Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a viscous material molding device used for molding a viscous material on a pedestal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a cosmetic sample having viscosity, such as lipstick cream (hereinafter, referred to as lipstick), has been filled in a recess on a mount and then covered with a transparent film and provided to a tester. This is to distribute samples to a large number of people on the street or in stores, so that many people can use the samples easily, which may result from the use of one sample by many people. It is also to eliminate unsanitary problems.
[0003]
In this conventional process of manufacturing a sample of cosmetics, a mount with a recess prepared in advance is supplied to a cosmetics supply device having viscosity such as lipstick, and the supply device heats the cosmetics having viscosity such as lipstick. In this state, a predetermined amount is supplied from the supply hole to the recess of the backing paper. Cosmetics supplied to the recess are raised in the recess. Thereafter, a transparent film is stuck on the surface of the mount to close the opening of the recess, and the mount with the transparent film is pressed from above and below to compress the thickness of the mount with the transparent film and to apply cosmetics in the recess. The cosmetic is spread over the entirety of the recess by pushing out the recess in the radial direction.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional manufacturing process as described above, if the amount of the cosmetic supplied to the concave of the mount is too large, when the mount with the transparent film is pressed from above and below, the cosmetic expanded in the radial direction of the concave may be concave. The sample is extruded from between the transparent film and the surface of the mount, and the appearance of the sample is impaired. In order to prevent this, the amount of cosmetics to be supplied to the recess of the mount has been reduced in the past. However, when the thickness of the mount with the transparent film was compressed, it was pushed in the radial direction in the recess. The spread cosmetic product may not reach the entirety of the recess, and a space may be created inside the recess. In particular, if there is a portion that is not covered with cosmetics on the bottom surface of the recess, the appearance of the sample is impaired.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to supply a viscous substance to the surface of a pedestal and to surely distribute the viscous substance uniformly to a predetermined area of the surface of the pedestal. An object of the present invention is to provide a viscous material type embossing device which does not impair the appearance of a pedestal with a transparent film even when the surface of the pedestal is covered with a transparent film, and which can reduce the thickness of the pedestal with a transparent film.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the object of the present invention as described above, the viscous material forming device according to the present invention comprises:
A mold that has a viscous substance supply hole and a stamping surface formed around the viscous substance supply hole, and is movable between an approach position close to a pedestal on which the viscous substance is formed and a separated position away from the pedestal. Components ,
In the mold member, the embossing surface projects toward the surface of the pedestal more than a surface area outside the embossing surface,
A recess is formed around the viscous substance supply hole on the embossed surface,
The mold member separates the viscous substance supply hole and the embossed surface at a predetermined distance from the surface of the pedestal at the approach position, supplies the viscous substance to the surface of the pedestal from the viscous substance supply hole, and is supplied to the surface of the pedestal and rises. The embossed surface comes into contact with the outer surface of the viscous substance, and the swelling of the viscous substance is enlarged in a direction along the surface of the pedestal.
[0007]
[Action]
When supplying a predetermined amount of a viscous substance to a predetermined area on the surface of the pedestal, the mold member is moved from the separated position to an approach position where the embossed surface is separated from the surface of the pedestal by a predetermined distance, and the viscous substance supply hole is formed. Then, a predetermined amount of a viscous substance is supplied from a viscous substance supply hole to a predetermined area of the surface of the pedestal. The supplied viscous substance rises in the gap between the surface of the pedestal and the embossed surface of the mold member until it reaches the embossed surface around the viscous material supply hole of the mold member from the surface of the pedestal, and reaches the embossed surface. Then, the embossed surface expands in the direction along the surface of the pedestal and spreads over a predetermined area of the surface of the pedestal. The height of the viscous substance on the surface of the pedestal is defined by the embossed surface of the mold member from the surface of the pedestal. For this reason, even if the pedestal with the transparent film is not pressed from above and below after applying a transparent film to the surface of the pedestal so as to cover the viscous material supplied in a predetermined amount on a predetermined area on the surface of the pedestal, The viscous substance can be spread at a predetermined height over the entire predetermined area on the surface, and the appearance of the base with the transparent film is not impaired. In addition, there is no need to set the thickness of the pedestal and the transparent film in advance in anticipation of the above pressing, and it is not necessary to increase the strength of the pedestal and the transparent film so as to withstand the pressing. Can be made thinner than before.
