【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、容器本体の底部に補助部材を装着した容器、特に、廃棄時において容器本体と補助部材との分離が容易に行える容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
容器本体の底部に補助部材を装着した容器としては、例えば、容器自体のデザインが重視される化粧品の容器のように、装飾を目的として、容器本体の底部に容器本体とは異なる材料によって形成された加飾部材を取り付けたものや、装飾を目的とするものではないが、瓶の底部に取り付けた吊り具によって瓶を逆さまに吊り下げるようにした輸液瓶等が知られている。

ところで、このように容器本体に補助部材を装着した容器は、容器本体がガラス、補助部材が金属や樹脂といった具合に、容器本体と補助部材とが異なる材料で形成されている場合が多く、リサイクルや廃棄処理の問題から分別収集が義務付けられるようになってきた近年においては、こうした容器を廃棄する際にも容器本体と補助部材とを分離した状態で廃棄することが求められており、容器自体の構造も、容器本体と補助部材とが容易に分離できるようになっている。

例えば、上述した化粧品の容器では、加飾部材の内面に内ねじを形成し、この内ねじを、容器本体の胴部の下部周面に形成された外ねじに螺合させることで加飾部材を容器本体に固定する方法が一般的に採用されている。

一方、上述した輸液瓶については、図１３（ａ）、（ｂ）に示すように、瓶５１の胴部の下部に周溝５２を形成すると共に、その周溝５２の下部にその周溝５２と段差が形成されないような切欠部５３を部分的に形成し、同図（ｂ）、（ｃ）に示すように、瓶５１の底部に装着される吊り具５４に部分的に形成された突出部５５を切欠部５３から周溝５２に進入させた後、吊り具５４を回転させることによって突出部５５を切欠部５３から移動させて、周溝５２に保持するようにしたものが考えられている（実開平６−７１４１０号公報参照）。従って、装着時と逆の動作を行うことによって、吊り具５４を容易に瓶５１から外すことができる。

また、輸液瓶の別の態様としては、図１４（ａ）、（ｂ）、（ｃ）に示すように、吊り具６４に部分的に形成された突条６５が嵌合する周溝６２を瓶６１の胴部の下部に部分的に形成すると共に、その周溝６２には、その一端側が連続的に瓶６１の胴部周面に繋がるテーパ部６３を形成し、同図（ｄ）に示すように、吊り具６４を回転させることによって、周溝６２に嵌合した突条６５がテーパ部６３を通って瓶６１の胴部周面に乗り上げることで吊り具６４を瓶６１から外すようにしたものがある（実開平６−５７８０９号公報参照）。

さらに、図１５（ａ）、（ｂ）、（ｃ）に示すように、吊り具７４の全周にわたって形成された突条７５が嵌合する周溝７２を瓶７１の胴部の下部に形成すると共に、その周溝７２の任意の位置に周溝７２の上部から周溝７２を経て周溝７２の下部に至る凹部７３を形成し、同図（ｃ）に示すように、その凹部７３に硬貨等の治具７６を差し込んで吊り具７４を外側に撓ませながら瓶７１から外すようにしたものもある（実開平７−４３１４２号公報参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、化粧品等の容器では、一般にその口部に蓋キャップを螺合させることで容器の口を閉じるようにしているものが多いが、上述したように、容器本体の底部に補助部材としての加飾部材を螺合させて取り付けるようにしたものにあっては、蓋キャップを外すために容器本体の胴部を持って蓋キャップを回す際に、容器本体の底部に螺合している加飾部材も同時に回って容器本体に対して加飾部材がゆるんで、容器本体から加飾部材が外れてしまうことがある。このため、容器本体の底部に加飾部材を螺合させて取り付けるようにした容器では、口部に蓋キャップを螺合させることで容器の口を閉じるといった構造を採用しにくく、容器の口部及び蓋キャップの構造やデザインが制約をうけるといった問題がある。

また、上述した輸液瓶のように、容器本体の胴部の下部に周溝を形成すると共に補助部材に突出部や突条を形成し、容器本体の周溝に補助部材の突出部や突条を嵌合させることで、容器本体に加飾部材等の補助部材を取り付ける方法を採用することもできるが、容器本体に対する補助部材の着脱を容易にするため、容器本体の形状が限定される等、意匠的に制約をうけることが多く、化粧品の容器等のようにデザインが重視される容器には、こうした方法を採用しにくいといった問題がある。

