Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, disposable diapers have been rolled or folded by hand each time they are used, and wrapped in excrement and thrown away. At that time, if the folding method is bad, the diaper may spread and excrement may leak outside. On the other hand, in order to prevent such a diaper from spreading, there has been a method of attaching a tape or the like to the diaper to stop the diaper.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned conventional method is disadvantageous in that the entire diaper is discarded every time the diaper is changed, which is uneconomical and increases the amount of garbage. Furthermore, since the diaper is folded by hand, there is a possibility that the hand may be stained with excrement. On the other hand, there was also a method of securely fixing the excrement from the diaper that wrapped the excrement with tape to prevent the excrement from leaking or spreading. However, in such a case, the fixing tape was bothersome. It is troublesome and costly to attach it to the device.
[0004]
The present invention is intended to solve the problems as described above, and by using a diaper main body with a replacement absorber used, when changing diapers, if excrement is small amount of urine or stool, For example, only the exchange absorber is disposable, and if there is no dirt on the diaper body, the diaper body can be used repeatedly.
[0005]
In addition, in replacing diapers, the number of steps is reduced, and there is no fear of soiling the hands.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention solves the problems as described above, a diaper main body formed by arranging an absorbent sheet having a smaller area than these between a water-permeable top sheet and a water-impermeable leak-proof sheet, A replacement absorbent body which is used by being placed on the center of the surface of the diaper so that it can be replaced, and on the lower surface of the absorption layer of the replacement absorber, a non-water-permeable leakproof layer having a larger area than the absorption layer is provided. A water-permeable surface layer having an area larger than that of the absorption layer is arranged on the upper surface of the absorption layer, and the surface layer and the leakage prevention layer are fixed at the outer peripheral portion, and both sides of the surface layer are fixed. A pair of string insertion passages are formed in parallel in the length direction, and one tightening string is inserted in a U-shape from one end to the other end of the pair of string insertion passages, and from the other end of the string insertion passage to one end. Insert the other tightening string in a U-shape, tighten the other and one tightening string at their ends, respectively, One side and the other side are fastened from the surface layer side to the leak-proof layer side at the notch formed at the center of the space between the pair of string insertion paths at the longitudinal end of the exchange absorber. It is formed by inserting the attachment portion.
[0007]
Further, the one-side tightening string attached to the exchange absorber may be formed of a nonwoven fabric.
[0008]
Further, the string insertion passage may be formed in a tunnel shape by rising the surface layer.
[0009]
[Action]
Since the present invention is configured as described above, when a diaper is worn on a user such as a baby, the following procedure is performed.
[0010]
First, the diaper body is spread so that the topsheet faces the upper surface. The replacement absorbent body is placed flat on the top sheet of the diaper body. In this exchange absorber, the surface layer is disposed on the skin side of the user, and the leak-proof layer is disposed on the surface sheet side of the diaper main body. In addition, the tightening cords exposed from the cut portions of the exchange absorber to the leak-proof layer side are arranged so as to protrude one by one on the abdominal side and the back side so that they can be easily pulled out when replacing the diaper. . In addition, such an arrangement can prevent the tightening string from entering between the user's skin and the exchange absorber and being contaminated with excrement during use. In this state, the user wears the diaper body. In this mounting, the replacement absorber is arranged so as to be in contact with the discharge part of the user's urine and urine, and the exchange absorber primarily absorbs and contacts the urine and urine.
[0011]
When the diaper is removed from the user after use, if the amount of excrement is small and only the replacement absorber is dirty, only the dirty replacement absorber is replaced. In this exchange, the tightening portions of both tightening straps are held by hand, while the tightening strap is pulled toward one end of the replacement absorber and the other tightening strap is simultaneously drawn toward the other end of the replacement absorber. Then, the U-shaped portions of both the tightening strings are pulled toward the center, and the string insertion passage is narrowed in a gather shape. As a result, the entire exchange absorber becomes a purse-like shape with the leak-proof layer disposed outside, and the soiled surface layer, the absorbent layer and excrement are wrapped inside. The excrement disposal is now complete, and the exchange absorber can be discarded. Further, since the water-impermeable leak-proof layer is used on the outside, excrement does not seep out from the exchange absorber.
[0012]
Further, since the tightening string is formed of a material having a high coefficient of friction, such as a nonwoven fabric, the tightening string once pulled does not loosen, so that the shape of the drawstring is maintained. Further, if the two tightening strings are entangled with each other above the gather-shaped string insertion passage, the exchange absorber is still difficult to spread, and leakage of excrement can be prevented. As described above, the purse-shaped replacement absorber does not stain the surroundings even if it is thrown away in a trash can or the like.
[0013]
Next, if the previously used diaper main body is not contaminated, a new replacement absorbent body is placed on this diaper main body and the user again wears it. The diaper body can be used multiple times until it gets dirty.
[0014]
【Example】
One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. (1) is a diaper main body, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a water-permeable topsheet (2) and a water-impermeable leakproof sheet. An absorbent sheet (4) having an area smaller than these is sandwiched between (3) and the above. Also, on both sides in the length direction of the diaper main body (1), the inside of the diaper main body (1) is cut into an arc shape so as to fit the inside of the user's crotch, thereby forming a cut recess (5). The top sheet (2) and the leak-proof sheet (3) are fixed to form a side flap (6). An elastic body (7) is arranged in the length direction of the side flap (6) at the cut recess (5) to form a leg gather (8). At both ends in the length direction of the diaper body (1), an end flap (9) is formed by fastening a topsheet (2) and a leakproof sheet (3). A fixing tape (10) is fixed to both sides of the end flap (9), and the fixing tape (10) is detachably fixed to the release paper (11) fixed to the surface sheet (2). ing. The fastening tape (10) is used to fix the diaper to the outer surface of the opposite end flap (9) so that the diaper does not come off from the user when the diaper is worn on the user.
