Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fixed-quantity water stopping device that stops water supply when an integrated flow rate of a water channel reaches a set flow rate, and more specifically, stops water supply by closing an electric drive valve based on electric power generated by a generator due to water flow in a water channel. It relates to a quantitative water stop device to be performed.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a fixed-quantity water stop device that automatically stops water supply when a certain amount of water is supplied in various water supply devices has been used.
For example, in a faucet or the like of a washing room in a bathroom, water discharge (water supply) is started by operating a push button, and the water discharge is automatically stopped when water is discharged for a full bathtub.
[0003]
Alternatively, when water is supplied to the bathtub, the water supply is automatically stopped when a fixed amount of bathtub water is accumulated, that is, when a fixed amount of water is supplied to the bathtub.
Further, in a flush valve (toilet flushing device) for supplying flush water to the toilet to flush the toilet, a fixed amount of water is supplied when water is started by a button operation, and then the water supply is automatically stopped. ing.
[0004]
However, the quantitative water stoppage device conventionally used in this type of water supply device is configured to mechanically measure the water supply amount and mechanically close the valve when the water supply amount reaches a certain amount. However, there is a problem that it is complicated and bulky, and because of its complicated structure, it is fragile and costs high.
[0005]
On the other hand, as this type of quantitative water stopping device, the electric drive valve provided on the water channel is opened based on the human body detection by the sensor to start water supply, and then the flow rate sensor is used to detect the flow rate, and the integrated flow rate of the water channel is set. When a flow rate is reached, a fixed-quantity water stopping device that closes an electric drive valve under control of a controller to stop water supply (water stopping) is also used.
[0006]
In the case of this fixed-quantity water stopping device, the structure of the device can be made compact because it electrically detects the flow rate and opens and closes the valve. It is possible to control the feed water flow from start to stop with high accuracy.
[0007]
However, in the case of this fixed-quantity water stopping device, a power source for operating the sensor and the controller at all times and for opening and closing the electric drive valve is required.
Therefore, when a commercial power supply is used as the power supply, electrical wiring work for connecting the power supply to the fixed water stop device is required, and the work for installing the fixed water stop device becomes large. As a result, the installation cost of the quantitative water stopping device is high.
Furthermore, when a commercial power source is used as a power source, the fixed-quantity water stopping device becomes inoperable at the time of a power failure.
[0008]
On the other hand, when a power source such as a dry cell is used as the power source, the amount of power that can be stored in advance is limited, and if the human body is constantly sensed using the power, a large amount of power is consumed during that time. In addition, when the electric drive valve is opened, a large amount of electric power is consumed temporarily, so that there is a problem that the battery is liable to run out.
In this type of fixed-quantity water stopping device, if the battery runs out, the device becomes inoperable.
[0009]
In this case, for example, it is conceivable to provide a generator provided with a water wheel that rotates in a water flow on the water channel.
By doing so, it is possible to generate electric power by the generator using the water flow and use the electric power to close the electric drive valve.
Furthermore, the controller can be operated by the power supply from the generator.
[0010]
However, in this case, before the electric drive valve is opened, that is, before the start of water supply, there is no water flow in the water channel, so that power cannot be generated by the generator. It cannot do so, nor can it provide power to operate the controller.
[0011]
Therefore, the present inventors have proposed an electric drive valve that opens and operates without power supply that stores electric power in advance and that closes by power supply, and a generator that generates power by rotating a water turbine by water flow in a water channel. We have devised a fixed-quantity water stop device that is provided on a water channel.
[0012]
According to this fixed-quantity water stopping device, even when there is no power supply from the generator, the electric drive valve can be opened and the water supply can be started without any trouble, and then the generated water flow causes the generator to generate power. It is possible to supply power for closing the electric drive valve and supply power for operating the controller.
[0013]
However, in the case of this quantitative water stopping device, the following problem occurs.
That is, the controller performs the original normal control operation only when the supply voltage reaches a certain start-up voltage, and thus the flow rate of the water flowing in the water channel up to that time, that is, the water flow from the start of water supply to the start of the controller. Cannot be grasped, and as a result, there arises a problem that the integrated flow rate in the water channel from the start of water supply to the stop of water supply becomes inaccurate.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The quantitative water stoppage device of the present invention has been devised to solve such a problem.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fixed-quantity water stopping device for stopping water supply when an integrated flow rate of a water channel reaches a set flow rate. An electric drive valve that operates to close the valve and a generator that generates power by rotating a water turbine by the water flow in the water channel are provided on the water channel, and the electric drive valve is operated by supplying power from the generator to electrically operate the electric drive valve. A controller for closing the electric drive valve when the integrated flow rate of the water channel reaches the set flow rate after the electric drive valve is opened, and the controller operates the controller at the time of starting the controller. An integrated flow rate of the water channel up to the start of the controller is calculated based on an operation state of the generator, and a closing timing of the electric drive valve is determined.
[0015]
[Action and effect of the invention]
As described above, the present invention provides an electric drive valve that opens and operates without using a power supply that stores electric power in advance, a generator, and a controller that operates by supplying power from the generator. Based on the operating state of the generator at the time of the start, the integrated flow rate of the water channel up to the start of the controller is calculated, and the closing timing of the electric drive valve, that is, the water shutoff timing is determined.
[0016]
Here, the operating state of the generator is, for example, the voltage generated by the generator at the time of starting the controller, the number of rotations of the turbine at that time, or the number of pulses generated based on the rotation of the turbine (all per unit time), or the like. Means the amount of change per unit time, or the operating state of the generator that varies depending on the amount of water flow in the water channel, such as the time from when the controller is activated to when it reaches the saturation voltage.
[0017]
For example, when the water supply pressure in the water channel is high and the flow of the water flow is strong, the voltage generated by the generator at the time of starting the controller becomes large, or the number of generated pulses also becomes large. Alternatively, the amount of change becomes large.
Also, the time from when the controller is activated to when it reaches the saturation voltage is shortened.
[0018]
Therefore, based on these, it is possible to detect the amount of water flow in the water channel or the magnitude of the water supply pressure when the controller is activated.
Therefore, it is possible to calculate the integrated flow rate of water flowing through the water channel from the start of water supply to the start of the controller.
Therefore, by adding the integrated flow rate of the water channel from the start of water supply to the start of the controller as a correction amount and adding it to the integrated flow rate of the water flowing thereafter, it is possible to accurately determine the final water stop time.
That is, according to the present invention, the integrated flow rate of the water channel from the start of water supply to the stop of water supply can be accurately controlled.
[0019]
The measurement of the integrated flow rate of the water channel after the activation of the controller, that is, the determination of the water stoppage time, can be performed by a timer provided in the controller, or the total number of rotations of the water turbine that changes the rotation speed according to the water flow rate of the water channel. It can be determined by counting the number or the total number of pulses generated by the rotation of the turbine, or by charging the capacitor generated by the power generated by the generator and reaching a fixed voltage value.
Alternatively, the integrated flow rate and water stoppage time of the water channel can be determined by other means.
[0020]
According to the present invention, even when the controller is operated by the power supply from the generator that generates power in the water flow, it is possible to accurately control the integrated flow rate of the water channel from the start of water supply to the stop of water supply. It becomes.
Further, according to the present invention, a constant-quantity water stopping device can be configured without a power source.
