【0020】
Q = 2E・Cs …(2)
【0021】
is = f・Q = 2f・Cs・E …(3)
【0025】
Fn = │fn+1 −fn │ …(5)

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an independent operation detection device for a synchronous generator, which is capable of operating, for example, a private synchronous generator connected to a commercial AC power system and allowing reverse power flow from the synchronous generator to the commercial power system side, and a generator. Equipment related.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this way, the private synchronous generator of the customer is connected via the distribution line from the substation of the commercial power system, and the synchronous generator is operated in connection with the commercial power system, and reverse power flows from the synchronous generator. In such a case, when the transmission breaker of the substation is opened, the switch interposed between the private synchronous generator and the distribution line must be shut off. If the sending circuit breaker is kept open and the private synchronous generator continues to operate, there is a problem in securing the safety of the power company operator, and the sending circuit breaker is closed again. If so, there is a possibility that the power flow may be combined in an asynchronous state. When the transmission circuit breaker of the substation is opened in this way, it is necessary to detect that the private synchronous generator is operating alone, and based on the detection result, the private synchronous generator is connected between the private synchronous generator and the distribution line. It is necessary to shut off the intervening switch.
[0003]
In one proposed technique, the output of an automatic voltage regulator that regulates the field current so that the output voltage of the synchronous generator becomes a constant value is further provided with a periodically fluctuating fluctuation signal, thereby providing a field oscillation. The current is fluctuated periodically. During interconnection, the capacity of the commercial power system is sufficiently larger than that of the synchronous generator, so that the output frequency of the synchronous generator is, for example, 60 Hz as shown by reference numeral L1 in FIG. It has been kept.
[0004]
After time t1 at which the transmission circuit breaker of the substation is opened and the synchronous generator is in the independent operation state, reference L2 in FIG. 10 is made according to the operational state of the synchronous generator, that is, the state of the load. , L3, the frequency fluctuates and occurs as shown by the fluctuation widths ΔF1 and ΔF2 of the frequency. When the load is large, and thus the power generated by the synchronous generator is large, the frequency fluctuation width ΔF1 is large as shown by the line L2. When the load is small and the power generated by the synchronous generator is small, the line L3 is used. As shown, the fluctuation width ΔF2 of the frequency of the generated voltage is small.
[0005]
In this proposed technology, the frequency fluctuation ranges ΔF1 and ΔF2 are set to a predetermined constant discrimination level A to determine whether the system is in an interconnected state or an isolated operation state. Is small, the frequency fluctuation range is less than the discrimination level A, and the isolated operation cannot be detected.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a synchronous generator isolated operation detection device and a power generation device that can reliably detect whether or not a synchronous generator connected to a commercial AC power system is in an isolated operation state. To provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a synchronous generator that reversely flows generated power to a commercial AC power system,

Means for responding to the output of the second calculating means and determining that the synchronous generator is in an isolated operation when the accumulated value is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.
Further, the present invention provides a synchronous generator for generating a reverse flow of generated power to a commercial AC power system,
In the isolated operation detection device of the synchronous generator provided in the power generator provided with an automatic voltage regulator that adjusts the field current so that the output voltage of the synchronous generator becomes a predetermined value,
A sway signal having a predetermined frequency and a predetermined peak-to-peak value Vpp, which changes with time, is generated and supplied to an automatic voltage regulator. Rocking signal generating means for changing the magnetic current,