特に、図１５に示す輸液瓶のように、容器本体に凹部を形成し、その凹部に治具を差し込んで補助部材を外すようにすると、容器自体がそのまま店舗の陳列棚に陳列されるような商品であれば、容器本体に形成された凹部に埃がたまるといった問題もあり、また、容器本体から補助部材を外す際に治具が必要となるため、分別作業が繁雑になるといった問題もある。

そこで、この発明の課題は、容器本体に対する補助部材の取付け構造を改良することにより、意匠的に制約を受けず、しかも、容器本体に対する補助部材の着脱を容易かつ確実に行える容器を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するため、この発明は、肉薄の金属材料又は樹脂材料によって形成された補助部材を容器本体の底部に装着した容器において、前記容器本体が、その胴部の下部外周に周溝を備え、且つ該周溝にＯリングが外嵌され、前記補助部材が、前記Ｏリングに密着した状態で前記容器本体の胴部の下部周面を覆う胴部被覆帯と、この胴部被覆帯に連設され、前記容器本体の底面に沿ってその底面内に張り出す舌片とを備えてなり、この補助部材が接着手段を介して剥離可能に前記容器本体に固定された構成を採用し、前記舌片を摘まんで容器本体の胴部に沿って引き上げることによって前記胴部被覆帯を切断したり、舌片を摘まんで補助部材を容器本体から引き離す方向に引っ張ったりすることで、容器本体と補助部材とを分離するようにしたのである。なお、前記胴部被覆帯は、前記容器本体の底面外周部を覆う底面被覆部を有するものであってもよい。

また、前記補助部材は、前記胴部被覆帯が連続したリング状の一部材によって容器本体の胴部全周を覆うものの他、一部を残して胴部を覆う第１の胴部被覆帯と、残された胴部の一部を覆う、舌片が連設された第２の胴部被覆帯とによって構成し、第１の胴部被覆帯と第２の胴部被覆帯とを相互に接着固定するものであってもよい。

また、前記容器本体には、その底面に前記舌片の先端部に対応して凹部を形成しておくと、容器本体と補助部材とを分離する際に前記舌片が摘まみやすい。

また、前記胴部被覆帯に、前記舌片に対応して切断案内部を形成しておくと、胴部被覆帯の切断が容易に行える。

また、別の形態としては、補助部材を、前記容器本体の胴部の下部周面を覆う胴部被覆帯と、前記容器本体の底面に沿って設けられ、一端側に前記容器本体の底面を押圧する押圧部を有すると共に他端側に操作部を有する押圧片と、前記押圧部と操作部との間で、前記押圧片を揺動可能に前記胴部被覆帯に連結するヒンジ部とによって構成し、容器本体と胴部被覆帯とに形成した係止部と被係止部との嵌合によって補助部材を容器本体に固定したり、補助部材を接着手段を介して剥離可能に前記容器本体に固定したりすることもできる。

この場合、押圧片の操作部を外側に起こすと、これに伴って押圧片がヒンジ部を中心に回動し、押圧部が容器本体の底面を押圧するので、その反力によって容器本体に装着された補助部材が容器本体から外れる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。図１に示す化粧品の容器１は、ガラスによって形成された容器本体１０の底部に、装飾を目的として肉薄のアルミニウム等の金属材料によって形成された補助部材としての加飾部材２０が装着されたものである。また、この容器１の口部１１には合成樹脂製の蓋キャップが着脱自在に螺合されており、容器本体を持ってその蓋キャップを回すことによって、口部１１の開閉を行うことができるようになっているが、図では、蓋キャップ及び口部１１に形成されるねじ部を省略してある。

前記容器本体１０は、図２及び図３に示すように、その胴部の下部に、前記加飾部材２０が装着される小径の装着部１２が形成されており、この装着部１２の上部には、ゴム製のＯリング１４を嵌める周溝１３が全周に渡って形成されていると共に、容器本体１０の底面には、断面半円状の凹部１５が環状に形成されている。

