Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a container having an auxiliary member mounted on a bottom portion of a container body, and more particularly to a container that can easily separate the container body and the auxiliary member at the time of disposal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a container with an auxiliary member attached to the bottom of the container body, for example, like a cosmetic container where the design of the container itself is important, for the purpose of decoration, the bottom of the container body is formed of a material different from the container body. Infusion bottles and the like, which are not intended to be decorated with a decorative member and are not intended for decoration, are known in which a bottle is hung upside down by a hanging tool attached to the bottom of the bottle.
[0003]
By the way, in many cases, the container in which the auxiliary member is attached to the container main body is formed of a different material from the container main body and the auxiliary member such that the container main body is made of glass and the auxiliary member is made of metal or resin. In recent years, separate collection has become mandatory due to the problem of waste treatment and disposal, and when discarding such containers, it is required to dispose the container body and auxiliary members separately. Is also configured so that the container body and the auxiliary member can be easily separated.
[0004]
For example, in the container for cosmetics described above, an inner screw is formed on the inner surface of the decorating member, and the inner screw is screwed to an outer screw formed on the lower peripheral surface of the lower portion of the body of the container body. In general, a method of fixing the liquid to the container body is adopted.
[0005]
On the other hand, in the above-mentioned infusion bottle, as shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B, a peripheral groove 52 is formed in the lower part of the body of the bottle 51, and the peripheral groove 52 is formed in a lower part of the peripheral groove 52. And a notch 53 such that no step is formed, and as shown in FIGS. 7B and 7C, a protrusion partially formed on a hanging member 54 attached to the bottom of the bottle 51. It is conceivable that after projecting the portion 55 from the notch 53 into the peripheral groove 52, the protruding portion 55 is moved from the notch 53 by rotating the hanging member 54 and held in the peripheral groove 52. (See Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-71410). Therefore, the hanging member 54 can be easily removed from the bottle 51 by performing an operation reverse to that at the time of mounting.
[0006]
As another mode of the infusion bottle, as shown in FIGS. 14A , 14B, and 14C , a circumferential groove 62 into which a ridge 65 formed partially on the hanging tool 64 fits. The tapered portion 63 is formed partially in the lower part of the body of the bottle 61, and a tapered portion 63 whose one end side is continuously connected to the circumferential surface of the body of the bottle 61 is formed in the circumferential groove 62, as shown in FIG. As shown, by rotating the suspending tool 64, the protrusions 65 fitted in the circumferential groove 62 pass through the tapered portion 63 and ride on the body peripheral surface of the bottle 61 so that the suspending tool 64 is removed from the bottle 61. (See Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-57809).
[0007]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 15 (a), (b), and (c), a circumferential groove 72 in which a ridge 75 formed over the entire circumference of the hanging member 74 fits is formed at a lower portion of the body of the bottle 71. At the same time, a concave portion 73 extending from the upper portion of the peripheral groove 72 to the lower portion of the peripheral groove 72 through the peripheral groove 72 is formed at an arbitrary position of the peripheral groove 72, and as shown in FIG. There is also a type in which a jig 76 such as a coin is inserted and the hanging tool 74 is bent outward and removed from the bottle 71 (see Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 7-43142).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, many containers for cosmetics and the like generally close the mouth of the container by screwing a lid cap on the mouth thereof. However, as described above, an additional member as an auxiliary member is attached to the bottom of the container body. In the case where the decoration member is screwed and attached, the decoration screwed into the bottom of the container body when the lid cap is turned by holding the body of the container body to remove the lid cap. The decorative member may be loosened with respect to the container body by rotating the member at the same time, and the decorative member may come off from the container body. For this reason, it is difficult to adopt a structure in which the container is closed by screwing the lid cap onto the mouth of the container in which the decorative member is screwed and attached to the bottom of the container main body. In addition, there is a problem that the structure and design of the lid cap are restricted.
