この発明は、下水汚泥等の発酵装置における原料の切り返し装置の改良に関し、特にこの発明では、ループ状の発酵槽において切り返し装置が旋回する際にも原料を均一に切り返すことができる装置を提供せんとするものである。

従来、平面的にみてループ状に構成した発酵槽内をスクープ式の切り返し装置が巡回し、槽内の原料を切り返しながら搬送して発酵させる装置は公知である。特開平8−67588号公報はその一例である。この特開平8−67588号公報の発明では、台車に載架した切り返し装置が発酵槽の直線部では往復動し、円形部では、その内端部を中心にして旋回するようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
然しながら、上述のようなループ状の発酵槽で原料を切り返す場合には、その切り返し装置が旋回する部分で、旋回中心部の原料が外周部に向かって放擲され、外周部が多く中心部が少なくなり、すり鉢状の原料の分布となる。図1はその様子を示し、図中、A点で後方に放擲された原料が中心線Xに対する対称位置Bに落下すればよいが、実際にはスクープによる放擲力にスクープの旋回による遠心力が加わってC点に落下し、原料が外周部に片寄ることとなり、均一な切り返しができないものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、上述のような切り返し装置の旋回時における課題を解決したものであって、この発明の要旨とするところは、平面的にみてループ状に構成した発酵槽内を原料の切り返し装置が巡回するようにした発酵装置において、上記切り返し装置の進行方向反対側の放擲原料の落下部位に複数枚の放擲原料の反転板を設け、これら反転板を切り返し装置の旋回に連動して放擲された原料を旋回中心部に向かって反転させる方向に回動するように切り返し装置の機枠に支架したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
すなわち、切り返し装置が旋回を開始すると、これに連動して反転板が回動して放擲される原料を旋回中心部に向かって反転移動させ、旋回中心部に生ずる凹所を埋め、旋回部においても均一な原料の切り返しができるものである。この切り返し装置の旋回開始に連動する反転板の回動機構については、図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。

図2は、切り返し装置1の発酵槽内における切り返し装置の巡回状況を説明するための発酵槽2の平面図であり、切り返し装置1は台車3に載架された旋回台4に支架されていて、台車3の往復動に伴って、発酵槽2の直線部ではこれに沿って矢示イするように直行し、左右の円形部では、その内端部を軸にして旋回(矢示ロ)して原料を切り返すようにしている。そして、直線部および旋回部何れにおいても掬い上げた原料を進行方向後方に放擲して切り返すようにしている。

次に、図3は上記切り返し装置1の側部を開放して示すものであり、符号5は多数のスクープ5aを装着したスクープベルトであり、その下端部を発酵槽2の底面2aに近接させるとともに、その上端が前述台車3に載架した旋回台4に支架されている。符号6はスクープベルト5の駆動軸、7は駆動モーターである。尚、この切り返し装置1の旋回の中心は図2に示すように切り返し装置1の内端部である。また、図3において符号8は前述した反転板9の支架フレーム、10は反転板9の支持杆で略鉛直状に一対設けてある。

次に、上記反転板9の支架構造について、図4乃至図6に基づいて詳述する。上記一対の支持杆10の下端は、図4に示すように下部固定杆11で連結されており、この下部固定杆11の斜め後方上部には、その両端部が一対の支持杆10からそれぞれ延出させたアーム10a,10bに固定された上部固定杆12が設けてある。反転板9は図5に示すように、その下縁部9aおよび上縁部9bが、下部固定杆11および上部固定杆12に枢支してあり、この上下の枢支部を結ぶ軸Yを軸として回動できるようにしてある。この軸Yが鉛直線(垂下している支持杆10)となす角が約45°としてある。

また、反転板9の後方側の遊端部9cは作動杆13に枢支してあり、作動杆13の左右動によって、反転板9が軸Yを中心に回動するようにしてある。また、作動杆13の外側端には、切り返し装置1の旋回時にその旋回半径よりも外方に突出する案内棒13aが取り付けられており、一方、最内側の反転板9には、その基端を支持杆10に枢支した鍵状に折曲した復帰杆14の先端が当接させてあって、直線進行部では回動した反転板9を正規姿勢に戻すようにしてある。

このように、この発明に係る装置は、ループ状の発酵槽内を切り返し装置が巡回するようにした発酵装置において、切り返し装置の旋回部においても原料を片寄らせることなく均一に切り返すことができるとともに、直線走行部でも反転板によって原料を破砕でき、然も、この反転板の作動は自動的に行われるもので、この種、従来装置の課題を完全に解消したものである。
