Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plastic bag in which a plastic zipper having a concave portion and a convex portion formed on a base portion is welded to the inside of an opening of a bag body made of a plastic film.
[0002]
BACKGROUND AND PROBLEMS OF THE INVENTION
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, portable telephones have become widespread, but adhesion of moisture to them has been strictly prohibited. Therefore, even if there is no problem in the use in a daily place, the use in the sea or the waterside is considerably restricted, or it is required to pay sufficient attention to the adhesion of moisture. Of course, use in water is impossible. In addition, if the mobile phone is left bare in the breast pocket in the summer in a lightly worn state, there is a possibility that an obstacle may be caused by sweat. A strap is indispensable for a mobile phone.
[0003]
On the other hand, plastic bags in which a plastic zipper having a concave portion and a convex portion are welded to the inside of an opening of a bag body made of a plastic film such as polyethylene are inexpensively mass-produced. If a zipper having a sealing property is used, there is no danger that the contents are wetted with water. In particular, since the film used for this type of bag has a thickness of about 40 to 200 μm, even if a mobile phone is accommodated, not only can buttons be operated from above the film, but also telephone calls through the film can be made. There is no hindrance.
[0004]
However, since the plastic bag has a thin and soft film, it cannot form a hole for passing a strap, and is inconvenient to carry. That is, even if the front and back of the film are combined, the thickness is 80 to 400 μm. Even if a hole is formed in the film, if a strap is passed through the hole, the hole is elongated and damaged.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a plastic bag with a zipper provided with a hole capable of holding the strap with sufficient strength.
[0006]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a zipper-equipped plastic bag which has a sealing property and which can be used for a mobile phone or the like on water, in the water, at the waterside, etc., in addition to the above objects.
[0007]
Configuration, operation and effect of the present invention
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a plastic bag obtained by welding a plastic zipper having a concave portion and a convex portion formed on a base portion inside an opening of a bag body made of a plastic film. base portion of the zipper a side edge portion which is the seal, and characterized in that both end portions including the recessed portion and the projected portion is melted / hardened, thereby forming a hole for a strap attached to the melting / curing unit I do.
[0008]
According to the present invention described above, since the holes for passing the strap are formed in the portion where the base portion and the uneven portion of the two plastic films and the zipper are melted / cured, the strap can be held without any problem in strength. it can. The hole may be simply formed with a drill or a hot needle, or the hole may be provided with a fastener such as a "fit".
[0009]
In particular, in the present invention, it is preferable that the zipper has a sealing property. It is ideal as a waterproof bag for mobile phones because it can completely prevent moisture from entering the inside and can operate buttons and talk through the film.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a plastic bag with a zipper according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0011]
In FIG. 1, a bag 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is referred to as a three-side sealed bag in the art. One transparent plastic film is folded back at a lower edge portion 11, and the lower edge portion 11 and both sides are folded. The edges 12, 12 are fused and the side edges 12, 12 are cut to form the bag body 10. A hatched portion in FIG. 1 is a fusion bonding portion.
[0012]
The upper edge of the bag body 10 is an opening 14, and inside the opening 14, a zipper 20 shown in FIG. 4 or a zipper 30 shown in FIG. 5 is provided. These zippers 20, 30 are extruded products. The zipper 20 is formed by forming a concave portion 22 and a convex portion 23 on base portions 21 and 21, respectively. Another zipper 30 is formed by forming convex portions 32 and key portions 33 and 34 functioning as hermetic seal portions, and engaging groove portions 35 and key portions 36 and 37 on base portions 31 and 31, respectively.
[0013]
The zipper 20 is a so-called simple type and does not have perfect sealing properties, but has a drip-proof function and can be prevented if it is about sweat or water wet. The zipper 30 is sold by Showa Polymer Co., Ltd. under the trade name of Hi-Pack, EXCIL, and has confidentiality, and can be opened from the outside of the bag body 10 and difficult to open from the inside. It is configured as follows. The tightness of the zipper 30 is almost perfect with respect to the waterproof function and the airtight function.
[0014]
Various zippers other than those shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 can be used. For example, a sealed type generally called a double chuck in which uneven portions are formed in two stages may be used.
[0015]
By the way, at the time of manufacturing the bag body 10, before sealing the three sides and cutting the side edges 12, 12, the base portions 21, 31 are previously provided on the films 10a, 10b by portions A, B shown in FIGS. It is welded linearly at the part. Further, both ends of the zippers 20 and 30 at both side edges 12 and 12 are melted by heating or ultrasonic waves, and then are hardened by pressurizing and cooling.
[0016]
That is, the melting / hardening portion 13 is a portion where the films 10a and 10b and the zippers 20 and 30 are melted and hardened including the base portions 21 and 31 and the uneven portions 22, 23 or 32-37. As shown in FIG. 5, the zippers 20 and 30 are formed to be slightly wider in the vertical direction than the width of the zippers 20 and 30.
[0017]
For example, if the films 10a and 10b are made of polyethylene, the thickness is 40 to 200 μm, the zippers 20 and 30 are polyethylene or polypropylene, and the thickness of the base portions 21 and 31 is 150 to 400 μm. The melted / hardened portion 13 has a thickness obtained by adding the melted / hardened portions of the uneven portions 22, 23 or 32 to 37 to the thickness obtained by adding them.
[0018]
Then, a circular hole 15 is formed in such a melting / hardening portion 13, and a strap 40 is passed through the hole 15 (see FIG. 2). The melting / hardening portion 13 has the above-described thickness and has sufficient strength to hold the strap 40. In addition, since the hole 15 is formed in the melting / hardening portion 13, the inside of the bag body 10 is not damaged. In addition, since the zippers 20 and 30 are extruded products, they are inherently harder members than the film, and are unlikely to be stretched or damaged even if a hole is formed.
[0019]
In addition, the hole 15 may be simply formed with a drill or a hot needle, or a fastener such as a “fit” may be provided for reinforcement.
[0020]
The relationship between the width of the side edge seal and the width of the melted / cured portion is optional, and may be equal or have a difference in magnitude. FIG. 3 shows an example in which the melting / hardening portion 13 is larger than the side edge seal width.
[0021]
As described above, in the plastic bag 1, the zippers 20 and 30 ensure drip-proofness and waterproofness, and are optimal as a waterproof bag for a mobile phone. Of course, buttons can be operated through the films 10a and 10b, and a call can be made without any trouble.
[0022]
In addition, since the strap 40 is attached with sufficient strength, it is extremely convenient to carry. Further, since the plastic bag 1 floats on the water with the mobile phone inserted therein, it is possible to hear the reception sound even while swimming and make a telephone conversation.
[0023]
(Other embodiments)
The plastic bag with a zipper according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, but can be variously modified within the scope of the gist.
[0024]
In particular, the configuration of the bag body, zipper, and strap is arbitrary, and can be used as various waterproof bags such as transistor radios, MD and CD portable reproduction equipment in addition to those for mobile phones.
[0025]
Further, in the above embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper ends of the films 10a and 10b are left as flaps 10a 'and 10b', but this portion may be cut.