[0009]
Further, like the above-described infusion bottle, a peripheral groove is formed in the lower part of the body of the container body, and a protruding portion and a ridge are formed on the auxiliary member. Can be used to attach an auxiliary member such as a decorative member to the container main body, but the shape of the container main body is limited in order to easily attach and detach the auxiliary member to and from the container main body. However, there are many restrictions on the design, and there is a problem that it is difficult to adopt such a method for a container in which design is important such as a container for cosmetics.
[0010]
In particular, when a concave portion is formed in the container body and the jig is inserted into the concave portion to remove the auxiliary member as in the infusion bottle shown in FIG. 15 , the container itself is directly displayed on the display shelf of the store. In the case of a product, there is a problem that dust accumulates in a concave portion formed in the container body, and a jig is required when removing the auxiliary member from the container body, so that there is a problem that sorting work becomes complicated. .
[0011]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a container which is not restricted in design by improving a mounting structure of an auxiliary member to a container body, and which can easily and reliably attach and detach the auxiliary member to and from the container body. It is in.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention relates to a container in which an auxiliary member formed of a thin metal material or a resin material is mounted on a bottom portion of a container main body , wherein the container main body has a circumferential groove formed on a lower outer periphery of a body portion thereof. A torso covering band that covers the lower peripheral surface of the torso of the container body in a state where the O-ring is externally fitted in the peripheral groove, and the auxiliary member is in close contact with the O-ring; A tongue piece extending along the bottom surface of the container body and connected to the belt, and the auxiliary member is detachably fixed to the container body via an adhesive means. Then, the tongue piece is pinched and pulled up along the torso of the container main body to cut the torso cover band, or the tongue piece is pinched and the auxiliary member is pulled in a direction to separate the container from the container main body, whereby the container Separating the main body and auxiliary members It's been Unishi. In addition, the trunk | drum covering band may have a bottom surface covering part which covers the outer peripheral part of the bottom surface of the said container main body.
[0013]
In addition, the auxiliary member covers the entire periphery of the body of the container body with a ring-shaped member in which the body covering band is continuous, and a first body covering band that covers the body by leaving a part thereof. And a second torso covering band, which covers a part of the remaining torso and has a tongue piece connected thereto, and the first torso covering band and the second torso covering band are mutually connected. It may be fixed by bonding.
[0014]
In addition, if a concave portion is formed on the bottom surface of the container body corresponding to the tip of the tongue piece, the tongue piece is easy to be gripped when separating the container body and the auxiliary member.
[0015]
In addition, if a cutting guide portion is formed on the trunk covering band corresponding to the tongue piece, the trunk covering band can be easily cut.
[0016]
Further, as another form, an auxiliary member is provided along a bottom covering band covering a lower peripheral surface of a body of the container body, and along a bottom surface of the container body, and a bottom surface of the container body is provided at one end side. A pressing piece having a pressing part to press and having an operating part on the other end side, and a hinge part between the pressing part and the operating part, the hinge part pivotally connecting the pressing piece to the body covering band. The container is configured such that the auxiliary member is fixed to the container main body by fitting a locking portion and a locked portion formed on the container main body and the body covering band, or the auxiliary member can be peeled off via an adhesive means. It can also be fixed to the body.
[0017]
In this case, when the operation portion of the pressing piece is raised outward, the pressing piece rotates around the hinge portion and the pressing portion presses the bottom surface of the container body, so that the reaction piece is attached to the container body by the reaction force. The removed auxiliary member comes off the container body.
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. The cosmetic container 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a decorative member 20 as an auxiliary member formed of a thin metal material such as aluminum for decoration purposes mounted on the bottom of a container body 10 formed of glass. It is. A lid cap made of a synthetic resin is detachably screwed to the mouth 11 of the container 1, and the mouth 11 can be opened and closed by holding the container body and turning the lid cap. However, in the figure, the screw portion formed on the lid cap and the mouth portion 11 is omitted.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the container main body 10 has a small-diameter mounting portion 12 to which the decorative member 20 is mounted at a lower portion of a body portion thereof, and an upper portion of the mounting portion 12. A circumferential groove 13 for fitting a rubber O-ring 14 is formed over the entire circumference, and a concave portion 15 having a semicircular cross section is formed in a circular shape on the bottom surface of the container body 10.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the decorative member 20 is provided with a body covering band 21 fitted into the mounting portion 12 formed on the container body 10, and is provided continuously with the body covering band 21. A tongue piece 22 extending along the bottom surface of the container body 10 to the center of the bottom surface, and the body covering band 21 is in close contact with the O-ring 14 and the entire peripheral surface of the mounting portion 12. And a bottom surface covering portion 21b connected to the lower end edge of the peripheral surface covering portion 21a and covering the outer peripheral portion of the bottom surface of the container body 10 so as to surround the tongue piece 22. I have.
