TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gardening bench used for growing pots and seedlings in a greenhouse or a greenhouse.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Gardening benches have been used to grow pots and seedlings in greenhouses and greenhouses.
This horticultural bench is constructed by disposing a shelf on a base supported by legs and installing an irrigation tank having a function of automatically supplying / draining water and adjusting a water level on the shelf. The pots and seeds placed on top were cultivated efficiently.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in addition to the weight of the upper structure, the weight of the pots placed on the irrigation tank and the weight of the water stored in the irrigation tank are applied to the legs supporting the base of the gardening bench, Particularly, in a horticultural bench in which shelves are arranged on a base via rollers so that the shelves can be moved with respect to the base (for example, see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Sho 62-30920), Since a greater load acts on the leg during movement, the leg needs to have a rigid structure. For this reason, a circular tube or a square tube is generally used for the leg.
However, when a circular tube or square tube is used for the legs, although the strength of the legs themselves is increased, it is difficult to directly connect the legs to the base with bolts and nuts, or reinforcing members such as tie bars are provided. For example, there is a limitation in a method of joining the legs and the base, such as the necessity of installation, and thus there is a problem that assembling a garden bench including the joining of the legs and the base requires labor and cost.
[0004]
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a gardening bench provided with legs having high strength and having no restriction on a method of joining the legs and the base.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the gardening bench of the present invention is provided with a shelf for installing an irrigation tank on a base supported by legs, and the legs are formed of a plate-shaped material, and the width thereof is reduced. In a horticultural bench formed so as to gradually increase toward an upper end portion, an upper end portion of the leg (1) is formed to have a substantially L-shaped cross section, and a lower end portion is provided with a ridge line having a substantially L-shaped cross section from an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction. The portion is bent inward to have a substantially W-shaped cross section, and the amount of bending is gradually increased toward a lower end portion.
Thus, the strength of the legs can be increased, and the legs can be directly joined to the base with bolts, nuts, etc., so that the gardening bench including the joint between the legs and the base can be easily assembled.
[0007]
Further, a grounding member filled with foamed plastic inside a dome-shaped outer shell member can be provided at the lower end of the leg.
As a result, the foot contact area of the legs is increased, and even when the garden bench is directly placed on soft ground, the legs can be prevented from sinking into the ground, and the outer shell member fixed to the lower end of the legs is a dome. The outer shell member itself has a low required value of strength (rigidity) because it has a shape and is further filled with foamed plastic, and the thickness of the outer shell member can be reduced. An increase in the weight of the legs of the placed object can be minimized.
[0008]
Further, wheels that roll on rails laid on the ground can be provided at the lower ends of the legs.
As a result, the garden bench can be moved along the rail laid on the ground, so that a passage and a work space can be freely secured.
[0009]

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the legs are formed of a plate-shaped material, and the width of the legs is gradually increased toward the upper end, so that the strength of the legs can be increased and the legs can be bolted. It can be firmly joined directly to the base with a nut or the like, and the horticultural bench including the joint between the legs and the base can be easily and inexpensively assembled.
[0020]
Further, the upper end of the leg is formed to have a substantially L-shaped cross section, and the lower end is formed into a substantially W-shaped cross section obtained by bending a ridge portion having a substantially L-shaped cross section from an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction, and the bending amount thereof. Is formed so as to gradually increase toward the lower end, the bending strength of the legs can be increased, and the gardening bench can be stably placed.
[0021]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the contact area of the leg is increased, and even when the garden bench is directly placed on the soft ground, the leg can be prevented from sinking into the ground, and the lower end of the leg can be prevented. The outer shell member fixed to the rim has a dome shape and is further filled with foamed plastic, so that the required value of strength (rigidity) of the outer shell member itself is low, and the thickness of the outer shell member is reduced. Therefore, the increase in the weight of the leg of the garden bench can be minimized.
In addition, since the inside of the outer shell member is filled with foamed plastic, familiarity between the ground surface of the legs and the ground is good, absorbing the influence of foreign substances such as slight unevenness and sand on the ground, and It can be stably placed on the ground.
[0022]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the garden bench can be moved along the rail laid on the ground, so that a passage and a work space can be freely secured, and a greenhouse or a greenhouse can be provided. Work efficiency can be improved, and the area that can be used for cultivation of pots and seedlings in greenhouses and greenhouses can be increased.
