本発明は、暖房機能付き温水洗浄装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から便器の後部上面に取付けられる温水洗浄装置の装置ケース内に一端部が吸い込み口となり他端部が吹き出し口となり且つ内部にヒータを内装した風路を形成し、該風路の他端部の吹き出し口を装置ケースの側面部に開口するものが知られている。そして、装置ケースの内部に設けたファンを駆動し、ヒータをオンとすることで、吸い込み口から風路内に吸い込んだ空気ヒータで加温して温風とし、吹き出し口から吹き出してトイレ内を暖房するようにしている。

ところが、上記の従来例にあっては、手洗い水が飛散した場合、吹き出し口から内部に水が入って、ヒータを濡らしたり、あるいは、装置ケースを水で拭いて掃除をしたりしているときに吹き出し口から内部に水が入ってヒータを濡らしたり、あるいは、吹き出し口から入った水が噴き出し口内の下面を伝ってヒータに至ってヒータを濡らしたりし、このようにヒータが水で濡れることで電気的トラブルの原因になっていた。

また、風路内に埃や、トイレットペーパの小片屑等の屑、あるいは虫等が吸い込まれないようにフィルタを着脱自在に取付けることが考えられるが、フィルタを着脱自在に取付けるために、装置ケースに吹き出し口を設ける部分とは別にフィルタ出し入れ部を設ける必要があって、外観が悪く、また、フィルタの端部に設ける指で摘むための取り出し用突起が装置ケースの外面よりも突出してこの点でも外観が悪く、また、外部に突出した取り出し用突起に他の物が当たって破損しやすいという問題がある。

また、従来、吸い込み口が装置ケースの側面に大きく開口して形成してあり、この点でも外観が悪いという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、吹き出し口から水が浸入してもヒータに水が浸入して電気的トラブルを生じるのを防止でき、また、フィルタを引出自在に取付けるに当たって、取り出し用突起が目立ちにくく且つ他物に当たって破損したりせず、更にフィルタの引出しが簡単にできる暖房機能付き温水洗浄装置を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る暖房機能付き温水洗浄装置は、便器1の後部上面に取付けられる温水洗浄装置の装置ケース3内の一端部が吸い込み口50となり他端部が吹き出し口51となり且つ内部にヒータ53を内装した風路52を形成し、該風路52の他端部の吹き出し口51を装置ケース3の側面部に開口し、風路52の吹き出し口51からヒータ53に至る部分を屈曲させて屈曲風路52aとし、ヒータ53を屈曲風路52aの下面よりも上方に位置させ、風路52を横切るように出し入れ自在なフィルタ54を設け、装置ケース3の側面部の吹き出し枠取付け用開口55に、吹き出し口51に設けた吹き出し枠56を取付け、吹き出し枠56の外面を装置ケース3の吹き出し枠取付け用開口55の外面と面一とし、吹き出し枠56の下部にフィルタ54を引出自在とするフィルタ引出用開口部57を設け、フィルタ引出用開口部57から挿入したフィルタ54が風路52を横切るように差し込まれた状態でフィルタ54の端部に設けた取り出し用突起58の外端面が吹き出し枠56の外面と面一となり、且つ、取り出し用突起58の周部の一部に指掛け用凹所59を形成して成ることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、手洗い水が飛散した場合や装置ケースを水で拭いて掃除をしたりしているときに吹き出し口から水が内部に飛散したとしても、風路52の吹き出し口51からヒータ53に至る部分に形成された屈曲風路52aの存在により、吹き出し口51から内部に飛散して入った水がヒータ53に至らないようにできるものであり、また、吹き出し口51から入った水が屈曲風路52aの下面部に沿って奥に流れても、ヒータ53を屈曲風路52aの下面よりも上方に位置させてあることで、ヒータ53に水が浸入しないようにできるものである。また、フィルタ54を外部に引き出すための操作部である取り出し用突起58の外端面が、装置ケース3の外面と面一となった吹き出し枠56の外面と面一となり、これにより外観が良くなるとともに取り出し用突起58が外部に突出せずに他の物が当たることがなく、また、取り出し用突起58の外端面を吹き出し枠56の外面と面一としたにもかかわらず、取り出し用突起58の周部の一部に指掛け用凹所59を形成してあることで、指掛け用凹所59に指を引っ掛けて引くことで簡単にフィルタ54を引き出すことができ、また、吹き出し枠56にフィルタ引出用開口部57を設けることで、装置ケース3に別途フィルタ54を出し入れ自在とするための開口部を設ける必要がないものである。