[0021]
The tongue piece 22 passes through the concave portion 15 of the container main body 10 and the central portion of the container main body 10 from an arbitrary position of the bottom surface covering portion 21b of the trunk portion covering band 21, and has a tip portion directly below the concave portion 15 on the opposite side. And the tongue piece 22 is peelably adhered to the bottom surface of the container body 10 inside the concave portion 15 by a hot melt adhesive 24 so as to be positioned at Thus, the body covering band 21 fitted into the mounting portion 12 is fixed to the container body 10. In addition, the bonding means is not limited to the hot melt adhesive 24, for example, as long as it has a certain amount of fixing force and peeling performance, such as an epoxy-based adhesive or a double-sided tape. It can be arbitrarily selected.
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the body covering band 21 has a cutting guide portion on its inner surface, which extends from the edge of the tongue piece 22 through the bottom covering portion 21 b to the peripheral surface covering portion 21 a. A guide groove 23 having a V-shaped cross section is formed to reach the upper end edge of the container body 10. The tongue piece 22 is pinched and pulled up from the bottom surface of the container main body 10 along the peripheral surface of the body, so that the guide groove 23 extends along the guide groove 23. The trunk cover band 21 can be easily cut.
[0023]
When disposing of the container 1 configured as described above, a finger is inserted into the concave portion 15 of the container body 10 to pinch the tip of the tongue piece 22, and the tongue piece 22 adhered to the bottom surface of the container body 10 is removed. The decorative member 20 was detached from the container body 10 by peeling from the bottom surface of the container body 10 and cutting the body cover band 21 by pulling up from the bottom surface of the container body 10 along the body peripheral surface as described above. Thereafter, by removing the O-ring 14 from the peripheral groove 13, each component of the container 1 can be easily separated.
[0024]
In the container 1 configured as described above, the decorating member 20 is merely fixed to the container body 10 by the hot melt adhesive 24, and therefore, a special structure is required as a fixing unit of the decorating member 20 to the container body 10. When the opening 11 of the container 1 is opened by holding the container body 10 and rotating the lid cap, the decorative member 20 does not come off from the container body 10. In this way, the design of the container body 10 itself can be freely designed without being subject to design restrictions on the structure of the mouth portion 11 of the container 1 and the shape of the entire container 1. It can be said that this is the most suitable form as a container for cosmetics and the like.
[0025]
In addition, since there is no need to provide a gap between the container body 10 and the decoration member 20, even when the container 1 itself is displayed as it is, dust may be generated between the container body 10 and the decoration member 20. There is no problem of accumulation, and no special jig is required to remove the decorative member 20 from the container body 10, so that the sorting operation when disposing the container 1 does not become complicated.
[0026]
In the above-described embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the concave portion 15 formed on the bottom surface of the container body 10 is semicircular. However, for example, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to form a concave portion 15a having a right-angled triangular cross-sectional shape or a concave portion 15b having a rectangular cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG.
[0027]
Further, since the concave portion 15 is used only when the tongue piece 22 is picked, it is not always necessary to form the concave portion 15 in an annular shape, and it may be provided only at the tip end of the tongue piece 22. However, if the concave portion is formed partially instead of annularly, the decorative member 20 must be mounted so that the tip of the tongue piece 22 matches the concave portion, and the mounting process of the decorative member 20 is complicated. Therefore, it is desirable that the concave portion 15 is formed in an annular shape from the viewpoint of manufacturing the container 1. Further, by forming the concave portion 15 in an annular shape, there is an advantage that an excess amount of the hot melt adhesive 24 can be released to the concave portion 15. Although the concave portion 15 is not always necessary, it goes without saying that the provision of the concave portion 15 makes it easier to grip the tongue piece 22.
