12 provided in the side plate 11, so that the tensile force to the outside is closed. Even when added to the valve mounting plate 1, the side plate 11 can prevent the deformation of the closing valve mounting plate 1.
[0010]
Further, in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the third aspect , the cutoff valve mounting plate 1 is provided with a cutout portion 13 in which an upper corner portion is cut obliquely, and the vicinity of the mounted shutoff valve is supported by the side plate 11. It is characterized in that it is in.
[0011]
In the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the third aspect, since the vicinity of the attached liquid shut-off valve is supported by the side plate 11, the deformation of the shut-off valve mounting plate 1 is more reliably prevented.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, specific embodiments of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is a side view of a bottom frame constituting a main body casing of the outdoor unit. In this bottom frame, a bottom plate 2 constituting the bottom surface side of the main body casing and a closing valve mounting plate 1 erected on a short side of the bottom plate 2 are integrally formed by a single member. Has been established. That is, the upright edge 7 formed on the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 2 is extended upward as it is at the center of the short side of the bottom plate 2 to form the closing valve mounting plate 1.
[0014]
FIG. 1A is a front view of the closing valve mounting plate 1, and FIG. 1B is a sectional view taken along the line AA. As shown in these figures, the closing valve mounting plate 1 is short in the vertical direction and long in the horizontal direction. A valve mounting portion 8 is provided at the center of the valve mounting portion 8 so as to protrude outward from the outdoor unit. With this projection, the connecting portion 9 that connects the valve mounting portion 8 and the closing valve mounting plate 1 obliquely to the plate surface of the closing valve mounting plate 1 surrounds the periphery of the valve mounting portion 8. Is formed.
[0015]
The valve mounting portion 8 is provided with a first mounting hole 5 for mounting a gas shut-off valve and a second mounting hole 6 for mounting a liquid shut-off valve, which are provided side by side in a horizontal direction. Further, screw holes 10 for fixing a closing valve are provided on both oblique sides of the mounting holes 5 and 6, respectively. On both sides of the valve mounting portion 8, ribs 3 and 4 extending vertically from the lower end of the upright edge portion 7 to the upper portion of the closing valve mounting plate 1 are provided. The ribs 3 and 4 have a substantially semicircular cross section so as to be depressed toward the inside of the outdoor unit, and the first rib 3 provided on the first mounting hole 5 side is provided on the second mounting hole 6 side. It is formed thicker than the second rib 4 provided. In addition, the closing valve mounting plate 1 is provided with a cutout portion 13 which cuts off an upper corner portion of the second mounting hole 6 side diagonally. Along the notch 13, the connecting portion 9 is also formed with an inclined portion 14 which extends obliquely.
[0016]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the assembly of the bottom frame constituted by the above-described closing valve mounting plate 1 and bottom plate 2 and the side plate 11 attached to the bottom frame. The side plate 11 is attached so as to cover a compressor and the like installed in the outdoor unit from the side and the back side, and constitutes a main body casing. A cutout 12 which is substantially the same shape as the outer shape of the valve mounting portion 8 and is slightly larger than the cutout 12 is provided in a lower portion of the side surface of the side plate 11. Then, the side plate 11 is attached to the bottom frame such that the notch 12 overlaps the closing valve attachment plate 1. Then, since the notch 12 is slightly larger than the valve mounting portion 8, the outer peripheral surface of the closing valve mounting plate 1 overlaps with the inner peripheral surface of the notch 12, and the valve mounting portion 8 extends from the notch 12. Is exposed to the side.
[0017]
In the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the closing valve mounting plate 1 and the bottom plate 2 are integrally formed by a single member. Therefore, the connecting step such as the conventional spot welding is not required, and the number of assembling steps of the outdoor unit can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. Further, since the ribs 3 and 4 extending in the vertical direction are provided on both sides of the valve mounting portion 8, even if the thickness of the closing valve mounting plate 1 is not particularly larger than the thickness of the bottom plate 2, the closing valve mounting plate 1 is not required. And the closing valve can be reliably supported. In addition, since the ribs 3 and 4 have a semicircular cross section, sufficient strength can be exerted against bending in the vertical direction applied to the closing valve mounting plate 1. Further, in the above description, the closing valves are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction. Therefore, with the lower base end of the closing valve mounting plate 1 as a fulcrum, the moment applied to the closing valve mounting plate 1 in a vertical plane by operating the closing valve is smaller than in the related art in which the closing valves are vertically arranged. Further, the strength against the above moment is also ensured by making the closing valve mounting plate 1 longer in the horizontal direction than in the vertical direction. Therefore, the support of the closing valve is more reliable.
[0018]
Also, the shutoff valve is somewhat larger in the gas shutoff valve than in the liquid shutoff valve, corresponding to the thickness of the refrigerant pipe. Therefore, the ribs 3 and 4 are made thicker on the side where the gas shutoff valve is mounted than on the side where the liquid shutoff valve is mounted. Therefore, the strength of the closing valve mounting plate 1 on which the large gas closing valve is mounted is further enhanced. The outer peripheral portion of the closing valve mounting plate 1 is supported from the outside by a peripheral portion of a notch 12 provided in the side plate 11. Therefore, even if an outward pulling force is applied to the closing valve mounting plate 1, the side plate 11 can prevent the closing valve mounting plate 1 from being deformed. In addition, a notch 13 is provided in the closing valve mounting plate 1 so that the side plate 11 supports the very close vicinity of the mounted liquid closing valve. Therefore, the deformation of the closing valve mounting plate 1 is more reliably prevented. Further, since the valve mounting portion 8 is formed so as to protrude from the plate surface of the closing valve mounting plate 1, the strength of the closing valve mounting plate 1 is also increased, so that the closing valve can be more reliably supported.
[0019]
Although the specific embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be implemented with various modifications within the scope of the present invention. For example, the shapes of the illustrated closing valve mounting plate 1 and the ribs 3 and 4 are merely examples, and can be variously changed within a range where the closing valve can be reliably supported. Further, in the above description, the closing valve mounting plate 1 is provided on the side of the bottom plate 2, but may be changed to be provided on the back side, the front side, or the like of the bottom plate 2. Note that "arranged in the horizontal direction" means that the attached shut-off valves are positioned so as to have portions overlapping each other in the horizontal direction.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
In the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the first aspect, since the bottom plate and the closing valve mounting plate are formed as a single member as a single body, the connecting step of both members can be omitted. Therefore, the cost of the outdoor unit can be reduced by reducing the number of steps. Also, by providing the rib, the strength of the closing valve mounting plate can be made sufficient to support the closing valve. Therefore, even if the closing valve mounting plate has the same thickness as the bottom plate, it is possible to reliably support the closing valve. In addition, the moment exerted by the mounted closing valve on the closing valve mounting plate can be reduced. Therefore, even if the closing valve mounting plate has the same thickness as the bottom plate, it is possible to reliably support the closing valve. Moreover, since the ribs on the side where the gas shut-off valve is mounted are thicker than the ribs on the side where the liquid shut-off valve is mounted, the strength of the shut-off valve mounting plate on the side where the large gas shut-off valve is mounted is further enhanced. Will be.
[0021]
Further, in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to claim 2, the outer peripheral portion of the closing valve mounting plate is supported from the outside by the peripheral portion of the notch provided in the side plate, so that the outward pulling force is applied to the closing valve mounting plate. Even if added, the side plate can prevent the deformation of the closing valve mounting plate.
[0022]
Further, in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the third aspect, since the vicinity of the attached liquid shutoff valve is supported by the side plate, deformation of the shutoff valve attachment plate is more reliably prevented.
