【発明が属する技術分野】
本願発明は、炊飯器に関し、特に蓋加熱源と電源との接続部の電気的安全機構を備えた炊飯器の構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、蓋体を炊飯器本体に対して着脱自在とし、蓋体を取り外した状態で丸洗いできるようにした炊飯器はすでに知られているが、この種炊飯器の場合、炊飯器本体の肩部に肩ヒータを設け、該肩ヒータからの熱伝導により蓋体の下面に設けられた放熱板を加熱し、炊飯時に上方からも加熱することにより加熱効率を上げるとともに、炊飯時のふきこぼれ等を防止するようにしている。

上記構造の場合、蓋体の下面を構成する放熱板を炊飯器本体の肩ヒータに接触させる必要があるため、放熱板の外径が大きくなるという問題があるとともに、肩ヒータからの熱伝導により放熱板を加熱することとなっているため、十分な加熱力が得られなかったり、加熱力のコントロールが難しくなるという問題があり、また、このような問題に対処するものとして、蓋体の下面を蓋体内に設けられた加熱手段としての電気ヒータ、電磁誘導コイル等からなる蓋ヒータにより加熱するタイプの炊飯器もすでに知られている。

ところが、上記したような蓋ヒータを設けた炊飯器の場合、放熱板を肩ヒータへ接触させる構造が不要なため、蓋体のコンパクト化は図れるものの、蓋ヒータへの電源供給のために、炊飯器本体側の電源接続部と蓋ヒータとをリード線で接続する必要があり、蓋体を炊飯器本体に対して着脱して丸洗い可能な構造とすることができないという問題があったところ、本出願人は、この問題を解決するために蓋ヒータを有する蓋体と炊飯器本体とを機械的な着脱と同時に電気的な接続をも可能にした電気的接続構造をすでに出願している。

即ち、蓋体の内壁面に配置した蓋ヒータと着脱可能な炊飯器本体との電気的接続を可能にするため、炊飯器本体のヒンジ部材が挿着される蓋体の凹部に接続端子を突出させる形態で取付け、該蓋体の凹部に対応するヒンジ部材に前記蓋体に取付けた接続端子が挿入可能な孔を設けるとともに、その孔に対応するヒンジ部材の内部に前記接続端子が嵌着可能な接続接点を配設したものであり、ヒンジ部材に蓋体の凹部を挿着し、蓋体を炊飯器本体に取付ける際、蓋体側の接続端子がヒンジ部材側の接続接点に嵌着し、機械的な着脱と同時に電気的な接続がほぼ同時に行われるものである。

ところが、このような電気的接続構造においては、炊飯器本体より蓋体を取外した電気的非接続時では、蓋体側に突出して取付けられる接続端子はその取付け部にシールを介在させる等の手段によりたとえ蓋体に直接水を掛け蓋体を丸洗いしても格別問題は生じないが、炊飯器本体のヒンジ部材には前記接続端子が挿入される孔が開けられており、たとえ炊飯器本体を水洗いしないとしてもこの孔からゴミ、米粒等の異物、更には水滴等が侵入し、蓋体をヒンジ部材に挿着する時、挿着不良や電気的接続不良が生じる問題があったり、更には蓋体を取外している時に子供が誤って導電作用を有する金属片をこの孔より差し込んだりした場合には、感電するようなことも決してないとはいえなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本願発明の目的は、炊飯器本体より蓋体を取外した時、接続端子が挿入するヒンジ部材側に設けられる孔を閉鎖する手段を採用することにより上記問題を解決した炊飯器を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本願発明は以下の構成を採用する。

