Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a packaging bag for sealing a film unit with a lens by three-way pillow packaging.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to be able to easily enjoy photography at a low price, a film unit with a lens such as “Sharprun Super800” (trade name) is commercially available from the present applicant. These film units with lenses are widely used in general because they can be used for taking a picture immediately at the place of purchase, and can also be taken to a processing dealer as they are.
[0003]
In such a film unit with a lens, a photographic film is loaded in the manufacturing process, and therefore, it is necessary to protect the loaded photographic film from moisture and dust after manufacture until the user actually uses the photographic film. There is. For this reason, the lens-fitted film unit is packaged one by one in a packaging bag when shipped from a manufacturer, and the user opens the packaging bag when in use.
[0004]
In general, a packaging bag as described above is formed by placing a film unit with a lens on a single sheet of packaging material, bonding the opposite ends of the packaging material to form a tube, and then forming the tube. This is a so-called three-sided pillow packaging bag that seals both open ends of the packaging material.
[0005]
Conventionally, the packaging material used for this packaging bag was a laminate of a thin aluminum sheet and a transparent polyethylene sheet, but in recent years, as interest in the proper disposal of industrial waste has increased, the packaging bag has been incinerated. When doing so, it has become a problem that only the non-combustible aluminum sheet remains unburned. Therefore, recently, in order to ensure the same moisture resistance as before, without using an aluminum sheet, a polyethylene terephthalate sheet material called PET was laminated in several layers with a material provided with a moisture-proof function such as SiOx deposition. Are being used in packaging bags as a new packaging material.
[0006]
Then, the film unit with the lens is packaged in a sealed state in a packaging bag as described above and shipped. However, film units with lenses that have come out of the manufacturing process, which have relatively little environmental fluctuations, can cause the air inside the packaging bag to expand due to fluctuations in the outside air temperature during transportation or display, causing the packaging bag to expand significantly. There is. In addition, in the case of a film unit with a lens that has been placed in a store for a relatively long period of time, gas may be released from the batteries or condensers of the built-in flash unit, and such factors may cause the packaging bag to expand. May be lost.
[0007]
In particular, in recent years, sales of lens-equipped film units by vending machines have been increasing in stations, entertainment facilities, and the like in order to make it easier to purchase lens-equipped film units. If the packaging bag of the lens-fitted film unit stored in such a vending machine expands, the lens-fitted film unit is clogged inside the machine, and despite the money being put in, the lens-fitted film is a product. The major problem is that the unit does not come out. To cope with such a problem, a packaging bag provided with a vent for venting is also known.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, when a hole is made to prevent the packaging bag from expanding, moisture infiltrates into the packaging bag from this hole, and the moisture-proof retention, which is one of the important roles of the packaging bag, is achieved. There is a problem that the photo film of the packaged lens-fitted photo film unit is damaged and affected.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described problems of the related art, and in a three-side pillow packaging bag for packaging a film unit with a lens, while maintaining moisture resistance and dust resistance in the packaging bag. It is another object of the present invention to provide a packaging bag which prevents expansion due to an increase in the volume of internal gas.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the packaging material of the present invention has a first adhesive portion formed by joining opposite ends in parallel to form a tube, and both open ends of the tubular packaging material are attached in a plate shape. A small hole is provided in a portion of the packaging bag that seals the film unit with a lens, where the packaging material near one of the second adhesive portions is folded by two second adhesive portions.
[0011]
According to the second aspect, a first adhesive portion in which opposing ends are adhered in parallel to form a tube, and two second adhesive portions in which both open ends of the tubular packaging material are adhered in a plate shape. Thereby, a bag-shaped non-adhesive portion is provided from the vicinity of the second adhesive portion to the inside of the second adhesive portion in the packaging bag for sealing the film unit with a lens, and a small non-adhesive portion is provided near the closed end of the bag-shaped non-adhesive portion. A hole is provided.
[0012]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a packaging bag of the present invention in which a film unit with a lens is stored. FIG. 2 is a partial sectional view of the packaging bag of FIG. The packaging bag 2 is composed of a thin PET sheet laminated on two layers on which various designs are printed, and a vertical sealing portion 3 as a first bonding portion and an upper sealing portion 4 as a second bonding portion in two places. A bag-shaped storage space 7 is molded by being sealed at three sides of the lower sealing portion 5, and the lens-fitted film unit 6 as a packaged object is stored in the storage space 7 in a moisture-proof state.
[0013]
The vertical sealing portion 3 of the packaging bag 2 is formed by overlapping the end 3a of the PET sheet with the folded end 3b by about 10 mm, and from the end of the upper sealing portion 4 to be described later to the lower sealing portion 5. The thickness of the packaging bag 2 is approximately doubled only in the vertical sealing portion 3, the upper sealing portion 4 and the lower sealing portion 5. .
