Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat retaining sheet, and more particularly, to a heat retaining sheet suitably used as a breeding tool such as a gauge or a shed, in addition to clothing for a person or a small animal, a heat retaining tool, a mounting tool, a seating sheet, a bedding, and the like, and in particular, Relates to a heat retaining sheet for small animals.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as thermal insulation products used for humans and small animals, in addition to clothing, etc., heaters that use an electric heater or a planar heating element and use a heat source by electric power, and those that use a heat storage material by preheating, Known are those using hot water or the like as a heat source (for example, JP-A-8-187041 and JP-A-2001-78604), and those using heat generated during oxidation / reduction reactions of substances as a heat source. I have.
[0003]
On the other hand, a sheet made of aluminum as a heat insulating or heat dissipating material and a heat insulating mat made of polyurethane foam have been commercialized.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, conventional warming products that require preheating or continuous supply of thermal energy or continuity of chemical reaction are difficult to control the temperature, have the danger of overheating at the time of preheating, electromagnetic waves, etc. However, there are many problems such as harm to living organisms, and furthermore, there is a problem in disposal of substances after use.
[0005]
For example, the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. HEI 8-187041 discloses a heat insulation mat having a sheet to be laid and used, and a cover connected to an end of the sheet and capable of being arranged on the upper surface side of the sheet, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-78604 discloses a pet warming mat having a detachable heater, wherein the warming mat body has a foam having a closed-cell structure. Since all of the mats are heat retaining mats using a heater, they require electrical energy.
[0006]
In addition, with an aluminum sheet or a polyurethane foam heat insulating mat that does not involve a heat energy supply source, it cannot always be said that efficient and stable heat retention can be obtained.
[0007]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive and safe heat retaining sheet that solves the above problems, does not require a specific heat source, and can efficiently use the body temperature of a living body.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventor has found that the following configuration can achieve the above object, and has completed the present invention.
[0009]
That is, the heat retaining sheet of the present invention is characterized in that at least a heat insulating layer, a body temperature reflecting layer, and a top sheet layer made of a heat retaining material are sequentially laminated from the lower layer. By combining such layers, it is possible to stably create an appropriate heat retaining state over a long period of time by reflecting the body temperature of the living body without requiring a specific heat source outside.
[0010]
Further, in the heat retaining sheet of the present invention, it is preferable that a foamed cushioning material layer is interposed between the top sheet layer and the body temperature reflecting layer. Thereby, the heat reflected by the body temperature reflection layer warms the cellular buffer material layer, and the heat retention effect can be more efficiently enhanced.
[0011]
Further, in the heat retaining sheet of the present invention, it is preferable that the top sheet layer is made of a foamed polyethylene material. Thereby, the heat transmitted from the body temperature can be maintained in a good heat-retaining state.
[0012]
Furthermore, in the heat retention sheet of the present invention, it is preferable that a nonwoven fabric is laminated at least on a surface layer on the upper surface, and the nonwoven fabric is subjected to an antistatic treatment. Thus, when used as a heat-retaining sheet for small animals, the nonwoven fabric serves as a cover, so that it is possible to prevent the occurrence of dirt due to use. In addition, when this heat retaining sheet is used in winter, the generation of static electricity can be suppressed and the sheet can be suitably used as a sheet for small animals such as dogs and cats.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the heat retaining sheet of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. A heat retaining sheet 1 as a preferred example of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 has a configuration in which a heat insulating layer 6, a body temperature reflecting layer 5, a foamed cushioning material layer 4, a top sheet layer 3, and a nonwoven fabric 2 are sequentially laminated from below. Although a gap is provided between the respective layers to clarify the layer configuration, the respective layers are actually in close contact with each other.
[0014]
The heat insulating layer 6 is for performing heat insulation with respect to an external ambient temperature. The heat insulating layer 6 is preferably made of a material such as a foamed resin, for example, foamed polyurethane, foamed polyolefin, foamed polyvinyl chloride (PVC). In particular, a foamed resin having a thickness of 6 to 15 mm can be suitably used. If the thickness is less than 6 mm, a sufficient heat insulating effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the thickness is 16 mm or more, the thickness of the heat retaining sheet increases, which causes inconvenience in use.
[0015]
The body temperature reflecting layer 5 laminated on the upper surface of the heat insulating layer 6 has a function of reflecting body temperature transmitted from a person, a small animal, or the like, and radiating heat to the person, a small animal, or the like. Therefore, for the body temperature reflection layer 5, a material that receives heat and reflects heat, for example, an aluminum liner (a sheet made of aluminum) can be suitably used.
[0016]
The bubble-absorbing material layer 4, which is laminated on the upper surface of the body temperature-reflecting layer 5 as necessary, transmits the body temperature of a person or a small animal and the heat reflected from the body temperature-reflecting layer 5, thereby causing the bubble-buffering layer to transmit. The temperature of the sealed air chamber in the material layer 4 rises, so that a good heat retaining effect can be obtained and cushioning can be obtained.