請求項1に係る発明では、内部に内鍋をセット可能にしてなる炊飯器本体と、該炊飯器本体に対してヒンジ部材を介して着脱自在とされる蓋体と、該蓋体の下面を加熱する蓋加熱源と、前記蓋体に設けられ前記蓋加熱源へ通電を行うための接続端子と、前記ヒンジ部材内に前記接続端子が挿入可能な孔に対向して設けられ、前記蓋加熱源へ通電を行うための接続接点とを備え、前記蓋体の後部に前記ヒンジ部材収納用の凹部を設けるとともに、該凹部の側部に凸部を設け、前記蓋体を前記ヒンジ部材に挿着する際、前記接続端子が前記孔を介して前記接続接点に接続される炊飯器であって、前記ヒンジ部材の孔に前記蓋体の着脱に連動して開閉が行われる孔開閉手段を設け、該孔開閉手段は前記ヒンジ部材の側部から外方に突出する突起部を有し、孔開閉手段の開閉作動は、前記突起部と前記蓋体の側部に設けられる前記凸部との当接、非当接に連動して行われる構成。

そしてこの構成により、蓋体をヒンジ部材に挿着する際には、孔開閉手段が孔を開放するので接続端子の孔への挿入ならびに接続接点との接合は問題なく行われるとともに、蓋体をヒンジ部材から取り外した時には、ヒンジ部材の孔は孔開閉手段によって閉鎖されるため、孔よりゴミ、米粒等の異物、更には水滴等が侵入し、蓋体をヒンジ部材に挿着する時、挿着不良や電気的接続不良が生じることはなくなる。

また、孔開閉手段の開閉作動が簡単な構造により確実、且つ滑らかに行われるとともに、既存の構造をそのまま利用することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
(第1の実施の形態)
図1ないし図4は、本願発明の第1の実施の形態であり、図1は炊飯器の全体断面図、図2は蓋体と炊飯器本体のヒンジ部材とを取外した要部拡大斜視図、図3は接続端子と接続接点とのセット及び非セット状態を同時に示す断面図、図4は孔開閉手段の斜視図を示す。

炊飯器1は炊飯器本体2及び蓋体3から構成され、炊飯器本体2は、内鍋4を任意にセット可能な合成樹脂製の有底筒状の内ケース5と、外装筐体である合成樹脂製の外ケース6から形成され、前記両ケース5,6は、無理バメ等の手段によって結合されている。前記内ケース5の外周面には、その底部及び底部から側面にかけてのコーナー部にそれぞれワークコイルからなる底部コイル7及びコーナーコイル8が配設され、それぞれ図示しない公知の制御装置により強弱による炊き込み加熱及び保温制御が行われる。

また前記コイル7、8は、コイル台9上に配置されるとともに、該コイル台9の中央部には、上下方向に貫通した貫通孔が設けられ、該貫通孔には、内鍋4のセット状態を検知するリードスイッチ及び内鍋4の温度を検知するサーミスタが内設されるセンタセンサ10が設けられている。前記センタセンサ10には、スプリングが内蔵され、内鍋4がセットされていない状態では、その先端部が内ケース5の底部より上方に突出し、内鍋4がセットされた状態では、内鍋4の底部外面に当接した状態で下方に押し下げられ前記リードスイッチにより作動状態になるが、内鍋4がセットされないと作動しない安全装置を形成している。

そして前記内鍋4は、前記ワークコイル7、8により内部に誘起される渦電流によって自己発熱が可能なステンレス鋼等の鉄系金属から形成され、その形状は、前記内ケース5とほぼ同形状の断面略W形で、該内鍋4を前記内ケース5内にセットすることにより、前記センタセンサ10がオンし、前記コイル7、8に対する通電が可能とされ、炊飯用のスイッチが入れられると前記渦電流に起因したジュール熱により内鍋4が加熱され、内部に入れた飯米等の内容物がムラなく加熱され、効率よく炊きあげられる。

一方、前記蓋体3は、合成樹脂製の蓋板12と前記蓋体3の下面を構成すべく前記蓋板12に対してビス22により固定された熱良導体からなる放熱板13とから構成されるとともに、蓋板12と放熱板13との間には、断熱材16を充填してなる中空部15が形成されるとともに、前記放熱板13の上面には通電時に抵抗熱を発生する電熱ヒータからなる蓋ヒータ17が取付板18により固定され、前記放熱板13を加熱してふきこぼれや露付きを防止する。なお、この蓋ヒータ17による加熱方式は前記したヒータ式であっても、IH式及び高周波式等であっても良い。

