本発明は、主として鳥籠の底に敷いておいて小鳥の糞や食べ散らした餌などを取り除くためのペット用糞取りシートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来は、鳥籠の底に新聞紙やボール紙等を敷いて小鳥の糞やこぼれた餌等を受けておいて、汚れたらその都度この紙を取り替えることで鳥籠を清潔にしていた。
しかし、小鳥が羽ばたく度に鳥籠の外部にまで糞や餌が飛散して頗る不潔であった。小鳥が水浴びをしたあとなどは、紙が湿っているから紙の表面に付着して幾分飛散をまぬがれることはあっても、紙が乾くと付着の効力は無くなり、結局、鳥籠とその周辺に飛散して不潔になる。また、敷いてあった紙を取り替える時も糞やこぼれた餌等を真ん中に包み込もうとすると、フラットな紙の表面を転がって外部にこぼれたりするので不潔であるとともに、新しい紙と取り替える間にも糞や餌等で鳥籠の底が汚される。そのために次回に紙を取り替える時には裏面も汚れている等と非常に不便であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、上記の問題点を解決し、糞や餌等が容易に飛散しないで、しかも積層した上面の汚れたシートを順次取り除くだけで簡単に鳥籠の掃除ができるペット用糞取りシートの提供を目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、吸水性の紙または不織布の下面に非透水性のプラスチック層を有した柔軟なシートを積層して積層体を形成し、この積層体の上面から下面に至る複数の凹部を設けたことを特徴とし、付加的には、積層体の下面に凹部の形状保持用台紙を具備したことを特徴とする。

【作用】
本発明のペット用糞取りシートは、鳥籠の底に敷いておいて、表面が汚れたら順次表面のみ剥がして小鳥の糞や餌等と一緒に取り除くものである。このシートに設けた凹部は小鳥が羽ばたいた時に糞やこぼれた餌等が掃き寄せられるように溜まる場所である。また、小鳥が水浴びをしてこぼれた水を溜める場所でもある。
そしてこの凹部は、表面の他の部分が乾燥しても水分が保持されるから、糞やこぼれた餌等を水分とともに固めて溜めておいて、飛散防止の効力を発揮するものである。

さらに、柔らかい紙で凹部を形成すると通常は形を維持できないが、本発明のシートは積層体であるから凹部が硬く形成できる。ところが一枚一枚は柔らかいので剥がしやすい。剥がして糞や餌等を包み込んで捨てる時は、凹部の形は崩れて柔らかい通常の紙のようになるから、中の糞や餌等が転がったり飛散することもなくて扱いやすい。

積層体の下面に凹部の形状を保持する台紙を具備した場合は、シートが最後の一枚になっても凹部の形状が保持されている。

【実施例】
実施例１
図１は、本発明実施例の一枚のシートを示す断面図、図２は、このシートを重ねて積層体とした説明図である。図３は、その平面図を示す。
表面材として、紙、コットン、レーヨン等のいずれか或いは、それらの混合の吸水性シート１を用い、その下面に熱融着あるいは接着等によりポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル等の非透水性フィルム２を設けたシートＡを形成し、このシートＡを図４Ａで示すようにロールに巻き取り、このロールに積層体とするに必要な厚み分を切り込んで（鎖線Ｃの位置）、その厚み分のシートを引き出すと積層体Ｂが形成され、この積層体Ｂに上面から下面に至る凹部３を設ける。（図４Ｂ）凹部３の形状は、円形、四角、三角、その他模様や文字など自由にすればよいが、四角や三角のように角があれば凹部に入った糞や餌等が引っ掛かってこぼれにくいという効果も得られる。図３では凹部が三角形の場合を例示している。積層体Ｂのサイズは鳥籠のサイズに合わせてカットしておけばよい。

積層体Ｂの下面に、シートＡよりも保形性を有する紙（例えば事務用紙の厚さ程度でよい）またはプラスチックシートを用い、凹部３を設けて形状保持用の台紙４を具備させたものである。

上記の実施例では鳥籠に使用する場合を例示したが、その他、リスやウサギ、犬、猫などの飼育箱でも使用できる。
勿論、シートＡには防虫剤や防臭剤などの薬剤を含浸させてもよい。
または、吸水性シートと非透水性シートまたは吸水性シートを重ねてその間に薬剤を担持させてもよい。
【発明の効果】
本発明は、柔らかい紙でありらがら、積層体としたことで、凹部を硬く形成できる。そして、一枚一枚は柔らかいので剥がしやすい。剥がして糞や餌等を包み込んで捨てる時は、凹部の形が崩れて柔らかい通常の紙のようになるから、中の糞や餌等が転がったり飛散したりしないで扱いやすい。
凹部は小鳥が水浴びをしてこぼした水や糞やこぼれた餌等が溜まる場所となる。
そしてこの凹部は、表面の他の部分が乾燥しても水分が保持されるから、糞やこぼれた餌等を水分とともに固めて溜めることになり、飛散防止の効力を発揮する。
積層体の下面に凹部の形状を保持する台紙を具備した場合は、シートが最後の一枚になっても凹部の形状が保持されているから、凹部の効力が充分に発揮される。シートの下面は非透水性の層を有しているから、上面の一枚のシートが濡れても下方のシートに浸透することはない。
本発明によれば、積層体の汚れた上面から順に剥がすだけで簡単に鳥籠の掃除ができるものである。勿論、リス、ウサギ、猫、犬等にも使用できるものである。
本発明は、上述のように新規な効果を有し、ペット用糞取りシートとして頗る有用なものである。
