TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas shut-off device and a gas shut-off method for preventing a gas accident by shutting off a gas flow path when any abnormality occurs.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional gas meters are equipped with a gas shut-off function that shuts off the gas flow path by operating a pressure sensor or seismic sensor when an earthquake with a seismic intensity above a certain level occurs or when the gas supply pressure drops abnormally. There is something. In this case, when gas shutoff occurs, go to the installation place of the gas meter to investigate the cause of the shutoff, take action if there is an abnormality, and return to use the gas meter manually if the abnormality is resolved Needed. Then, for one minute after the return, a return safety check was performed, and if there was no flow rate during that time, the gas was returned to the normal use state as usual.
[0003]
With the above-mentioned manual reset type gas shut-off function, if the gas shut-off occurs due to the operation of the pressure sensor and the seismic sensor, even if there is no abnormality on the downstream side of the meter, go to the installation place of the gas meter and perform the return work manually. I had to.
[0004]
Therefore, another conventional gas shut-off function that can be automatically reset is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 10-78342. FIG. 4 is a block diagram of a main part of a gas meter having such an automatic return type gas shut-off function.
[0005]
In FIG. 4, the

As described above, the shut-off
[0010]
As another automatic return type gas shut-off function, there is one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-89609. This automatic return type gas shutoff function determines the automatic return wait time according to the flow rate stored by the flow rate storage unit by using the automatic return wait time table after setting the shutoff valve to the shutoff state in the event of an abnormality. After waiting for the return wait time, the shut-off valve is returned to the reset state, a gas leak test is performed, and if it is determined that there is gas leakage, the shut-off valve is turned off. Is maintained.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, with the automatic return type gas shut-off function disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-78342, it is possible to automatically return the gas meter while ensuring safety without bothering the user or the like. When the gas flow path is cut off due to the occurrence of an abnormality, the state of the gas pressure drop on the downstream side is monitored for a certain period of time, and after confirming that there is no gas pressure drop abnormality due to gas leakage or the like, the shutoff valve is returned unless it is confirmed. And it takes a long time to return to the normal use state.
[0012]
In addition, the automatic return type gas shut-off function disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-89609 automatically returns the shut-off valve after the elapse of the automatic return wait time when the gas flow path is shut off due to some abnormality. Similarly, there is a problem that it takes time to return to the normal use state.
[0013]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a gas shut-off device and a gas shut-off method capable of immediately returning to a normal use state in some cases at the time of automatic return after shut-off. It is in.

Next, the operation of the gas meter having the above configuration will be schematically described. The present invention is characterized in that the automatic return determination means 9 is added to the conventional configuration so that the return can be made automatically if there is no abnormality on the downstream side after the gas is shut off.

[0038]
At this time, the automatic return determination means 9 reads the presence or absence of gas use for a predetermined time, for example, two minutes before the interruption, from the integrated flow rate data in the flow

This determination is performed as follows, for example, when the gas meter is a membrane meter. In this case, the
[0040]
When the gas meter is a US meter, the measurement is performed as follows, for example. The automatic return determination means 9 periodically checks the presence / absence of integrated flow rate data in the flow
[0041]
Therefore, if the gas is not used for a predetermined time, for example, two minutes before the interruption occurs, the gas can be used from the time when the gas returns. If the gas has been used for the above two minutes, the return safety is confirmed. If the gas is not used during that time and the pressure is secured, the gas can be used one minute later.
