本発明は、ファスニングテープを他から容易に判別できるようにするとともに、その止着部位を明確に認識できるようにして、その取扱性の便宜および止着ミス防止等を図った使い捨て紙おむつおよびおむつカバーに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より使用されている紙おむつは、着用者への装着のために、紙おむつの後身頃の両側にファスニングテープを備えており、使用に際しては紙おむつの前身頃および後身頃をそれぞれ着用者に当てた後、前記ファスニングテープを腹側に持ち込み、腹側のバックシート上に止着して、紙おむつの固定を行っている。

この場合、一回の止着できっちりと紙おむつを装着するのはなかなか困難で、実際には何回か止着直しを行う必要がある。そのため、実開昭57-74910号公報等においては、バックシート上の前身頃部分にプラスチック材料からなる補強テープを張り付け、複数回の止着直しができるようにしている。

他方、実開昭63-183208 号公報においては、前記補強テープにバックシートとは異なる着色を施した紙おむつが開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
確かに、前記補強テープを設けることによりファスニングテープの付け直しができるようになり、その便利さから今ではほとんどの紙おむつに補強テープが設けられている。また、補強テープ面の色を地色と変えることにより、ファスニングテープを止着すべき領域が一目で判別できるため、止着位置の間違いも少なくなるなど、その効果も大きい。

しかしながら、前記ファスニングテープは、おむつの製品状態ではサイドフラップ部の表面シート側に貼られたリリーステープに仮止めされており、使用に当たってはこのリリーステープから剥がして使用される。従来より提供されている紙おむつは、ファスニングテープ、リリーステープおよび表面側シートが共に白色であり、一見しただけではファスニングテープを表面側シートから判別しづらく、装着時にファスニングテープの剥離に手間が掛かり、取扱いにくいなどの問題を有する。

また、内部の吸収パッドを交換可能とした使い捨ておむつカバーの場合や、排泄物の確認などのために紙おむつを展開する場合には、一旦止着したファスニングテープを補強テープから剥がした後再び止着し直すことが行われる。しかし、補強テープ上のファスニングテープの判別が困難である場合には、同様にファスニングテープの剥離に手間が掛かり、取扱いにくいなどの問題を有する。特に、大人用紙おむつの場合には、おむつの着用を介護する人も高齢の場合が多く、ファスニングテープの判別が容易で取扱性に優れた紙おむつであることが望まれている。

以下、本発明を図面に示す実施例に基づいて詳述する。

図１において、紙おむつはポリエチレン、ポリエチレンラミネート不織布等からなる不透液性裏面シート１と、不織布などからなる透液性表面シート２と、さらに前記不透液性裏面シート１と透液性表面シート２との間に介在された、綿状パルプ等からなる、たとえば長方形若しくは砂時計形状のある程度剛性を有する吸収体３とから構成されている。また、腹側および背側の縁部には、不透液性裏面シート１と透液性表面シート２との間に発泡ウレタンなどからなる弾性伸縮バンド８、８が介在されており、背側の両側部にはそれぞれファスニングテープ６、６が固着されている。ファスニングテープ６は、詳細には図２に示されるように、その基端固定部６ａが不透液性裏面シート１にホットメルト接着剤等を介して固着されるとともに、紙おむつの側方に延出する止着部分６ｂの内面に粘着剤層１１を有し、装着前は後述のバリヤーシート４上に貼られたリリーステープ９に仮止めされている。また、本実施例の場合は、前記リリーステープ９の側方突出部９ａがファスニングテープ６に接合された、いわゆるＹ字接合により、ファスニングテープ６に作用する力がリリーステープ９にも分散されることにより該固定部の補強がなされている。

前記不透液性裏面シート１は、吸収体３の周囲より外方に延在して砂時計形状をなしており、その側方の延在部は、本発明における「表面側シート」に該当するバリヤーシート４および透液性表面シート２の側部とともにフラップ部Ｆを構成している。また、透液性表面シート２は長方形をなし、脚回り部分では吸収体３の側縁より若干外方に延在し、不透液性裏面シート１とホットメルト接着剤などにより固着されている。前記バリヤーシート４の形成材料としては、プラスチックシートやメルトブローン不織布を使用することもできるが、肌の感触性の点で、不織布にシリコンなどにより撥水処理をしたものが好適に用いられる。

一方、紙おむつの両側部には、使用面側に突出するバリヤーカフスＢ、Ｂが形成されている。このバリヤーカフスＢは、図示のように、実質的に幅方向に連続したバリヤーシート４が内折りにされて２重に形成されたものであり、その内方に一本の弾性伸縮部材５または必要により複数本の弾性伸縮部材が固着され、前記バリヤーカフスＢを起立させている。
