Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a booklet holding an article, and more particularly, to a booklet holding an article by pressing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art As a booklet holding an article, a booklet employing a plastic molded product has been known. This is one in which a plastic molded product manufactured according to the shape of the article is attached to one piece of the booklet, and the plastic molded article has a surrounding convex portion and an inner concave portion, and the article is in the concave portion. It has a structure to fit and hold. The holding of the article is designed so that the fitted article is not dropped by making the size of the concave part one dimension smaller than the article, which is designed and studied in detail when manufacturing the plastic molding die. Is done.
[0003]
A plastic molded product is also known, but a box-shaped product having a lid is also known. There are cases where the shape is designed according to the shape of the article and cases where it is designed as a general-purpose box.In the former case, a plurality of locking projections are provided inside the box according to the shape of the article. In the latter case, articles are placed inside the box and the margins are filled with paper or the like to hold the articles.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above conventional technique has a problem that the weight is increased and the cost is high because a plastic molded product is used. In other words, booklets are usually stacked in multiple volumes and transported to retail outlets, etc., and therefore require a certain level of strength. In the conventional technology, it is necessary to increase the wall thickness to give strength to the plastic molded product. There was a heavy weight as a result. Also, due to the design concept of holding the article in the recess of the plastic molded article, it is necessary to make the plastic molded article delicately small so that it fits enough to take out the article while holding the article as a whole in order to prevent shape deformation of the plastic molded article Therefore, it is necessary to make a mold for each article, there is no versatility, and the cost of the mold production has been a factor for improving the cost. Further, the increased weight has increased costs such as transportation costs and mailing costs. The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has a general versatility by eliminating fitting and holding an article in a concave portion, and by eliminating the use of plastic molded articles, the weight of the article is reduced. It is an object of the present invention to provide a booklet that holds articles that can be produced at low cost with the aim of reduction.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, claim 1 of the present invention,In a booklet having a concave piece for holding an article, the concave piece is a sheet base, a lightweight holding member attached to the sheet base, and an article storage through-hole provided in the holding member. An elastic body storage through-hole provided in the article storage through-hole via a connecting portion and connected to the article storage through-hole, and having a shape for fitting an elastic body; and an elastic body storage through-hole. And an elastic body having a substantially circular shape having a cross section whose diameter is larger than the width of the connecting part. The center of the elastic body is larger than that of the connecting part for storing the elastic body. A booklet body which is located on the through-hole side, and wherein the elastic body is deformed as a whole, and the article is held by pressing the article from the connecting portion to the side of the article storage through-hole. It is.
[0006]
That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the elastic body is fitted into the elastic body storing through hole, and a part of the elastic body has a structure protruding from the connecting portion toward the article storing through hole side. I have. Therefore, when an article is inserted into the article storage through-hole, the protruding elastic bodyDeformed as a whole,The article can be pressed against the article storage through-hole side, thereby holding the article. Therefore, even if the article does not necessarily fit in the article storage through-hole, the article is constantly subjected to pressure by the protruding elastic body, and is stably held. Further, since the pressing member is the elastic body, the elastic body is deformed at the time of storing the article and at the time of taking out the article, so that it can be easily performed.
[0007]
Here, the article is a flat article that can be bound to a booklet body and includes any part that receives pressure from the elastic body and a part that is pressed against the side of the article storage through hole. For example, there are information storage medium cases such as a CD case, an MD case, and an FD case, and cassettes such as a video cassette and an audio cassette. Here, the booklet is mainly a sheet-like material such as paper spelled, but is not limited to this, and includes a simple folded one, such as a magazine, a book, a catalog, a pamphlet, and a game storage. There are books etc. Furthermore, as the binding method, thread binding as a top binding format, side sewing machine (American sewing machine), middle sewing machine, perfect binding, aziro binding, and parallel binding format as saddle stitching, flat binding, perfect binding, azilo binding, thread binding (overlocking) ), And other methods include Nanjing bookbinding and French cover. Here, the sheet base material is not limited as long as it is a sheet-like material, and includes, for example, paper, plastic film, etc., and the paper is woodfree paper, art paper, coated paper, paperboard, cardboard, cardboard, and the like. There is paper etc. Here, the holding member is preferably a relatively lightweight member having a certain strength against the pressing of the elastic body, such as paper and urethane foam. Here, the elastic body may be any elastic body, and examples thereof include urethane foam, rubber, and synthetic leather such as clarino.
