本発明は、プローブなどのケーブルを有する装置にケーブルハンガーを取り付けるケーブルハンガー取付け装置、特に、超音波診断装置のケーブルハンガー取付け装置に関するものである。

図4に従来の超音波診断装置のケーブルハンガー取付け装置を示しており、この装置は、一般的には、ケーブルハンガー1、ブッシュ2、装置本体側取付け穴3a、ボールプランジャー4及び取付けネジ5より構成されている。図4において、(a)及び(b)は、それぞれケーブルハンガーを取り付ける前及び後の断面図である。この取付け装置によれば、まず装置本体3の内側からネジ5をブッシュ2のネジ穴3bを通してタップ穴にねじ込むことにより、装置本体3の取付け穴3aにブッシュ2が取り付けられる。その後、装置本体3の外側からブッシュ2内にケーブルハンガー1を挿入し、装置本体3の内側からブッシュ2の横穴を通してボールプランジャー4を押しこみ、その先端のボールをケーブルハンガー1の先端の溝に係合させるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の超音波診断装置のケーブルハンガー取付け装置においては、ボールプランジャーやネジ等を使用するため、取付のために必要な部品点数が多く、また取付時の作業が複雑になる等の問題があった。また、取付作業を装置本体の内側から行う必要があるため、装置の取付部に、ある程度のスペースを必要とし、装置が大型化するという問題があった。本発明は上記従来の問題を解決するもので、容易にケーブルハンガーを本体に取付け、かつ抜け止め防止をすることが可能なケーブルハンガー取付け装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、ケーブルを有する装置にケーブルハンガーを取り付けるケーブルハンガー取付け装置において、前記ケーブルハンガーと、ケーブルハンガーの先端部が差し込まれるブッシュと、前記ブッシュが挿入される前記装置の本体側の取付け穴とで構成され、前記ブッシュの先端部が、前記ブッシュを前記取付け穴に挿入した状態において前記ブッシュの形状が前記ケーブルハンガーを差し込むことにより前記取付け穴の形状より大きく広がるとともに前記ケーブルハンガーの先端部と係合し、それにより前記ケーブルハンガー及び前記ブッシュが前記取付け穴から抜けるのを防止することを特徴とする。
