Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a wiring component, particularly to a wiring component of an electric motor used for home electric appliances such as a fan drive of an air conditioner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, cost reduction and man-hour reduction have been demanded for electric motors. In order to satisfy these strict requirements, electric motors having connection parts as circuit boards are often used. Hereinafter, a conventional motor will be described.
[0003]
FIG. 3A is a sectional view of an electric motor, particularly a molded motor. FIG. 3B is a perspective view showing a stator assembly including the connection parts before resin molding of the electric motor shown in FIG. 3A. FIG. 3C is a cross-sectional view of the connection plate taken along line AA in FIG. In the figure, a rotor 24 is rotatably supported by a bearing 23. A stator core 21 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 24 with a predetermined gap therebetween. A coil 25 is wound around a plurality of slots of the stator core 21 via a winding frame 22. The connection plate 26 exposes a connection portion of the conductive metal 19 to a coil 25, a burnout protection device 27 such as a fuse, and a lead wire 28 for connection to an external electric circuit, and is surrounded by a synthetic resin 18 to be integrated. It is formed and supported on the coil 25 by the winding frame 22. After assembling the rotor 24, the stator core 21 around which the coil is wound, and the connection plate 26, and assembling the stator assembly (the structure shown in FIG. 3B), the stator assembly is formed by the motor exterior molding resin 29. Is molded to manufacture the motor shown in FIG.
[0004]
FIG. 4 shows an example of a connection plate which is a conventional connection component. As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the conventional connection component is made of paper phenol or a conductive material on a composite substrate. Using a printed circuit board 10 on which a circuit pattern 8 and lands 9 are formed, a terminal portion 11 around which a magnet wire 4 from a stator (not shown) is wound is provided integrally with the printed circuit board 10, as shown in FIG. As described above, the magnet wire 4 is wound around the terminal portion 11, and the terminal portion 11 is fixed by soldering.
[0005]
However, such a printed circuit board requires specialized technology for manufacturing, and the manufacturing machine is expensive and large, so that versatility and low cost are required.
[0006]
To solve such a problem, as shown in FIG. 5, the circuit pattern 12 is punched out from a conductive material such as a brass plate by pressing (FIG. 5A), and the terminal portions 13 provided on the circuit pattern 12 are left. In this state, the circuit pattern 12 is molded with a synthetic resin 14 (FIG. 5B), and unnecessary parts 15 are deleted to complete a connection component (FIG. 5C), as shown in FIG. There is one in which the magnet wire 4 is wound around the terminal portion 13 and the terminal portion 13 is fixed by soldering.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the connection parts shown in FIG. 6 are punched out by the press working shown in FIG. 5, and since they are thin plates, edges 16 and 17 are formed on the terminal portion 13 as shown in FIG. 6B. For this reason, when the magnet wire 4 was wound around the terminal portion 13, the edges 16 and 17 were entangled with the magnet wire 4 and were damaged. Especially when the wire diameter of the magnet wire is small, disconnection failure occurs.
[0008]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and provides a connection component that does not cause a disconnection failure.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a wiring component according to the present invention includes a connecting plate having a conductive magnet wire terminal portion around which a magnet wire is wound on an outer side, and a connecting plate integrated with the connecting plate so as to be close to the terminal portion. The magnet wire is wound around the projection and the terminal portion and fixed to the terminal portion by soldering, and the electric wire connection component does not cause disconnection failure. Can be provided.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is formed integrally with a connection plate having a conductive magnet wire terminal portion for winding a magnet wire on an outer side, and the connection plate so as to be close to the terminal portion. The magnet wire can be wound around the synthetic resin protrusion by winding the magnet wire together with the protrusion and the terminal and fixing the magnet wire to the terminal by soldering. This makes it possible to fix the solder without damaging the magnet wire without the magnet wire being hardened into the terminal portion.
[0011]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 shows a connection part of an electric motor according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 1B and 1C show how a magnet wire is wound.
[0012]
6 is different from the connection component shown in FIG. 6 in that a projection 2 made of synthetic resin is formed integrally with the connection plate 3 so as to be close to the terminal 1, and the projection 2 and the terminal 1 are magnetized. The point is that the wire 4 is wound and the terminal portion is fixed by soldering.
[0013]
With this configuration, the magnet wire 4 can be wound into the terminal portion 1 without digging into the terminal portion 1 and without damaging the magnet wire 4.
[0014]
In the present embodiment, the connection plate is formed by pressing and punching from a conductive material. However, it is needless to say that the present invention can be applied to a terminal plate having an edge. Further, the punched product has a thin terminal portion, and there is a possibility that the occurrence of disconnection failure of the magnet wire is likely to occur. However, according to the present embodiment, the disconnection failure does not occur even with such a thin plate. .
[0015]
Further, in the present embodiment, the surface of the connection plate is covered with a synthetic resin member 5 except for the terminal portion 1 which is an electrical connection portion by resin molding, and the projection 2 is formed integrally with the synthetic resin member 5. Therefore, the connection component of the present invention can be easily provided.
[0016]
Further, by forming the outer periphery of the terminal portion 1 into a smooth shape, there is no more disconnection.
[0017]
The winding of the magnet wire may be started from the terminal portion or from the protrusion, but the winding from the start of the protrusion is easier to wind, and the working efficiency is good. It is also easy to automate.
[0018]
Here, even if the magnet wire 4 is broken by the edge opposite to the protrusion 2, the magnet wire 4 is fixed to the terminal portion 1 by soldering, so that there is no disconnection failure.
[0019]
FIG. 2 is a plan view and a cross-sectional view of a stator of an electric motor including the connection component.
As shown in FIG. 2, the connection component A is disposed on the coil 7 of the stator 6 made of a magnet wire, or after being disposed on the coil 25 of the stator core 21 as shown in FIG. In addition, by molding the resin integrally with the stator core, a thin motor having no disconnection failure can be provided.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a connection plate having a conductive magnet wire terminal portion on the outer side around which a magnet wire is wound, and a composite formed integrally with the connection plate so as to be close to the terminal portion By providing a resin-made protrusion, the magnet wire is wound around the protrusion and the terminal, and is fixed to the terminal by soldering.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a detailed view of a connection part of a motor according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view and a cross-sectional view of a stator of the motor provided with the connection part shown in FIG. 1. FIG. FIG. 4 is a view showing a conventional motor connection part.
