Description

【0001】

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-317838 discloses that a downward bent portion is formed at a front edge of a shelf, and an upward claw piece (mould attachment seat piece) is cut and raised at the front end of the shelf. It is described that a groove is formed in the edge member to be fitted into the claw piece from above, and the edge member is fitted into the claw piece from above and mounted.
[0005]
According to both of these prior arts, there is an advantage that the attachment of the edge member can be performed with one touch.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the case of a product display shelf, the edge member may be pushed upward by hand with the momentum of a person reaching the shelf to take out or return the product. For this reason, if the edge member is mounted on the shelf by fitting the edge member from above as in the above publications, the edge member may come off from the shelf.
[0007]
In addition, the shelf for product display is often quite high, but when the shelf is located at a position higher than the line of sight of a person, the bent portions of the shelf are exposed in the configurations of the above-mentioned publications. There was also a problem that the appearance was not good. Further, when the front edge of the shelf is bent to the back side as described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-317873, since the rear edge of the bent portion is exposed, a person may take out the product. Another problem was that when putting hands in and out of the shelf, human hands could easily touch the tip of the bend and get injured.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to solve these problems.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a structure in which an edge member made of a synthetic resin or the like is attached to an edge of a metal plate shelf , and a shelf is provided at an edge of the shelf plate. A front horizontal plate extending downward from the upper surface and a lower horizontal plate bent backward at the lower end thereof, and a hollow bent portion including an upward rear end plate rising from the tip of the lower horizontal plate are integrally formed, The edge member has a fitting portion that can fit into the bent portion of the shelf plate from below, and the fitting portion abuts at least a part of the front surface of the front plate and the lower surface of the lower horizontal plate. And is formed in a cross-sectional shape that abuts the rear surface of the rear end plate, respectively, and fitted by deformation against the elasticity in the bent portion when the edge member is fitted into the bent portion from below, A rear end plate in the bent portion of the shelf board and the Tsu The di member, in which the engaging portion for holding the fitting state is formed.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the structure for attaching an edge member to the shelf board according to the first aspect, a rear end edge of the edge member is engaged with a rear end edge of a bent portion of the shelf board. And the claw which engages the edge member so that the edge member cannot fall down is integrally formed.
[0011]
[Action / Effect]
With this configuration, the edge member is attached to the shelf by a one-touch operation of being fitted into the bent portion of the shelf from below.
[0012]
And since the present invention is to fit the edge member into the bent portion of the shelf from below, even if a person pushes up the edge member from below when putting the shelf in and out of the shelf, the edge member will not fall off. In addition, since the bent portion of the shelf is covered with the edge member, the bent portion of the shelf is not exposed to the human eyes, and the beauty can be improved. Furthermore, since the bent portion of the shelf is covered with the edge member, no injury is caused even when a human hand touches a location on the lower surface of the shelf, and safety can be improved.
[0013]
Moreover, the front edge of the shelf plate is hollow with a front plate extending downward from the shelf upper surface, a lower horizontal plate bent backward at the lower end thereof, and an upward rear end plate rising from the tip of the lower horizontal plate. Since the bent portion is bent, the edge member can be engaged with each other by deformation against the elasticity of the bent portion when the edge member is fitted into the bent portion from below. The engagement between the rear end plate and the edge member can easily maintain the fitted state between the two.
[0014]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a claw that engages with the rear end edge of the bent portion of the shelf plate and engages the edge member so that the edge member cannot be disengaged downward is integrally formed with the rear end edge of the edge member. The mounting and dismounting can be extremely easily performed.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
<< 1st Embodiment >>
1 to 3 show a first embodiment, in which FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shelf 1 for displaying goods, etc., FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line II-II of FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line III. The shelf 1 includes a column (side frame) 2 and a plurality of metal plates 3, and a synthetic resin edge member 4 is attached to the front edge of the shelf 3.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 2, a front edge of each shelf 3 is formed by bending a top plate 5 downward, a front plate 6, a lower horizontal plate 7 formed by bending a lower end of the front plate 6 backward, and a lower horizontal plate. 7 is formed in a substantially hollow shape with a rear end plate 8 standing up from the front end (a bent portion at the front end is indicated by reference numeral 3a), and a large gap is provided between the rear end plate 8 and the upper surface plate 5. Is vacant.
