Description
【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a compact that can be automatically assembled.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a compact is formed by hingedly connecting a lid to a rear end portion of a container body, and the lid is openable and closable. Such compact, for example, those shown in FIG. 18. In this compact, a connecting portion 32a hanging down from the center of the rear end of the lid 32 is attached to a hinge shaft 37 on the left and right side walls 31b of the rear end of the container main body 31 having the concave portion 31a for accommodating the dish 33 on the upper surface. And are hingedly connected. This compact closed state is achieved by the engagement between the engaging projections 34 formed on the inner surface of the notch recess 31c at the front end of the container body 31 and the engaging claws 35 hanging down from the front end of the lid 32. Is to be retained. The lid 32 is opened by pressing the operation piece 36 attached to the notch recess 31c to the rear side to release the engagement, and then holding the front surface or both left and right sides of the lid 32 with fingers. This is done by turning it backward. However, in this compact, there is no gap between the container body 31 and the lid 32 when the lid 32 is rotated backward after the engagement is released. Is difficult to hold with fingers.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 19 , a concave portion 38 is provided on the right side surface of the connecting portion 32a of the lid 32, and a coil spring 39 is attached to the concave portion 38, as shown in FIG. One end 39a of the coil spring 39 was brought into contact with the rear side surface 38a of the recess 38, and the other end 39b was formed at the rear end of the container body 31 in this housed state. In some cases, the bottom surface 40a of the notch 40 is brought into contact with the bottom surface 40a. In this device, when the operation piece 36 is pressed to the rear side to release the engagement, the lid 32 slightly rotates in the opening direction by the spring force of the coil spring 39, and the container body 31 and the lid 32 is formed. However, in this case, as shown in FIG. 20 , at the time of assembling, it is necessary to insert a coil spring 39 into the hinge shaft 37 and attach it to the shaft hole 41 and the concave portion 38 of the connecting portion 32a. This was done manually because of the need for delicate (dexterous) movement. Therefore, the work efficiency of the assembling work is poor, and there is a strong demand for automating the manual work to increase the work efficiency.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a compact that can automate an assembling operation.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a compact of the present invention has an engaging portion provided at a front end portion of a container body, and an engaging claw which detachably engages with the engaging portion is vertically provided at a front end portion of a lid body. A notch is provided at the rear end of the container body, and a connecting portion is hung from the rear end of the ceiling plate portion of the lid into the notch and hinged to form a recess on the front surface of the notch. In addition, a notch portion having an open front surface is formed in the connecting portion from the lower end surface to the upper end surface , an elastic body is attached to the notch portion, and the elastic body is a rectangular parallelepiped having a size that fits in the notch portion. In the lower part of the front part, a pressing portion of a size that fits in the concave portion is formed, and the distance between the upper end surface of the elastic body and the lower end surface of the pressing portion is set to the bottom surface of the concave portion in the closed state. long form than the distance between the lower surface of the ceiling plate portion of the lid, The upper end surface of the elastic member with contact causes those are in a compressed state on the lower surface of the ceiling plate portion of the lid in the lid state, the lower end surface of the pressing portion of the elastic body so as to abutment in a compressed state on the bottom of the recess Take the configuration that has been configured.
[0006]
[Action]
That is, in the compact of the present invention, the connecting portion is hinged by hanging the connecting portion from the rear end portion of the lid inside the notch portion provided at the rear end portion of the container body, and an elastic body is provided on one of the notch portion and the connecting portion. In the mounted and closed state, a part of the elastic body is brought into contact with the other of the cutout portion and the connecting portion in a compressed state. Therefore, in order to change from the closed state (the state in which the engaging portion provided at the front end of the container body is engaged with the engaging claw vertically provided to the front end of the lid) to the open state, the engagement is released. In this case, a part of the compressed elastic body extends, and the extension pushes the lid toward the lid-opening side and rotates backward (that is, upward). For this reason, a gap is formed between the container main body and the lid, and it becomes easy to lift the front surface and the left and right sides of the lid with fingers. In addition, the operation of attaching the elastic body to the lid is performed by placing the elastic body in one of the cutout portion of the container body and the connecting portion of the lid, and compressing the elastic body in the other of the cutout portion and the connecting portion when a part thereof is closed. It can be performed simply by attaching so as to abut with each other, and does not require fine hand movement as in the conventional example, and automation becomes easy.
[0007]
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on embodiments.
[0008]
【Example】
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the compact of the present invention. In this embodiment, the compact comprises a container body 1 made of synthetic resin and a lid 2 made of synthetic resin. The container main body 1 is formed in a dish shape. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a concave portion 1a is formed on the upper surface thereof, and the concave portion 1a accommodates the decorative dish 3 filled with the cosmetic material 4. ing. Further, the container body 1 has a concave portion 1b formed on the front end surface of the front wall, and an engaging ridge 7 is formed on the inner surface of the concave portion 1b. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the container body 1 has a notch 5 at the center of the rear wall 1 c, and a recess 6 at the center of the front surface of the notch 5. Is formed. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 8 denotes an operation piece for opening the lid accommodated in the concave portion 1b, and reference numerals 9 denote cut-out portions on both left and right sides of the rear wall 1c of the container body 1 from the left and right side surfaces of the rear wall 1c. 5 is a shaft hole formed so as to penetrate the left and right side surfaces.
