Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pierced earring resulting from a drastic improvement of a pin support structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The piercing is provided with an earpiece projecting downward at the upper end of the decorative part as shown in FIG. 4, and the earpiece inserts a pin inserted into a hole provided in the earlobe via a pin support shaft and a bearing. It is in a state of being supported rotatably.
[0003]
In the pierce pin support structure according to the prior art, in most cases, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the main body of the pin is brazed to a base on which a substantially cylindrical pin support shaft protrudes on both left and right sides. and further挿貫each side pins supporting axes of the right and left sides in a hole provided in the pair of bearing portions, as further shown in the figures 5 (b), the ear bearing portion pin support shaft already挿貫It was joined by brazing to the back of this part.
[0004]
However, in the brazing structure of the main body of the pin and the base of the pin having the pin support shaft, the disadvantage that the main body and the pin are easily broken at the brazing joint portion cannot be avoided.
[0005]
In addition, when the pair of bearings is brazed to the back side of the ear abutment, the position of the brazing is unstable. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. In an inappropriate case, there is a case where the position where the pin is inserted through the hole of the earlobe does not become substantially horizontal, and, as shown in FIG. In the substantially U-shaped cut portion on the lower side, the position of the pin body is also shifted in the left-right direction, and it is not possible to contact the uppermost end of the cut portion, so that the pin is inserted through the hole of the earlobe. , Almost horizontally.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art joint structure for piercing and to provide a joint structure of a pin to an earrest, which is as brazed as possible.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the configuration of the present invention employs a pin support shaft having a substantially cylindrical shape on both left and right sides and a thick projecting portion having a diameter larger than both the left and right sides in the middle part, and in the end side base, a pin support shaft is挿貫, and the thick-type protruding portion a hole which fits against hole provided in a pair of bearing portions that are bonded to the ear hook part, respectively the pin support shaft The pin- joining is performed when the substantially cylindrical portions on the right and left sides of the pin are rotatably inserted, and the diameter of the thick projecting portion of the pin support shaft is larger than the diameter of the holes provided in the pair of bearing portions. It consists of piercings characterized by having a structure.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The pin 3 of the present invention differs from the prior art in that the pin body 31 and the base 32 are integrally formed.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 7 (a), the pin support shaft 4 is provided with a thick projecting portion 41 having a diameter larger than the diameter on both the left and right sides at a halfway portion on the left and right sides which is substantially cylindrical. As shown in FIG. 7 (b), the base 32 of the pin 3 does not merely penetrate the columnar portions on both the left and right sides, but also inserts the pin support shaft 4 from one side to form the thick projecting portion. It is designed to mate with the part 41.
[0010]
After the pin supporting shaft 4 having the thick projecting portion 41 and the base 32 of the pin 3 are fitted to each other, as shown in FIG. When the left and right side portions of the pin support shaft 4 are inserted, the diameter of the thick projecting portion 41 is designed to be larger than the diameter of the hole of the bearing portion 2. Does not come off from the bearing portion 2 of the vehicle.
[0011]
On the other hand, since the base 32 of the pin 3 into which the thick projecting portion 41 is fitted also has a diameter which is naturally larger than the diameter of the thick projecting portion 41, the base 32 may come off from the pair of bearing portions 2 on both sides. Is impossible.
[0012]
In the integrated structure of the pin 3, the pin support shaft 4 and the bearing 2 as shown in FIG. 7C, the pair of bearings 2 are brazed to the back side of the ear abutment 1 so that Naturally, it is possible to realize a joint structure with the pin 3.
However, apart from such a brazing structure of the bearing 2 and the earpiece 1, as shown in FIG. 7D, a pair of bearings 2 are previously formed integrally with the earpiece 1 by a mold. 7 (c), and the insertion of the left and right side portions of the pin support shaft 4 into the holes of the pair of bearing portions 2 as shown in FIG. 7 (c) is integrally formed with the earrest 1 as shown in FIG. 7 (e). It can also be realized by elastically prying the pair of bearings 2, and such a manufacturing method is extremely simple as compared with the case of brazing.
[0013]
In addition, since the bearing 2 is integrally formed with the earpiece 1 and the mold from the beginning, an inaccurate coupling structure as shown in FIGS. 6A, 6B and 6C is avoided from the beginning. It is possible to realize a joint structure between the pin 3 and the earpiece 1 such that the pin 3 faces a normal direction in a substantially horizontal direction during use.
[0014]
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to examples.
[0015]
Embodiment 1
As described in the section of the related art, a substantially U-shaped notch for the movement of the pin 3 is provided at the lower end of the earpiece 1 and substantially at the center in the left-right direction (FIG. 6C). reference).
[0016]
In the present invention, when the pair of bearings 2 are integrally formed with the ear abutment 1 using a mold as described above, the coupling position between the bearing 2 and the ear abutment 1 is accurately set from the beginning. ing.
[0017]
Therefore, it is not necessary for the lower cut portion where the pin body 31 moves to be substantially U-shaped unlike the related art.
[0018]
That is, the shape of the notch portion of the lower side as shown in FIG. 1, it can be set in a substantially V-shaped configuration to successively wider accordance faced downward.
[0019]
With such a sequentially wide shape, the pin main body 31 can be freely rotated in the vertical direction according to the use and non-use, without sliding on the edge of the cut portion.
[0020]
Embodiment 2
Usually, the earpiece 1 is often designed in a flat plate structure.
[0021]
However, in such a flat plate structure, it is unavoidable to feel a sense of incongruity due to a sudden change between a portion that is in contact with the earpiece 1 and a portion that is not in the vicinity of the end of the earpiece 1. .
[0022]
In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, when the earpiece is brought into contact with the ear below the earpiece 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower part of the earpiece is sequentially placed on the side opposite to the abutting side. Due to the curvature, the distance caused by the contact between the earpiece 1 and the earlobe is gradually reduced, thereby reducing the sense of discomfort.
[0023]
With such a curved structure, it is possible to realize comfortable contact of the piercing.
[0024]
Embodiment 3
In recent years, a configuration has been adopted in which a pierced earring is also used.
[0025]
In the present invention, it is sufficiently possible to apply such a dual purpose.
[0026]
At a position corresponding to 1 in the third embodiment, the joining member 6 that can elastically contact is rotatable with an elastic force that urges the joining member 6 toward a position where the surface of the ear contact portion that contacts the ear exists. Provided.
[0027]
In such a configuration, when the pin 3 is made to hang downward and the joining member 6 abuts on the earlobe against the earlobe from the opposite side, it can be used as an earring.
When the earlobe is indirectly contacted with the earlobe from the opposite side, it can be used as a piercing.
[0029]
That is, in the third embodiment, it is possible to realize a piercing that is also used as an earring.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention as described above, in the joining structure between the pin and the pin support shaft, the joining by brazing has already been eliminated, so that not only a very simple joining can be realized, but also the bearing portion and the earrest portion may be used if necessary. The brazing is also eliminated in the joining with the boss, so that not only the joining process can be simplified, but also the supporting position with respect to the pin can be realized very accurately, and a comfortable piercing can be mounted.
[0031]
Further, as described above, the first, second, and third embodiments have an inherent operation and effect.
[0032]
As described above, since the present invention can exert various effects in the manufacturing process and mounting, the value thereof is enormous.