また、装置ケース3の下面に上向き凹部69を形成し、該上向き凹部69の一部に吸い込み口50を設け、便器1に設けた収納空所部11にトラップ部16を配置したケース本体12を内装し、該上向き凹部69の下方開口69aを収納空所部11の上方の開口部2に連通させ、且つ、上向き凹部69の側方開口96bを外部に連通させることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、ケース本体2を内装している収納空所部11内の空気が開口部2、上向き凹部69の下方開口69aから上向き凹部69内に流れるとともに、側方開口69bから外部の空気が上向き凹部69内に流れ、更に、吸い込み口50から風路52内に流れ、ヒータ53により加温され、暖かい空気として吹き出し口51から外に吹き出してトイレ内を暖房するのであり、仮に、使用者が誤って側方開口69bを塞いだとしても、ケース本体12を内装している収納空所部11内の空気を吸い込んで加温できるので、温風の発生に当たって十分な空気量を確保できるものであり、また、下方開口69aと側方開口69bの両方から空気を吸い込むので、側方開口69bのみを設ける場合に比べて側方開口69bの大きさを小さくできるとともに、側方開口69bは便器1の上面と装置ケース3の下面との間に細長く形成されるので、外部から目立ちにくくて外観が良くなるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

図1、図2には便器1が示してある。便器1は陶器製で便器1内には上方が開口90となったボウル21が形成してあり、さらに便器1の後部の内部には収納空所部11が設けてあり、便器1の後部の上面が開口していて開口部2となっており、この開口部2が収納空所部11の上方の開口となっており、収納空所部11内には上方の開口部2から内部にケース本体12が内装してある。ケース本体12の前壁には取付け孔13が設けてあり、取付け孔13に回動且つ上下反転自在なトラップ部16が挿入して取付けてあり、トラップ部16の大部分がケース本体12内に配置されると共にトラップ部16の前端部の接続部14がケース本体12から外部に突出している。このトラップ部16の接続部14をボウル21の後端部に形成したボウル排水口15にはめ込んで接続してある。

ケース本体12内に配置したトラップ部16はトラップ駆動手段によりトラップ部16の自由端とした後端が上下方向に反転自在に回動されるようになっている。添付図面に示す実施形態ではトラップ部16は軟質の材料で形成し且つ蛇腹状をしており、ケース本体12に回動自在に取付けた回動体17はトラップ部16の後端部に連結してあり、また、回動体17はケース本体12の外部に配設したトラップ駆動手段を構成するモータにより回動するように連結してある。したがって、モータを一方向に回転するとトラップ部16の自由端とした後端が上向きとなるように回動し、上記と逆にモータを回転するとトラップ部16の自由端とした後端が下向きとなるように回動する。

ケース本体12の下部には排出孔18が設けてあり、排出孔18に外部排水管19が接続される。したがって、ボウル21のボウル排出口20、トラップ部16ケース本体12、外部排水管19によりボウル21から延びる排水路20が構成してある。

便器1の後部上面には温水洗浄装置や、温風発生装置60等の諸装置を内装する装置ケース3が取付けてある。この装置ケース3内にボウル21に給水するための給水路22が配置してあり、この給水路22は先端部が便器1のボウル21の上端開口縁部に形成された通水用のリム部に連通し、他端部が水道管に接続されるものである。給水路22の途中には給水路22を開閉するための給水電磁弁よりなる給水手段23が設けてある。

装置ケース3には便座24、便蓋25が回動自在に取付けてあり、また、装置ケース3には温水洗浄装置が内装してあり、おしり洗浄ノズル、ビデ洗浄ノズルを設けてあって、おしり洗浄、ビデ洗浄ができるようになっている。また、装置ケース3には後述により詳細に説明する温風発生装置60が内装してあり、便器1内や便器1外から吸い込んだ空気をヒータで加温して温風として装置ケース3に設けた外部に吐風口26から吹き出してトイレ室内を加温することができるようになっている。

