【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は小学生が地震や火災等災害時に椅子から外して使用する防災頭巾のカバーに関するものある。

【従来の技術】
従来のものは防災頭巾を覆うのにチャック式の布袋に入れて椅子の背当てに掛けていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これは次のような欠点があった。
（イ）防災頭巾を布袋から取り出して被るのに時間が掛り過ぎる。
（ロ）消防署から布袋の使用禁止がされた為、防災頭巾が汚れる。
本発明は以上の欠点を解決する為に発明されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
カバー本体（１）を袋状にし、内側カバー（３）に適当な大きさの開口部（４）を設け、外側カバー（２）にはバンド（５）を取付けた構成である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の防災頭巾カバーの使い方は内側カバー（３）の前側を開いて開口部（４）より防災頭巾（６）を挿入して一体物とする。
この一体物の防災頭巾（６）を小学生の椅子の背当てにバンド（５）で挟んで取付けて備えて置く。

【実施例】
以下、発明の実施例について説明する。
（イ）カバー本体（１）は布製で外、内側カバー（２、３）二重の袋状で天井の中央より二つ折り形状になっている。
（ロ）内側カバー（３）の天井コーナー部から後側縦方向にそって長さ３０Ｃｍの開口部（４）を設ける。
（ハ）外側カバー（２）後側の下部裂け目のところから幅２．５Ｃｍの平形ゴムバンド（５）を前側にぐるり回して取付けた。
本発明は以上のような構造でこれを使用する方法を次に述べる。
本発明の防災頭巾のカバー本体（１）に防災頭巾（６）を挿入するにはバンド（５）を外し、内側カバー（３）の前側を大きく開いて後側の開口部（４）を広げて、左右片側づつカバー本体（１）の底まで防災頭巾（６）を押し込んでカバー本体（１）の天井より二つ折りにする。そしてバンド（５）をカバー本体（１）の前側に回して防災頭巾（６）と一体物とする。
この一体物を常時、小学生は椅子の背当てにバンド（５）に挟んで取付け非常時に備えて置く。いざ、非常時にはそのまま椅子より抜き取って防災頭巾を被っても緩むことなくゴムバンド（５）により締付けられて使用される。

【考案の効果】
本発明の効果は地震等災害時、即時に防災頭巾を被ることができ、安全確保が多大である。又、防災頭巾が汚れず、カバーだけ洗濯すれば良いので経済的である。
