Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pallet for loading a cylindrical article having a large load such as a food packaging material film and roll paper, and more particularly to a pallet for loading a sheet roll.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a wooden pallet for loading rolls, and in this conventional wooden pallet, another member is fixed to the surface of a flat pallet in order to stabilize the load.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of a conventional wooden pallet in which another member is fixed to the surface of a flat pallet, when the load is a film roll such as a food packaging material, it is difficult to make the load receiving portion cylindrical because the pallet is made of wood. In this case, there is a problem that an uneven load acts on the pallet contact portion and the film becomes white. As a countermeasure, a cushioning material such as a rubber material is conventionally attached, but in this case, the cost increases and there is a problem in terms of sanitation.
[0004]
Conventionally, there is also an injection-made pallet using a foamed resin. However, the pallet has a low strength, and is easily damaged and costly when pierced by a forklift claw at the time of carrying a load.
[0005]
Further, the conventional loading pallets do not have a reliable means for storing the pallets in an orderly state when the sheet rolls are not loaded, that is, when the pallets are empty.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet roll stacking pallet capable of solving the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The sheet roll stacking pallet according to the present invention has a load receiving portion having a load receiving portion surface having a concave shape substantially corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the sheet roll to be loaded on the upper surface, and for supporting the load receiving portion. A plurality of post portions are provided so as to extend from the surface of the load receiving portion to the bottom surface, and the surface of the load receiving portion is partially concave at a position corresponding to each of the post portions, A convex rib is provided on at least both sides of the upper surface, and a concave shape is provided on the bottom surface at a position corresponding to the convex rib and can be fitted to the convex rib. Are provided, and are integrally hollow-molded with a resin material.

【The invention's effect】
The pallet of the present invention has a load receiving portion formed into a cylindrical shape by hollow molding so that a load such as a sheet roll can be fixed stably, and has a built-in post portion for supporting a heavy load, and a surface of the load receiving portion hitting the post portion. By forming a partially concave shape, the load can be dispersed and uniform load distribution can be achieved, thereby preventing whitening of the film of the loaded sheet roll.
[0018]
Since the pallet of the present invention is integrally hollow-molded with a resin material, the pallet is also excellent in hygiene, and if high-density polyethylene or the like is used as the resin material, sufficient strength can be ensured.
[0019]
Further, since the pallet of the present invention is formed by hollow molding, the cost of the mold is lower than that of injection molding, and post-processing after molding is almost unnecessary, so that the product is inexpensive.
[0020]
Still further, empty pallets can be stacked and stored in an orderly manner, and distribution costs can be reduced.
