TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure for mounting a rear lamp unit on a forklift truck, and more particularly to a structure for protecting the rear lamp unit from mud splash and splash caused by rotation of wheels.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a general forklift truck, a rear weight is occupied by a counterweight, so that a rear lamp unit (rear combination lamp) is mounted directly on the counterweight.
[0003]
For example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 59-92046, a lamp housing recess is formed from the rear surface of the counterweight toward the front, and a rear lamp unit is housed and arranged in the lamp housing recess. The inner part of the lamp housing recess directly opens into the wheel house.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional structure as described above, it is inevitable that mud or splash scattered due to the rotation of the wheel enters the lamp housing recess, thereby causing rust of the mounting bracket and the mounting bolt as well as the metal part of the rear lamp unit. Invitation and improvement in durability cannot be expected.
[0005]
In particular, if the lamp socket, the mounting bracket, or the mounting bolts are rusted, it will not be possible to replace each individual component, such as the bulb, and eventually the entire rear lamp unit, including the mounting brackets and mounting bolts, must be replaced. This has the disadvantage of increasing repair costs.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and in particular, protects the rear lamp unit and its attached parts from rusting by preventing intrusion of mud and splash into the lamp accommodating recess, and thereby, the rear lamp unit. It is an object of the present invention to provide a structure that improves the durability of the surroundings and reduces the repair cost.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lamp having a lamp receiving recess having a vertical partition wall at a rear portion thereof on a rear surface of a counterweight, and a lamp mounting wall portion parallel to the partition wall with respect to the lamp receiving recess. The rear lamp unit is accommodated and arranged via a bracket, and a harness insertion hole for inserting a wire harness connected to the rear lamp unit is separately formed in the partition and the lamp mounting wall of the lamp bracket. The position of the harness insertion hole formed in the part and the lamp mounting wall part is offset from each other.
[0008]
The invention described in
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the lamp bracket according to the second aspect has a lamp mounting wall portion and a leg portion extending rearward from the lamp mounting wall portion to have a substantially L-shaped cross section. Further, the leg piece is bolted to the inner lower surface of the lamp receiving recess.
[0010]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the rear lamp unit according to the third aspect of the invention is elongated in the vehicle width direction, and a lamp mounting wall portion of the lamp bracket is formed by bolts penetrating both ends in the longitudinal direction of the rear lamp unit. And each harness insertion hole is located at the center of the span formed by the bolts.
[0011]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the partition wall and the lamp mounting wall of the lamp bracket according to any one of the first to fourth aspects are surfaces facing each other and the opening of each harness insertion hole. At a position corresponding to the edge, a splash guard is formed so as to protrude toward the mating surface.
[0012]
Therefore, according to the first and second aspects of the present invention, the lamp housing recess formed in the counterweight and the wheel house are separated by the partition, and they are communicated only through the harness insertion hole formed in the partition. As a result, the mud and splash scattered by the rotation of the wheels from the wheel house side to the lamp housing recess side are extremely unlikely to enter, protecting the rear lamp unit, lamp bracket and mounting bolts from rusting. can do.
[0013]
This difficulty in infiltration of mud and splash is further promoted by the fact that the harness insertion holes formed separately in the partition wall and the lamp mounting wall are offset from each other. Even if the splash penetrates, it can hardly penetrate further into the rear side of the rear lamp unit through the harness insertion hole of the lamp mounting wall.
[0014]
In particular, according to the third aspect of the present invention, since the leg portion of the lamp bracket having a substantially L-shaped cross section extends rearward and the leg portion is bolted to the inner and lower surfaces of the lamp accommodating concave portion, the bracket is separated from the partition wall portion. By securing the distance to the mounting bolt as large as possible, it becomes possible to further protect the bracket mounting bolt from adhesion of mud or splash.
[0015]
For the same reason, in the invention according to
[0016]
Further, in the invention according to
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the lamp accommodating recess is separated from the wheel house by the partition, and the lamp housing recess is configured to communicate only with the harness insertion hole formed in the partition. By offsetting the harness insertion holes formed in each of the brackets, mud and splash scattered as the wheels rotate are less likely to enter the lamp housing recess side, and the rear lamp unit itself, lamp bracket and mounting Bolts and the like can be protected from rusting due to adhesion of mud or splash. As a result, the service life of each component can be extended, and in the event that a specific component needs to be replaced, it can be dealt with only by replacing a single component, and the repair cost can be reduced. it can.
[0018]
In particular, according to the second aspect of the invention, since the positions of the harness insertion holes are offset in the two-dimensional directions of the height direction and the vehicle width direction, the intrusion of mud and splash is more reliably prevented. Thus, in addition to the same effect as the first aspect of the present invention, there is an effect that the rear lamp unit itself can be particularly protected from the adhesion of mud or splash.
[0019]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the leg portion extends rearward from the lamp mounting wall portion of the lamp bracket to which the rear lamp unit is fixed, and the leg portion extends to the inner and lower surfaces of the lamp housing recess. Since the bolts are connected to each other, the mounting bolts of the lamp bracket can be moved as far as possible with respect to the direction in which mud or splash can penetrate, and in addition to the same effects as the invention according to
[0020]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the position of the lamp mounting bolt for fixing the rear lamp unit to the lamp bracket and each wire harness insertion hole are substantially offset, the position of the lamp harness insertion hole in the partition wall portion should be reduced. Even if mud or splash enters, they do not adhere to the lamp mounting bolt, and in addition to the same effect as the invention according to