[0017]
The cellular cushioning material layer 4 has a structure in which a number of spherical or cubic air chambers are arranged in a sealed state. Materials such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and polyethylene (PE) can be suitably used. The foamable cushioning material layer 4 itself is generally widely known as, for example, Air Cap (registered trademark) manufactured by Ube Film Co., Ltd., and is not particularly limited. ) Can be particularly preferably used.
[0018]
The top sheet layer 3 laminated on the upper surface of the cellular cushioning material layer 4 is made of a foamed resin thinner than the heat insulating layer 6, for example, foamed polyurethane or foamed polyethylene. A material provided with a sensitive material can be particularly suitably used as a mat for small animals. Since the top sheet layer 3 is a layer that directly gives a warm feeling to humans and small animals, the top sheet layer 3 improves the warm feeling immediately after the start of use, and more effectively reduces the heat reflected from the body temperature reflecting layer 5 to humans and small animals. It is preferable that the thickness be about 1 to 3 mm in order to transmit the above information.
[0019]
The above-described nonwoven fabric 2 serves as a cover for preventing the heat retaining sheet 1 from being stained, and by performing an antistatic treatment, can prevent the adhesion of hair and the adhesion of dust in the air at the time of drying. . Further, the heat insulating sheet 1, the heat insulating layer 6, the body temperature reflecting layer 5, the foamable cushioning material layer 4, and the top sheet layer 3 are present as individual parts, and even if they are not adhered to each other with an adhesive or the like, they are formed in a bag shape. The individual parts can be integrated by covering the individual parts with the nonwoven fabric 2 (not shown) in the stacking order, and the production cost associated with the bonding can be reduced.
[0020]
In addition, the heat retaining sheet of the present invention may have a configuration in which only the heat insulating layer 6, the body temperature reflecting layer 5, and the top sheet layer 3 are laminated in order from the bottom, depending on the use. Even with such a configuration, the desired effects of the present invention can be achieved.
[0021]
FIG. 2 shows a heat retaining sheet 10 which is another preferred example of the present invention. The heat retaining sheet 10 is provided with a large number of fine through-holes 7 so as not to break the air chamber of the cellular cushioning material layer 4. The through-hole 7 has a role of discharging water vapor due to sweat or the like diverging together with the body temperature of a person or a small animal to the outside of the heat retaining sheet 10, and a state in which the temperature between the heat retaining sheet 10 and the person or the small animal is closely contacted. It is possible to prevent unnecessarily rising below. Therefore, it is preferable that the through holes 7 are arranged over the entire sheet.
[0022]
The water vapor emitted from the living body is diffused to the outside of the heat retaining sheet 10 on the low humidity side by the through hole 7, and from the outside of the heat retaining sheet 10, the cool air enters the space between the living body and the heat retaining sheet 10 through the through hole 7. , The sensible temperature can be controlled. That is, by appropriately selecting the size, shape, number, and the like of the through holes 7 depending on the purpose of use of the heat retaining sheet 10, it becomes possible to control the heat retaining temperature and humidity satisfactorily.
[0023]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described based on examples.
As the top sheet, foamed polyethylene having a thickness of 2 mm and foamed 40 times was used. A commercially available air cap (registered trademark) made of polyethylene having a layer thickness of 5 mm and a material thickness of 15 μm is used as the foamable cushioning material layer, and an aluminum liner is adhered to the lower surface as a body temperature reflecting layer. Using. Further, a foamed polyethylene having a thickness of 10 mm and foamed 40 times was used as a heat insulating layer. These heat insulation layers, body temperature reflection layers, foam cushioning layers, and top sheet layers are laminated in this order from the bottom to form an outer cover that is processed into a bag-like nonwoven fabric made of embossed polypropylene to increase the surface strength. It was housed to make a heat insulating sheet for small animals such as dogs and cats.
[0024]
In the case of small animals such as dogs and cats, there is no need to provide a through hole for dehumidification because there is little sweating from the skin. The small animals were laid in a sheet shape in places where the small animals would rest or sleep.
[0025]
When a small animal having a body temperature of about 40 ° C. rides on the heat retaining sheet at an ambient temperature of 10 ° C., the contact surface between the living body and the heat retaining sheet rises to 38 ° C. after about 30 seconds, and the living body after 5 minutes. The temperature of the contact surface increased to the same temperature as the body temperature, and very effective results were obtained.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the heat retaining sheet of the present invention, it is possible to create an optimal heat retaining state for a human body or the like without using a specific heat source externally. In addition, since the heat source for heat retention is determined by the reflection of body temperature, the temperature of the heat retention device does not rise to a temperature zone where there is a danger of burns for the human body, etc. It can be a very effective warming tool in emergency situations such as outdoors and disasters. It is also very useful as a heat retaining sheet for small animals.
