Description

【0001】

[0004]
In this case, an opening / closing mechanism mainly including an electric drive source such as a motor or an electromagnet is provided for the opening / closing body, so that the opening / closing body is opened and ventilated during operation. The electric drive source of the opening / closing mechanism is attached to a lower portion of the flange of the main body frame.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above described ventilation fan is also used in a humid environment such as a bathroom. In this case, dew condensation occurs on the surface of the flange portion of the main body frame (the surface on the indoor side) and the surface of the electric drive source of the opening / closing mechanism, especially when the temperature of the bathroom is low at a low temperature such as winter. Among them, the dew generated on the surface of the flange portion of the main body frame flows downward along the surface of the flange portion, reaches the electric drive source portion of the opening / closing mechanism, and may enter the inside. Was. In addition, dew generated on the surface of the electric drive source of the opening / closing mechanism has a risk of directly entering the inside of the electric drive source.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and accordingly, the object is that even if dew occurs when used in a humid environment such as a bathroom, the dew may enter the electric drive source of the opening / closing mechanism. To provide a fan without ventilation.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the ventilation fan of the present invention, as well as have a cylindrical tubular portion in the center, a body frame having a flange portion of the square outward from the cylindrical portion, the cylindrical portion of the body frame of a fan motor and a fan mounted inwardly, removably mounted in front of the front Stories body frame to cover the flange portion, bell-shaped vent through which air before Symbol fan sucks in the central portion A makeup frame having a front and rear portion of the makeup frame which is supported so as to be movable back and forth , and the front and rear movement of which closes the ventilation opening of the makeup frame in a stopped state, and opens and closes during operation , Oite to those and a opening and closing mechanism Ru is opening and closing the opening-the closing mechanism, closing the vent by constantly the closing body is pressed against the said decorative frame Intention to the decorative frame side With springs etc. Means, a plastic box-shaped main body, and a lid for opening and closing the opening of the main body, comprising a drive source cover having a strip member outlet at a lower portion of the main body, comprising a drive source cover. An opening / closing motor, a lever attached to the output shaft of the opening / closing motor, and a metal strip member having one end attached to the distal end of the lever are housed therein, and the other end of the strip member is the strip member. An electric drive source that is configured to be drawn out from the outlet and attached to an upper side portion of the flange portion of the main body frame; and an electric drive source that is disposed below the electric drive source and that is made of a metal wire, A shaft member rotatably supported on the shaft member, and a tip portion of a bar member bent at an intermediate portion of the shaft portion and led out from the bar member outlet, are connected to each other to form a bar member by the opening / closing motor and the lever. The shaft is rotated by pulling up A substantially U-shaped crank portion, which is located at a front portion of a center portion of the cylindrical portion and pivots in conjunction with the rotation of the crank portion, pushes the opening / closing body from behind to oppose the urging means. An operating member having a substantially U-shaped operating arm for moving forward and opening .
[0008]
According to this, when used in a humid environment such as a bathroom, even if dew is generated on the surface of the flange portion of the main body frame and flows down, there is no electric drive source of the opening / closing mechanism at the flow destination. Further, in the electric drive source portion of the opening / closing mechanism, since the electric drive source is housed in the drive source cover, dew is generated on the surface of the drive source cover and does not occur on the surface of the electric drive source. Thus, it is possible to prevent dew from entering the inside of the electric drive source of the opening / closing mechanism.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, FIG. 2 shows the entire configuration of the ventilation fan in an attached state, in which a pipe portion 4 of a main body frame 3 is attached to a ventilation pipe 2 provided in a penetrating state on a wall 1 of a house from the indoor side (left side in the figure). Inserted. The tubular portion 4 of the body frame 3 by a circle cylindrical, the insert destination portion is previously attached to the plate spring 5 a plurality (only one shown) as a mounting member to the outer peripheral portion of the plate spring 5 of the pipe 2 It is pressed against the inner peripheral surface to prevent it from falling off.
[0010]
An annular motor mounting portion 6 is formed by connecting a plurality of ribs 6a inside the insertion portion of the cylindrical portion 4 of the main body frame 3, and a fan motor 7 is connected to the plurality of screws 8 by the ribs 6a. Installed by. Further, a fan 10 is attached to the rotating shaft 9 of the fan motor 7, and the fan 10 is located in the cylindrical portion 4.
