Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ceiling-mounted air conditioner. In particular, the present invention relates to a technique for attaching a panel cover that covers (covers) a lower part of an air conditioner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of a conventional ceiling-mounted air conditioner will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 19 is a perspective view of the air conditioner main body attached to the ceiling and the panel cover removed from the air conditioner main body as viewed from below.
The air conditioner main body 112 of the air conditioner 110 is inserted upward from below into a rectangular opening formed in the ceiling 114, and attached to the ceiling with a screw (not shown). When the air conditioner main body 112 is mounted on the ceiling 114, a flange 116 formed at a lower portion of the air conditioner main body is disposed substantially flush with the lower surface of the ceiling 114, as shown in FIG. Four screw holes 122 are formed in the flange 116. In the panel cover 118, a mounting hole 124 is formed at a position corresponding to the screw hole 122 of the flange 116 so as to penetrate in the vertical direction. By screwing the screw 126 into the screw hole 122 of the flange 116 through the mounting hole 124, the panel cover 118 is fixed to the air conditioner main body 112. Thus, the panel cover 118 attached to the air conditioner main body 112 covers the lower part of the air conditioner main body 112 and is arranged so as to stick to the lower surface of the ceiling 114.

Next, a specific operation procedure in which the user attaches the panel cover 118 to the ceiling 114 will be described. When the user attaches the panel cover 118 to the ceiling 114, first, while lifting the panel cover 118 and pressing it against the flange 116 from below, the screw holes 122 of the flange 116 match the mounting holes 124 of the panel cover 118. Adjust the position to search (search). When a position where the screw hole 122 matches the mounting hole 124 is found, the panel cover 118 is held at this position with one hand. Subsequently, the screw 126 is inserted into the screw hole 122 of the flange 116 through the mounting hole 124 of the panel cover 118 using the other hand. Further, while holding the panel cover 118 with one hand, turn the screwdriver with the other hand to screw in the screw 126. In the above operation procedure, the panel cover 118 is fixed to the air conditioner main body 112, and covers the lower part of the air conditioner main body 112.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, mounting the panel cover 118 to the air conditioner main body 112 by the above-described operation procedure requires the user to search for a position where the screw hole 122 of the flange 116 and the mounting hole 124 of the panel cover 118 match, which is troublesome. is there. Further, even after finding a position where the screw hole 122 and the mounting hole 124 match, the screw 126 must be screwed by turning the screwdriver with the other hand while holding the panel cover 118 with one hand. The work was also cumbersome and burdened the user.
In particular, with the recent sophistication of the air conditioner, the types and weights of the components of the panel cover 118 (such as a louver driving device for setting the wind direction and a light receiving device of an operation remote controller) are increasing. Tend to increase in weight. When the weight of the panel cover 118 increases, the burden on the user who needs to hold the panel cover 118 when attaching the panel cover 118 to the air conditioner main body 112 is further increased. Improvement was greatly sought.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner in which a panel cover can be easily attached.
[0006]

On one of the machine body and the panel cover, a hinge member having a first rotation axis, a second rotation axis extending in parallel with the first rotation axis, and an intermediate portion connecting the first rotation axis and the first rotation axis is rotatable around the first rotation axis. Is mounted so as to be immovable, and the other of the air conditioner main body and the panel cover is provided with a shaft hole for receiving the second rotating shaft, and a retaining member for preventing the hinge member from moving in the axial direction by contacting the intermediate portion. It is and, in the retaining member, notches for permitting the axial movement are formed when the hinge member is placed in a specific rotational position by rotation about a second rotation axis, the holding Means screwed into the air conditioner body It is composed of a screw and a temporary fixing groove formed in the panel cover, and the temporary fixing groove is formed in a shape in which the head of the screw can be engaged from below the panel cover using the rotation of the hinge member. It is characterized in that there.
[0007]
According to the air conditioner, the hinge member can be pulled out from the shaft hole by rotating the hinge member around the second rotation axis and setting the hinge member at the specific rotation position, whereby the air conditioner body and the panel cover can be detached. can do. On the other hand, by setting the specific rotation position, the relative position in the axial direction between the air conditioner body and the hinge member of the panel cover can be kept constant.
That is, while the air conditioner main body and the panel cover can be relatively moved in the axial direction of the hinge member to detach them, the axial position relationship between the air conditioner main body and the panel cover in the state where the two members are connected by the hinge member. Can be kept constant.
For this reason, if both are rotated about the hinge member, the panel cover can be closed at the correct position with respect to the air conditioner main body, and the user presses the panel cover against the lower part of the air conditioner main body while There is no need to adjust the positional relationship between the two.

[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The air conditioner according to the first and second aspects described above can be suitably implemented in the following forms.
(Mode 1) In the air conditioner according to claim 1 or 2, the hinge member is formed of a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft extending in parallel with the first rotating shaft, and an intermediate portion connecting both the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft. The one rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the panel cover, and the air conditioner body has a shaft hole for receiving the second rotating shaft and a retaining member for abutting on the intermediate portion to inhibit the hinge member from moving in the axial direction. A notch is formed in the retaining member, the notch allowing the axial movement when the hinge member is rotated around the second rotation axis and is located at a specific rotation position. Is preferred.