A switch interposed between the commercial AC power system and the synchronous generator,
Means for responding to the output of the second calculating means and, when the accumulated value is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, switching off the switch.
[0008]
[Action]
The synchronous generator is driven by a prime mover, for example, an internal combustion engine such as a gas turbine, and the fuel supply flow rate of the internal combustion engine is maintained, for example, at a constant level. In the closed state, the output of the synchronous generator, e.g., the frequency of the output voltage, has negligible or zero variation. Therefore, the output frequency of the output voltage of the synchronous generator is sampled and detected at a predetermined sampling period, for example, 20 msec, by the detection means, and the detection frequencies f n , f n + 1 obtained at each sampling time obtained at each sampling time are obtained. The absolute value | f n + 1 −f n | of the difference is calculated by the first calculating means, and the absolute value of the difference is accumulated and integrated over a predetermined time, for example, 1 second, and the accumulated value F is set to a predetermined value. Compare with α. In a state where the above-mentioned substation transmission circuit breaker is closed and the commercial AC power system and the synchronous generator are interconnected, the absolute value is small, and therefore, the accumulated value is less than the predetermined value α. . Thereby, it can be determined that the synchronous generator is in the interconnected state.
[0009]
According to the experiments of the present inventor, when the transmission breaker of the substation is opened and the synchronous generator enters the isolated operation state, the output of the synchronous generator, for example, the output frequency of the above-described output voltage fluctuates finely in a short cycle. It was confirmed that.
[0010]
The cumulative value of the absolute value of the difference between the detection frequencies obtained by the first calculating means is equal to or larger than a predetermined value α in such an independent operation, and it is determined that the synchronous generator is in the independent operation.
[0011]
An automatic voltage regulator for adjusting the field current of the synchronous generator connected to the commercial AC power system so that the output voltage of the synchronous generator becomes a predetermined value is further provided. To generate a variable amplitude fluctuation signal having a predetermined frequency, for example, 1 Hz and having a predetermined peak-to-peak value Vpp, which varies with time, and outputs the output of the automatic voltage regulator together with the field of the synchronous generator. Change the magnetic current. In a state where the sending-out circuit breaker of the commercial AC power system, for example, a substation, is closed, the reactive power fluctuates among the power generated by the synchronous generator due to the fluctuation signal, and the output voltage remains substantially constant. However, when the sending-out circuit breaker of the substation is opened and the synchronous generator is in the isolated operation state, of the electric power generated by the synchronous generator, the reactive power hardly changes and the voltage fluctuates. This voltage fluctuation causes a fluctuation in power consumption of a load supplying power from the synchronous generator, and as a result, a frequency fluctuation. The degree to which the output voltage fluctuation affects the frequency fluctuation changes according to the magnitude of the load. When the impedance viewed from the synchronous generator side of the load is Z and the output voltage is V, the output power S of the synchronous generator is
[0012]
(Equation 1)
[0013]
It is represented by The power S is a vector sum of the active power and the reactive power.
[0014]
Also in such a reactive power fluctuation method, similarly to the above, the output frequency of the output voltage of the synchronous generator is detected at a predetermined short sampling period, and the absolute value of the difference between the detection frequencies at each adjacent sampling is detected. It accumulates over a predetermined time, and if the accumulated value is equal to or more than the predetermined value, it can be determined that the synchronous generator is in the isolated operation. In this way, when the transmission breaker of the substation of the commercial AC power system is opened, even when the load of the synchronous generator is small, when the synchronous generator driven by the gas turbine is used, a plurality of synchronous generators are connected in parallel. Even when the motor is operated and when the synchronous motor is used as a load, even if the frequency fluctuation width is relatively small, it can be reliably detected at a small discrimination level, and thus the isolated operation state can be reliably detected. Will be able to
[0015]
When it is detected that the isolated operation is performed, a switch interposed between the commercial AC power system and the synchronous generator is shut off, and when the commercial AC power system is restored, each output from the synchronous generator is restored. Are connected asynchronously.

【The invention's effect】
When the synchronous generator is disconnected from the connection of the commercial AC power system and enters an isolated operation state, the output frequency fluctuates finely in a short cycle in experiments by the present inventor. Is detected at a predetermined sampling period, and the absolute value of the difference between the detection frequencies at the time of each adjacent sampling is accumulated over a predetermined time, and when the accumulated value is equal to or more than the predetermined value, the single operation of the synchronous generator is performed. When the synchronous generator is driven by a gas turbine or the like, when a plurality of synchronous generators are operated in parallel, and when a synchronous motor is used as a load, Even when the frequency is small, the phenomenon in which the output frequency fluctuates in a short cycle in the isolated operation state may be different from the commercial frequency of the commercial AC power system. Different clearly appears, thus resulting in the islanding operation is surely detected.
[0039]
According to the present invention, the sway signal from the sway signal generating means is supplied to the automatic voltage regulator to change the field current of the synchronous generator so that the output voltage of the synchronous generator becomes a predetermined constant value. In such a configuration, even when such a fluctuation signal is present, the effect that the isolated operation of the synchronous generator can be reliably detected is achieved.
[0040]
Also, when it is detected that the operation is the isolated operation, the switch is cut off, the commercial AC power system and the synchronous generator are disconnected, and therefore, when the commercial AC power system is restored, each output of the synchronous generator is restored. It is avoided that the phases are connected asynchronously.