前記加飾部材２０は、図３及び図４に示すように、前記容器本体１０に形成された装着部１２に嵌め込まれる胴部被覆帯２１と、この胴部被覆帯２１に連設され、前記容器本体１０の底面に沿ってその底面中央部に張り出す舌片２２とから構成されており、前記胴部被覆帯２１は、前記Ｏリング１４に密着した状態で前記装着部１２の全周面を覆う周面被覆部２１ａと、この周面被覆部２１ａの下端縁に連設され、前記舌片２２を囲うように、前記容器本体１０の底面外周部を覆う底面被覆部２１ｂとを備えている。

前記舌片２２は、前記胴部被覆帯２１の底面被覆部２１ｂの任意の位置から容器本体１０の凹部１５及び容器本体１０の中心部を通って、その先端部が反対側の凹部１５の真下に位置するように、前記胴部被覆帯２１に一体成型されており、この舌片２２が前記凹部１５の内側の容器本体１０の底面部分にホットメルト接着剤２４によって剥離可能に接着されることで、装着部１２に嵌め込まれた胴部被覆帯２１が容器本体１０に固定されるようになっている。なお、接着手段としては、ホットメルト接着剤２４に限定されるものではなく、例えば、エポキシ系の接着剤や両面テープ等のように、ある程度の固着力と剥離性能を備えたものであれば、任意に選択することができる。

また、前記胴部被覆帯２１には、図５及び図６に示すように、その内面に、切断案内部として、前記舌片２２の端縁から底面被覆部２１ｂを通って周面被覆部２１ａの上端縁に至る断面Ｖ字状の案内溝２３が形成されており、前記舌片２２を摘まんで容器本体１０の底面から胴部周面に沿って引き上げることによって、その案内溝２３に沿って胴部被覆帯２１が容易に切断できるようになっている。

以上のように構成された容器１を廃棄する際は、容器本体１０の凹部１５に指を挿入して舌片２２の先端部を摘まんで、容器本体１０の底面に接着された舌片２２を容器本体１０の底面から剥離し、上述したように、容器本体１０の底面から胴部周面に沿って引き上げることによって胴部被覆帯２１を切断して容器本体１０から加飾部材２０を外した後、Ｏリング１４を周溝１３から外すことで、容器１の各構成部材を容易に分離することができる。

以上のように構成された容器１は、ホットメルト接着剤２４によって加飾部材２０が容器本体１０に固定されているだけなので、容器本体１０に対する加飾部材２０の固定手段として特殊な構造を必要とせず、容器本体１０を持って蓋キャップを回すことによって容器１の口部１１を開ける際に、加飾部材２０が容器本体１０から外れることもない。このように、容器１の口部１１の構造や容器１全体の形状等に関する意匠的な制約を受けることがなく、容器本体１０自体の形状等を自由に設計することができるので、デザインが重視される化粧品等の容器としては、最適の形態であるといえる。

また、容器本体１０と加飾部材２０との間に隙間を設ける必要がないので、容器１自体をそのままの状態で陳列する場合にも、容器本体１０と加飾部材２０との間に埃がたまるといった問題もなく、しかも、容器本体１０から加飾部材２０を外す際に特別な治具を必要としないので、容器１を廃棄する際の分別作業が繁雑になることもない。

なお、上述した実施形態では、容器本体１０の底面に形成された凹部１５の断面形状を半円状にしているが、例えば、図７（ａ）に示すように、容器本体１０の外側が傾斜した直角三角形の断面形状を有する凹部１５ａにしたり、同図（ｂ）に示すように、矩形の断面形状を有する凹部１５ｂにしたりすることもできる。

また、この凹部１５は、舌片２２を摘まむ際に使用するだけなので、必ずしも環状に形成する必要はなく、舌片２２の先端部のみに設けるものであってもよい。但し、凹部を環状ではなく部分的に形成した場合は、舌片２２の先端部をその凹部に合わせるように、加飾部材２０を装着しなければならず、加飾部材２０の装着工程が煩雑となるので、容器１の製造面からは、凹部１５を環状に形成しておくことが望ましい。また、凹部１５を環状に形成しておくことによって、前記ホットメルト接着剤２４の余剰分をその凹部１５に逃がすことができるという利点もある。なお、前記凹部１５は必ずしも必要なわけではないが、凹部１５を設けておくことによって、舌片２２が摘まみやすくなることはいうまでもない。