[0011]
On the other hand, a flat portion 11 is formed on the front edge portion of the cylindrical portion 4 outward from the front portion, and a step portion 12 extending from the flat portion 11 to the outside of the room (right side in the drawing) in parallel with the cylindrical portion 4 is formed. ing. A flange portion 13 is formed outward from the step portion 12, and an outer peripheral wall portion 14 is formed from the flange portion 13 and extends in parallel with the cylindrical portion 4 toward the indoor side. Therefore, the main body frame 3 has a flat portion 11, a step portion 12, a flange portion 13, and an outer peripheral wall portion 14 with the cylindrical portion 4 as a center, and these are integrally formed by, for example, plastic. In this case, as shown in FIG. 1, the flat part 11 and the step part 12 are annular, and the flange part 13 and the outer peripheral wall part 14 are square.
[0012]
An opening / closing mechanism 15 for opening / closing an opening / closing body, which will be described later, is provided at an upper portion of the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3, in particular, at a right corner widened between the annular flat portion 11 and the step portion 12. An opening / closing motor 16 as an electric drive source is housed and attached to a drive source cover 17 made of plastic, which is an electric insulating material. In this case, the opening / closing motor 16 is what is called a mechanic motor in detail, and a gear train for reduction provided with a torque limiter such as a friction clutch at an intermediate portion is integrally housed in a plastic case 18 shown in FIG. A lever 20 is attached to the distal end of the output shaft 19 protruding from the case 18, and a strip member such as a wire 21 made of a metal stranded wire is attached to the distal end of the lever 20. .
[0013]
On the other hand, the drive source cover 17 is formed by integrally forming, for example, a box-shaped main part 22 and a lid part 23 for opening and closing the opening thereof by a thin self-hinge part 24. In the portion 22, a mounting portion 26 having a mounting hole 25 and a strip member outlet 27 are formed adjacent to each other at a lower portion, and further, an inclined portion 28 which is inclined downward toward the strip member outlet 27 is provided with a main body portion. The outer peripheral rib 29 is formed on both the inner and outer surfaces at the lower right side of the outer peripheral rib 29 over the entire periphery of the outer peripheral rib 22. Note that the inclined portion 28 may be formed only on the inner surface of the outer peripheral rib 29.
[0014]
In addition, a lead wire outlet 30 is formed in the main body portion 22 of the drive source cover 17 and located above the inclined portion 28 and opened downward. A pin 31 as a positioning member shown in FIG. Further, screw holes 32 are formed at diagonal positions on the upper right and lower left inside the main body portion 22. Correspondingly, the opening / closing motor 16 has positioning holes 33 formed at upper left and lower right diagonal positions, and mounting holes 34 formed at upper right and lower left diagonal positions. The opening / closing motor 16 is housed in the main body portion 22 of the drive source cover 17 while fitting the positioning holes 33 to the pins 31 for positioning, and the mounting holes 34 are aligned with the screw holes 32.
[0015]
Then, in this state, a screw 35 (see FIG. 3) serving as a fixing means is screwed into the screw hole 32 from the mounting hole 34 and tightened, thus fixing the opening / closing motor 16 housed in the main body 22 of the drive source cover 17. are doing. FIG. 3 shows the fixed state of the opening / closing motor 16. A gap 36 is maintained on the entire circumference between the inner peripheral portion of the main body 22 of the drive source cover 17 and the outer peripheral portion of the opening / closing motor 16. I have. That is, the drive source cover 17 is formed in such a size that the gap 36 is maintained between the inner peripheral portion of the main body portion 22 and the outer peripheral portion of the opening / closing motor 16.
[0016]
The lead wire 37 of the opening / closing motor 16 is led out from the lead wire outlet 30 of the main body 22. Further, a bush housing portion 38 is formed in the strip member outlet 27 of the main body portion 22, and a bush 39 having, for example, a cylindrical shape, into which the wire 21 is inserted as shown in FIG. ing. The bush 39 has a cylindrical shape having a through hole 40 for inserting the wire 21 at the center, and is made of a hard material such as metal.
