Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a chair, and more particularly, to a chair in which the height of a footrest can be freely adjusted to suit various body sizes of a seated person, and furthermore, it is possible to prevent the chair from falling down while sitting on the chair. The present invention relates to a chair provided with a footrest.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, chairs are made with uniform dimensions according to average body conditions, but a height adjustment device so that the height of the seat is adjusted according to the height of the desk or table used as a set. Some are equipped with
[0003]
According to such a height adjusting device, there is an advantage that the distance between the seat portion of the chair and the desk or the table can be adjusted to be constant, but on the other hand, the feet of the occupant cannot reach the floor surface, resulting in an unstable sitting posture. There was a case.
[0004]
As one invention to solve the above-mentioned problem, US Patent No. 5,011,227 (1991.4.30 .; granted to Hendrik R. van Hekken); Chair with a comfortable footrest ”). The outline of the invention will be described with reference to FIG.
[0005]
As shown in the figure, a chair 100 is formed by connecting a seat 104 to an upper end of a vertical support 102. A footrest member is installed below the seat 104. The foot rest includes a housing 110, a horizontal frame 112, a foot rest 114, and an operation handle 116. The housing 110 protrudes downward from the lower surface of the seat 104. The horizontal frame 112 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the housing 110 by a shaft. The footrest 114 is connected to the front end of the horizontal frame 112. The operation handle 116 is installed at the upper end of the housing 110 so as to adjust the height of the footrest 114. Inside the housing 110 the cylinder, a piston, a driving pin (not shown) is installed rotational angle of the horizontal frame 112 has a adjustable.
[0006]
Therefore, the occupant of the chair 100 can adjust the height of the footrest 114 so as to match his or her physical condition. However, in such a configuration, when the occupant pulls the operation handle 116 in the “A” or “B” direction, the horizontal frame 112 rotates about the joint portion at the lower end of the housing 110 to rotate the footrest 114. Since the position is changed upward or downward, users of various body shapes cannot be received in comfortable postures.
[0007]
Further, the conventional foot rest 114 is floating in the air without contacting the ground. Therefore, when the user places his / her foot on the footrest 114 while the load is concentrated on the footrest 114, the chair 100 and the occupant may fall down together and cause an accident. This is a more serious problem for short toddlers and children.
[0008]
Further, there is a problem in that a device for adjusting the height of the footrest 114 requires a number of components such as an operation handle, a piston, a cylinder, and a drive pin.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to easily adjust the height of a footrest installed on a chair, and to adjust the height of the footrest. It is an object of the present invention to provide a chair provided with a footrest that prevents the chair from falling down even when a load is applied.

[0024]
Hereinafter, an assembly and use state of a chair provided with a footrest according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9.
[0025]
First, the assembled state will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 as follows.
[0026]
A rotating cylinder 210 is fitted to the vertical support 202 through a rotating hole 212. The fixing portion 222 of the support member 220 is fitted into the fixing hole 212A of the rotary cylinder 210. A first fixing pin 216 is fitted into the first fitting hole 212B of the rotating cylinder 210, and the tip thereof is brought into contact with the fixing portion 222 in the fixing hole 212A. Next, the first bolt portion 218A of the first fixing knob 218 is passed through the first hole 216A of the first fixing pin 216. The tip of the first bolt portion 218A is screwed into the first nut 214 embedded behind the first fitting hole 212B. At the time of the screwing, the rotation of the first fixing knob 218 is performed by the first fixing knob 218. Continue until no more rotation. At this time, the first fixing pin 216 firmly presses the support member 220 so as not to be detached (see FIG. 5).
[0027]
A connecting portion 224 is formed on the support member 220 so as to be bent and extend from the horizontal portion 226. The horizontal part 226 does not contact the lower surface of the seat part 204 . The guide portion 228 of the support member 220 is bent to a position where its tip is close to the ground. This is because the guide portion 228 is always in contact with the ground when a load is applied to the footrest portion 230 from above.
[0028]
A footrest member is fitted into and guided by the guide portion 228 of the support member 220. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the guide portion 228 of the support member 220 is fitted into a guide hole 232 </ b> A formed in the projecting portion 232 of the footrest portion 230 and slides. A second fixing pin 236 is fitted in the second fitting hole 232 </ b> B of the foot rest 230 so that the tip can contact the support member 220. The second bolt portion 238A of the second fixing knob 238 is fitted into the second hole 236A of the second fixing pin 236. The tip of the second bolt portion 238A is screwed into a second nut 234 embedded in the second fitting hole 232B. In this process, the fact that the second fixing knob 238 does not rotate any more means that the second fixing pin 236 has pressed and fixed the guide portion 228 of the support member 220 (see FIG. 6). .
[0029]
The seated person can change the use state by adjusting the position of the footrest 230 so as to match his / her body shape. To this end, the occupant rotates the second fixing knob 238 in the opposite direction to release the pressing state of the second fixing pin 236, and then moves the foot to a desired position in the guide portion 228 of the support member 220. The placing unit 230 is moved. Thereafter, when the second fixing knob 238 is rotated in one direction, the second fixing pin 236 presses and fixes the guide portion 228 of the support member 220.
[0030]
In this state, if the occupant sits on the seat portion 204 of the chair 200 and places his / her foot on the footrest portion 230, the load of the occupant's foot is transmitted to the footrest portion 230, and the guide portion 228 is received. The bottom edge of the is in contact with the ground. That is, the support member 220 is separated from the ground when the occupant does not place his / her feet on the footrest 230, and comes into contact with the ground when the occupant places his / her feet on the footrest 230.
[0031]
On the other hand, when the foot rest 230 is not used, the occupant may rotate the support member 220 in a direction other than the front of the chair. At this time, the center of rotation is the vertical support 201 on which the rotary cylinder 210 is fitted. In other words, the rotary cylinder 210 rotates along the outer peripheral surface of the support member 220.
[0032]
When the foot rest 230 is not used, the support member 220 and the foot rest 230 can be completely separated from the rotary cylinder 210. That is, the occupant releases the pressing state of the first fixing pin 216 pressing the fixing portion 222 by rotating the first fixing knob 218, and then fixes the fixing portion 222 of the support member 220 to the rotating cylinder 210. It may be taken out from the hole 212A and stored in another place.
[0033]
On the other hand, when the height adjustment of the foot rest 230 is completed, the occupant rotates the third fixing knob 264 so that the third bolt portion 266 at the tip of the third fixing knob 264 is turned into the third fitting hole at the other end 258 of the bracket 250. After passing through 258, it is screwed into the third nut 254 inserted into the one end 252. At this time, if the third fixing knob 264 is continuously rotated, the bracket 250 comes into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the vertical support 202, and the vertical support 202 is fixed so as not to rotate with respect to the cylindrical bearing 201. Is done. In particular, a separation pin 260 is fitted into the third bolt part 266 so that the third fixing knob 264 does not directly contact the other end 256 of the bracket 250.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the chair having the footrest of the present invention, the height of the footrest provided in the chair can be freely adjusted by a simple operation.
[0035]
Further, when the occupant is seated, the lower end of the support member provided with the foot rest is always in contact with the ground, so that the risk of an accident when the chair falls down while sitting can be minimized.
[0036]
In addition, the vertical strut is fixed by the stopper member so as not to rotate while being fitted to the cylindrical bearing, thereby suppressing the rotation of the chair, thereby preventing an accident.
[0037]
As described above, the present invention has been described based on the specific embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is needless to say that modifications and improvements can be made within the ordinary knowledge of those skilled in the art. It is.
