また、上記のように枠部と蓋部とを一体に成形する時には、大きな金型を用いなければならない。しかし、特許文献1にように枠部と蓋部とを別々に成形するのであれば、金型の形状が小さくなり、小型の射出成形機によって成形できるから、後工程で枠部と蓋部を組み付ける工程が必要になるものの、単価がアップし易い少量多品種生産を中心に、最近、枠部と蓋部を別々成形することも行われてきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように枠部と蓋部とを一体で成形した場合において、樹脂成形の為の金型は枠部と蓋部とが蝶番部で連結されて横に並ぶから形状が大きくなり、樹脂注入するためのキャビディ形状が複雑となって金型設計が難しいだけでなく、実際の射出成形工程では樹脂の充填時間が長くなって生産性が低い問題があった。

また、一体成形であるがために、枠部と蓋部が同一の色になる。通常は容器本体に味噌等の内容物を収容した後に、その開口を印刷付きのフィルム(カバー)で密封するが、そこに被せる蓋部が不透明であると、外から印刷が見えなくなってしまうので、蓋部は透視性があるように透明又は半透明の樹脂で成形することになる。その結果、蓋部と一体成形の枠部も必然的に透明又は半透明に限定されてしまい、商品価値として好ましくない。

このため、最近では特許文献1のように枠部と蓋部を別々に成形し、一方の蝶番部と他方のロック機構とによって枠部と蓋部とを固定する方法が検討されているが、成形後の作業工程で枠部と蓋部と一体にするやり方には解決すべき問題点が多い。即ち、この枠部と蓋部とを別々に成形して後で一体にする構造は使用中に枠部と蓋部とが外れない取付け強度が必要であり、厚さを大きくできない枠部の上面と蝶番部の固定部とによって、枠部に蓋部を強く固定することは困難である。また、枠部と蓋部とが外れない構造が実現できても、一体成形ではないから蝶番部の組み付けに誤差が生じて枠部と蓋部との間に隙間ができやすくなる。このため、成形後の寸法が設計上は密着できる寸法であっても実際の製品としては密着性が充分得られず、予定した包装容器内の密封性が充分得られないという問題点がある。

【課題を解決するための手段及び作用・効果】
上記課題を解決するために本発明の包装容器用蓋は、上面開放型の包装容器本体の上部に嵌め込まれるリング状の枠部と、前記枠部に取付けられる蓋部とを有し、前記枠部と前記蓋部は各々別個に合成樹脂で成形され、前記枠部は包装容器本体の上部表面と密着する平面を裏面に形成した上面部と、包装容器本体の上部周鍔部の側方に位置する垂直部とで構成し、その枠部の上面部の外周にはリング状の表面から段部によって一段下がった外周面を形成し、前記蓋部は平板状の蓋本体部と、その蓋本体部の外縁から下方に伸びるリング状の周縁部とで構成されている。そして、その蓋部の周縁部の側方には蓋部の開閉動作に追従して変形可能な厚みの薄い蝶番部と、該蝶番部を介して蓋部を前記枠部に固着するためにこの蝶番部よりも厚く形成された固定部とを一体に備え、前記枠部の上面部には前記蓋部を前記枠部に固着するための固定部の厚さと幅に相当する凹部を形成して、その固定部が凹部に嵌合して前記蓋部を前記枠部に固着し、更に前記蓋部を前記枠部に取付けるロック機構を前記蝶番部の反対側に備え、前記蓋部が蝶番部を介して前記枠部に対して回動して閉鎖した時に、前記ロック機構によって前記蓋部と枠部とを固定し、この固定時には、前記蓋部の周縁部の内面が前記枠部の段部と嵌合しながら、前記蓋部の周縁部の下端面が一段下がった外周面の上面と密着するように構成されている。