[0018]
On the other hand, the edge member 4 is in close contact with the front plate 6 of the shelf 3 and the lower horizontal plate 7 of the shelf 3 so as to fit into the bent portion 3a of the shelf 3 from below. It has a lower surface portion 10 and a rear end portion 11 that comes into close contact with the rear end plate 8 of the shelf plate 3 from behind, that is, has an upward opening groove 4a that fits into the bent portion 3a of the shelf plate 3. A hook-shaped claw 12 is formed at the upper end of the rear end portion 11 and hooks and engages with the rear end plate 8 of the shelf 3 from above.
[0019]
The rear end plate 8 of the shelf 3 and the claw 12 of the edge member 4 form an example of an engaging portion described in the claims.
[0020]
The front surface 9 of the edge member 4 is formed in a semicircular cross section, while the lower surface 10 and the rear end 11 are formed in a plate shape. It can fall backward and deform against the elasticity of the lower surface portion 11 and 11. The front surface of the claw 12 is cut in an inclined shape and a backwardly inclined shape. This is for guiding the fitting of the shelf board 3 into the bent portion 3a.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 3, the left and right side edges (and the rear edge) 3b of the shelf 3 are also bent in the same shape as the front edge, while the front end 9 of the edge member 4 extends over the entire left and right length of the shelf 3 For this reason, both left and right end portions of the lower surface portion 10 and the rear end portion 11 of the edge member 4 are cut into a chamfered shape in plan view to prevent interference with the side edge 3b.
[0022]
The edge member 4 is preferably manufactured by extrusion using a synthetic resin as a raw material, but can also be manufactured by injection molding or pressure molding. Further, the rear end portion 11 or the claw 12 does not necessarily need to be formed so as to extend over the entire length, and may be provided partially along the longitudinal direction.
[0023]
The edge member 4 is attached to the shelf 3 by pressing the edge member 4 against the bent portion 3a at the front end of the shelf 3 from below, as shown by a dashed line in FIG. The operation of engaging the claw 12 with the rear end plate 8 of the shelf 3 is performed in a one-touch manner.
[0024]
Further, since the distance L2 from the upper end of the rear end plate 8 to the connecting corner 13 between the front plate 6 and the lower horizontal plate 7 is longer than the distance L1 from the rear end plate 8 to the front portion 9, it is indicated by a white arrow. Thus, even if a downward force acts on the front surface 9 of the edge member 4, the front surface 9 of the edge member 4 is held by the connecting corner 13 of the shelf 3, so that the edge member 4 can be easily formed. It will not come off.
[0025]
On the other hand, when the edge member 4 is to be removed, the edge member 4 can be easily removed by, for example, pushing the edge member 4 downward while putting the finger on the claw 12 and pulling the rear end portion 11 backward. Therefore, replacement of the edge member 4 is also easy.
[0026]
As can be easily understood from FIG. 2, the mounting strength of the edge member 4 increases as the height of the rear end plate 8 increases.
[0027]
<< 2nd Embodiment >>
FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment. In this embodiment, a recess (dovetail groove) 15 into which a card 14 such as a price card can be removably inserted is formed in the front surface 9 of the edge member 4. In addition, a step 16 for forming a gap between the edge member 4 and the front plate 6 of the shelf plate 3 is formed on the upper part of the edge member 4. The stopper plate 18 can be freely inserted and removed. According to this embodiment, there is an advantage that the cards 14 and the stopper plate 18 can be easily attached to the shelf plate 3 having only the bent portion 3a formed at the front end.
[0028]
The cards 14 may be attached to the inner surface of the recess 15 or a thin synthetic resin plate may be attached to the recess 15 and the card 14 may be attached to the synthetic resin plate. . Further, a stopper portion may be formed integrally with the front surface portion 9 of the edge member 4.
[0029]
<< 3rd Embodiment >>
FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment. In this embodiment, a ridge 20 on which a transparent card holder 19 having a hook-shaped cross section can be hooked is formed on the front surface 9 of the edge member 4. The front surface of the front portion 9 may be formed flat, and a price card, a barcode card, various labels, or the like may be attached thereto. Further, the edge member 4 may be formed in a hollow shape.