装置ケース3は合成樹脂製のケース底板3aとケース底板3aに取付けられる合成樹脂製のカバー体3bとで構成してある。図8乃至図10にはケース底板3aが示してあり、ケース底板3aの下面部の後部に係止部4が突設してある。そして、装置ケース3の下面部の後部の係止部4を便器1の後部上面に設けた開口部2の後端縁部に係合し、装置ケース3の前部両側を便器1の後部上面に設けた開口部2の前端縁部の両側付近に取り付けた連結金具に固着具で固着することで装置ケース3を便器1の後部上面に取付ける共に、装置ケース3により便器1の後部内に形成した収納空所部11の上方の開口部2を隠して外部から見えないようにしている。

ケース底板3aの上面側には温水洗浄装置(図示せず)や温風発生装置60が設けられるが、以下ケース底板3aに温風発生装置60を設けることにつき詳細に説明する。ケース底板3aにはケース底板3aと一体に立ち上がり筒部61が設けてあり、立ち上がり筒部61の下面部に吸い込み口50が形成してある。この立ち上がり筒部61内にはファン79が内装され、立ち上がり筒部61の上端部は閉塞板で閉塞される。立ち上がり筒部61の一側壁(実施形態では後面壁)の上部に開口が形成してあり、この開口にダクト62の一端部がはめ込んで連通接続してあり、立ち上がり筒部61とダクト62とで温風発生装置60の風路52が構成されるものである。ダクト62はケース底板3aに固着具により固着される。

ダクト62は図12に示すように一端部がヒータ53を収納するヒータ収納部63となり、他端が吹き出し口51となったもので、吹き出し口51からヒータ収納部63に至る部分を屈曲させて屈曲風路52aとしてある。図12に示す実施形態では屈曲流路52aに3箇所の略直角に曲がるコーナ部64が形成してあるが、屈曲流路52aのコーナ部64の数は図12の実施形態のものにのみ限定されないものであり、要は飛散した水が吹き出し口51から内部に浸入した際にヒータ収納部63内のヒータ53を濡らさないようになっておればよく、このため吹き出し口51から内部を見た場合にヒータ53が見えないように吹き出し口51からヒータ収納部63に至る部分が屈曲していればよく、このようにすることで飛散した水が吹き出し口51から内部に浸入してもヒータ53に直接かかることがないものである。

また、ヒータ収納部63の下面Aは図16に示すように屈曲流路52aの下面Bよりも上方に位置させてあり、吹き出し口51から内部に浸入した水が屈曲風路52aの下面部に沿って奥に流れても、屈曲風路52aの下面よりも上方に位置しているヒータ収納部63に内装したヒータ53に水が浸入しないようようになっている。

風路52の吹き出し口51には吹き出し枠56が取付けられる。図5、図11に示すように吹き出し枠56には複数のルーバ片56aが形成してあり、吹き出し枠56は巾方向の片側半分が温風吹き出し用枠部56b、巾方向の他の片側半分が脱臭空気吹き出し用枠部56cとなっており、温風吹き出し用枠部56bの背面部周囲に嵌め込み枠部56dが形成してあり、また、温風吹き出し用枠部56bの下部にフィルタ引出用開口部57が形成してある。吹き出し枠56の温風吹き出し用枠部56b側の側端部には背方に向けて固定片56eが突設してあり、固定片56eにU字状溝56fが形成してある。また、吹き出し枠56の脱臭空気吹き出し用枠部56c側の側端部には背方に向けて当て片56gが突設してある。吹き出し枠56の外面の周囲部には外面よりもカバー体3bの側片の肉厚寸法と同じ寸法後方にずれて外周鍔部56hが周設してある。

ケース底板3aの上面部のダクト62近傍には吹き出し枠固定部65が設けてあり、ダクト62の先端部の吹き出し口51に吹き出し枠56の嵌め込み枠部56dを嵌め込み、固定片56eを吹き出し枠固定部65に載置した状態でU字状溝56fからねじ具66を挿入して吹き出し枠固定部65に固着してある(図12参照)。このように、吹き出し枠固定部65の一側部をねじ具66により固着した状態で、ケース底板3aにカバー体3bを被せて取付けるのであるが、この際、カバー体3bの側面部の形成した吹き出し枠取付け用開口55に吹き出し枠56の外面部の外周鍔部56hよりも前方に突出した部分が嵌まり込み、吹き出し枠56の外面がカバー体3bの側面とほぼ面一となるものである。ここで、吹き出し枠56の脱臭空気吹き出し用枠部56c側の側端部に設けた当て片56gが装置ケース3内の当たり部78に当たって位置決めされるようになっている。

