【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、固定側の取付対象物に組み付けられる固定側部材と、可動側の取付対象物に組み付けられる可動側部材とを、当該固定側部材に対し可動側部材が常時一方向に回動されるように付勢した状態で組み付けると共に、当該可動側部材をさらに第一、第二の可動側部材より構成し、固定側部材に対する可動側部材の前記付勢による回動が停止された位置から、第二の可動側部材のみをさらに回動操作することができる構成を備えたヒンジ部材に関する。

【従来の技術】
一端をボックス側に回動可能に組み付けると共に、他端にボックスドアを回動可能に組み付けたU字状をなすヒンジレバーと、このヒンジレバーのボックスドアに組み付けられた他端側を当該ボックスドアを開放させる上方位置に向けて揺動させるように常時付勢するバネとを備えたヒンジ構造の提案がある。(実開平6−87090)

このヒンジ構造によれば、前記バネの付勢により、前記ボックスドアを上方に持ち上げた後、このように持ち上げられた第一の開放位置にある当該ボックスドアを前記ヒンジレバーの他端部を回動中心としてさらに上方に向けて回動させて、前記ボックスの開口をさらに大きく開放する第二の開放位置まで当該ボックスドアを開き出すことができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに、かかる従来のヒンジ構造にあっては、前記ボックスドアとヒンジレバーとは、単純にヒンジ軸により回動可能に組み付けられているに過ぎなかったため、前記第一の開放位置から第二の開放位置までの当該ボックスドアの回動操作にクリック感がない不都合があった。また、かかる従来のヒンジ構造は、前記第二の開放位置を維持するための格別の手段を備えていないものであった。もっとも簡易には、ボックスドアとヒンジレバーとを組み付けるヒンジ軸を軸穴に対して緊密に嵌め付けて、第二の開放位置を維持させる手法が採り得るが、この場合には、ボックスドアの開き出しに比較的大きな力が必要となる不都合を生じさせる。また、かかる従来のヒンジ構造にあっては、前記ヒンジレバーを付勢するバネがボックスに一端側を組み付けられ、かつ、他端側を当該ヒンジレバーに組み付けた捩りコイルバネとするため、前記ヒンジレバーの一端側をボックスに、また、他端側を前記ボックスドアに組み付けた上で、さらにかかるバネを前記ヒンジレバーとボックスとの間に介装させる必要があり、組み付け作業に手間を要するものであった。

そこでこの発明は、かかる従来の技術の不都合を解消することを目的とする。

また、固定側の取付対象物と可動側の取付対象物とを、付勢手段による第一の回動位置からさらに第二の回動位置に向けて当該可動側の取付対象物を回動可能に組み付けるヒンジ部材にあって、可動側の取付対象物を第二の回動位置において安定的に位置付けできるようにすると共に、第一の回動位置から第二の回動位置までの操作に所望のクリック感を付与できる構成を備えたヒンジ部材の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、この発明ではヒンジ部材を、固定側部材20と、この固定側部材20に組み付けられる回動軸10に、回動可能に備えられる第一の可動側部材30及び第二の可動側部材40とを備え、前記固定側部材20と前記第一の可動側部材30との間に、当該第一の可動側部材30を回動方向に常時付勢する付勢手段50を備えていると共に、前記付勢手段50により付勢される第一の可動側部材30が、この付勢により前記第一の可動側部材30と前記第二の可動側部材40とを一緒に回動させる第二の可動側部材40への突当り部31を備えており、さらに、前記固定側部材20には、当該第一の可動側部材30の回動を、前記第一の可動側部材30に接して所定位置で停止させるストッパー21が設けてあると共に、前記第一の可動側部材30と前記第二の可動側部材40とには、相互に乗り越え可能に当接される一対の係合手段R、Rが設けてある構成とした。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の典型的な実施の形態について、説明する。

この実施の形態にかかるヒンジ部材は、固定側部材20と、この固定側部材20に組み付けられる回動軸10に、回動可能に備えられる第一の可動側部材30及び第二の可動側部材40とを備え、前記固定側部材20と前記第一の可動側部材30との間に、当該第一の可動側部材30を回動方向に常時付勢する付勢手段50を備えていると共に、前記付勢手段50により付勢される第一の可動側部材30が、この付勢により前記第一の可動側部材30と前記第二の可動側部材40とを一緒に回動させる第二の可動側部材40への突当り部31を備えており、さらに、前記固定側部材20には、当該第一の可動側部材30の回動を、前記第一の可動側部材30に接して所定位置で停止させるストッパー21が設けてあると共に、前記第一の可動側部材30と前記第二の可動側部材40とには、相互に乗り越え可能に当接される一対の係合手段R、Rが設けてある構成を備えている。

固定側部材20は、前記回動軸10の軸穴22aを備え、間隔を開けて配される一対の軸受板部22、22と、この一対の軸受板部22、22を連設する前記回動軸10の軸方向に長さ方向を揃えた連設部23とを備えている。

連設部23は、前記軸受板部22の板面と略同面をなす前板部23aと、この前板部23aに続く上板部23bおよび側板部23cとを備えており、当該側板部23cは、当該側板部23cにおける下縁部から側方に向けて、当該側板部23cに対して直交する向きに突き出される横板部23fを備えている。そして、この横板部23fにおける前記前板部23a側にある縁部から下方に突き出されるように、前記軸受板部22が設けられている。また、前記連設部23は、前記前板部23aおよび上板部23bに対向する側を開放23eとしている。また、前記横板部23fにおける前記軸受板部22との連設側と反対の縁部には、前記前板部23aに略平行な取付板部23gが設けてある。そして、この実施の形態にあっては、前記取付板部23gと軸受板部22とに取付孔23h、22bが設けてあり、かかる取付孔23h、22bにネジ、ビスなどを差し入れて、前記固定側の取付対象物Sに止め着けることにより、この固定側部材20を当該固定側の取付対象物Sに組み付けることができる構成としてある。

次いで、第一の可動側部材30は、前記回動軸10の軸穴32aを備え、かつ、間隔を開けて略平行に配される一対の側板32、32と、この一対の側板32、32の上縁部32bを連設する連設板部33とを備えている。

【発明の効果】
この発明にかかるヒンジ部材によれば、例えば、図3ないし図5に特に示されるように、固定側部材20を上面開口101のボックス本体100に固定すると共に、前記第二の可動側部材40における前記回動軸10による組み付け側と反対の側にある前記板状体41の端部に前記ボックス本体100の開口101を塞ぐ蓋板200の一端側を組み付けることにより、前記蓋板200による前記ボックス本体100の開口101を塞いだ状態を維持させる適宜の掛合手段の掛合を解いた際に、前記付勢手段50の付勢により前記固定側部材20のストッパー21に第一の可動側部材30が突当る位置まで、当該第一の可動側部材30とこの第一の可動側部材30の突当り部31に突き当てられる第二の可動側部材40とを一緒に回動させて、当該蓋板200を上方に開き出させることができる。