また前記蓋板12の中央部には、該蓋体12とともに円筒状の開口19が一体形成されており、この開口19には、内部にボール弁20を収納してなる筒状体21が配置されるとともに、この筒状体21は、前記蓋板12にビス22で放熱板13を取付ける際に同時に取付けられる合成樹脂からなるリング状のシール部材23の内周面に当接されており、蓋板12に対し着脱自在とされている。またその上面には蒸気口24が設けられ、内鍋4内の蒸気圧が所定以上になるとその蒸気は前記ボール弁20を押し上げ前記蒸気口24から大気に排出される。また、前記放熱板13の外周縁には、シールパッキン25が狭持されているとともに、このシールパッキン25は、閉蓋時前記内鍋4の上縁部に当接し、内鍋4内の放熱を防いでいる。

前記炊飯器本体2の後端部上部には、ヒンジピン26により回動自在に枢着されるヒンジ部材27が設けられる。このヒンジ部材27は、図2、3に示すように平面視略コ字状のヒンジアーム28と、該ヒンジアーム28の下面を覆うやはり平面視略コ字状のヒンジカバー29とからなり、更に前記ヒンジアーム28は、上板28a、左右の両側板28b、28b及び前板28cを有する一体形成体として構成されており、これら各板28a、28b、28b、28cと前記ヒンジカバー29とによって内部に空間部30を形成しており、このヒンジ部材27は、その内部に収容される図示しないスプリングにより開方向に付勢されている。

そして、前記蓋体3における蓋板12の後部、即ち、ヒンジ部材27側には、前記ヒンジ部材27が係合可能な後方側が開放された略矩形形状の凹部31が形成され、該凹部31にはその下部に前方へ突出し、且つ前記ヒンジ部材27の挿着時には前記ヒンジ部材27のヒンジカバー29がその上部に位置する底壁31aが形成されるとともに、その左右の両側部には側板31b、31bが、その奥まった面には奥板31cがそれぞれ蓋板12に対して一体的に形成されており、底壁31a、側板31b、31b及び奥板31cにより前記ヒンジ部材27の収納空間を形成している。また、前記凹部31の両側板31b、31bには、突起31d、31dが形成されるとともに、前記ヒンジアーム28の両側板28b、28bにも突起28d、28dが形成され、前記収納空間からなる凹部31へのヒンジ部材27のセットは、前記ヒンジアーム28の両側板28b、28bに形成される突起28d、28dを前記凹部31の両側板31b、31bに形成される突起31d、31dに係止することにより行われる。

図1ないし3に示すように、前記凹部31を形成する前記奥板31cには、シールパッキン32を介して2本の接続端子33、33が突出する形態で、且つ水密に取付けられており、たとえ蓋体3を丸洗いしたとしてもそれら2本の接続端子33、33の取付け部から水が蓋体3内に浸入することはない。そしてそれぞれの接続端子33、33は、リード線34を介して前記蓋ヒータ17に接続されている。

また、前記2本の接続端子33、33に対向する前記ヒンジアーム28の前板28cには、それら接続端子33、33が挿入可能な2個の孔35、35が設けられ、更にそれら孔35、35に対向する前記ヒンジ部材27内の空間部30には、前記接続端子33、33と嵌合可能な2個の接続接点36、36が配置されるとともに、それら接続接点36、36はそれぞれのリード線37、37を介して図示しない電源に接続されており、前記接続端子33、33が前記接続接点36、36に接続されることにより前記蓋ヒータ17に通電される。

