本発明は、事務等に使用する椅子において、その座板を、コイルばねに抗して前傾動できるようにした装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術と発明が解決しようとする課題】
事務等に使用する椅子において、その座板を、コイルばねに抗して前傾動できるように構成することは、先行技術としての特開平2−19103号公報に記載されている。
しかし、この先行技術のものは、座板の前傾動に対するコイルばねを調節できないような構成になっておらず、座板の前傾動に対するコイルばねによる弾力性を、座る人の体重に合わせることができないから、座り心地が悪いのである。

また、別の先行技術としての実開昭62−109646号公報は、座板の前傾動に対するコイルばねを調節できるように構成することを提案しているものの、その調節は、ねじ軸を手で回すことによる調節であるから、その調節を軽い力で迅速に行うことができないと言う問題があった。
本発明は、座板の前傾動に対するコイルばねを調節することが、比較的軽い力で、迅速に行うことができるようにすることを技術課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この技術的課題を達成するため本発明は、脚体から立設する支柱の上端に固定枠体を取付け、この固定枠体に、座板を、前傾動自在に枢着し、この座板の下面側と前記固定枠体の上面側との間に、座板の前傾動に対するコイルばねを介挿して成る椅子において、前記枢着のためのピン軸よりも座板の前側に配置されたコイルばねの上下端を支持する一対のばね受け体に貫通し、且つ前記コイルばね内に挿入した調節レバー軸は、前記固定枠体を貫通してその下面から下方に突出するように挿入し、この調節レバー軸の上端を、前記座板に対して回動自在に枢着する一方、前記固定枠体の上面のうち前記調節レバー軸が貫通する部分に、前記調節レバー軸の座板に対する枢着部から適宜距離だけずれた部位に中心点を有する円弧面を、当該円弧面が前記調節レバー軸の回動方向に延びるように形成して、この円弧面に、前記コイルばねの固定枠体に対する下部ばね受け体が着脱自在に嵌まり係合する凹所を、円周方向に沿った複数箇所に設けたものである。

【作 用】
この構成において、調節レバー軸を、座板に対する枢着部を中心にして回動することにより、この調節レバー軸と一緒に、コイルばね及びばね受け体も、前記調節レバー軸の座板に対する枢着部を中心として回動し、当該コイルばねに対する下部ばね受け体が固定枠体の円弧面に設けた凹所のうち任意の凹所に嵌まり係合するように回動することになる。

この場合において、前記固定枠体の円弧面を、前記調節レバー軸の座板に対する枢着部から適宜距離だけずれ部位に中心点を円弧面に形成したことにより、この円弧面に設けた各凹所と、前記調節レバー軸の座板に対する枢着部との間の距離は、各凹所の各々について相違するから、前記した調節レバー軸の回動によって、コイルばねに対する下部ばね受け体を任意の凹所に嵌まり係合することにより、前記座板の前傾動に対するコイルばねの弾力性を、任意に増減調節できると共に、その調節状態に固定することができるのである。

従って、本発明によると、座板の前傾動に対するばねの調節を、調節レバー軸の回動操作によって、至極簡単に、且つ、迅速に行うことができる効果を有する。

以下、本発明の実施例を、図1〜図3の図面について説明する。
この図において符号1は、椅子における脚体を示し、この脚体1から立設した支柱2の上端には、固定枠体3が固着され、この固定枠体3の上面には、上面に座板4を取付けて成る座板受け板5が、座板4が自在に前傾動するようにピン軸6を介して枢着されている。