なお、装置ケース3内には図示を省略しているが、一端部が便器1のボウル21側に開口し且つ他端部が脱臭空気吹き出し用枠部56cに対応する脱臭路が内装され、脱臭路内にはファン、脱臭剤が内装され、ボウル21内の臭気を吸い込んで脱臭剤で脱臭し、脱臭済みの空気を脱臭空気吹き出し用枠部56cから装置ケース3の外に排出するようになっている。

立ち上がり筒部61の下面部に設けた吸い込み口50の内面にはフィルタ支持部67が設けてあり、更に、この吸い込み口50に設けたフィルタ支持部67から吹き出し口51に取付けた吹き出し枠56の下部に設けたフィルタ引出用開口部57に至るようにダクト62の下面とケース底板3aの上面とにフィルタガイド68が設けてある。フィルタ54の端部には取り出し用突起58が設けてあり、取り出し用突起58の周部の一部に指掛け用凹所59を形成してある。そして、フィルタ引出用開口部57から端部フィルタ54を差し込んで、フィルタガイド68でガイドしながらフィルタ支持部67に至ってフィルタ支持部67で支持された状態でフィルタ54が風路52の端部の吸い込み口50を横切るように取付けることができるものである。そして、上記のように、フィルタ引出用開口部57から挿入したフィルタ54が風路52を横切るように差し込まれた状態で図15に示すようにフィルタ54の端部に設けた取り出し用突起58の外端面が吹き出し枠56の外面と面一となるように設定してある。このように、フィルタ54の端部に設けた取り出し用突起58の外端面を装置ケース3の外面と面一となった吹き出し枠56の外面と面一とすることで、外観が良くなり、また、取り出し用突起58が外部に突出せずに他の物が当たって取り出し用突起58が破損することがないものである。また、上記のように取り出し用突起58の外端面を吹き出し枠56の外面と面一としたにもかかわらず、取り出し用突起58の周部の一部に指掛け用凹所59を形成しており、この指掛け用凹所59に指を引っ掛けて引くことで簡単にフィルタ54を引き出すことができるものである。

装置ケース3の下面を構成するケース底板3aの下面には図13、図14のように下方及び側方に開口する上向き凹部69が設けてあり、この上向き凹部69の一部が立ち上がり筒部61の下面部に設けた吸い込み口50に連通している。そして、装置ケース3を便器1の後部上面に取付けた状態で、便器1と装置ケース3の下面との間に上向き凹部69により隙間が形成され、この隙間が下面側においては便器1の後部上面に設けた開口部2に連通し、側端側においては装置ケース3の下面と便器1の上面との間から装置ケース3の外部に連通している。つまり、上記隙間を形成するための上向き凹部69の下方開口69aの一部がケース本体12を内装している収納空所部11の上方の開口部2に連通し、また、上向き凹部69の側方開口69bが外部に連通しているものである。

しかして、ファン79を運転し、ヒータ53に通電すると、ケース本体12を内装している収納空所部11内の空気が図13、図14の矢印のように開口部2、上向き凹部69の下方開口69aから上向き凹部69内に流れるとともに、側方開口69bから外部の空気が上向き凹部69内に流れ、更に、吸い込み口50から風路52内に流れ、ヒータ53により加温され、暖かい空気として吹き出し口51から外に吹き出してトイレ内を暖房するのである。ここで、仮に、使用者が誤って側方開口69bを塞いだとしても、ケース本体12を内装している収納空所部11内の空気を吸い込んで加温できるので、温風の発生に当たって十分な空気量を確保できるものである。また、下方開口69aと側方開口69bの両方から空気を吸い込むので、側方開口のみを設ける場合に比べて側方開口69bの大きさを小さくできるとともに、側方開口69bは便器1の上面と装置ケース3の下面との間に細長く形成されるので、外部から目立ちにくくて外観が良くなるものである。

