Description

【0001】

In the present invention, the term "hard of a hard elastic material" means that after sticking the product of the present invention to a painful site, the skin has a strength that does not cause plastic deformation such as bending or bending, and an elastic force is applied to the skin surface when it is curved. The term "elasticity of the hard elastic material" refers to a material having a strength that can be imparted, and the term "elasticity of the hard elastic material" refers to a material that quickly returns to its original state and also includes elasticity.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. (1) is a stretchable rectangular cloth sheet (see FIGS. 1 and 2), and as the cloth sheet (1), an elastic medical or sports ultrathin woven cloth is used; An adhesive tape having an adhesive layer (4) is used. In addition, it is good to use the thing of the belt shape wound like FIG. 5, FIG . (2) is a long and thin hard elastic material adhered to the center of the upper surface of the rectangular or separable rectangular cloth sheet (1), and the hard elastic material (2) has elasticity (also elasticity). Is used. A thin plate made of a resin such as polycarbonate having The thickness of the hard elastic material (2) is 0.3 mm to 1 mm, preferably 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm, and 1 mm is used for fractures. Also, the width of the hard elastic material (2) is preferably 1 mm to 7 mm, and when it is 1 mm or less, the elastic force is too weak and the effect is drastically reduced. When it is 7 mm or more, the elastic force is too strong and the muscle is burdened. There is a danger that it will be counterproductive. Preferably, two types of 5 mm and 3 mm are prepared, and two types of lengths, a short one of 6 cm and a long one of 12 cm, are prepared, but the length is limited to this. Not something. Further, it is preferable to prepare one of the hard elastic material (2) having a short length of 6 cm as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 and two as shown in FIGS. The effect is generally greater when two hard elastic materials (2) having a width of 3 mm are used than when using a material having a width of 5 mm. In addition, it is preferable to use one of them when sticking to the skin surface (7) without straddling the joint, and to use two when straddling the joint.
[0007]
(3) is a skin contact material having air permeability and elasticity fixed on the upper surface of the hard elastic material (2). The material of the skin contact material (3) is a fabric using foamable polyurethane or polyurethane fiber. The width and the length are the same as or slightly wider than the hard elastic material (2), and are made longer, and the thickness is preferably about 0.5 mm to 3 mm, preferably 1 mm to 2 mm. Is good. At this time, the elastic force is effective in the hard elastic member for pressing force is generated to partially strike portion without being evenly to both skin surface becomes easier stuffy and thickness is 0.5mm or less (7) (2) When the thickness is 3 mm or more, the swelling is conspicuous and the appearance deteriorates. (4) is an adhesive layer formed by applying an adhesive on the surface of the cloth sheet (1) and the upper surface of the skin contact material (3). use. When a cloth-made pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is used for the cloth-made sheet (1), the formation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (4) only requires applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive to the upper surface of the skin contact material (3). (5) is a release paper adhered to the surface of the cloth sheet (1) and the upper surface of the skin contact material (3).
[0008]
FIG. 5 is a view showing another embodiment of the present invention. Compared with the above embodiment, the cloth sheet (1) is wound in a roll shape, and the cloth sheet (1) is separated into rectangles. The cloth sheet (1) is provided with a separating means (6) such as a notch or a perforation for cutting. In addition, one or two long hard elastic materials (2) and skin contact materials (3) are superimposed on a rectangular central portion of the cloth sheet (1), and they are arranged in each rectangular portion. . Although the rectangular portions are arranged in the winding direction as shown in FIG. 5, they may be arranged at right angles to the winding direction as shown in FIG. The material, the length, width, and thickness of each of the other components, the hard elastic material (2), and the skin contact material (3) may be the same as those in the above embodiment.
[0009]
Next, how to use the present invention will be described. The skin surface (7) of the pain site is grasped in advance vertically and horizontally with a finger, and by grasping it, a site where pain disappears or is reduced is found. First, when the present invention is rectangular, the release paper (5) is peeled off. At this time, when the product of the present invention is wound in a roll shape, the product is separated into rectangles by the separating means (6) and the release paper (5) is peeled off. Next, the skin contact material (3) is first adhered to the previously found portion to determine the position, and then the cloth sheet (1) is adhered so that the skin contact material (3) is slightly pressed. Then, due to the elasticity of the hard elastic material (2), a pressing force as shown by a dashed arrow in the figure is constantly applied to the skin surface (7). In this state, the muscle at the pain site moves, and when the skin surface (7) moves from FIG. 7 (a) to FIG. 7 (b), when the hard elastic material (2) curves upward and returns, the pain site is It becomes like a grabbing motion. When the skin surface (7) moves from FIG. 7 (a) to FIG. 7 (c), the hard elastic material (2) bends downward and a restoring force is applied to both ends thereof as a pressing force indicated by a broken arrow in the figure. It works and is like acupressure. In addition, depending on the part to which the product of the present invention is attached, not only the hard elastic material (2) is simply curved, but also the whole is curved in a wave shape, resulting in a complicated movement.