そして、枠部と蓋部とが各々別個に成形されるから、成形に使用する樹脂を選択することによって、枠部と蓋部とを同色にもできるし、互いに異なった色の組み合わせとすることも可能となる。即ち、あらかじめ顔料を含んだ合成樹脂で成形することで枠部と蓋部の両方もしくはいずれか一方を色付きにすることは容易であり、特に蓋部は顔料を含まない透明又は半透明とし、容器の内容物を密封するカバー(フィルム)上の印刷が外から見えるようにするとともに、枠部を色付き、例えば茶色、金色等にすることで、蓋部、枠部とも同色の場合に比して包装容器用蓋全体として斬新性を出したり、高級感を持たせたりすることも容易である。

一方、厚さの薄い蝶番部は蓋部の周縁部からその側方に向けて形成され、この蝶番部は周縁部の先端から所定距離はなれて位置しているから、前記周縁部の端面は均一な面を構成することができ、包装容器本体の上部周鍔部に嵌め込まれた枠部に蓋部をかぶせたときに、リング状に形成した蓋部の周縁部の先端面が面一に構成した外周面と蝶番部に面同士で確実に密着するようになり、包装容器内部を確実に密封することができた。このため、包装容器の上部周鍔部の上面が枠部の上面部の下面と密着し、確実に蝶番部と枠部の凹部との間も密着し、更に、枠部の外周面と蝶番部の上面とが蓋部の周縁部の先端面と密着するから、包装容器の内容物を密封するフィルムを取り外した使用中においても確実に密閉が維持できるようになり、使用中に容器内に埃や雑菌が侵入したり、空気が流通して乾燥したりして、味噌などの内容物の貯蔵期間を短くしてしまうようなことはなくなった。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。
図1は本発明の包装容器(例えば味噌容器等の食品包装容器)に蓋をするための枠部2と、枠部2に被せられる蓋部1を一体に組み付けする前の斜視図を示している。そして、図2は蓋部1を枠部2に取付けた状態の断面図を示しており、また、図3は包装容器本体4を前記枠部2と蓋部1によって蓋をした状態の断面図を示している。

図1に示すように、蓋部1及び枠部2はそれぞれ別個の金型で成形され、その後、図2に示すように一体化される。この蓋部1及び枠部2はポリプロピレンやポリエチレン等の熱可塑性合成樹脂で成形され、蓋部1は顔料を含まない樹脂を用いて半透明(無着色の樹脂自体の色)で成形し、枠部2については蓋部1と同様に半透明に成形してもよいが、より高級感や質感を持たせるために顔料を含んだ樹脂を用いて色付きに成形することもできる。図3に示すように、容器本体4に本発明の包装容器用蓋を取付けた場合において、通常容器本体4に内容物の1例である味噌を充填後、容器本体4の上部の周鍔部41に容器を密封するための密封フィルムを貼り、この密封フィルムの上に予め品名・商標・用法その他の表示内容を印刷されている場合が多く、前述したように蓋部1を半透明で成形するのは前記密封フィルム上の印刷内容が蓋部1を通して上方から読み取れるようにするためである。

図3・6に示すように前記枠部2の上面部23は容器本体4の上部に形成した開口よりも内側に位置するように幅広に形成されている。また、枠部2を射出成形するに当たり、一般的には幅広の上面部23の厚さも外縁から下方に伸ばされた垂直部21の厚さと同じ厚さで良いと理解されるが、この発明ではこの上面部23の厚さを垂直部21の厚さよりも厚く形成してある。このため、枠部2が合成樹脂の射出成形によって作られていても、リング状の厚みのある上面部23は変形しにくくなり、確実に容器本体4の上部の周鍔部41に密着できるようになる。また、枠部2の上面部23の厚さが厚くできれば、蓋部1を枠部2に固定するための凹部26は深く形成することができ、また、固定部31が枠部2の凹部26に嵌合した状態で上面部23の上面と固定部31の上面が連続するようにしたときに、固定部31の厚さも厚く形成できるから、この厚みを薄くしたときのように固定部31が蝶番部3のように曲がって固定部31が外れるようなことはなくなった。