[0030]
<< 4th Embodiment >>
FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment, in which (A) is an isolated perspective view, (B) is a partial plan view, and (C) is a side sectional view. The basic structure of this embodiment is the same as that of the first and second embodiments. The bent portion 3a at the front end of the shelf 3 is bent into a hollow shape, and the rear end plate 8 is attached to the rear of the edge member 4. A claw 12 formed on the end 11 is engaged. Further, similarly to the second embodiment, a step is formed on the upper part of the edge member 4. The upper end of the edge member 4 and the upper surface of the shelf 3 are set at the same height.
[0031]
On the other hand, it differs from the previous embodiment in the specific shape of the edge member 4, the structure of the shelf 3, and the caps 22 fitted on both ends of the edge member 4. This will be described below.
[0032]
A recess 15 for mounting cards is formed on the front surface of the edge member 4. However, since the vertical dimension of the cards 14 is larger than the thickness of the front edge 3a of the shelf 3, the edge member 4 The shelf 3 protrudes below the lower surface of the bent portion 3a. The lower portion of the edge member 4 is formed in a hollow shape (the hollow portion is indicated by reference numeral 23), mainly for the purpose of equalizing the wall thickness to enhance the processing accuracy and saving the material.
[0033]
The left and right side edges 3b of the shelf plate 3 are bent downward. In this case, the two side edges 3b are folded and folded, and the leading edge overlaps the upper surface plate 5. The corner of the shelf 3 is cut out in a rectangular shape in plan view (the cut-out portion is indicated by reference numeral 24).
[0034]
The edge member 4 has a length that fits between the left and right cutouts 24 on the shelf 3, while the cap 22 is set to a size that fits exactly into the cutout 24.
[0035]
The cap 22 has a first projection 25 that fits into the hollow portion 23 of the edge member 4 and a second projection 26 that fits in the recess 15. Further, the cap 22 has a side edge 3 b of the shelf plate 3. A stopper piece 27 extending along the inner surface of the boss is projected rearward. Therefore, the cap 22 is held undetachably.
[0036]
In the present embodiment and other embodiments, the edge member 4 for attaching the cards 14 is detachably attached to the shelf 3, so that the edge member 4 of a different color is replaced according to the concept of the store or the content of the product. There is an advantage that can be. In this case, a plurality of cards 14 can be arranged in series along the longitudinal direction of the edge member 4, and the color of each card 14 is changed next to each other to make it easier to see the difference for each product category. it can. In the past, the grooved rails for mounting the cards were made of steel and welded to the shelves, so they could not be replaced.
[0037]
According to this embodiment, the conventional shelf board can be used as it is, so that the processing cost does not increase and there is an advantage that it can be easily applied to the existing shelf board. Further, since the edge member can be removed, the color of the edge member can be easily changed according to the concept of the sales floor.
[0038]
In addition, when the cap 22 is provided, lateral displacement of the edge member 4 can be prevented, and safety can be improved.
[0039]
<< 5th Embodiment, 6th Embodiment >>
FIG. 7 shows a fifth embodiment, and FIG. 8 shows a sixth embodiment. These are modifications of the fourth embodiment. Among them, in the fifth embodiment of FIG. 7, the recesses 15 of the edge member 4 and the like are formed in a cross-sectional shape that greatly extends forward from the front surface of the shelf 3. In the fifth embodiment, since the cards 14 mounted in the recess 15 are in a largely lying posture, when the cards 14 are mounted on the shelf 3 located at the lower level, the cards 14 are preferable for the purchaser to easily see.
[0040]
In the edge member 4 to be attached to the shelf 3 at a position higher than the height of a person, the recess 15 may be formed so as to be opened obliquely downward so that the cards 14 can be attached in a forward inclined posture. .
[0041]
In the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the upper part of the edge member 4 is projected above the upper surface plate 5 of the shelf board 3. With this configuration, the falling off of the product can be prevented by the edge member 4.
[0042]
{Seventh and eighth embodiments}
FIG. 9 shows a seventh embodiment and an eighth embodiment. In the seventh embodiment shown in FIG. 9 (A), a rearward locking piece 8a is formed at the upper end of the rear end plate 8 of the shelf 3 and the locking piece 8a and the rear end of the edge member 4 are formed. 11 and the engaging groove 11a formed therein.
[0043]
Therefore, in this example, the locking piece 8a and the engaging groove 11a correspond to the engaging portion described in the claims. In the illustrated embodiment, the engaging piece 8a and the engaging groove 11a extend long over the entire length, but may be partial.