[0017]
In this state, the drive source cover 17 is arranged such that the cover 23 is aligned with the main body 22, the front and the back are reversed (the cover 23 is positioned on the rear side), and then as shown in FIG. In addition, the upper part is located on the back side of the projecting piece 41 which is a stopper formed on the upper right side of the outer peripheral wall part 14 of the main body frame 3. Then, in this state, a screw 42 serving as a fixing means is passed from the mounting hole 25 of the main body 22 to a mounting hole 43 (see FIG. 3) formed in the lid portion 23, and the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3 is formed. A screw hole (not shown) formed in the upper portion is screwed and fastened. Thus, the opening / closing motor 16 is mounted together with the drive source cover 17 on the upper portion of the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3.
[0018]
A terminal cover 44 is attached to the left corner of the upper portion of the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3. Although not shown in detail, the terminal cover 44 is made of a plastic box-shaped main body and a lid that opens and closes an opening of the box-shaped main body, like the drive source cover 17, and is connected by a thin self-hinge part. A connection terminal (particularly a quick connection terminal: a connection terminal provided at the tip of the lead wire 45 of the fan motor 7 is chucked and connected and held only by inserting an electric wire, In addition to accommodating the SL terminal 46, the leading end of the lead wire 37 led out from the lead wire outlet 30 of the drive source cover 17 and connected to the connection terminal 46 is housed.
[0019]
Also, the terminal cover 44 is mounted on the rear side of the projecting piece 47 which is a stop formed on the upper left side of the outer peripheral wall portion 14 of the main body frame 3 similarly to the mounting of the drive source cover 17. The lower mounting portion 48 is fastened to the flange portion 13 with a screw 49 as a fixing means.
[0020]
In this case, the lead wire 45 of the fan motor 7 passes through the introduction hole 51 on the cord bush 50 made of a soft material attached to the lower portion of the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3, especially the left corner portion, from the back side of the flange portion 13 to the front side ( Indoors). A power cable (not shown) is also drawn from the cord bush 50 to the front side from the back side of the flange portion 13 through a cross cut 52 formed in the cord bush 50, and the leading end (bare wire) of the drawn power cable. Is inserted from the outside of the terminal cover 44 through an insertion opening (not shown) into the connection terminal 46, and is connected to the fan motor 7 and the opening / closing motor 16 from the power supply wire through the connection terminal 46, the lead wire 45, and the lead wire 37. Is supplied with electricity.
[0021]
On the other hand, the tip of the wire 21 led out from the strip member outlet 27 of the drive source cover 17 is connected to a crank portion 56 of the operating member 55 of the opening / closing mechanism 15 which is bent in a substantially U shape. The operation member 55 is made of a metal wire, and a substantially U-shaped operation arm 57 is formed in the middle of the operation member 55 in addition to the crank 56. The shaft portion 58 is common to the arm portion 57. This shaft portion 58 is rotatably supported at one end (right side in FIG. 1) by a support 59 mounted inside the right side of the outer peripheral wall portion 14 of the main body frame 3, and the other (left side in FIG. 1). ) Is rotatably supported by a support hole 60 formed on the left side of the front edge of the cylindrical portion 4 of the main body frame 3.
[0022]
In this case, a concave portion 61 is formed on the right side of the flat portion 11 of the main body frame 3, and a portion of the shaft portion 58 of the operation member 55 near the crank portion 56 is located in the concave portion 61. This prevents the shaft portion 58 from protruding forward (inside the room) from the flat portion 11. The operation arm 57 of the operation member 55 is located at the front of the center of the cylinder 4.
[0023]
A decorative frame 62 shown in FIG. 2 is mounted in front of the body frame 3 to which the operation members 55 and the like are mounted. The decorative frame 62 is made of plastic and mainly includes a flat portion 63 having substantially the same shape as the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3, and an outer peripheral wall portion 64 formed on the outer peripheral portion of the flat portion 63 is attached to the main body frame 3. It is fitted to the outside of the outer peripheral wall portion 14 and is detachably attached by an engaging means such as an engaging claw (not shown) to cover the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3.
[0024]
A bell mouth-shaped vent 65 is formed at the center of the flat portion 63 of the decorative frame 62, and concave notches 66 are formed at both left and right edges of the vent 65. The vent hole 65 is positioned in the cylindrical portion 4 of the main body frame 3 while the concave portion 66 is loosely fitted to the shaft portion 58 of the operation member 55. As a result, in the operation member 55, the portion excluding the distal end portion of the operation arm portion 57 and the shaft portions 58 on both sides of the operation arm portion 57 are located in the vent 65.
