Description
【0001】

[0006]
That is, in the conventional apparatus, one compressor (turbine compressor 30) is commonly used to supply air for the fuel cell and for the reformer combustion, so that the discharge pressure of the compressor is reduced by the pressure loss. A large (eg, about 0.9 kg / cm 2 ) reformer combustion air line had to be fitted. For this reason, the pressure of the fuel cell air is also increased more than necessary, which requires extra compressor power, which reduces the power generation efficiency of the plant.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a fuel cell power generation device that can reduce compressor power and thereby increase power generation efficiency.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, a reformer for reforming fuel gas to the anode gas containing hydrogen, and a fuel cell that generates from a cathode gas containing anode gas and oxygen, air is driven by the cathode exhaust gas from the fuel cell and the fuel cell turbine compressor for pressurizing to the pressure required for the air line for a fuel cell of mixing pressurized air of the fuel cell upstream side Kasotogasu by the turbine compressor, air from the turbine compressor And a reformer combustion air line that supplies air to the combustion chamber of the reformer, wherein the reformer combustion air line has an air blower that further pressurizes the air pressurized by the turbine compressor. The present invention provides a molten carbonate fuel cell power generation device characterized by the following.
[0009]
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a gas heater is further provided in a circulation line for circulating gas from the cathode gas outlet side to the inlet side of the fuel cell.
[0010]
[Action]
According to the configuration of the present invention described above, in addition to the turbine compressor, a separate air blower is provided in the reformer combustion air line, so that the fuel cell and reformer combustion air is supplied to the turbine compressor. As a result, the pressure is increased only to the pressure required for the fuel cell air, and the fuel cell air is supplied to the fuel cell as it is. The reformer combustion air is further pressurized to a required pressure by an air blower. Accordingly, since only the reformer combustion air is boosted to the required high pressure, the fuel cell air is not boosted more than necessary, and the required power of the turbine compressor is reduced, and as a result, the power generation efficiency of the plant is increased. .
[0011]
Further, since the reformer combustion air can be supplied independently by the air blower without starting the turbine compressor, the start-up time of the entire plant can be reduced.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the fuel cell power generator of the present invention, in addition to the turbine compressor, an air blower is separately provided in the reformer combustion air line, so that the fuel cell and the reformer combustion air are provided. Is boosted by the amount required by the fuel cell air by the turbine compressor, the fuel cell air is directly supplied to the fuel cell, and the reformer combustion air is further boosted to the required pressure by the air blower. Accordingly, since only the reformer combustion air is boosted to the required high pressure, the fuel cell air is not boosted more than necessary, and the required power of the turbine compressor is reduced, and as a result, the power generation efficiency of the plant is increased. . Further, since the reformer combustion air can be supplied independently by the air blower without starting the turbine compressor, the start-up time of the entire plant can be reduced.
[0024]
That is, the fuel cell power generation device of the present invention has excellent effects such as a reduction in compressor power and an increase in power generation efficiency.