[0044]
In the eighth embodiment shown in FIG. 9 (B), engaging holes 28 are formed at appropriate intervals in the rear end plate 8 of the shelf 3 while the engaging holes 28 are formed in the rear end 11 of the edge member 4. An engagement claw 29 that fits into the hole 28 is formed.
[0045]
<< Ninth embodiment >>
FIGS. 11 and 12 show a ninth embodiment. This embodiment is the same as the first to sixth embodiments in the fitting structure of the edge member 4, and is different in that the side plate 40 of the shelf 3 projects forward (the forward projecting portion is indicated by reference numeral 40a). ). The protruding portion 40 a of the side plate 40 is formed in a shape corresponding to the side shape of the edge member 4.
[0046]
With this configuration, the forwardly protruding portion 40a of the side plate 40 functions as a stopper for preventing the lateral displacement of the edge member 4, so that the cap 22 as in the fourth to sixth embodiments is not required.
[0047]
«Tenth embodiment»
FIGS. 13 (A) and 13 FIG. 13 (B) shows a tenth embodiment, is bent so as to bring up the rear plate 8 of the shelf plate 3 from sewage flat 7 at an obtuse angle shape (FIG. 13 (A) see) . On the other hand, the rear end 11 of the edge member 4 rising upward from the lower surface 10 is substantially right-angled. When the lower surface 10 and the rear end 11 of the edge member 4 are pushed from below at the front end of the shelf 3, if the rigidity of the lower surface 10 and the rear end 11 is high, the lower horizontal plate made of a metal plate The rear end plate 8 is elastically deformed so as to bend at right angles to the rear end 7, and the upper end of the rear end plate 8 can engage with the pawl 12 (see FIG. 13B). For example, when the shelf 3 is a thin steel plate and the edge member 4 is made of extruded aluminum, the right angle between the lower surface 10 and the rear end 11 hardly changes. Utilizing the elastic deformability of the plate 8 side, the engaging force with the claw 12 as the engaging portion is increased.
[0048]
«Eleventh Embodiment»
Figure 14 shows an eleventh embodiment, the front plate 6 obtuse angle to bend downward from the front end of the shelf plate 3, i.e., extends before downwardly, sewage flat 7 to extend from the lower end of the front plate 6 rearwardly The rear end plate 8 is bent so as to rise from the lower horizontal plate 7 at an obtuse angle (see FIG. 13A). On the other hand, an upward opening groove 4a comprising a rear end portion 11 rising upward from a lower surface portion 10 of the edge member 4 is also provided with a bent portion 3a having a substantially rhombic side cross section comprising the front plate 6, lower horizontal plate 7, and rear end plate 8. Is formed so as to substantially conform to the cross-sectional shape of. Also in this embodiment, the upward opening groove 4a of the edge member 4 can be pushed and engaged from below toward the bent portion 3a. In the edge member 4 of this embodiment, since the recess 15 into which the cards 14 can be inserted and placed is inclined obliquely upward, the edge members 4 are described on the cards 14 from obliquely above without bulking the edge member itself. This produces an effect that characters and the like can be easily read.
[0049]
As a modification of the eleventh embodiment, the rearward inclination angle of the rear end plate 8 of the shelf plate 3 (the included angle with the lower horizontal plate 7) is set to be larger than the included angle between the lower surface portion 10 and the rear end portion 11. When the edge member 4 having high rigidity such as an extruded aluminum material is pressed into the bent portion 3a, the angle between the lower surface portion 10 and the rear end portion 11 hardly changes. By utilizing the elastic deformability of the side, the engagement force of the rear end portion 11 with the claw 12 as the engagement portion can be increased.
[0050]
FIGS. 16 to 19 show a case where a display shelf 30 is mounted between a pair of right and left columns 2 and 2 via shelf brackets 31 and 31, and the display shelf 30 is attached to the front end of the display shelf 30. The edge member 4 in the form can be mounted. In this case, as shown in FIG. 16, the length of the cards 14 arranged in the recess 15 on the front surface of the edge member 4 is made shorter than the entire length of the edge member 4 so that the plurality of cards 14 are linearly arranged in a row. And the colors of the adjacent cards 14 may be mutually changed to make it easier for the viewer to identify the displayed products arranged according to the colors of the heading cards. In this case, it goes without saying that the short cards 14 may be arranged in the recess 15 with the card inserted between long transparent plastic card holders.
