【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、RH,DH等溶鋼反応槽を溶鋼中に浸漬する方式の真空脱ガス槽における、浸漬管の真空下部槽還流管への取付装置に関するものであり、且つ本発明は他槽類のフランジ取付けに応用可能である。

【従来の技術】
溶鋼の真空脱ガス処理装置は、最近の鋼製品の高級化指向から、その設置基数は増加の一途をたどっている。代表的な機種としてRH式とDH式がある。RH式真空脱ガス装置の下部には、溶鋼を真空槽に対して吸引−排出するため、還流管を介して浸漬管が取付けられている。
この浸漬管は溶鋼内へ浸漬するため、溶鋼やスラグとの接触時間が長く、真空槽や他の部分に比べ耐火物の溶損が激しく、その使用頻度に応じ定期的な取替えを行い、耐火物を張り替えた浸漬管と変換している。

この交換作業は架台上に交換すべき新しい浸漬管を載置した後、真空槽の還流管を浸漬管に取付けるべく両者のフランジ面を接近させ、両者の接合フランジ面の芯出しを実施し、しかる後フランジボルト孔に夫々ボルトを挿入し、夫々のボルトを個々に締付けて取付け完了としていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来方法による浸漬管の還流管への取付けは、人手によっていたためフランジ間に挟めたパッキンを圧縮しながら、ボルトを締付けなければならないため大きな労力を要し、作業負荷が過大となっていた。また、ボルト締付け時に1個、1個のボルトを順次締付けていかなければならないため、締付け力が各ボルト均等にならず、ボルト間でバラツキが大きく、片締め状態となることがあり、不都合が生じていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するためになされたものでその要旨とするところは、下部に油圧シリンダーを有したフランジ受けと側板内を摺動し、前記フランジ受けに対峙して位置できるように設けたフックとからなり、且つ、その下部において緩衝部材上をスライド可能とした圧着装置を設けたことを特徴とする真空脱ガス槽浸漬管取付設備であり、また上記圧着装置を軸芯から放射線状に均等距離隔てて複数個設けたことも特徴とする。

【実施例及び作用】
図1及び図2は本発明装置を示したもので、図1は1部分省略した取付装置の正面図であり、図2は同じく1部分省略した平面図を示す。
1は浸漬管で、2はそのフランジ、3は還流管で、4はそのフランジ、5はパッキン、6は圧着装置で浸漬管取付設備の軸芯18から放射線状に、且つ、均等距離隔てて浸漬管の周囲を取囲むように基台7の上に数個配設されている。圧着装置6はスプリング等の緩衝部材8の上に軸芯方向にスライド可能に設置され、その内側にフランジ受け10を上部に有した油圧シリンダー9が設けられている。またフック11は側板12に挟まれ、回転軸13を軸に側板中を摺動できる。なお、14はフック6を固定するための固定ピンであり、15はフランジ受け10の回転軸である。16は圧着装置をスライドさせるためのハンドルである。

以下浸漬管取付の作業手順に従って本発明装置の作用を説明する。
(1)図3において浸漬管取付設備に配設された8個の圧着装置6は浸漬管を受入れるためハンドル16を引き、軸芯18から外側寄りに移動位置せしめて置き、この状態で浸漬管1をクレーン(図示せず)等で吊下げて運んできて、浸漬管取付設備内に降下させ所定位置で一時保持する。
(2)次いで、ハンドル16を押すことによりフランジ受け10を前方へ押し出す。
(3)この状態で浸漬管1を降下し個々のフランジ受け10で浸漬管11をそのフランジ2の下面で支持する。

(4)図4においてフランジ2の上にC−Si等の材質からなる耐火性メタルパッキン5を載せる。
(5)次に真空脱ガス槽の還流管3を上部より降下させ、そのフランジ4下面をフランジ2上面と所定間隔置いて保持せしめる。
(6)次いで、真空脱ガス槽の浸漬管1を車(図示せず)を介し上昇せしめて、そのフランジ2上面をパッキン5を介してフランジ4の下面に圧着させる。
(7)この状態でフック11を起してフランジ4の上面に掛ける。
(8)しかる後ピン孔17に固定ピン14を差し込みフック11を固定する。
(9)次いで、8個の油圧シリンダー9を同時に作動させフランジ受け10を押上げ、パッキン5を両フランジ間で挟み込み、固く締付ける(図1)。
(10)この状態で両フランジ2,4を貫通したボルト挿入孔にボルトを取付け、ナットを締付ける(図示せず)。
(11)浸漬管の還流管への取付完了後、クレーンで吊上げ所定の場所まで運搬する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、以上説明したように構成されているので、従来問題となっていたフランジボルトの片締めが大幅に改善された。また油圧シリンダーとフックによる締付けでパッキンがフランジ間に固く、且つ、均一に保持され両者間の接触面での不都合がなくなった。更には圧着装置が軸方向にスライド可能なため、浸漬管のサイズ変更にも追従し得る効果も併せ有している。