[0025]
Further, in this case, an annular sealing member 67 made of an air-tight material, for example, a closed-cell foam cushion material is adhered to the back side of a portion around the ventilation port 65 of the decorative frame 62, The sealing member 67 is sandwiched between the cylindrical portion 4 and the decorative frame 3 by being pressed against the portion 11. Alternatively, the sealing member 67 may be attached to the flat portion 11 of the main body frame 3, and the back side of the portion around the vent 65 of the decorative frame 62 may be pressed against the flat member 11.
[0026]
In this case, the flat portion 11 of the main body frame 3 to which the sealing member 67 is pressed against is positioned above the flat portion 11 by positioning the shaft portion 58 of the operation member 55 in the concave portion 61 as described above. Since it does not protrude forward (inside of the room), the seal member 67 can be uniformly pressed into the flat portion 11 of the main body frame 3 without any gap without being disturbed by the shaft portion 58 of the operation member 55. Thus, the sealing effect described later can be obtained more reliably.
[0027]
A decorative panel 68 is provided on the front surface of the decorative frame 62. The decorative panel 68 is made of plastic and is large enough to cover almost the entire front surface of the decorative frame 62. A heat insulating material 69 for dew-proofing is attached to almost the entire rear surface of the decorative frame 62, and is applied to the center. A member 70 is provided.
[0028]
The decorative panel 68 is supported by the decorative frame 62 so as to be movable back and forth by a guide member (not shown), and functions as an opening / closing body that opens and closes the vent 65 of the decorative frame 62 by the longitudinal movement. . Further, between the decorative panel 68 and the decorative frame 62, the decorative panel 68 is normally moved toward the decorative frame 62 and pressed against the decorative frame 62 to close the ventilation port 65 of the decorative frame 62. A biasing means such as a retaining spring is provided, and in a closed state, the distal end of the operation arm 57 of the operation member 55 is positioned on the rear end surface of the contact member 70.
[0029]
The opening / closing mechanism 15 includes the opening / closing motor 16, the lever 20, the wire 21, the operating member 55, and biasing means such as the above-described spring.
[0030]
Next, the operation of the above configuration will be described.
First, when a power switch (not shown) is turned on from the operation stop state shown in FIG. 2, the fan motor 7 and the opening / closing motor 16 of the opening / closing mechanism 15 are energized and started. Of these, the output shaft 19 is rotated by the opening / closing motor 16, and the lever 20 is turned counterclockwise as shown by the arrow A in FIG.
[0031]
For this reason, the operating member 55 is pulled up by the wire 21 from the crank portion 56 and is turned around the shaft portion 58 as shown by the arrow B in FIG. 2 to rotate the operating arm portion 57 in the same direction. As a result, the decorative panel 68 is pushed by the operating arm 57 from behind to move the decorative panel 68 forward against the urging force of the urging means such as a spring (not shown). The vent 65 of the frame 62 is opened.
[0032]
At this time, the movement of the decorative panel 68 is restricted to a predetermined distance by a stopper mechanism (not shown). For this reason, the rotation of the lever 20 is forcibly stopped, but the opening / closing motor 16 is still energized thereafter, and the rotation of the opening / closing motor 16 in this state exists in the deceleration gear train. The torque limiter is absorbed, for example, by causing a slip, thereby preventing the opening / closing motor 16 from being locked.
[0033]
On the other hand, the fan 10 is rotated by the fan motor 7, whereby the indoor air is sucked into the cylindrical portion 4 from between the decorative panel 68 and the decorative frame 62 through the vent 65 of the decorative frame 62, and Ventilation operation is performed in which the air is discharged outside the room through the pipe 2.
[0034]
Then, when the power switch is turned off from the ventilation operation state, the fan motor 7 and the opening / closing motor 16 of the opening / closing mechanism 15 are cut off, and the fan motor 7 stops the rotational drive of the fan 10, Since the motor 16 releases the lifting of the wire 21 by the lever 20, the decorative panel 68 is released from being pressed by the operation arm 57 of the operation member 55, and is moved toward the decorative frame 62 with the urging force of the urging means such as a spring. Then, it is brought back into a state of being pressed against the decorative frame 62 and closing the ventilation port 65.
[0035]
As described above, in this configuration, the ventilation port 65 of the decorative frame 62 is normally closed by the decorative panel 68 in the operation stop state, whereby the fan 10 and the fan motor 7 inside the main body frame 3 are closed. It can be prevented from being seen through the ventilation holes 65 of 62, and the appearance can be improved.