次に、本発明の便器1の使用に当たっての動作につき説明する。初期状態ではトラップ部16の後端部は図2のように上向きとなっていてボウル21内及びトラップ部16内には水45が溜まっているので、この状態で大便や小便等の用便を行い、用便が終了した後、装置ケース3に内装した温水洗浄装置を動作させて人体の局部の洗浄を行う。このように温水洗浄装置により人体の局部の洗浄を行った後、洗浄スイッチ(図示せず)を操作する。洗浄スイッチを操作して洗浄スイッチのオン信号が制御部(図示せず)に入力されると、給水手段(図示せず)が開になり、水が給水路22からリム部を介して図3の矢印のようにボウル21に供給される。給水手段23のオンから数秒(例えば約6〜8秒)後にトラップ駆動手段が駆動してトラップ部16を後端が下向きとなるように反転駆動する(図3→図4)。このようにトラップ部16の後端が下向きとなるように反転駆動し、更にトラップ部16の後端が下向きとなったままの状態を数秒(例えば3秒程度)保持して図4のように排水を行う。排水が終わるとトラップ駆動手段が上記と逆に駆動してトラップ部16の後端が上向きとなるように駆動し、その後、ボウル21、トラップ部16内に所定水量の水が溜まるまで給水を続け、所定水量の水が溜まると給水手段23がオフとなるものである。

【発明の効果】
上記のように本発明の請求項1記載の発明にあっては、便器の後部上面に取付けられる温水洗浄装置の装置ケース内に一端部が吸い込み口となり他端部が吹き出し口となり且つ内部にヒータを内装した風路を形成し、該風路の他端部の吹き出し口を装置ケースの側面部に開口し、風路の吹き出し口からヒータに至る部分を屈曲させて屈曲風路とし、ヒータを屈曲風路の下面よりも上方に位置させてあるので、手洗い水が飛散した場合や装置ケースを水で拭いて掃除をしたりしているときに吹き出し口から水が内部に飛散したとしても、屈曲風路により、吹き出し口から内部に飛散して入った水がヒータに浸入すのを防止し、また、吹き出し口から入った水が屈曲風路の下面部に沿って奥に流れても、ヒータを屈曲風路の下面よりも上方に位置させてあることで、ヒータに水が浸入せず、この結果、吹き出し口から浸入した水によりヒータが濡れず、ヒータが水に濡れることによる電気的トラブルを防止できるものである。また、風路を横切るように出し入れ自在なフィルタを設け、装置ケースの側面部の吹き出し枠取付け用開口に、吹き出し口に設けた吹き出し枠を取付け、吹き出し枠の外面を装置ケースの吹き出し枠取付け用開口の外面と面一とし、吹き出し枠の下部にフィルタを引出自在とするフィルタ引出用開口部を設け、フィルタ引出用開口部から挿入したフィルタが風路を横切るように差し込まれた状態でフィルタの端部に設けた取り出し用突起の外端面が吹き出し枠の外面と面一となり、且つ、取り出し用突起の周部の一部に指掛け用凹所を形成してあるので、フィルタを外部に引き出すための操作部である取り出し用突起の外端面が、装置ケースの外面と面一となった吹き出し枠の外面と面一となり、これにより外観が良くなるとともに取り出し用突起が外部に吐出せずに他の物が当たって取り出し用突起を破損するというおそれがないく、また、取り出し用突起の外端面を吹き出し枠の外面と面一としたにもかかわらず、取り出し用突起の周部の一部に指掛け用凹所を形成してあるので、指掛け用凹所に指を引っ掛けて引くことで簡単にフィルタを引き出すことができるものであり、また、吹き出し枠にフィルタ引出用開口部を設けてあるので、装置ケースに別途フィルタを出し入れ自在とするための開口部を設ける必要がなくて外観が向上するものである。

また、請求項2記載の発明にあっては、上記請求項1記載の発明の効果に加えて、装置ケースの下面に上向き凹部を形成し、該上向き凹部の一部に吸い込み口を設け、便器に設けた収納空所部にトラップ部を配置したケース本体を内装し、該上向き凹部の下方開口を収納空所部の上方の開口部に連通させ、且つ、上向き凹部の側方開口を外部に連通させることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、ケース本体を内装している収納空所部内の空気が開口部、上向き凹部の下方開口から上向き凹部内に流れるとともに、側方開口から外部の空気が上向き凹部内に流れ、更に、吸い込み口から風路内に流れ、ヒータにより加温され、暖かい空気として吹き出し口から外に吹き出してトイレ内を暖房するのであり、仮に、使用者が誤って側方開口を塞いだとしても、ケース本体を内装している収納空所部内の空気を吸い込んで加温できるので、温風の発生に当たって十分な空気量を確保できるものであり、また、下方開口と側方開口の両方から空気を吸い込むので、側方開口のみを設ける場合に比べて側方開口の大きさを小さくできるとともに、側方開口は便器の上面と装置ケースの下面との間に細長く形成されるので、外部から目立ちにくくて外観が良くなるものである。