[0010]
As described above, in the pain site where the skin surface (7) of the pain site repeatedly moves from FIG. 7A to FIG. 7B or FIG. 7A to FIG. , It will be in the massage state of pushing and rubbing. As a result, when exercising with the product of the present invention attached, the muscle moves because the hard elastic material (2) is fixed to the skin surface (7) by the skin contact material (3) and the cloth sheet (1). Each time, the hard elastic material (2) bends and repels, and by repeating this, a massage effect is generated to promote blood circulation, relieve stiffness and pain, relieve fatigue and increase healing ability It seems to be. Furthermore, the rigid elastic material (2) plays a role of assisting the muscle, resulting in the muscle being strengthened. In addition, when the product of the present invention was applied to several patients and tested, good results were obtained. On the other hand, according to the product of the present invention, the cloth sheet (1) is affixed to the skin surface (7) so that the skin contact material (3) is slightly pressed, so that the hard elastic material (2) damages the ligaments, loosens, sprains. Since such parts are fixed and stable, it was confirmed from the experimental results that they have a function of alleviating pain and that the healing is accelerated. In particular, when polycarbonate having a thickness of 1 mm is used as the hard elastic material (2), it can be used for fractures. Moreover, even when the product of the present invention is applied to the skin surface (7), since the skin contact material (3) and the cloth sheet (1) have air permeability, they do not stuffy and have elasticity or elasticity. Even if the user exercises with the sticking on, there is no fear of coming off in close contact with the skin surface (7), and the pressing force can be constantly applied.
[0011]
In addition, as for the method of applying the product of the present invention, if it is applied so as to bridge the scapula as shown in FIG. 8 (a), the effect of eliminating or reducing the pain of the back and the like can be expected. In addition to the above, by applying the product of the present invention to the shoulder, neck, waist, etc., it is expected to be effective in eliminating or reducing pain such as stiff shoulders, fifty shoulders, neck pain, shoulder pain, falling asleep, low back pain, and neck-shoulder-arm syndrome. You can do it. Next, when it is stuck on the forearm as shown in FIG. 8B, the tennis elbow is reduced, and the effect of eliminating or reducing the pain of the upper limb can be expected. Also, it may be attached to the upper limbs such as the shin, shoulder, upper arm, elbow, and forearm other than the forearm. Further, as shown in FIG. 8 (c), by applying it to the lower leg, an effect can be expected in eliminating or reducing pain in the lower limb. In addition, it was confirmed that, by applying the present invention to a pain site such as the lower leg portion as well as the thigh portion of the lower leg, knee pain, tendonitis and the like disappeared or reduced, and the effect was remarkably exhibited. Although the product of the present invention is used by attaching it to a pain site, a good result can be expected if it is applied in the opposite direction to the antagonist muscle at the pain site. Moreover, it has been confirmed that the results of chronic pain such as low back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, and elbow pain are remarkable when performed in combination with balance treatment.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention having the above-described configuration has the following effects.
[0013]
A cloth sheet (1) made of an ultra-thin woven cloth having elasticity and having an adhesive layer (4) formed on the surface as described in claim 1, and fixed on the upper surface of the cloth sheet (1) and having elasticity. A long and thin hard elastic material (2) of polycarbonate; foamable polyurethane fixed on the upper surface of the hard elastic material (2) and having air permeability and elasticity and having an adhesive layer (4) formed on the surface; By comprising a skin contact material (3) of polyurethane fiber cloth and a release paper (5) adhered to the entire surface of the cloth sheet (1) and the adhesive layer (4) on the upper surface of the skin contact material (3). Even if there is no special knowledge or special skill, it can be easily applied to the pain area and the applied area is firmly fixed. In the area where massage effect can be expected, the hard elastic material (2) is used. Every time it bends, it repels , It is possible to increase the healing ability. Therefore, stiff shoulders, fifty shoulders, neck pain, shoulder pain, misplacement, low back pain, cervico-shoulder-arm syndrome, tennis elbow, knee pain, tendonitis, and the like can be expected to disappear or alleviate, and the effect becomes remarkable. In addition, it can be expected to be effective for chronic back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, elbow pain and the like. On the other hand, in the product of the present invention, with respect to ligament damage, flesh separation, sprain, etc., the hard elastic material (2) fixes and stabilizes those parts, so that pain can be alleviated and healing can be accelerated. Further, since the hard elastic material (2) plays a role of assisting muscles, muscles can be strengthened. In particular, by using a cloth adhesive tape made of an ultra-thin woven cloth as the cloth sheet (1), it has high elasticity, so that there is no fear that the cloth will adhere to the skin surface (7) even when exercising with the cloth attached. There will be no such thing and there is almost no danger of itching. Further, the hard elastic material (2) can be always more strongly adhered to the skin surface (7).
[0014]
When the thickness of the hard elastic material (2) is set to 0.3 mm to 1 mm as described in claim 2, the elastic body recurs and bends in accordance with the movement of the muscle. Promotes blood circulation, relieves stiffness and pain, alleviates fatigue, enhances healing ability, and strengthens muscles. Further, by setting the width of the hard elastic material (2) to 1 mm to 7 mm, the elasticity can be applied to the muscle with just the right strength. Further, by setting the thickness of the skin contact material (3) to 0.5 mm to 3 mm, the pain site is not stuffy and looks good.