また、上述した実施形態では、容器本体１０の底面に舌片２２が露出した状態になっているが、図８に示すように、内容物の成分を表示したシール２５等を加飾部材２０の底面被覆部２１ｂの全部又は一部を覆うように、容器１の底面に貼着することによって舌片２２を隠すようにしてもよい。また、このようにシール２５を貼着するのであれば、このシール２５自体を、容器本体１０に対する加飾部材２０の固定手段として使用することもできる。即ち、前記ホットメルト接着剤２４を使用せずに、シール２５を容器本体１０の底面と加飾部材２０の双方に接触するように貼着すれば、このシール２５のみで加飾部材２０を容器本体１０に固定することができる。従って、その場合は、前記凹部１５の面積をできるだけ小さくして、容器本体１０とシール２５との接触面積を大きくする必要がある。

また、上述した実施形態では、切断案内部としての前記案内溝２３を胴部被覆帯２１の内面に形成しているが、意匠的に問題がなければ、かかる案内溝２３を胴部被覆帯２１の外面に形成してもよく、案内溝２３に代えてミシン目を形成することもできる。また、このような切断案内部を設けておけば、胴部被覆帯２１の切断を容易に行えるので、望ましい形態であるといえるが、加飾部材２０の形成材料によって、舌片２２を容器本体１０の底面から胴部周面に沿って引き上げるだけで胴部被覆帯２１を切断できるようであれば、特に切断案内部を設けなくてもよい。さらに、容器本体１０の底面に接着固定された舌片２２を底面から剥離した後、舌片２２を摘まんで加飾部材２０を容器本体１０から引き離す方向に引っ張るだけで、加飾部材２０を容器本体１０から容易に外すことができる場合は、胴部被覆帯２１を特に切断する必要もないので、そのような場合は切断案内部を設ける必要はない。

また、上述した実施形態では、舌片２２を容器本体１０の底面に接着固定することで、加飾部材２０を容器本体１０に固定しているが、必ずしも舌片２２を容器本体１０の底面に接着固定する必要はなく、例えば、胴部被覆帯２１の切断される部分等を容器本体１０に接着固定することも可能であり、特に剥離作業に問題がなければ、それ以外の部分をスポット的に接着固定することもできる。

また、上述した実施形態では、胴部被覆帯２１が周面被覆部２１ａと底面被覆部２１ｂとによって構成されているが、底面被覆部２１ｂは必ずしも必要なわけではなく、胴部被覆帯２１を周面被覆部２１ａのみによって形成し、これに舌片２２を連設したものであってもよい。

図９は、他の実施形態を示している。この実施形態は上述した実施形態と略同一の構成ゆえ、同一の構成要素には同一符号を付して説明を省略し、異なる部分についてのみ説明する。上述した実施形態においては、加飾部材２０の胴部被覆帯２１が連続したリング状の一部材によって容器本体１０の胴部全周を覆うものであるが、この実施形態の容器３では、加飾部材２０の胴部被覆帯２１を、容器本体１０の胴部を一部を残して覆う第１の胴部被覆帯２７と、残された胴部の一部を覆うと共に舌片２２が連設された第２の胴部被覆帯２８とによって構成し、第１の胴部被覆帯２７と第２の胴部被覆帯２８とを相互に接着固定したものであり、舌片２２を容器本体１０の底面から胴部周面に沿って引き上げることによって、接着された部分で第１の胴部被覆帯２７と第２の胴部被覆帯２８とを相互に引き離すことで、加飾部材２０を容器本体１０から取り外すようにしてある。従って、第１の胴部被覆帯２７と第２の胴部被覆帯２８とを相互に接着する接着剤は、ある程度の剥離性能を有している必要がある。

図１０ないし図１２は他の実施形態を示している。なお、図１０はこの容器に使用される加飾部材の斜視図、図１１（ａ）は同上の底面図、同図（ｂ）は同上の平面図、同図（ｃ）は同図（ｂ）のＸ−Ｘ線に沿った部分断面図である。

