Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seat-plate sliding device for a chair, and more particularly, to a seat-plate sliding device capable of sliding a seat plate forward against an elastic urging force in accordance with a movement of a seated person to a reclining position and allowing the seated person to move to a standing position. The present invention relates to a seat plate sliding device for a chair which can be slid rearward by an elastic urging force with the movement.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a tubular casing provided on both sides of a seat plate is externally slidably inserted and retracted outwardly into seat support portions of both side frames attached to legs, and elastically attached rearward into the seat support portions of the frame. The front end of the slide rod that protrudes from the front end of the seat support portion is engaged with the seat plate, and the seat plate is moved against the elastic urging force as the occupant moves to the reclining position. A chair seat plate sliding device which is slidable forward and slidable backward by an elastic urging force in accordance with the movement of a seated person to an upright posture is provided by the present applicant under the trade name "vertebra". This mechanism is common to all chairs and is known.
[0003]
In a conventional seat plate slide device, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-2364, a slide rod and a spring for elastically urging the slide rod rearward into a seat support portion of a frame made of a metal pipe. With the slide restoring mechanism such as a tension coil spring installed inside, after the casing of the seat plate is externally inserted into the seat support from the front (the insertion direction matches the slide direction), the tip of the slide rod is removed. It was made to appear in front of the casing, and the tip and the seat plate were fixed in place.
[0004]
However, the conventional fixing of the distal end portion of the slide rod and the seat plate has the following problem because the knock pin is directly driven into the distal end portion from the back surface side of the seat plate. That is, the workability is poor because it is assembled from below, the gravity acts in the direction in which the pin comes off, the pin fixing force depends on the fitting force, so there is concern about detachment due to dimensional variations, etc. The fact that they cannot be visually confirmed, the necessity of a tool for tapping into the mounting of the pin, and the necessity of a screw and pliers for removing the pin are required.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above situation, the present invention is to solve the problem that the assembling work between the distal end portion of the slide rod and the seat plate can be easily performed with one touch from above, and the assembling process can be simplified. Another object of the present invention is to provide a seat plate sliding device for a chair having a high binding strength.
