本発明は、訓練用発射装薬に関し、特に、単体又は軸方向に沿って互いに連結する各擬製装薬筒片のケースを樹脂成形品とすることにより、反覆使用可能回数を従来よりも大幅に増加させ、正確な機能確認を行うことができるようにするための新規な改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、用いられていたこの種の訓練用発射装薬としては、図4から図8で示される構成が採用されていた。
すなわち、図で示される構成は、全体形状が円柱型をなす6個の擬製装薬筒片1a〜1fからなる訓練用発射装薬1であり、各擬製装薬筒片1a〜1fは中心軸位置に中空部2が形成されている。
前記各擬製装薬筒片1a〜1fのケース3は、ニトロセルロース(パルプ)等からなる柔軟材料で構成されており、このケース3内には擬似装薬4が内蔵されていると共に、このケース3の外表面には塗料等のコーティング面3aが形成されている。
前記各擬製装薬筒片1a〜1fの一端に形成された突部3Aは他端に形成された凹部3B内に強嵌合され、その摩擦力によって互いに結合されている。以上のように構成された訓練用発射装薬1は、図で示される砲10の装填部11に装填されるように構成されている。なお、擬製装薬筒片は単体の場合もあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の訓練用発射装薬は、以上のように構成されていたため、次のような課題が存在していた。すなわち、各擬製装薬筒片がパルプ等のケースで構成されていたため、図6で示されるように、各結合部の摩耗によりガタが発生し、全体として変形することがあった。また、各結合部の結合力が低下し、使用中に分離することもあった。
また、単体又は各擬製装薬筒片の表面の塗装が装填部の機械部分と摺れて剥がれ、その部分が吸湿することによってその強度が低下することがあった。
また、図7で示されるように、擬製発射装薬が曲がりやすく、装填部への装填が困難となることもあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明による訓練用発射装薬は、全体形状が円筒型をなし内部に擬似装薬を有する擬製装薬筒片を所定の長さとした訓練用発射装薬において、前記擬製装薬筒片のケースは、樹脂成形品よりなると共に外周に段部を有する第1筒体と前記第1筒体の内側に設けられ前記第1筒体よりは小径の第2筒体とからなり、前記第1筒体は前記第1筒体と一体でかつ二重筒状に内側に形成された内筒部を有し、前記第2筒体はその外周に形成された外周曲部及びその内周に形成された内周曲部を有し、前記第2筒体の前記外周曲部は前記第1筒体の外端に接続され、前記内周曲部は前記内筒部の内端に接続されている構成である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面と共に本発明による訓練用発射装薬の好適な実施の形態について説明する。なお、従来例と同一又は同等部分には同一符号を用いて説明する。
図1において符号1で示されるものは訓練用発射装薬であり、この訓練用発射装薬1は全体形状が円筒型をなす6個(1個又は何個でも可)の擬製装薬筒片1a〜1fから構成されていると共に、各擬製装薬筒片1a〜1fは中心軸位置に中空部2が形成されている。
前記各擬製装薬筒片1a〜1fのケース3は、軸方向に所定の長さを有すると共に、合成樹脂からなる樹脂材料によって射出成形されており、この樹脂材料は比較的に柔らかい柔軟性のある材料(例えば、ポリプロピレン)にて構成されている。

本発明による訓練用発射装薬は、以上のように構成されているため、次のような効果を得ることができる。すなわち、単体又は各擬製装薬筒片のケースが樹脂で形成されているため、従来のパルプによる擬似発射装薬に比べると、使用可能回数が10倍以上となり、ランニングコストを大幅に低減することができる。
また、各擬製装薬筒片同志の結合力の低下が殆んどなく安定するため、正確な機能確認が実施でき、不良分離による機能確認の中断、変形による火砲の作動停止等の発生を防止することができる。
