Description

【0001】

[0001]
[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a snow melting apparatus provided with a snow melting tank.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional snow melting apparatus having a snow melting tank, snow is put into the snow melting tank, and hot water boiled by a hot water boiler is sprinkled over the snow or hot snow is blown to melt the snow. I have to.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional snow melting apparatus, since the hot water from the hot water boiler is directly sprayed into the snow melting tank or the hot air is blown, the snow is melted in excess of the energy required for snow melting. On the other hand, no recovery of the given excess energy (excess energy) is performed. For this reason, such a conventional device has a problem that the energy consumption is large.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The snow melting apparatus of the present invention is provided with a road heating hot water pipe laid on a road having a side groove, a snow melting tank into which snow is injected and snow melting water flows from the side groove, and a snow melting tank provided in the snow melting tank . A snow grate, a water spray nozzle provided at an upper part of the snow melting tank, for spraying water into the snow melting tank , a pump for supplying water collected at a lower part in the snow melting tank to the water spray nozzle, A hot water pipe is provided on the tank wall for heating the tank wall, and a boiler for supplying hot water to the road heating hot pipe and the hot pipe on the tank wall is provided.
[0005]
[Action]
In the snow melting apparatus of the present invention, the snow melting water from the roadbed surface subjected to the road heating is sprayed into the snow melting tank, thereby melting the snow in the snow melting tank. For this reason, snowmelt water, usually at about 0 to 2 ° C. from the road-heated roadbed surface can be used for melting snow. Further, the snow in the snow melting tank can be melted by pumping and spraying the snow melting water in the snow melting tank. Excess water is drained.
[0006]
The tank wall surface of this snow melting tank is heated with a hot water pipe.
[0007]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a system diagram of the apparatus of the embodiment, in which hot water (antifreeze) heated by a hot water boiler 1 is passed through a header 2 to a hot water pipe 3 for road heating and a hot water pipe 5 on the tank wall surface of a snow melting tank 4. Circulated supply.
[0008]
From the inside of the U-shaped groove 6 of the road where the hot water pipe 3 for road heating is laid, the snow melting water is supplied to the water spray nozzle 8 in the snow melting tank 4 via the pipe 7. The watering nozzle 8 has a number of holes formed in the pipe, but it is clear that other types may be used.
[0009]
The water in the snowmelt tank 4 can be supplied to the watering nozzle 11 via the submersible pump 9 and the circulation pipe 10. The pipe 10 is provided with a three-way valve 12 so that excess water in the snowmelt tank 4 can be discharged from the three-way valve 12 to the sewer through a discharge pipe 13. Note that excess water in the U-shaped groove 6 can be directly discharged to the sewer through the valve 6a.
[0010]
A snow grate 17 is provided at an intermediate height in the snow melting tank 4, and a lid 15 is provided at an input port 14 above the snow melting tank 4. The outer circumference of the snow melting tank 4 is surrounded by a heat insulating material 16.
[0011]
When the snowfall season comes, hot water is circulated through the road heating hot water pipe 3 to melt snow falling on the road and dry the road surface. Hot water is also circulated through the hot water pipe 5 of the snow melting tank 4. The snow accumulated by road snow removal or the like is thrown into the snowmelt tank 4 from the inlet 14, and snowmelt water is sprinkled from the watering nozzle 8. This snowmelt water is warmed snowmelt water on the road surface, and usually has a temperature of about 0 to 2 ° C. By spraying the road drainage from the watering nozzle 8, the snow in the snowmelt tank 4 can be melted.
[0012]
The water collected in the lower part of the snowmelt tank 4 is supplied to the watering nozzle 11 by the submersible pump 9 and is again watered on the snow. When the water level in the lower part of the snowmelt tank 4 becomes higher than a predetermined level, the water in the snowmelt tank 4 is discharged to the sewer through the three-way valve 12 and the pipe 13, and the water level in the snowmelt tank 4 drops to a predetermined level. Let it.
[0013]
When excessive water flows into the U-shaped groove 6 such as during rainfall, the valve 6a is opened, and the water in the U-shaped groove 6 is directly discharged to the sewer.
[0014]
As described above, in this embodiment, snow falling on the premises is melted by road heating, and snow accumulated by snow removal is melted and eliminated in a snow melting tank. Since only one unit is required, both snow melting methods can be performed at low cost. Further, in the pipe embedded in the snow melting tank outer wall so that scheme that to circulate warm water (about 50 ° C.) becomes a possible dissipating only amount of heat required for melting snow, the temperature difference between the forward-back (about 10 to 20 ° C.) only Will be heated by a boiler. Therefore, the energy consumption is smaller than that of a conventional device in which energy is dissipated (disposable) by spraying hot water or blowing hot air. In addition, there is no noise at the time of snow melting, which is a problem in the conventional snow melting tank, and the apparatus is quiet.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the snow melting apparatus of the present invention can process all of the snow that is desired to be melted and eliminated. And since the snowmelt water after the snowmelt is reused, the initial and running costs for the snowmelt are extremely reduced.