[0028]
In the above-described embodiment, the tongue piece 22 is exposed on the bottom surface of the container body 10. However, as shown in FIG. The tongue piece 22 may be hidden by adhering to the bottom surface of the container 1 so as to cover all or a part of the bottom surface covering portion 21b. If the seal 25 is attached in this manner, the seal 25 itself can be used as a means for fixing the decorative member 20 to the container body 10. That is, if the seal 25 is stuck so as to be in contact with both the bottom surface of the container body 10 and the decorative member 20 without using the hot melt adhesive 24, the decorative member 20 can be sealed with the seal 25 alone. It can be fixed to the main body 10. Therefore, in this case, it is necessary to reduce the area of the concave portion 15 as much as possible and increase the contact area between the container body 10 and the seal 25.
[0029]
In the above-described embodiment, the guide groove 23 as a cutting guide portion is formed on the inner surface of the body covering band 21. However, if there is no problem in design, such a guide groove 23 is formed in the body covering band 21. May be formed on the outer surface, or a perforation may be formed instead of the guide groove 23. Further, if such a cutting guide portion is provided, the torso cover band 21 can be easily cut, which can be said to be a desirable mode. If the torso covering band 21 can be cut only by pulling up from the bottom surface of the torso 10 along the torso peripheral surface, the cutting guide portion need not be particularly provided. Further, after the tongue piece 22 adhered and fixed to the bottom face of the container body 10 is peeled off from the bottom face, the decorating member 20 can be removed from the container simply by pinching the tongue piece 22 and pulling the decorating member 20 away from the container body 10. If it can be easily removed from the main body 10, there is no need to cut the trunk cover band 21 in particular, and in such a case, there is no need to provide a cutting guide.
[0030]
In the above-described embodiment, the decorative member 20 is fixed to the container body 10 by bonding and fixing the tongue piece 22 to the bottom surface of the container body 10. It is not necessary to adhere and fix, for example, it is also possible to adhere and fix the cut portion of the trunk portion covering band 21 to the container body 10, and if there is no problem in the peeling work, the other portions are spot-like. It can also be adhesively fixed.
[0031]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the torso covering band 21 is constituted by the peripheral surface covering portion 21a and the bottom surface covering portion 21b, but the bottom surface covering portion 21b is not necessarily required. It may be formed only by the peripheral surface covering portion 21a, and the tongue piece 22 may be connected to this .
[ 0032 ]
FIG. 9 shows another embodiment. Since this embodiment has substantially the same configuration as the above-described embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. Only different portions will be described. In the implementation form described above, but is intended to cover the torso entire circumference of the container body 10 by a ring-shaped part member body portion covering band 21 is continuous decorative member 20, the container 3 in this embodiment A first torso covering band 27 covering the torso covering band 21 of the decorating member 20 except for a part of the torso of the container body 10; Is formed by a second body covering band 28 continuously provided, and the first body covering band 27 and the second body covering band 28 are bonded and fixed to each other. The decorative member is pulled up from the bottom surface of the container body 10 along the body peripheral surface, thereby separating the first body cover band 27 and the second body cover band 28 from each other at the bonded portion. 20 is detached from the container body 10. Therefore, the adhesive that bonds the first trunk cover band 27 and the second trunk cover band 28 to each other needs to have a certain degree of peeling performance.

10 to 12 show another embodiment. FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a decorating member used in this container, FIG. 11A is a bottom view of the same, FIG. 11B is a plan view of the same, and FIG. 3) is a partial sectional view taken along line XX of FIG.
[ 0034 ]
The decorative member 30 is formed of an olefin-based resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene, and has a peripheral surface covering portion 31a and a container that cover the lower peripheral surface of the container body (not shown), as in the above-described embodiments. Although it has the trunk | drum covering band 31 which has the bottom surface covering part 31b which covers the bottom surface outer peripheral part of a main body, it differs from each said embodiment in having the pressing piece 32 instead of the tongue piece (refer FIG. 10) . ).