[0009]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the lid 2 has a front end portion which can removably engage with an engagement ridge 7 formed on the inner surface of the concave portion 1 b of the container body 1. The dovetail 2a is suspended and, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, a connecting portion 10 is suspended at the rear end. The connecting portion 10 includes a rear supporting portion 10a hanging down from a rear end of the lid 2, a lateral supporting portion 10b extending forward from both left and right sides of the rear supporting portion 10a, and each of these supporting portions. And a lower surface of the ceiling plate of the lid 2 which is composed of a horizontally long cylindrical portion 10c (the upper surface of the horizontally long cylindrical portion 10c is formed as an inclined surface which descends toward the front) fixed to the lower ends of 10a and 10b. A gap is formed between the slanted surface of the horizontal cylindrical portion 10c and the slanted surface. The horizontal column portion 10c is provided with a vertically open notch 11 vertically penetrating at the center of the horizontal column portion 10c. The horizontal column is formed so as to sandwich the upper space of the notch 11. A side wall portion 10d is provided upright from the upper surface of the portion 10c to prevent a rubber body 15 described below from falling left and right. In FIG. 6, reference numeral 13 denotes a mirror adhered to the back surface of the lid 2. In FIG. 10, reference numeral 14 denotes a shaft hole formed in a penetrating shape on both right and left sides of the connecting portion 10 of the lid 2.
[0010]
A silicon rubber body 15 as shown in FIG. 12 is attached to the notch 11. The rubber body 15 is formed by cutting out a front upper half portion and a lower center portion of a rectangular parallelepiped having a size that can be accommodated in the cutout portion 11. Is formed so as to fit in the recess 6 of the notch 5 of FIG. The distance between the upper end surface of the rubber body 15 and the lower end surface of the pressing portion 15a is formed to be slightly longer than the distance between the bottom surface of the concave portion 6 and the lower surface of the ceiling plate portion of the lid 2 when the lid is closed. As a result, the pressing portion 15a is compressed when the lid is closed.
[0011]
When the rubber member 15 is attached to the notch 11 of the connecting portion 10 of the lid 2, the pressing portion 15a is pushed into the notch 11 with the pressing portion 15a facing forward (see FIG. 1). Such operations are performed using a machine. As shown in FIG. 13, the rubber body 15 attached in this manner has its upper end surface in contact with the lower surface of the ceiling plate portion of the lid 2 and the lower front portion of the pressing portion 15a is formed in the container body. It is in contact with the bottom surface of one concave portion 6.
[0012]
In such a configuration, at the time of storage (when the lid is closed), as shown in FIG. 1, the engaging claw 2 a of the lid 2 is engaged with the engaging ridge 7 of the concave portion 1 b of the container body 1. In this state, the front and lower surfaces of the front portion of the pressing portion 15a of the rubber body 15 in the compressed state are in contact with the front and lower surfaces of the concave portion 6 of the notch 5 of the container body 1 in a compressed state. When the lid is changed from the closed state to the opened state, the operation piece 8 is pushed to the rear side to release the engagement. As a result, as shown in FIG. 14, the lid 2 is pressed to the open side by the restoring force of the pressing portion 15a of the rubber body 15 and pivots slightly upward, so that the gap between the container body 1 and the lid 2 There is a gap in Thereafter, the user holds the lid 2 with his / her finger and pivots backward to open the lid.
[0013]
As described above, in the above-described compact, when the operation piece 8 is pushed to the rear side to release the engagement between the engaging projection 7 of the container body 1 and the engaging claw 2a of the lid 2, the lid 2 is automatically opened. Since the lid 2 is slightly rotated to the lid side, a gap is formed between the container body 1 and the lid 2, so that the lid 2 can be easily held by fingers. Moreover, the operation of attaching the rubber body 15 to the lid 2 can be automated. Furthermore, since the rubber body 15 is attached to the center of the connecting portion 10 of the lid 2, the lid 2 does not tilt when the lid is opened. For this reason, the hinge shaft and the like are prevented from being partially worn and damaged at an early stage, and it is not difficult to close the lid.
[0014]
15 to 17 show another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, notches 16 are formed on both left and right sides of the rear wall 1c of the container body 1, and the rubber member is provided at the left end of the front surface of the right notch 16 of the two notches 16. recess 17 of the holding portion 15a fits the size of the 15 that are formed.
[0015]
On the other hand, connecting portions 18 are vertically provided on both left and right sides of the rear end portion of the lid 2, and a front open notch portion vertically penetrating the left end portion of the right connecting portion 18 of both connecting portions 18. 19 is drilled in the vertical direction. In FIG. 17, reference numeral 19a denotes a side wall portion for preventing the rubber body 15 from falling rightward.
[0016]
Other parts are the same as those in the above embodiment, and the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. In this embodiment, the rubber member 15 is attached to the notch 19 of the connecting portion 18 on the right side of the lid 2, and acts and produces effects similar to those of the above embodiment.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the compact of the present invention, the lid is opened from the closed state (the state in which the engaging portion provided at the front end of the container body is engaged with the engaging claw vertically provided at the front end of the lid). In order to release the engagement, a part of the compressed elastic body is extended, and the extension pushes the lid toward the open side and turns backward (that is, upward). Move. For this reason, a gap is formed between the container body and the lid, and it becomes easy to lift the front surface and the left and right sides of the lid with fingers.
