Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an oil smoke treatment device for cleaning and discharging oil mist and odor containing odor generated from a flyer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
To discharge oil fumes generated from the fryer installed indoors, arrange an exhaust hood above the flyer and discharge the oil smoke directly from the exhaust hood to the outside, or connect the duct to the exhaust hood, From the outside. In this case, since the position of the exhaust hood is fixed, the oil smoke cannot be completely discharged unless the flyer can be arranged close to the exhaust hood.
[0003]
Therefore, such a problem can be solved by incorporating an oil smoke treatment device in the flyer. As such an oil / smoke treatment apparatus, there is an apparatus in which oils and fats are bubbled through oily smoke sucked into a water tank, for example, and the oils and fats are collected by contact of the bubbles with water.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above method, the air volume must be constantly controlled in order to stably generate minute air bubbles, and the wastewater containing the collected oil cannot be directly discarded. Processing is required. Therefore, running costs and equipment costs increase. In addition, the gaseous odor component contained in the oil smoke becomes bubbles and is discharged without being collected by water, and the odor cannot be completely removed.
[0005]
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an oil and smoke treatment apparatus that can completely remove not only oil mist but also odor, and does not require secondary treatment.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means for Solving the Problems According to the present invention, a grease filter, a HEPA filter, and a porous filter for removing oil mist are provided in a cabinet, and a deodorizing filter for removing odor is provided downstream of these filters. Things.
[0007]
For oil smoke sucked into the cabinet, first, a large oil mist is removed by a grease filter, and a small oil mist is removed by a HEPA filter. Fine oil mist that has passed through the HEPA filter is adsorbed and removed by the porous filter. Some of the gaseous odor components can be removed by a porous filter, but the rest is removed by a deodorizing filter.
[0008]
Here, the deodorizing filter removes the odor component in the oil smoke by adsorbing it. Therefore, if the oil mist adheres to the surface, the deodorizing function cannot be sufficiently exhibited. Therefore, the filter is disposed near the exhaust port so as to be isolated from other filters so as not to be affected by the oil mist. The suction port is provided on the lower surface of the cabinet, and a suction passage connecting the suction port and the exhaust port is formed so that the flow of the oil smoke basically goes upward from below.
[0009]
In particular, when a photocatalyst filter is used as a deodorizing filter, if oil mist adheres to the surface, the adhesion of other organic compounds such as odorous components is hindered, so that the deodorizing function cannot be exhibited and the life is shortened. For this reason, a deodorizing chamber is provided which is completely separated from the collecting chamber in which the grease filter, the HEPA filter and the porous filter are provided, and the photocatalytic filter is provided therein.
[0010]
Since the HEPA filter is a high-performance filter, the pressure loss of the flow increases. Therefore, it is preferable to arrange a suction device on the downstream side of the HEPA filter so that the oil smoke passes efficiently. Further, in the deodorizing filter, the chance of contact with the oily smoke may be increased in order to enhance the deodorizing function. A suction device is disposed upstream of the deodorizing filter, the suction path is widened, and the deodorizing filter is disposed here. As a result, the oil smoke is diffused, the flow velocity is reduced, the contact time with the deodorizing filter is lengthened, and the odor component can be efficiently adsorbed.
[0011]
Here, since a difference in static pressure occurs in the suction passage before and after the HEPA filter, an outside air inlet is formed in the suction passage downstream of the HEPA filter in order to reduce the difference. By introducing outside air from here, the static pressure on the downstream side of the HEPA filter increases, and the difference from the static pressure on the upstream side can be eliminated. As a result, floating of the HEPA filter caused by a difference in static pressure between before and after the HEPA filter can be prevented, and leakage of oil smoke from a gap created when the HEPA filter is lifted can be eliminated.
[0012]

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, by providing a plurality of filters for removing oil mist from oil smoke and a filter for removing odor, stable oil smoke treatment performance can be maintained for a long time. . In particular, when a photocatalyst is used for a deodorizing filter, the effects of oil mist can be eliminated, and the life of the photocatalyst can be extended while maintaining its performance. Further, by replacing or washing the filter, the oil smoke treatment performance can be regenerated, and a secondary treatment is not required, so that an oil smoke treatment apparatus which can be easily maintained can be provided.
[0033]
And since the said oil smoke processing apparatus is comprised combining a some filter, it becomes possible to make a cabinet compact, and even if it installs in a flyer, it does not take up space. Therefore, it is possible to easily cope with a change in the layout of a kitchen or the like without limiting the installation location of the flyer.
[0034]
Further, since the cabinet can be made compact, it can be easily retrofitted to an existing flyer. In addition, it can be installed alone as an oil and smoke processing device, and versatility is enhanced.