[ 0035 ]
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 (a) and (b), the pressing piece 32 has a pressing portion 32a for pressing the bottom surface of the container body at one end and an operating portion 32b at the other end. As shown in FIG. 3 (c), the bottom cover 31b is formed between the pressing portion 32a and the operating portion 32b via a hinge portion 33 having a V-shaped groove formed on the inner surface side. It is connected to.
[ 0036 ]
Further, the pressing piece 32 is connected to the bottom cover 31b via an easy-to-cut connecting part 34 provided at one place on the pressing part 32a and at two places on the operating part 32b, as shown in FIG. The entire decoration member 30 is fixed to the container main body by being releasably adhered to the container main body (not shown) by the adhesive applied to the area indicated by the one-dot chain line. Although not shown, similarly to the above-described embodiment, a concave portion is formed on the bottom surface of the container body corresponding to the edge of the operation portion 32b in consideration of the operability of the operation portion 32b.
[ 0037 ]
In the above vessel equipped with decorative member 30 configured in the bottom of the container body as, as shown in FIG. 12, when causing the operation unit 32b by inserting a finger into the recess, along with this, coupling The pressing portion 32 is peeled off from the bottom surface of the container body while the portion 34 is cut, and the pressing portion 32 rotates about the hinge portion 33 and the pressing portion 32a presses the bottom surface of the container main body. The decorating member 30 attached to the container body comes off the container body.
[ 0038 ]
In addition, also in this embodiment, the pressing piece 32 is attached to the bottom surface of the container by sticking a seal or the like indicating the components of the contents so as to cover all or a part of the bottom surface covering portion 31b of the decorating member 30. You may hide it. Further, the above-described connecting portion 34 is not always necessary, and it is not necessary to provide the connecting portion 34 particularly when a seal or the like is attached.
[ 0039 ]
Further, the hinge portion 33 is not limited to the resin hinge having the V-shaped groove as described above, but a concave portion in which a convex portion or a concave portion formed in the pressing piece 32 is formed on the body covering band 31 side. Alternatively, the pressing piece 32 may be rotatably supported on the trunk portion covering band 31 by being fitted to the convex portion.
[ 0040 ]
In each of the embodiments described above, the cosmetic container is described, but the use of the container itself is not particularly limited, and the container can be applied to various containers in which an auxiliary member is attached to the container body. The material for forming the auxiliary member such as the container body or the decorative member attached to the container body is not particularly limited, but the decorative member as the auxiliary member is cut or deformed when being removed from the container body. It cannot be formed of glass or the like, and is generally applied to those formed of a metal material, a resin material, or the like. Further, the container body and the auxiliary member may be formed of the same material, but it is particularly effective when both are formed of different materials from the viewpoint of separation and disposal.
[ 0041 ]
In each of the above embodiments, as the method of fixing the decorating members 20 and 30 to the container body 10, the decorating members 20 and 30 may be bonded and fixed with an adhesive or a double-sided tape, or may be formed on the locking portion formed on the container body 10 and the decorating member 20. The above-described fitting and fixing with the locked portions are respectively described, but the present invention is not limited to these, and these plural fixing methods can be used in combination.
[ 0042 ]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the container of the present invention, the trunk covering band covering the lower peripheral surface of the trunk of the container body is pulled up along the trunk peripheral surface with the tongue piece connected to the trunk covering band. By cutting the tongue piece and pulling the auxiliary member away from the container body, and also raises the pressing piece connected to the trunk covering band via the hinge part, and the container is pressed by the pressing part. By pressing the bottom of the main body, the container main body and the auxiliary member are separated from each other, so no special structure is required as a means for fixing the auxiliary member to the container main body, the structure of the mouth of the container and the shape of the entire container Thus, the auxiliary member can be easily and reliably attached to and detached from the container body without being subject to design restrictions relating to the above.