According to this aspect, the connection between the panel cover and the air conditioner main body can be released by rotating the hinge member around the second rotation axis and setting the hinge member at the specific rotation position, thereby removing the hinge member from the shaft hole. When the panel cover and the air conditioner main body are connected and the hinge member is rotated around the second rotation axis, axial movement of the hinge member is prohibited by the retaining member. When the panel cover is rotated around the hinge member, the panel cover is closed in a correct position with respect to the air conditioner body.
[0010]
(Mode 2) In the air conditioner according to claim 1 or 2, at least one screw hole having a vertical axis formed in a lower portion of the air conditioner body as a holding means for the panel cover, and the screw. A screw which is a fixing means of the panel cover screwed upward into the hole, the width being wider than the screw shaft, the width being smaller than the screw head of the screw, and being parallel to the swing direction of the panel cover. It is preferable that the panel cover has a groove formed in the panel cover and a temporary fixing groove that engages with a screw head of the screw that is screwed halfway.
According to this aspect, when attaching the panel cover to the air conditioner main body, the user rotates the panel cover around the hinge member and lifts the panel cover to the lower surface of the air conditioner main body. In this state, the panel cover can be swung substantially parallel to the ceiling by the rotation of the first rotation axis and the second rotation axis of the hinge member, so that the user can temporarily fix the panel cover. The panel cover is temporarily fixed to the air conditioner body by slidingly engaging the groove with the screw head of the screw. Even if the user releases his hand from the panel cover, the user does not need to hold the panel cover because the panel cover is temporarily fixed at that position. Finally, when the screw is screwed in, the panel cover is fixed at a position covering the lower part of the air conditioner body.

FIG. 16 is a diagram showing details of a state where the temporary fixing member of the panel cover is temporarily fixed to the bathroom drying / heating machine main body.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the planar shape of the panel cover 18 is a square, and one end thereof is connected to a hinge member 52 (the back side of the panel cover 18 is described above). As described above, the driving device of the louver 44, the light receiving device of the operation remote controller, and the like are attached, and the outlet 42 and the inlet 38 are formed. However, these are omitted in FIG. 6 for clarity of the drawing. As shown in the figure). The hinge member 52 is manufactured by bending a round bar, and has a first rotation shaft 52a and a second rotation shaft 52b parallel to each other. The second rotating shaft 52b is located at both ends of the hinge member 52, and a hinge intermediate portion 52c is formed between the first rotating shaft 52a and the second rotating shaft 52b. A shaft hole is formed in the hinge support bracket 58, and the first rotation shaft 52a of the hinge member 52 is inserted into the shaft hole. Since the two hinge support members 58 are fixed to the panel cover 18 by the screws 59, the hinge member 52 is rotatably connected to the panel cover 18 via the hinge support members 58.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 6, the panel cover 18 is formed with two temporary fixing members 62 as holding means for holding the panel cover 18 at the temporary fixing position. As shown in FIG. 7, the temporary fixing member 62 has a shape in which a circumferential side surface of a cylinder formed perpendicular to the base surface 64 of the panel cover 18 is partially cut out. Is temporarily formed at one end. The temporary fixing groove 66 is formed in a shape opened to the hinge member 52 side and cut in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the hinge member 52. The width A of the temporary fixing groove 66 is formed larger than the diameter of the shaft 83a of the screw 83 (the screw 83 will be described later) for attaching the panel cover 18 to the bathroom drying / heating machine body 12, and narrower than the screw head 83b. . Therefore, the screw head 83b can be engaged with the temporary fixing member 62 by sliding the shaft 83a of the screw 83 into the temporary fixing groove 66. The cylindrical inner peripheral surface of the temporary fixing member 62 is directly connected to the base surface 64 of the panel cover 18, and a circular hole 68 is opened in the base surface 64.
As shown in FIG. 12, four screw holes 17a are formed at four corners of a flange 17 formed at a lower portion of the bathroom drying / heating machine main body 12.
As shown in FIG. 6, two mounting holes 63 are formed in the panel cover 18, and the screw 83 is connected to the screw hole 17 a of the flange 17 through the mounting hole 63 and the temporary fixing member 62. The panel cover 18 is attached to the bathroom drying and heating machine main body 12 by screwing the panel cover 18.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a support 72 is formed at one end of the flange 17 of the bathroom drying and heating machine body 12, and a shaft hole 73 is formed through the support 72. . A retaining member 76 for retaining the hinge member 52 is formed coaxially with the shaft hole 73 of the support 72. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the retaining member 76 is formed in a shape in which a part 76 a of the peripheral wall of the shaft hole is cut out (in FIGS. 8 and 9, one side is not shown). Although only one is shown, two supports 72 and two retaining members 76 are formed, into which the second rotation shaft 52b of the hinge member 52 is inserted. The support and the retaining member are referred to as one, and the other formed on the opposite side (not shown) is referred to as the other).
