Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
It relates to an air tent used in cold regions.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the skeleton of the air tent, the interval between the vertical air column and the adjacent vertical air column was as wide as 1 to 2 m. In addition, there is one horizontal air column on the ceiling of the small tent (main horizontal column) and one each on the inclined part (both sides) or one large air tent on the ceiling and two each on the inclined part. It was composed of air columns.
9 is a schematic perspective view showing a skeleton of a conventional air tent, FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC in FIG. 9, and FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD in FIG. Then, the tent 18 between the vertical air column 2 and the horizontal air column 3 of the inclined portion 17 of the air tent and between the horizontal air column 3 and the horizontal air column 3 causes a droop T due to a puddle of rainfall or the weight of snow. . When sagging occurs, the puddle or snow does not slide down to the ground and the sagging becomes larger, and the vertical air column 2 and the horizontal air column 3 of the inclined tent bend, and vertical air injection gathers in the center, There is a drawback in that the horizontal air column of the tent slope is bent and the ceiling (inside) buckles.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The ceiling and slope of the air tent consist only of rubber covering or rubber sheet, which is the roof member (tent) to be covered. The divided tent surrounded by the horizontal air column hangs downward due to the weight of the puddle of rainfall and the snow covered by snow, and it drips more and more when snow is added, and the space between the vertical air column and the vertical air column with the gradually sloping part narrows In addition, there is a problem that the horizontal air column and the horizontal air column in the inclined portion buckle as a whole.
[0004]
As a result of various examinations of objects supporting the awning to prevent sagging due to rainfall or snowfall of the awning between the vertical air column from the ceiling to the slope and the vertical air column and the opposite horizontal air column, the same material was used. Prevent sagging of the awning by using an air column with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the vertical column between the vertical columns and parallel to the vertical column along the inclined part I found
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been accomplished as a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, that is, the present invention relates to a rain- and snow-proof air tent comprising a plurality of vertical air columns, horizontal air columns and awnings , A small air column for supporting the tent on the ceiling of the air tent, wherein a plurality of small air columns comprising an air layer independent of the vertical air column and the horizontal air column are provided between the vertical air column and the vertical air column. The air tent is provided so as to be parallel to the vertical air column, and the vertical air column and the small air column, the horizontal air column and the small air column, and the small air columns are connected to each other.
[0006]
The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an air tent K according to the present invention. A tent inclined portion (the inside is a ceiling portion) 17 outside the air tent is indicated by a thick black line.
[0007]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view for explaining the skeleton of the air tent of the present invention. In order to prevent the awning 18 from bending when the outer awning inclined portion 17 is covered with snow, the vertical air column 2 inside the tent inclined portion is shown. A plurality of inclined small air columns 1 are installed in a ridge shape between a vertical air column 2 and a vertical air column 2. By installing a plurality of inclined small air columns in a ridge shape, a conventional horizontal air column and a horizontal air column are installed. The sag T between the air column and the air column is reduced as much as possible by the reinforcing effect of the plurality of small air columns, and the sag between the vertical air column and the vertical air column and between the horizontal air column and the horizontal air column. It was possible to reduce at least to 1 / (n + 1) or less by installing n small air columns 1 in the inclined portion. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 2 and shows that the sag T is no longer generated due to the installation of the plurality of small air columns 1. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the small air column 1 in FIG. 3 forms a small air column by high-frequency heat fusion of two sheets of cloth. FIG. 4 shows a separated type in which the inclined small air columns 1 are composed of mutually independent air layers, and FIG. 5 shows a continuous type in which the inclined small air columns 1 are connected to form an integrated air layer. . FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG. 5. The peripheral portion 1 c of the small air column 1 of the present invention is inclined by providing an air column suspension fixing portion 25 in the peripheral portion 1 c opposite to the awning suspension fixing portion 24. The small air column is suspended and fixed to the tent and the air column. In some cases, the method of separating the individual small air columns shown in FIG. 4 into a plurality of pieces is advantageous in suppressing the sag of the awning.
[0008]
Although the cross-sectional shape of the small air column 1 in FIG. 3 is an elliptical shape, it may be a circular shape, or a divided one in which one body is independent is used.
7 and 8 are a plan view and a side view of the stand-alone small air column 1 of the present invention.
[0009]
[Action]
Between the vertical air column and the vertical air column on the inclined portion (inside ceiling) of the air tent, a plurality of inclined small air columns are arranged in parallel to the vertical air column to form a horizontal air column and a horizontal air column facing the inclined portion. Since the installation was suspended, there was no sagging between the vertical and vertical air columns and the horizontal and horizontal air columns in the slope during snowfall.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
At the time of snowfall, the tent on the inner ceiling was used as a stepping-stone to drop the snow on the awning to the ground with a flat stick, but such labor was unnecessary, and the air tent collapsed during heavy snowfall was eliminated. The damage to humans and stored goods has been eliminated.
