Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a decorative plate, and more particularly, to a decorative plate having a luminance coloring effect in a scattered manner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a decorative board is formed by forming a decorative layer by thermocompression bonding a melamine resin-impregnated paper, a pattern paper having a color or pattern, and a phenol resin-impregnated paper with a thermocompression machine. There were many.
[0003]
However, in this case, the decorative plate on which the decorative layer is formed by melamine resin impregnated paper or the like has a very low surface roughness because the surface is extremely smooth, and is extremely dazzling depending on the viewing direction due to light reflection, and has a glossiness. Because of the large size, there are many things with a so-called shiny (looking whitish) feeling. Therefore, by forming an uneven shape on the surface of the pressing plate (mainly using a stainless steel plate) arranged on the crimping surface of the thermocompression bonding machine, There has been proposed a method in which a decorative layer having an uneven shape is formed on the surface of a plate to increase the surface roughness and decrease the glossiness.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, a decorative plate having a glossiness of 5 ° or less, a surface roughness of 7 to 20 μRmax, a suede-like appearance, and a decorative plate having a luminous color-developing effect on the surface cannot be found from the above-mentioned prior art. Was. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a decorative plate having a spot color and a luminance coloring effect based on a suede appearance by devising a pigment and thermocompression bonding.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means taken by the present invention to achieve the above object will be described below with reference numerals used in FIGS. 1 to 4 corresponding to the embodiments.
[0006]
That is, the configuration of the decorative board of the present invention is as follows.
"A decorative plate having a decorative layer surface having a glossiness of 5 [deg.] Or less and a surface roughness of 7 to 20 [mu] Rmax, wherein the decorative layer contains a film strip having a metal-coated surface. . "
The contents.
[0007]
Polyester is preferably used as the film strip having a metal surface coated as a component of the pigment. The particle size of the film strip is adjusted to 400 mesh to 100 mesh using a standard Tyler sieve.
[0008]
Melamine resin-impregnated patterned paper (30) which is coated with a color or pattern using ink or the like prepared by adding cellulose acetate or the like to the surface-coated film strip and adjusting with a solvent (such as diacetone alcohol, anone or ethyl cellosolve). ) And a phenolic resin-impregnated paper (40) are laminated, and these are thermocompression-bonded.
[0009]
Here, the processed paper (10) on which the thermoplastic resin film (11) having releasability is laminated is superimposed on the pattern paper (30) such that the surface of the thermoplastic resin film (11) comes into contact. These are heat-pressed to form a decorative layer on the pattern paper (30).
[0010]
Effect of the Invention
By the above means, as shown in FIG. 1, the decorative plate of the present invention has a decorative layer of patterned paper having a glossiness of 5 ° or less and a surface roughness of 7 to 20 μRmax. The occurrence of glare and shine due to reflection is suppressed.
[0011]
Here, the reason why the glossiness is 5 ° or less and the surface roughness is 7 to 20 μRmax will be described below.
That is, when the glossiness exceeds 5 °, shine tends to occur, which is not preferable in appearance.
[0012]
On the other hand, when the surface roughness is less than 7 μRmax, the light reflectance is high and the surface becomes dazzling. If it exceeds 20 μRmax, it is too coarse and the surface texture is not good.
[0013]
In order to express the appearance of the decorative plate (100) in a suede tone, it is desirable that the surface of the decorative layer has a glossiness of 3 ° or less and a surface roughness of 12 to 16μ.
Further, the reason why the pearly feeling or the metallic feeling can be expressed by the scattered luminance coloring of the coating film strip on the suede-like appearance is due to the wide coloring action by the vapor deposition treatment or the like.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 5, the processed paper (10) may be formed by coating a paraffin and silicone on the surface to form a coating (12). Releases the melamine resin-impregnated pattern paper (30) after thermocompression bonding. In addition, paraffin melts during thermocompression bonding, flows and spreads on the melamine resin-impregnated pattern paper (30) or the processed paper (10), acts as a mold release, and corresponds to the thermoplastic resin film (11). It is considered that they also play a role.
[0015]
That is, the processed paper (10) has an uneven shape on the surface such that an uneven shape is formed on the surface of the decorative plate (100) at the time of thermocompression bonding, and further has a releasing function thereon, It is considered that a coating material having plasticity is sometimes laminated.
【Example】

A melamine resin-impregnated pattern paper (30) having a thickness of 0.1 mm and printed with a pearly feeling in a dot shape, and a plurality of phenol resin-impregnated papers (40) having a thickness of 0.2 mm are laminated in this order.
[0017]
Next, these are pressure-bonded (pressure 80 kg / cm2) by a thermocompression bonding machine (60) (surface temperature 165 ° C.) to be integrated.
Then, after cooling the thermocompression-bonded product, the processed paper (10) is peeled off from the melamine resin-impregnated pattern paper (30), and as shown in FIG. A decorative board (100) in which a decorative layer having a pearly feeling is formed in a suede-like appearance having a gloss of 4.6 ° and a surface roughness of 14.2 μRmax in combination with the spot pattern can be manufactured. Was.
[0018]
Example 2
As shown in FIG. 3, a continuous heating and press forming machine (80) having a steel belt (70) having a thickness of 1.5 mm and having a smooth surface is shown in FIG. 5 between the upper and lower steel belts (70). A processed paper (10) is placed on the top, whereby 3.5 parts of cellulose acetate is placed on a plain base impregnated with a melamine resin having a thickness of 0.18 mm, and a film strip is formed by vapor-depositing aluminum on a polyester film. Then, after the thermocompression bonding, the processed paper (10) was peeled off, and a decorative plate (100) having a decorative layer having a gloss of 0.2 ° and a surface roughness of 14.5 μRmax was formed.
[0020]
The gloss was measured using a gloss meter manufactured by Chemie (West Germany) at an incident angle of 60 °, and the surface roughness was measured using a surf coder SEF-30D manufactured by Kosaka Corporation in accordance with the manual. It was measured.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the decorative plate according to the present invention,
Since the surface of the decorative layer has a glossiness of 5 ° or less and a surface roughness of 7 to 20 μRmax, glare and shininess due to light reflection are suppressed.
It is possible to provide a decorative board that has such a suede-like appearance and has a large luminance and coloring degree, and a pearly feeling and a metallic feeling are sharpened by coating film strips.