前記ヒンジ部材27内の空間部30には、図3で見て空間部30を上下に区画する区画壁38が設けられ、該区画壁38と前記前板28cとの間に空間30aが形成されるとともに、該空間30aには、孔開閉手段としての孔開閉部材40が配置される。この孔開閉部材40は、合成樹脂製で断面略コ字状を呈し、且つ図4で示すようにその一方の側部には円筒状の突起部40aが、その他方の側部には凹溝部40bが、またその前方の壁部には前記ヒンジアーム28の前板28cに設けられる孔35と略同径の穴40dが設けられている。そして該孔開閉部材40は前記空間30aに横方向に2個それぞれの凹溝部40bを対向させる形態で並んで配置されるとともに、それら2個の孔開閉部材40の間には、1本のスプリング41が介在され、前記2個の孔開閉部材40は該スプリング41の作用により常時前記ヒンジアーム28の側板28b方向に押圧される。

また、前記ヒンジアーム28の側板28bには、前記孔開閉部材40の一方の側部に形成される円筒状の突起部40aの外径より大きい径を有する孔42が設けられ、図3の中心線より左側に示す蓋体3にヒンジ部材27をセットする前の状態時では前記孔開閉部材40は、前記スプリング41によって左右に押圧され、孔開閉部材40の突起部40aは前記孔42内に侵入しているとともに、前記孔開閉部材40の前方の壁部に設けられる穴40dは前記ヒンジアーム28の前板28cに設けられる孔35と不一致状態にあり、このヒンジアーム28の前板28cに設けられる孔35を閉鎖し、該孔35から異物が侵入するのを防止している。

次いで図3の中心線より右側に示す蓋体3にヒンジ部材27をセットした状態時について説明すると、セット時には前記したように前記ヒンジアーム28の両側板28b、28bに形成される突起28d、28d(図2参照)を前記凹部31の両側板31b、31bに形成される突起31d、31dに係止することにより行われるところ、前記孔開閉部材40の一方の側部に設けられる円筒状の突起部40aの取付け位置は、前記凹部31の両側板31b、31bに形成される突起31d、31dとほぼ同じ高さの位置に配置されており、蓋体3にヒンジ部材27をセットする時には、前記孔開閉部材40の突起部40aの先端部は前記凹部31の突起31d、31dの先端部に当接しながら移動し、その結果、蓋体3にヒンジ部材27をセットする時には、前記凹部31の突起31d、31dの先端部が前記孔開閉部材40の突起部40aの先端部を押圧しながら行われるため、2個の孔開閉部材40はお互い中央側へ押されることになり、前記孔開閉部材40の前方の壁部に設けられる穴40dは前記ヒンジアーム28の前板28cに設けられる孔35と一致状態になる。

このように、蓋体3にヒンジ部材27をセットする時には、前記孔開閉部材40の前方の壁部に設けられる穴40dは前記ヒンジアーム28の前板28cに設けられる孔35と一致状態になるため、前記凹部31の奥板31cから突設する2本の接続端子33、33は、ヒンジ部材27に形成される空間部30内に侵入することができ、侵入後に該空間部30に配設される前記接続接点36に接続することになる。勿論前記孔開閉部材40の前方の壁部に設けられる穴40dと前記ヒンジアーム28の前板28cに設けられる孔35とが一致する時期は、蓋体3側の接続端子33、33がヒンジアーム28の前板28cに設けられる孔35に侵入する前であることはいうまでもない。

尚、図1及び図2に示すように前記蓋体3の凹部31の両側板31b、31b及び奥板31cの上端部には、蓋板12の上面より高く、且つヒンジ部材27の一部上方へ張り出した一種の関所のような張出部43が蓋体3と一体的に形成されており、ふきこぼれ時、前記蒸気口24から吹き出たおねばが蓋板12の上面を経て凹部31へ落ち込むことを防止している。

図5は孔開閉手段の他の実施の形態であり、第1の実施の形態でのスライド式のものに対し、回転軸式のものを用いる形態であり、蓋板3の後部に形成される凹部31及びヒンジ部材27の形状は第1の実施の形態のものと同じであるため詳細は省略する。