[0014]
The upper sealing portion 4 is formed by overlapping the end portions 4a and 4b of the PET sheet which has been fused and formed into a cylindrical shape by the vertical sealing portion 3 by about 25 mm and heat-sealed. Under the upper sealing portion 4, there is provided a bag-shaped gas vent passage 8 connected to the storage space 7 of the packaging bag 2 where the end 4 a and the end 4 b of the PET sheet are not fused. I have. Furthermore, on the end 4a side of the PET sheet constituting the gas vent passage 8, a 0.2 to 0.5 mm diameter penetrating between the inner surface of the gas vent passage 8 and the packaging bag 2 is provided. A small hole 9 is provided.
[0015]
Further, the upper sealing portion 4 is provided with a hanging hole 11 for being hooked on a display hook or the like when the film unit with lens 6 is displayed while being stored in the packaging bag 2. The lower sealing portion 5 is also formed by heat-sealing the ends of a cylindrical PET sheet similarly to the upper sealing portion 4, but has a narrower fusion width than the upper sealing portion 4. Has become.
[0016]
The operation of the above embodiment will be described. The lens-fitted film unit 6 is packaged in the packaging bag 2 after the assembly is completed in the assembly process. First, the lens-fitted film unit 6 is placed on the packaging bag 2 in the unfolded state, and the end 3a is overlapped with the folded end 3b by about 10 mm and heat-fused by a heater to form the vertical sealing portion 3. I do.
[0017]
The packaging bag 2 formed into a cylindrical shape by covering the lens-fitted film unit 6 by the vertical sealing portion 3 is then heat-sealed at both open ends as a lower sealing portion 5 and an upper sealing portion 4. Among them, the upper sealing portion 4 is formed by overlapping the end 4a and the end 4b of one open end of the PET sheet by about 25 mm and heat-sealing them. At this time, a bag-shaped gas vent passage 8 that does not fuse the end portions 4a and 4b of the PET sheet is provided below the upper sealing portion 4.
[0018]
After the gas vent passage 8 connected to the storage space 7 of the packaging bag 2 is thus formed, the sheet penetrates between the inner surface of the gas vent passage 8 and the packaging bag 2 on the end 4a side of the sheet. A small hole 9 having a diameter of 0.2 to 0.5 mm is formed. Thereafter, air is sucked in from the other open end, and the inner surface of the packaging bag 2 comes into close contact with the film unit with lens 6. Finally, the lower sealing portion 5 is heat-sealed, and the packaging of the lens-fitted film unit 6 is completed and shipped.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 2A, the packaging bag 2 immediately after shipment is in close contact with the lens-fitted film unit 6, and the internal pressure of the storage space 7 is the same as the external pressure, so that the end portions 4a and 4b Is also in close contact. Therefore, the gas vent passage 8 is completely closed, and moisture does not enter the storage space 7 through the small holes 9.
[0020]
However, if the film unit with lens 6 is packaged in the packaging bag 2 for a long time, gas may be generated from the battery or condenser of the built-in flash device. When such gas is generated, the packaging bag 2 is inflated, and the film unit with the lens or the like loaded in the vending machine is clogged as it is and causes a failure.
[0021]
However, as shown in FIG. 2 (B), when the storage space 7 of the packaging bag 2 expands and the internal pressure becomes higher than the external pressure, a force acts in a direction in which the end portions 4a and 4b separate from each other, and the gas vent passage. 8 spreads and opens. As a result, the gas in the storage space 7 is released from the small holes 9 through the gas release passage 8.
[0022]
When the expanded gas in the storage space 7 is released and the internal pressure becomes equal to the external pressure, the packaging bag 2 and the lens-fitted film unit 6 come into close contact again. Then, the end portions 4a and 4b also come into close contact with each other, and the gas vent passage 8 is completely closed, so that moisture is prevented from entering the storage space 7 from the small holes 9.
[0023]
In the above embodiment, the gas vent passage provided with the small holes is formed relatively short and is provided in the vicinity of the storage space. Alternatively, for example, as shown in FIG. The gas vent passage 21 may be formed so as to cross the sealing portion 22 and to provide a small hole 23 at the end thereof. In this case, since the gas vent passage 21 is long, when the internal pressure in the storage space 22 and the external pressure are the same, the gas vent passage 21 is more reliably closed, so that the moisture-proof capability can be further enhanced.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the packaging bag of the present invention, the two open ends of the packaging material formed into a tubular shape at the first bonding portion are provided with small holes at the portion where the packaging material of the second bonding portion bonded in a plate shape is folded. In the packaging bag for packaging the film unit with the lens, it is possible to provide a packaging bag capable of preventing the expansion due to an increase in the volume of the internal gas while maintaining the moisture-proof and dust-proof properties in the packaging bag. .