[0051]
A plurality of upper and lower engaging hooks 32 integrally projecting rearward from a base end of a shelf bracket 31 made of a metal plate or the like are fitted into engaging holes 2a formed along the up and down longitudinal direction of the column 2. At this time, the shelf bracket 31 is protruded forward.
[0052]
By the way, when the vertical plate-like support plate portion 31a of the shelf bracket 31 supports the left and right ends of the lower surface of the display shelf plate 30, simply placing the upper surface plate 30a of the display shelf plate 30, When an upward external force acts on the front end side of the shelf 30 from below, the display shelf 30 easily comes off the shelf bracket 31, and the placed articles drop. Therefore, a pair of front and rear reinforcing rods 33, 34, which are formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section, are fixed to the lower surface of the upper surface plate 30a of the display shelf plate 30 by spot welding or the like. The upper end edge of the support plate portion 31a of the shelf bracket 31 is provided between the longitudinal ends of the reinforcing rods 33 and 34 and the downward piece 30b of the upper end of the upper plate 30a. A gap (not shown) that can be brought into contact with the base member is formed. At this time, the rear reinforcing rod 33 near the front surface of the support column 2 is provided with cutouts 35 to the front vertical piece 33a, the lower horizontal piece 33b, and the rear vertical piece 33c, and is directed rearward from the middle of the rear vertical piece 33c. A locking piece 33e is provided at the end of the middle horizontal piece 33d extending to the left. On the other hand, a plurality of backward hooks 36a, 36b, 36c are provided at the upper end of the support plate portion 31a of the shelf bracket 31, and one of the hooks 36a, 36b, 36c What is necessary is just to mount the shelf board 30.
[0053]
As a result, even if an upward external force acts on the display shelf plate 30, the locking piece 33e can be hooked on the base of the rearward hooking piece 36b to prevent upward rotation. By selecting the locking position of the engaging claw 32 at the base end of the shelf bracket 31 in the embodiment of FIGS. 18 and 19, the upper end edge of the support plate portion 31a of the shelf bracket 31 moves downward from the substantially horizontal state. The angle of the inclined shape can be changed so that the angle can be changed, and the engagement between the locking piece 33e and one of the plurality of backward hooks 36a, 36b, 36c can be selected according to the angle of inclination. You can. Further, the locking position of the engaging claw 32 may be changed according to the depth dimension of the display shelf plate 30.
[0054]
≪Reference example≫
In the reference example shown in FIG. 10, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 10A, the front edge of the shelf plate 3 is formed by bending the front end of the shelf 3 into a gutter shape with an upward opening on the front side, and the rear part of the edge member 4 is A claw (or step) 36 is formed on the inner surface of the edge member 4 to engage with the front end plate 35 of the bent portion 3a from above. Has formed.
[0055]
In another reference example shown in FIG. 10 (B), dowels 38 (which may be nails) projecting toward the rear side are provided at appropriate intervals along the left-right direction on the downward bent pieces 37 formed at the front end of the shelf 3. On the other hand, the edge member 4 is formed in a shape that embraces the bent piece 37 from below, and an engagement groove 39 in which the dowel 38 is fitted is formed in the rear inner surface so as to extend over the entire length. .
[0056]
FIGS. 15 (A) and 15 (B) show still another reference example, in which the front end 3d of the vertical plate 3 is formed to have a substantially cylindrical cross section while the upward opening groove 4a of the edge member 4 is also formed in the front end. It is formed in an arc shape substantially equal to the cross-sectional shape of the outer shape of 3d. However, the radius of the outer periphery of the front end 3d is set slightly larger than the radius of the upward opening groove 4a. Thereby, when the upward opening groove 4a is pushed into the front end 3d from below, the front end 3d made of a thin metal plate can be fitted so as to fit exactly into the upward opening groove 4a by the elastic force of the metal. Moreover, since both are circular, the edge member 4 can be turned up and down around the front end 3d so as to position the recesses 15 in which the cards 14 are arranged, as desired.
[0057]
≪Other≫
Although each of the above embodiments is applied to a shelf for displaying goods, the present invention can also be applied to a shelf for storing articles. The edge member is not limited to a synthetic resin, but may be a metal material such as an extruded aluminum material or a wooden material as described above. The edge member may be attached to both the front edge and the rear edge of the shelf, or may be attached to the periphery of the shelf if necessary.