ヒンジ部材27内の空間部30には、図5に示すように孔開閉手段としての孔開閉部材50が配置される。この孔開閉部材50は、合成樹脂製からなる2部材で構成され、その1つはヒンジアーム28の側板28bにほぼ平行に配置され、図5で見てその下方外面に円柱状の突起53を固定してなる平板51と、ヒンジアーム28の前板28cに平行に配置される平板52とからなり、それら両平板51,52は、端部を軸受ならびに軸からなる連結部材54によりお互い回動自在に連結されている。

そして前記平板51の外面で前記円柱状の突起53が固定される近傍に図5で見て垂直方向に軸55が平板51に一体的に取り付けられているとともに、その軸55はヒンジ部材27のヒンジアーム28とヒンジカバー29との間に軸支されており、空間部30内で平板51は該軸55を中心にして回動自在にされている。更に前記軸55上にはバネ56が、その一端部を前記平板51の外面に当接し、他の一端部を側板28bに当接し、平板51の前記連結部材54側を常時空間30の中央部方向に付勢する形態で取り付けられている。

また、前記ヒンジアーム28の側板28bには、前記孔開閉部材50の一方の側部に形成される前記円筒状の突起53の外径より大きい径を有する孔42が設けられ、図5の中心線に対して左側に示す蓋体3にヒンジ部材27をセットする前の状態時では、前記孔開閉部材50の平板51は、前記バネ56の作用によってその先端部の連結部材54側を中央部方向へ押し、そのため連結部材54に連結される平板52は前板28cに平行に中央方向へ、その平板52の中央側端部がヒンジ部材27内の空間部30に図5で見て垂直方向に形成される縦壁28eに当接するまで移動する。その結果平板52はヒンジアーム28の前板28cに設けられる孔35を閉鎖し、この孔35から異物が侵入するのを防止する。一方、前記平板51の連結部材54と反対側に取付けられる突起53は、前記ヒンジアーム28の側板28bに設けられる孔42内に侵入し、その先端は前記側板28bの外面より外に突出している。

即ち、図6に示すように、蓋体3の後部の凹部31を形成する奥板31cには、シールパッキン32を介して2本の接続端子33、33が突出する形態で、且つ水密に取付けられており、たとえ蓋体3を丸洗いしたとしてもそれら2本の接続端子33、33の取付け部から水が蓋体3内に浸入することはない。そしてそれぞれの接続端子33、33は、リード線34を介して蓋ヒータ17に接続されている。

前記切り溝付きパッキン60は、基端部60a及び先端部60bからなり、前記基端部60aは、ヒンジアーム28の前板28cに形成される半径方向の突起35aを有する孔35内にその中央部に形成された溝60cを前記孔35内の突起35aに係止する形態で嵌着される。そして前記先端部60bはヒンジアーム28の空間部30に向かって先細り形状とされ、その先端部には常時は閉鎖され、接続端子33が侵入したときには開放し、その接続端子33を無理なく向かい入れる切り溝60dが形成されてなる。

そのため、図6に示すような蓋体3にヒンジ部材27をセットする前の状態時では、前記パッキン60の切り溝60dは閉鎖されているため、そこから異物が侵入することはなく、また、蓋体3にヒンジ部材27をセットする状態時では、接続端子33は前記切り溝60dを無理なく押し広げ中に侵入することができるため電気的接続も何等問題なく行われる。そしてこのとき切り溝60dの間隔を接続端子33が挿入した大きさより少し大きめぐらいに作成しておくことにより、接続端子33の挿入時においても前記切り溝60から異物が侵入することを低減することができる。

(その他の実施の形態)
また、前記したような孔開閉手段に変えて、前記ヒンジアーム28の前板28cに設けられる孔35の前面上部から、接続端子33の侵入に際しては左右に広がり、蓋体の取り外し時にはピンと真直ぐな状態になるほうきの毛のような部材を垂下させるだけでも、前記孔開閉手段と同様な作用効果を奏することができ、このような手段を用いることにより孔開閉手段の構成をより単純化することができる。
