Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for forming a groove so that the edge of a pillow does not collapse even when moving during sleep.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional buckwheat pillows and polyethylene pipe pillows collapse their pillows when their head moves, so their jaws are closed. Naturally, the neck is in a bent state, and considerable effort is required. Furthermore, the height of these pillows is restricted to some extent when the area is determined. Even if I make a large pillow with a low height, my head gets stuck and I can't use it. Therefore, there is a drawback that if the area is increased, the area must be reduced in order to make the pillow high and the pillow low. In addition, the drawback of the inverted pillow where the neck is higher and the top of the head is lower is that despite the size and shape of the head, the length and thickness of the neck, it is curved despite the fact that it is more than 10 people It is very unpleasant to force the different size and shape of the head into the frame. And the edge of the pillow does not collapse like a buckwheat pillow, but the structure of the pillow, which is particularly high at the neck, is a disaster. In other words, the head is pushed up from below with the same force as the weight of the head, and the load on the neck is considerable. The result is the same even if the height is lowered. For the above reasons, there are many cases where the above-mentioned pillows cannot maintain a natural posture and cause symptoms such as insomnia, stiff shoulders, headache, falling asleep, and the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention seeks to keep the edge of the pillow at a constant height without damaging the head and neck.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Now, if you explain this with the drawing,
(B) A partition cloth (2) is sewed in advance in a cloth bag (1) at a position indicated by (3).
(B) A flat and elastic plate-shaped material is put in the partition cloth (2) and bound on both sides.
(C) Put elastic material in (4) and (5) and bind both sides.
(D) A material having fluidity is put in the space (1) where one side is bound and bound.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In this way, elongated grooves (6) are formed on both sides, and a fluid material falls into the grooves (6). Once the material has fallen into the groove (6), it does not return to the top, and keeps a constant height on the head without crushing. The finished product is flat, but the material inserted into the partition cloth (2) is elastic, so the part on which the head is placed is recessed according to the shape of the head.
[0006]
【Example】
Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described.
(A) Urethane foam (7) is suitable as the material to be inserted into the partition cloth (2), but a layer of urethane foam, natural coconut fiber, and bincho charcoal of the size of rice grains is layered in this order and covered with quilted cotton. It is even better to use quilted cotton with the ends glued to urethane foam so that the charcoal inside does not leak.
(B) The material to be put in the space of (1) is preferably a small polyethylene pipe (8). The amount to be put should be large enough to make room for the cloth bag (1).
(C) (4) and (5) are required to maintain the height of the groove (6). The width may be narrow. Urethane foam is suitable for the material to be filled in, but it is more preferable to insert quilted cotton, Bincho charcoal, natural coco fiber, urethane foam, natural coconut fiber, Bincho charcoal, quilted cotton in this order.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
The pillow does not collapse, and the head and neck are kept in a natural state to maintain an appropriate height, so that symptoms such as insomnia, stiff shoulders, headaches, and falling asleep do not occur. The height of the pillow can be freely adjusted by changing the height of the cloth bag, the height of the partition cloth, and the height of the urethane foam. Extremely low pillows can be made, so they can be used for babies. In that case, (3) must be shortened a little.