[0036]
Further, the opening / closing motor 16 of the opening / closing mechanism 15 is accommodated in a drive source cover 17 made of plastic and mounted on the upper portion of the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3. Therefore, when used in a humid environment such as a bathroom, the space between the outer peripheral wall portion 14 of the main frame 3 and the outer peripheral wall portion 64 of the decorative frame 62 from the room or through the ventilation port 65 of the decorative frame 62. When water vapor enters between the flange portion 13 of the main frame 3 and the flat portion 63 of the decorative frame 62, dew is generated on the surface of the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3 and even if it flows down, the flow destination is opened and closed. The motor 16 does not exist, so that the dew that has flowed down can be prevented from entering the inside of the motor 16. In this case, dew flows down from a portion further above the mounting portion of the opening / closing motor 16, but the flow is very small and does not enter the inside of the opening / closing motor 16.
[0037]
Further, in the opening / closing motor 16, since the opening / closing motor 16 is housed in the drive source cover 17, dew is generated on the surface of the drive source cover 17, and is not generated on the surface of the open / close motor 16. It is very slight even if it occurs.) Thus, also in this case, it is possible to prevent dew from entering the inside of the opening / closing motor 16.
[0038]
In addition, in the above configuration, the seal member 67 is interposed between the cylindrical portion 4 of the main body frame 3 and the decorative frame 62. Thereby, water vapor can be prevented from entering the room through the ventilation port 65 of the decorative frame 62 between the flange portion 13 of the main frame 3 and the flat portion 63 of the decorative frame 62, so that the flange portion 13 of the main frame 3 can be prevented. The dew can hardly be generated on the surface of the motor, and the dew can be more reliably prevented from entering the inside of the opening / closing motor 16.
[0039]
In this case, it is also possible to prevent cold outside air from entering between the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3 and the flat portion 63 of the decorative frame 62 from outside through the cylindrical portion 4 of the main body frame 3. It is possible to prevent dew from forming on the outer surface of the flat portion 63 and the outer peripheral wall portion 64 of the frame 62, and to prevent dripping of the outer surface. Therefore, it is suitable especially for use in a living room.
[0040]
Further, the opening / closing mechanism 15 has a wire 21 operated by the opening / closing motor 16, and a bush 39 for passing the wire 21 is provided at the strip member outlet 27 of the drive source cover 17 made of plastic. Accordingly, when the decorative panel 68 is opened and closed, the wire 21 directly contacts the bush 39 and does not directly contact the strip member outlet 27 of the drive source cover 17. It is possible to avoid that the portion is worn down and that water vapor easily enters therefrom, and it is possible to more reliably prevent dew from entering the inside of the opening / closing motor 16.
[0041]
A gap 36 is kept between the inner peripheral portion of the drive source cover 17 and the outer peripheral portion of the opening / closing motor 16 housed therein. Thus, in the event that dew occurs in the drive source cover 17, it is possible to prevent the dew from entering the opening / closing motor 16 due to the capillary phenomenon.
[0042]
The drive source cover 17 has an inclined portion 28 that is inclined downward toward the strip member outlet 27. As a result, the dew generated in the drive source cover 17 described above can flow down along the inclined portion and can be discharged out of the drive source cover 17 from the strip member outlet port 27. Dew can be more reliably prevented from entering.
[0043]
In the above embodiment, the connection terminal 46 for the power supply wire is also housed in the plastic terminal cover 44 and attached to the upper part of the flange portion 13 of the main body frame 3. Although infiltration can be prevented, only those that require it may be adopted.
In the above embodiment, the present invention is applied to a pipe fan in which the tubular portion 4 of the main body frame 3 is inserted into and attached to the ventilation pipe 2 provided on the wall 1 of the house. However, the present invention can be similarly applied to a ventilation fan for a normal kitchen or a living room.
[0044]
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and shown in the drawings, and may be implemented with appropriate modifications without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is as described above, and has the following effects.
According to the ventilation fan of the first aspect, the electric drive source of the opening / closing mechanism for opening / closing the opening / closing body for opening / closing the ventilation opening of the decorative frame does not exist at the destination of the dew flowing on the surface of the flange portion of the main body frame, and the electric motor is electrically driven. Since dew does not occur on the surface of the drive source, it is possible to eliminate the possibility that dew enters the inside of the electric drive source.