[0008]
Further, the elastic body has a substantially circular cross section, and the elastic body storage through-hole isIt is provided over the article storage through hole side via the connecting portion and has a shape to fit the elastic body. The center of the circle of the elastic body is closer to the elastic body storage through hole than the continuous portion.ThereforeThe main part of the elastic body is on the side of the elastic body storage through hole, and its width is wider than the connecting part,As will be described later with reference to FIG. 5, the elastic body does not move due to the entire elastic body dropping to the article storage through hole side,It is possible to stop the elastic body at a fixed position, and it is also possible to omit fixing with an adhesive or the like. Further, the elastic body during the manufacturing operation is fitted into the elastic body storing through hole.ProcessAlso in the above, the circular shape of the cross-section eliminates the need to worry about the directionality, and the efficiency can be improved.
[0009]
Here, the shape having a substantially circular cross section is not limited to a circle, but includes an ellipse and a deformed circle. Further, the reason why only the cross-sectional shape is limited here is that the shape having a substantially circular cross-section is not limited to a cylinder, and for example, a sphere or the like can be adopted.
[0010]
Claims of the present invention2The article has a shape having at least one pair of side portions facing each other, and the elastic body is arranged at a position where one of the side portions is pressed. That is, the article is in a shape having at least a pair of opposed side portions, and by pressing one side portion, the entire other side portion is pressed against the article storage through-hole side portion, Since the entire side portion is evenly pressed, the article can be held more stably. Here, the article having a shape having at least a pair of opposed side portions includes, for example, a case of an information storage medium such as a CD case, an MD case, and an FD case, and a cassette such as a video cassette and an audio cassette. .
[0011]
Claims of the present invention3Has a through hole for taking out an article at a position facing the connecting portion. In other words, when taking out and storing an article, it is possible to more easily take out and put in an article by having a through-hole for taking out an article in which a fingertip or the like can be inserted when storing the article. Since the elastic body is provided at the opposed position, the elastic body can be deformed by pressing the article with the inserted fingertip, and the article can be taken in and out more easily. Here, any shape may be adopted as the cross-sectional shape of the through hole for taking out the article, but a substantially circular shape having a small angle or a shape similar thereto is preferable in terms of inserting a fingertip or the like. Here, the number of through holes for taking out articles may be any number.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the elastic body is fitted into the elastic body storing through hole, and a part of the elastic body has a structure protruding from the connecting portion toward the article storing through hole. are doing. Therefore, when an article is inserted into the article storage through-hole, the protruding elastic bodyDeformed as a wholeThe article can be pressed against the article storage through-hole side, thereby holding the article. Therefore, even if the article does not necessarily fit in the article storage through-hole, the article is constantly subjected to pressure by the protruding elastic body, and is stably held. Further, since the pressing member is the elastic body, the elastic body is deformed when the article is stored and when the article is taken out, so that it is possible to easily perform the operation.
[0031]
In addition, the main part of the elastic body is on the side of the through hole for storing the elastic body and its width is wider than that of the connecting part. It is possible to stop at a fixed position, and it is also possible to omit fixing with an adhesive or the like. In addition, even when affirmatively fitting the elastic body into the elastic body housing through-hole during the manufacturing operation, there is no need to worry about the directionality due to the circular cross-section, and it is possible to improve efficiency. Play.
[0032]
Claims of the present invention2The article has a shape having at least one pair of side portions facing each other, and by pressing one side portion, the entire other side portion is pressed against the article storage through-hole side portion, Since the entire side portion is evenly pressured, there is an operational effect that the article can be held more stably.
[0033]
Claims of the present invention3According to the present invention, when an article is taken out and stored, it has a through-hole for taking out an article, into which a fingertip or the like can be inserted, so that the article can be taken out and put in more easily. Since the elastic body is provided at a position facing the body, the elastic body can be deformed by pressing the article with the inserted fingertip, and an effect that the article can be easily taken in and out can be obtained.
[0034]
Claims of the present invention4According to this, a spine piece and a cover piece are sequentially connected to the sheet base material of the recess piece, and by bending at each of the continuous portions, the cover piece covers the recess piece, and the distribution form of the booklet is improved. This has the effect of being able to take the action.