[0008]
In the viscous material embossing device according to the present invention, which is configured as described above, the embossed surface of the mold member projects toward the surface of the pedestal from a surface area outside the embossed surface. You. With this embossed surface configuration, the expansion of the viscous material in the direction along the surface of the pedestal caused by the embossed surface does not extend to a surface area outside the embossed surface.
[0009]
In gum type heap device according to the invention which is characterized in that it is composed as described above, the embossing surface that is formed is a recess on the periphery of the viscous substance feed hole. The recess effectively defines the extent of expansion of the viscous material in a direction along the surface of the pedestal caused by the embossing surface.
[0010]
A recess is formed in the surface of the pedestal used in combination with the viscous material forming device according to the present invention, which is configured as described above, and the mold member is provided in the approaching position. The viscous substance can be supplied to the concave portion on the surface from the viscous substance supply hole.
[0011]
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the viscous material embossing device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
【Example】
FIG. 1A shows a side view of a mold member used in one embodiment of the viscous material embossing device of the present invention in a partially sectioned state, and FIG. 2 shows a bottom view of the mold member of FIG.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the mold member 10 has a flat lower surface 10a, and each of a plurality of predetermined positions on the lower surface 10a has a predetermined shape (in this embodiment, a truncated cone). The embossed protrusion 10b having a (shape) is formed, and the flat lower surface of the embossed protrusion 10b is the embossed surface 10c. The embossed surface 10c is formed with a recess 10d having a predetermined shape (a circular shape concentric with the embossed protrusion 10b in this embodiment), and a mold member is provided at the center of the flat bottom surface of the recess 10d. A viscous substance supply hole 12 penetrating from the upper surface of 10 is open.
[0014]
In this embodiment, lipstick is selectively supplied to the viscous substance supply hole 12 from a viscous substance supply source (not shown) while the lipstick is being heated.
[0015]
The mold member 10 is selectively moved up and down within a predetermined range in the up and down direction by up and down driving means (not shown).
[0016]
At a predetermined position below the mold member 10, a pedestal (not shown) to which heated lipstick is supplied from the viscous substance supply hole 12 of the mold member 10 is intermittently arranged by a pedestal supply device (not shown).
[0017]
2 (A) to 2 (E) sequentially show steps of using the mold member 10 to mold lipstick at predetermined positions on the surface of the pedestal. Note that, since the above-described steps in each of the plurality of viscous substance supply holes 12 of the plurality of embossed protrusions 10b of the mold member 10 are the same, only the above-described steps of one embossed protrusion 10b of the mold member 10 are shown in FIG. .
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2A, at the start of the above-described process, the mold member 10 is arranged at a spaced position at the upper end of a predetermined range in the vertical direction, and is located at a predetermined position below the mold member 10 (not shown). The pedestal 14 is intermittently supplied by the supply device. The pedestal 14 is formed in a flat shape from paper or plastic material. When the pedestal 14 is disposed at the predetermined position, a plurality of portions corresponding to the plurality of embossed protrusions 10b of the mold member 10 are provided with the parts shown in FIG. (A), a recess 14a is formed. In addition, the mold member 10 is sufficiently separated from the upper surface of the pedestal 14 at the predetermined position so as to facilitate intermittent supply of the pedestal 14 to the predetermined position at the separated position at the upper end of the predetermined range in the vertical direction. ing.
[0019]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, the mold member 10 is lowered to a position where the lower end approaches a predetermined range in the vertical direction. Here, the mold member 10 has the embossed surface 10c extremely close to the upper surface of the pedestal 14, but between the embossed surface 10c of the embossed protrusion 10b of the mold member 10 and the upper surface of the pedestal 14 at the predetermined position. Has a predetermined gap.
