Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a track-and-land vehicle having a front and rear guide wheel made of iron in addition to a rubber front and rear wheel of a vehicle and capable of running on the ground and on a rail, and returning to an original position when the vehicle derails from the rail. The present invention relates to a transfer device to be moved and an emergency vehicle to be worn on front and rear wheels when a guide wheel is damaged by derailment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
If a track-and-land vehicle derails, the only way to return it to its original position is to wait for the crane truck to come out. This is because the distance between the abdominal surface of the vehicle and the surface of the ground is small, and there is no suitable device that can be inserted therebetween. If the guide wheel is damaged due to derailment, it must be assisted by a crane truck to transfer it to the nearest depot. In each case, the orbit is closed for a long time.
There has been a strong demand for using a small member that can be carried by a vehicle such as a railroad vehicle or a minecart, and for assembling, returning, or urgently transporting the member in a small narrow space below the vehicle.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The track-land vehicle can increase the space of the vehicle belly by raising and lowering the turntable in the center of the vehicle belly. Using this space, insert a rectangular guide frame passed between both rails and a hull that can move at right angles to the rails on this frame, position the hull under the turntable, and load the vehicle To the hull. Return the hull to the normal position with the handle using screws. When the guide frame and the hull are removed and the vehicle body is lowered, the guide wheels can be engaged with the rails.
[0004]
When transporting a damaged rail-land vehicle to the nearest depot, prepare front and rear wheel receivers on which the rubber front and rear wheels of the vehicle are mounted, so that the vehicle can run on the rails. In this case, the front wheel receiving vehicle is configured such that two temporary shafts provided with guide wheels are connected in a rectangular shape by side plates at both ends thereof. The front wheel receiving plate is attached to the temporary shaft, and the front wheels are placed and lifted. Let
[0005]
Similarly, the receiving of the rear wheel is formed by connecting two temporary shafts provided with guide wheels in a square shape by a side plate, but by providing a projection at the center of the side plate, the spring receiving member of the rear axle housing and The rear axle and the emergency vehicle are integrated so that they come into contact with each other. Depending on the degree of damage to the guide wheels of the track-and-land vehicle, it is possible to use all of these front and rear wheel vehicles or to use only one of the emergency vehicles.
[0006]
【Example】
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the track-and-land vehicle includes front and rear guide wheels C and D made of iron in addition to the front and rear wheels A and B made of rubber. The guide wheels C and D are retracted upward, and the vehicle is driven on the road by driving the rear wheel B. A turntable E capable of moving up and down and turning the vehicle body and a driving device therefor are provided at the center of the vehicle belly. When traveling on the rail, the guide wheels C and D are lowered. The front guide wheel travels with the vehicle front wheel A levitated, or the rear guide wheel travels with the vehicle rear wheel B in contact with the rail and drivable.
Now, it is assumed that the railway vehicle derails to the left of the rail R as shown in FIG. The turntable E is pulled up to near the upper limit, and a vehicle k1 is inserted below. Next, the turntable E is lowered to the lower limit, and the vehicle k2 is put under the front and rear wheels A and B that have floated. Remove the vehicle k1 to create a small space under the vehicle. The up-and-down stroke of the turntable E is about 35 cm at most.
[0007]
In this space, the guide frame 1 and the hull 2 are inserted onto the lower rail of the turntable E. As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the guide frame 1 is formed by connecting the long member 1 a and the short member 1 b into an L-shape with bolts 1 e, inserting the left and right members under the vehicle belly, and assembling them integrally. It extends between both rails and has an appropriate extension length. FIG. 7 shows a connection portion when the L-shaped member is assembled into a rectangle. A flanged retaining ring 1c protrudes from the end of the long member of the L-shaped member, and fits into a stop hole 1d at the end of the short member to be prevented from coming off. One short member 1b is provided with an opening 1f at the center and has a central through-hole (not shown). The screw rod 3 has a handle 3b fixed to one end, and is rotatably supported by the screw block 3a. The screw block 3a can be detachably inserted into the opening 1f. The attachment is fixed by a fixing pin 1g.
The boat body 2 is formed of a rectangular frame of long and short members 2a and 2b, and guides the long side member 2a by positioning the long side member 2a inside the long member 1a of the guide frame 1. It is possible to roll on the long member 1a. A through hole is formed at the center of one short side member 2b of the boat body 2, and a threaded rod 3 is screwed into a nut 2d fixed inside the short side member 2b. Can go back and forth. The turntable E of the derailed vehicle is placed on the hull 2 and returned to the original position by operating the screw bar 3, and the guide frame and the hull are removed to enable re-traveling.
[0008]
If the guide wheels are damaged by derailment, first return the vehicle to the original position by the above-described method, separate the broken guide wheels from the rails, and then attach the emergency vehicles F, M to the front and rear wheels A, B, respectively. Put on.
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, the front wheel receiving vehicle F is formed by inserting the two parallel pins 4a of both ends of the two temporary shafts 4 into the corresponding locking holes 5a of the side plate 5 and fixing them with the pins 5b. Things. Guide wheels 6 are rotatably supported on the temporary shafts 4 at positions corresponding to the rails, and front wheel receiving plates 7 are mounted at positions corresponding to the rubber front wheels A of the vehicle. Keep it high to avoid contact. The front wheel A rises and runs only with the guide wheel 6.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 12 to FIG. 14, the rear wheel emergency receiving vehicle M is formed by fixing side plates 9 to both ends of two temporary shafts 8 in the same manner as in the case of the front wheels to form a square. The same is true for pivoting. However, the side plate is provided with a U-shaped notch 9a inside the guide wheel so as to be fitted into the U-shaped block 8a of the temporary shaft 8 from above, and each is fixed with a pin 8b. A guide roller 9c is pivotally mounted on the outside of the side plate 9 so as to be freely rotatable. The side plate 9 is provided with a convex piece 9b at the center of the upper surface. First, a side plate 9 is attached to a temporary shaft 8 on the opposite side of the guide roller so as to be easily assembled even in a small space. Thereafter, another temporary shaft 8 is mounted at the front position of the rear wheel. There are springs S on both sides of the lower surface of the rear axle housing of the vehicle, which are locked by spring receiving plates K. The convex pieces 9b abut the spring receiving plates K, and the rear axle housing and the emergency receiving vehicle M It is integrated.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
The derailed track-and-land vehicle can be returned to the original position manually by using a guide frame and a hull that can be easily inserted and assembled in a small space on the side of the vehicle.
If the guide wheels are damaged due to derailment, the emergency wheels can be inserted under the front and rear wheels, respectively, so that the front wheels can be lifted and moved slowly without losing directionality.
