この発明は、業務用などの大型冷蔵庫を対象した据付け用のレベリング装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
まず、この発明の実施対象となる大型冷蔵庫の構成,並びに据付け状態を図4に示す。図において、1は断熱筐体で構築した冷蔵庫のキャビネット本体、2はその前面扉、3はキャビネット本体1の頂部に設置した冷凍機のコンデンシングユニットであり、キャビネット本体1の底壁に重ね合わせて設けた基台フレームにはその四隅に分散して下面側に据付用支持脚を兼ねたレベル調整ボルト4を植設し、該ボルト4を介して床面上に据付けられている。

このレベル調整ボルト4は、別名レベリングスクリュウなどとも呼ばれ、基台フレームの四隅に下面側からねじ込んで植設されており、冷蔵庫の据付け施工時に、各ボルト4の突き出し高さを個別に調整し、据付け床面に対してキャビネット本体1が水平姿勢となるようにレベル調整を行う役目を果たす。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、冷蔵庫をロケーション先で図4のように建屋の壁5に添わせて据付けた状態で、据付け床面の状況からレベリング作業を必要とする場合に、従来構造のレベリング装置では次のような作業上での問題がある。
すなわち、キャビネット本体1の前面側(扉側)に植設したレベル調整ボルト4に対してはスパナなどの工具を使ってボルトを前方から調整操作することが可能であるが、キャビネット本体の後部側,特に建屋のコーナー側に位置するレベル調整ボルトは、床面とキャビネット本体1の間の隙間が狭くて冷蔵庫の前方からでは奥まで手が届かない。しかも、業務用などの大型冷蔵庫は重量も重く、作業員の人力だけでは簡単に動かしたり,持ち上げたりすることができず、このためにレベル調整作業が極めて困難となる。

この発明は上記の点に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的は前記課題を解決し、冷蔵庫を所定の設置箇所に据付けた状態でも、据付け場所の条件に制約されることなく、レベル調整ボルトの調整操作がキャビネット本体の庫内側から行えるように改良した冷蔵庫のレベリング装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、この発明によれば、断熱筐体で構築したキャビネット本体の基台フレームに対して、その下面周域に分散して支持脚を兼ねた複数本のレベル調整ボルトを植設し、冷蔵庫の据付け時に前記ボルトを調整操作してキャビネット本体のレベル調整を行うようにした冷蔵庫のレベリング装置において、少なくともキャビネット本体の後部側に取付けたレベル調整ボルトに対し、キャビネット本体の底壁に前記ボルトに通じる調整作業用の壁穴を開口する(請求項1)ものとし、具体的には次記のような態様で構成する。

(1) キャビネット本体の基台フレームに螺合したレベル調整ボルトとして、その軸部上端に工具との連結が可能な係合手段を形成したボルトを採用する(請求項2)。
(2)壁穴を閉塞部材により閉塞する(請求項3)。

かかる構成により、ロケーション先で所定の場所に冷蔵庫を据付けた状態でレベリングを行う際に、冷蔵庫の前方からでは床面との間の隙間を通して手が届かない位置に並ぶキャビネット本体の後部側に位置したレベル調整ボルトに対しては、前面扉を開いて庫内に形成した壁穴を閉塞した閉塞部材を外した上で、断熱筐体の底壁に開口している壁穴からボルト操作用の工具を差し込んでレベル調整ボルトを回すことにより、キャビネット本体を所定の位置に据付けたままでもレベリング作業が簡単に行える。また、レベリング作業が終了した後は壁穴を閉塞部材により閉塞しておくことで、キャビネット本体の高い断熱性が確保できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を図1〜図3で示す実施例に基づいて説明する。なお、実施例の図中で図4に対応する同一部材には同じ符号が付してある。
まず、図1において、キャビネット本体1は発泡ウレタン樹脂などの断熱材1aを芯材とした断熱パネルで構築した断熱筐体としてなり、その底壁に結合した鋼板製の基台フレーム6にはその周縁四隅に分散して支持脚を兼ねたレベル調整ボルト4が下面側から基台6を貫通するようにねじ込み式に植設されている。また、このレベル調整ボルト4は、その軸部上端面にドライバ(ねじ操作用工具)を差し込むボルト操作用の溝4aを形成した溝付きボルト、すなわち、工具(この実施例の場合はドライバ)と連結可能な係合手段(この実施例の場合は溝4a)が形成されたボルトであり、据付け床面に接する下端にはパッド状の脚片4bを備えている。

一方、キャビネット本体1の底壁には前記調整ボルト4に通じる調整作業用の壁穴1bが開口しており、この壁穴1bの周域を断熱材7で包囲するとともに、さらに壁穴1aの上面開口部には封止用のシール8を介して断熱カバー9が着脱可能に取付けある。この断熱カバー9が壁穴1bを閉塞する閉塞手段を構成し、この断熱カバー9はキャップ状の板金製カバー9aの内側に断熱材9bを充填してなり、カバー9aから左右に張り出したフランジ部が止めねじ10を介してキャビネット本体1の底壁に締結されている。なお、前記構造は、基台フレーム6の下面側周域に分散して植設した複数本のレベル調整ボルト4のうち、図2で示すように少なくともキャビネット本体1の後部側に位置するボルトについて採用しており、前部側に取付けたボルトについては在来通りの取付け構造としている。なお、シール8は必ずしも必要ではなく、特に庫内側で気密性が要求されない場合には省略してもよい。

上記の構成で、冷蔵庫をロケーション先に据付けた状態でレベリングを行う際には、図3で示すようにキャビネット本体1の庫内底壁上に固定してある断熱カバー9をシール8とともに取り外した上で、この部分に開口している壁穴1aを通してレベル調整ボルト4の溝4aにドライバ11を差し込み、ボルト4を左右いずれかに回して据付け床面に対してキャビネット本体1の据付け姿勢が水平となるようにレベル調整を行う。なお、レベリング作業の終了後は、断熱カバー8を元に位置に戻して固定し、壁穴1aを断熱的に塞いでおく。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように、この発明の構成によれば、重量の重い大型冷蔵庫をロケーション先に据付けた際に行うレベル調整ボルトの調整作業を、据付け場所の条件に制約されることなく、庫内側から工具を使って簡単に行うことができて据付け施工の作業改善が図れる。