[0020]
From the viscous substance supply hole 12 of the mold member 10 arranged at the approach position, as shown in FIG. 2C, a heated lipstick 16 is placed in the recess 14a of the pedestal 14 at the predetermined position. It is metered. The lipstick 16 reaching the bottom of the recess 14a of the pedestal 14 spreads along the bottom and rises upward. The upper end of the lipstick 16 which rises in the recess 14a before the radial end of the lipstick 16 extending along the bottom surface in the recess 14a reaches the periphery of the recess 14a is a recess in the embossed surface 10c of the mold member 10. The bottom of 10d is reached.
[0021]
When the upper end of the raised lipstick 16 reaches the bottom surface of the recess 10d of the embossing surface 10c of the mold member 10, the lipstick 16 is pushed by the bottom surface and spreads radially along the bottom surface. That is, the lipstick 16 extends radially outward of the recess 14a of the pedestal 14 along the bottom surface of the recess 14a in the recess 14a of the pedestal 14 and along the bottom surface of the recess 10d of the embossed surface 10c of the mold member 10. The lipstick 16 is pushed out, and the outer end in the radial direction of the lipstick 16 reaches the periphery of the recess 14a of the pedestal 14 as shown in FIG.
[0022]
The supply of a predetermined amount of the heated lipstick 16 ends at this point. Note that the radially outer end of the lipstick 16 is formed between the radially outer end of the bottom of the recess 14a of the pedestal 14 and the radially outer end of the bottom of the recess 10d of the embossed surface 10c of the mold member 10. The bottom surface of the recess 14a of the pedestal 14 and the bottom surface of the recess 10d of the embossing surface 10c of the mold member 10 due to the surface tension generated at the radially outer end of the heated lipstick 16 exposed to Stopped within the gap between them. The peripheral edge of the concave portion 14a of the pedestal 14 and the peripheral edge of the concave portion 10d of the embossed surface 10c of the mold member 10 more reliably position the radial end of the lipstick 16 in the gap.
[0023]
After the supply of the predetermined amount of the heated lipstick 16 is completed, as shown in FIG. 2E, the mold member 10 is raised to the spaced position at the upper end of the predetermined range in the vertical direction. After a predetermined amount of lipstick 16 has been supplied to the place 14a, the pedestal 14 is moved from a predetermined position below the mold member 10, and a new pedestal 14 is replaced with the mold member 10 as shown in FIG. 2 (A) to 2 (E), and the next cycle is started.
[0024]
After a predetermined amount of lipstick 16 moved from a predetermined position below the mold member 10 is supplied, a transparent film (not shown) is adhered to the upper surface of the base 14. The lipstick 16 extends to the radially outer end of the bottom surface of the concave portion 14a in the concave portion 14a of the pedestal 14 with a transparent film (not shown), and the lipstick 16 is transparent because it does not protrude from the radial outer end of the bottom surface of the concave portion 14a. The appearance of the pedestal with the film is not impaired.
[0025]
Since the pedestal 14 with a transparent film (not shown) is not compressed from the vertical direction as in the above-described conventional example, the thickness of the transparent film and the pedestal 14 (not shown) is made thinner than in the above-described conventional example. I can do it.
[0026]
In the above-described embodiment, the recess 10d is formed on the embossing surface 10c of the mold member 10 and the recess 14a is formed on the upper surface of the pedestal 14. However, these recesses 10d and 14a are not necessarily required. is not. When the surface tension of the viscous substance supplied from the viscous substance supply hole 12 of the mold member 10 to the upper surface of the pedestal 14 is high, at least one or both of these recesses 10d and 14a become unnecessary.
[0027]
【effect】
As described in detail above, in the viscous material embossing device according to the present invention, when the viscous material is supplied to the surface of the pedestal, the viscous material can be reliably and evenly distributed to a predetermined region on the surface of the pedestal. When the surface of the pedestal is subsequently covered with the transparent film, the appearance of the pedestal with the transparent film is not impaired, and the thickness of the pedestal with the transparent film can be reduced.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1A is a side view showing a part of a side surface of a mold member used in one embodiment of a viscous material embossing device of the present invention, and FIG. It is a bottom view of the mold member of FIG.