[0017]
Next, an operation procedure for connecting the panel cover 18 to the bathroom drying / heating machine main body 12 will be described.
In order to connect the panel cover 18 to the bathroom drying / heating machine main body 12, first, the second rotation shaft 52b of the hinge member 52 is connected to the shaft hole of the retaining member 76 as shown by an arrow 86 in FIG. It pushes in through the notch part 76a, and the axis | shaft of the retaining member 76 and the axis | shaft of the 2nd rotation shaft 52b are matched. Next, the hinge member 52 is moved in the axial direction (the direction of the arrow 86), and the second rotating shaft 52 b is inserted into the shaft hole 73 of the support 72. At this time, the rotation position of the second rotation shaft 52b of the hinge member 52 is maintained at a rotation position at which the intermediate portion 52c of the hinge member 52 can pass through the cutout portion 76a of the retaining member 72. Subsequently, while maintaining the rotational position, the hinge member 52 is moved in the opposite axial direction (the direction of the arrow 87 indicated by the dotted line in FIG. 8), and the other second rotational shaft 52b is moved to the other support 72. Insert into the shaft hole 73. As described above, the second rotation shafts 52b at both ends of the hinge member 52 are inserted into the shaft holes 73 of the two supports 72. Further, as indicated by an arrow 89 in FIG. 9, the hinge member 52 is rotated about the second rotation shaft 52b. In this state, even if the hinge member 52 is to be moved in the axial direction, the intermediate portion 52c of the hinge member 52 contacts the side surface 76b of the retaining member 76 shown in FIG. That is, the hinge member 52 cannot move in the axial direction, and the hinge member 52 is prohibited from falling out of the bathroom drying / heating machine main body 12.
[0018]
As described above, the panel cover was connected to the bathroom drying / heating machine main body via the hinge member. Hereinafter, an operation procedure for fixing the panel cover 18 to the bathroom drying / heating machine main body 12 will be described.
In a state where the panel cover 18 is connected to the bathroom drier / heater main body 12, the panel cover 18 is rotatably suspended from the bathroom drier / heater main body 12 via the hinge member 52 as shown in FIG. Can be As shown in FIG. 12, the screw 83 is screwed halfway into the screw hole 17a of the flange 17 on the side opposite to the support 72.
First, the panel cover 18 is temporarily fixed to the bathroom drying and heating machine main body 12. In order to temporarily fix the panel cover 18 to the bathroom drier / heater main body 12, as shown in FIG. 14, the panel cover 18 is rotated about the hinge member 52 so as to be substantially flush with the lower surface of the bathroom drier / heater 12. Place them in parallel positions. Next, when the hinge member 52 is rotated in the direction of the arrow 89, the panel cover 18 is swung in a direction parallel to the lower surface of the bathroom drying / heating machine main body 12 to be in a state shown in FIG. In the process in which the panel cover 18 swings in a direction parallel to the lower surface of the bathroom dryer 12, the shaft 83 a of the screw 83 is slid into the temporary fixing groove 66 of the temporary fixing member 62 formed in the panel cover 18. And screw head 83b is engaged. This state is shown in FIG. 16, in which the panel cover 18 is temporarily fixed, and the panel cover 18 is held at this position even if the user releases his / her hand. Further, the two screws 83 are screwed halfway through the mounting holes 63.
Finally, a screwdriver is inserted into the mounting hole 63 and the hole 68 of the temporary fixing member 62, and the four screws 83 are screwed in, so that the panel cover 18 is completely fixed to the bathroom drying / heating machine main body 12.
[0019]
As described above, the bathroom dryer / heater according to the embodiment of the present invention has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment at all, and the present invention includes various changes and improvements based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. It can be implemented in the form described.
[0020]
For example, as shown in FIG. 17, the temporary fixing member 62 of the panel cover 18 may have stopper portions 69 on both sides of the temporary fixing groove 66. The stopper portion 69 prevents the screw head 83b from coming off when the screw head 83b of the screw 83 is engaged with the temporary fixing groove 66. In order to release the engagement between the temporary fixing member 62 and the screw head 83b from this state, it is necessary to lift the panel cover 18 upward, move the panel cover 18 further in the horizontal direction, and make the stopper 69 move over the screw head 83b. . Therefore, according to this configuration, the panel cover 18 can be temporarily fixed more reliably.
[0021]
In the embodiment described above, the number of the temporary fixing members 62 of the panel cover 18 is two, but any number may be used as long as the temporary fixing can be realized.
For example, as shown in FIG. 18, four temporary fixing members 62 may be provided so that the panel cover 18 can be temporarily fixed more reliably. In the case of this configuration, it is necessary to increase the axial length (height) of the temporary fixing member 62 closer to the hinge member 52 so that the screw head 83a can engage with the temporary fixing groove 66. is there.
[0022]
For example, the attachment of the hinge member 52 may be reversed from the above-described embodiment, and the first rotating shaft 52a may be attached to the air conditioner body 12 and the second rotating shaft 52b may be attached to the panel cover 18.