この加飾部材３０は、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン等のオレフィン系樹脂によって形成されており、上述した各実施形態と同様に、容器本体（図示せず）の下部周面を覆う周面被覆部３１ａ及び容器本体の底面外周部を覆う底面被覆部３１ｂを有する胴部被覆帯３１を備えているが、舌片の代わりに押圧片３２を有している点で上記各実施形態とは異なる（図１０参照）。

前記押圧片３２は、図１０及び図１１（ａ）、（ｂ）に示すように、一端側に前記容器本体の底面を押圧する押圧部３２ａを有すると共に他端側に操作部３２ｂを有しており、前記押圧部３２ａと操作部３２ｂとの間で、同図（ｃ）に示すように、内面側に断面Ｖ字状の溝が形成されたヒンジ部３３を介して前記底面被覆部３１ｂに連結されている。

また、この押圧片３２は、押圧部３２ａに１ヶ所、操作部３２ｂに２ヶ所設けられた切断容易な連結部３４を介して前記底面被覆部３１ｂに連結されており、同図（ｂ）に一点鎖線で示す領域に塗布された接着剤によって容器本体（図示せず）に剥離可能に接着されることで、加飾部材３０全体が容器本体に固定されるようになっている。なお、図示していないが、前記実施形態と同様に、操作部３２ｂの操作性を考慮して、容器本体の底面には前記操作部３２ｂの端縁に対応して凹部が形成されている。

以上のように構成された加飾部材３０を容器本体の底部に装着した容器では、図１２に示すように、前記凹部に指を挿入して操作部３２ｂを起こすと、これに伴って、連結部３４が切断されると共に押圧片３２が容器本体の底面から剥離され、押圧片３２がヒンジ部３３を中心に回動して押圧部３２ａが容器本体の底面を押圧するので、その反力によって容器本体に装着された加飾部材３０が容器本体から外れる。

なお、この実施形態においても、内容物の成分を表示したシール等を加飾部材３０の底面被覆部３１ｂの全部又は一部を覆うように、容器の底面に貼着することによって押圧片３２を隠すようにしてもよい。また、上述した連結部３４は必ずしも必要なわけではなく、特にシール等を貼着する場合は連結部３４を設ける必要はない。

また、前記ヒンジ部３３は、上述したようなＶ字溝が形成された樹脂ヒンジに限定されるものではなく、押圧片３２に形成した凸部又は凹部を胴部被覆帯３１側に形成した凹部又は凸部に嵌合させることによって押圧片３２を胴部被覆帯３１に回動可能に支持するものであってもよい。

上述した各実施形態では、いずれも化粧品の容器について説明したが、容器自体の用途は特に限定されるものではなく、容器本体に補助部材を装着する種々の容器に適用することができる。また、容器本体や容器本体に取り付ける加飾部材等の補助部材の形成材料も特に限定されるものではないが、補助部材としての加飾部材は容器本体から取り外す際に切断又は変形されるため、ガラス等によって形成することはできず、通常金属材料や樹脂材料等によって形成されるものに適用される。さらに、容器本体と補助部材とは、同一材料によって形成されていてもよいが、分別廃棄の観点から、両者が異なる材料によって形成される場合に特に有効である。

また、上記各実施形態では、容器本体１０に対する加飾部材２０、３０の固定方法として、接着剤や両面テープ等による接着固定や、容器本体１０に形成した係止部と加飾部材２０に形成した被係止部との間の嵌合固定をそれぞれ挙げたが、これらに限定されるものではなく、また、これら複数の固定方法を併用することもできる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、この発明の容器は、容器本体の胴部の下部周面を覆う胴部被覆帯を、この胴部被覆帯に連設された舌片を胴部周面に沿って引き上げることによって切断したり、舌片を摘まんで補助部材を容器本体から引き離す方向に引っ張ったりすることで、また、ヒンジ部を介して胴部被覆帯に連結された押圧片を起こして、押圧部によって容器本体の底面を押圧することで、容器本体と補助部材とを分離するようにしたため、容器本体に対する補助部材の固定手段として特殊な構造を必要とせず、容器の口部の構造や容器全体の形状等に関する意匠的な制約を受けることがなく、容器本体に対する補助部材の着脱も容易かつ確実に行うことができる。