[0015]
Further, an exchange absorber (20) is arranged on the surface of the diaper body (1). As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, this exchange absorber (20) has a water-impermeable leakproof layer (22) disposed on the lower surface of the absorbent layer (21), and a water-permeable leakproof layer (22) disposed on the upper surface of the absorbent layer (21). A neutral surface layer (23). Then, the absorption layer (21) is formed in a smaller area than the surface layer (23) and the leakage prevention layer (22), and the outer peripheral portions of the surface layer (23) and the leakage prevention layer (22) are fixed. A side flap (24) and an end flap (25) are formed. Further, both sides in the length direction of the surface layer (23) are raised in a tunnel shape to form a pair of parallel string insertion passages (26).
[0016]
Tightening strings (27) and (28) formed of a nonwoven fabric are slidably inserted into the string insertion passage (26). The string insertion passage (26) is not necessarily required to be in a tunnel shape as long as the fastening string (27) (28) can be slidably inserted therein. (27) The insertion of (28) becomes easy. To insert the tightening cords (27) and (28), first, one of the tightening strings (27) is inserted in a U-shape from one end side to the other end side of the pair of string insertion passages (26), and the ends are inserted. One side is formed by tying. Next, the other fastening string (28) is inserted in a U-shape from the other end side of the pair of string insertion passages (26) to one end side, and the other fastening sections (32) are connected by connecting their ends. Form. In addition, a notch (33) is provided at the center of the end flap (25) at both ends in the length direction of the exchange absorber (20). The cut portion (33) is formed through the surface layer (23) and the leak-proof layer (22) at the center of the space between the two cord insertion passages (26). Then, the other and one fastening portions (31) and (32) are inserted into the cut portion (33) from the surface layer (23) side to the leakage prevention layer (22) side.
[0017]
Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the replacement absorber (20) is used by being placed on the upper surface of the diaper main body (1). The exchange absorber (20) has a leak-proof layer (22) disposed on the upper surface of the topsheet (2) of the diaper body (1). Then, the replacement absorbent body (20) is placed on the center of the diaper main body (1) so that the surface layer (23) is placed on the skin side of the user. When placing the replacement absorbent body (20), the replacement absorbent body (20) is placed on the diaper main body (1) so as to be able to contact the discharge part of the user's urine and urine. Also, the tightening cords (27) and (28) are respectively inserted between the exchange absorbent body (20) and the skin of the user when the diaper main body (1) is attached so as not to be soiled by excrement. One of them is arranged so as to protrude from the ventral side and the back side. Further, since the tightening cords (27) and (28) are made of a soft and thin material of a non-woven fabric, the user does not feel uncomfortable such as feeling loose when mounting.
[0018]
After a certain period of use, the fastening tape (10) is peeled off and the diaper body (1) is removed from the user. By removing the tightening cords (27) and (28) of the exchange absorber (20) after the removal, the excrement can be treated. First, one and the other fastening parts (31) and (32) are held by hand, while one fastening string (27) is in the direction of one end of the exchange absorber (20), and the other fastening string (28) is exchanged. Pull simultaneously to the other end direction of the absorber (20). Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the U-shaped portions of both the tightening strings (27) and (28) are drawn to the center, and the string insertion passage (26) is narrowed in a gather shape. As a result, the whole of the exchange absorber (20) becomes a drawstring with the leak-proof layer (22) disposed outside, and the soiled surface layer (23), the absorbent layer (21), and excrement are wrapped inside. . Therefore, since the treatment of excrement is completed only by pulling the tightening cords (27) and (28), the work can be performed easily and quickly as compared with the case where the diaper main body (1) is folded, and it is possible to remove dirt. It can be processed without touching, so your hands are clean and clean. Further, since the exchange absorber (20) is more compact than the diaper body (1), the volume of dust is reduced.
[0019]
Further, since the tightening cords (27) and (28) are formed of a material having a high coefficient of friction such as a nonwoven fabric, it is possible to prevent the tightened tightening strings (27) and (28) from being loosened. Therefore, there is no fear that excrement leaks due to the exchange absorber (20) spreading. Further, if the one tightening string (27) and the other tightening string (28) are entangled and tied together so as to close the mouth of the drawstring, the safety is enhanced. In view of the above, the purse-shaped exchange absorber (20) is covered with the non-water-permeable leak-proof layer (22) on the outside, and is fixed with the fastening cords (27) and (28). Because it does not spread, it can be thrown away as garbage.
[0020]
Next, a new replacement absorbent body (20) is placed on the diaper main body (1) and worn by the user. The diaper body (1) can be used several times until it gets dirty.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, a replacement absorber that is cheaper and smaller than the diaper body is placed on the diaper body, and when the diaper body is not contaminated, only the replacement absorber is disposable. By doing so, it is more economical than replacing the entire diaper body, and the amount of waste can be reduced.
[0022]
In addition, since the exchanging absorber does not need to be folded by hand and can treat excrement simply by pulling the tightening cord to the left and right, the excrement disposal work is simple and quick. Further, the work can be performed without touching the dirty exchange absorber, so that it is clean. In addition, since the outer side of the exchange absorber is covered with a leak-proof layer and is held in a drawstring shape with a tightening string, there is no fear that excrement leaks or becomes dirty after being discarded.
