本発明は分割筐体の合わせ部への操作部材の取付構造およびこの取付構造を備える発音装置に関し、特に、2つに分割される筐体の合わせ部に、スライド式の操作ツマミ、あるいはプッシュ式の操作ボタンを取り付ける際の操作部材の取付構造およびこの取付構造を備える発音装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、電子機器の筐体の外部には、押したり、スライドさせたりすることによって筐体内部に設けられた機器を動作させたり、調節したりする操作ボタンや操作ツマミが設けられている。このような操作ボタンや操作ツマミは一般に筐体の全面板に取り付けられることが多かった。

図7はこのような従来の電子機器の1つである電子チャイム70の外観を示すものである。電子チャイム70の前面カバー71には、内蔵のスピーカからの音を出すための開口部72がある。また、電子チャイム70の前面カバー71には、電子チャイム70の音量を調節するための音量調節用ボリュームのツマミ73、内蔵されたメロディを切り換えるためのメロディ切換用スイッチのツマミ74、およびメロディ確認用モニターボタン75等の操作部材が設けられていた。

ところが、以上のように構成された従来の電子チャイムでは、音量調節、メロディ切換、モニター等の操作ツマミや操作ボタンが電子チャイムのカバー前面側にあるので、電子チャイムが高所に取り付けられている場合の操作性が悪く、また、操作ツマミや操作ボタンの位置が下から確認しづらいという問題があった。これは高所に取り付けられる電子機器における一般的な課題であった。

そこで、本出願人は、高所に取り付けられる電子機器、例えば電子チャイムのような発音装置において、その筐体を、壁面等の造営材に取り付けられる下部筐体と、この下部筐体に重ね合わされる上部筐体とに分割して形成し、その下部筐体内に、発音用のスピーカと、このスピーカの駆動回路と、この駆動回路への信号の授受を行う端子と、前記スピーカの音色調整、音量調整等の制御を行う駆動回路の制御部とを設け、制御部は下部筐体の造営材への取り付け状態における下部に位置させ、上部筐体と下部筐体の合わせ部にこの制御部の操作部材を配置したものを既に提案した。

図6は本出願人が既に提案した発音装置の外観を示すものであり、ここでは発音装置として電子チャイム10を例にとってその構成を説明する。本出願人の提案した電子チャイム10は、壁面等の造営材に取り付けられる下部筐体11と、この下部筐体11に重ね合わされる上部筐体12とを備えており、上部筐体12の内部に音を発生させるスピーカが設けられている。このスピーカに重なる部分の上部筐体12はドーム状に膨出されており、この膨出部13には内蔵のスピーカ1からの音を出すための開口部は設けられておらず、スピーカ1からの音は膨出部13の裾部13aに設けられた開口13bから出るようになっている。

また、電子チャイム10の下側の側面の下部筐体11と上部筐体12との合わせ部1には、操作部材として、電子チャイム10の音量を調節するための音量調節用ボリュームの操作ツマミ2、内蔵されたメロディを切り換えるためのメロディ切換用スイッチの操作ツマミ3、およびメロディ確認用モニターボタン4が設けられている。このうち、節用ボリュームの操作ツマミ2とメロディ切換用スイッチの操作ツマミ3とはスライド式であり、メロディ確認用モニターボタン4はプッシュ式である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図6に示したように上部筐体と下部筐体とからなる電子チャイムの合わせ部に操作ツマミや操作ボタンを配置する場合には、単にこれらを合わせ部に挟み込んだだけでは、下部筐体から上部筐体を取り外した時に、各操作ツマミや操作ボタンが外れやすいという問題点がある。

そこで、本発明は、2分割される筐体の合わせ部に操作部材を設ける電子機器において、操作部材の取り付け作業性が良く、また、筐体を分割した際にも操作部材が筐体から容易に外れることがない、分割筐体の合わせ部への操作部材の取付構造およびこの取付構造を備える発音装置の提供を目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成する本発明の第1の形態の分割筐体の合わせ部への操作部材の取付構造は、第1の筐体と第2の筐体の2つに分割される筐体の合わせ部に、筐体に内蔵される機器をスライド操作する操作ツマミを取り付ける構造であって、前記第1の筐体と第2の筐体には、その合わせ部の両方、あるいは何れか一方に前記操作ツマミの首部を挿通するための凹部を設ける一方、前記第1の筐体と第2の筐体の何れか一方の筐体の内部側に、筐体外壁と平行な内壁を、この外壁と所定の間隙を隔てて設けるとともに、外壁または内壁の何れか一方の下部に段部を設け、前記操作ツマミには、前記2つの筐体の合わせ部の外側に露出する操作頭部と、前記凹部を挿通して前記筐体内部側に延びる前記操作頭部の首部と、この首部に連続する胴部とを設け、この胴部には、前記間隙内に挿入可能な2枚の平行な第1、第2のガイド板と、前記第2のガイド板に平行でその間に前記内壁が挿入可能な第3のガイド板と、前記内壁の内側に位置する前記機器の操作軸に係合する係合部とを設けると共に、この第1、第2のガイド板の何れか1枚の先端部には係止突起を設け、前記外壁と内壁の間の間隙内に前記第1と第2のガイド板のうち係止突起を設けたガイド板が係止突起を設けられていないガイド板側に撓むように前記第1と第2のガイド板を挿入し、前記第2と第3のガイド板の間に前記内壁を挿入し、前記操作軸に前記係合部を係合して前記首部を前記凹部内に位置させると、前記係止突起によりこの操作ツマミが前記外壁または内壁の何れか一方の段部に係止され、前記操作ツマミが前記凹部内をスライド可能に前記第1の筐体と第2の筐体の合わせ部に取り付けられることを特徴としている。

また、目的を達成する本発明の第2の形態の分割筐体の合わせ部への操作部材の取付構造は、第1の筐体と第2の筐体の2つに分割される筐体の合わせ部に、筐体に内蔵される機器を操作する操作ボタンを取り付ける構造であって、前記第1の筐体と第2の筐体には、その合わせ部の両方に前記操作ボタンの頭部を挿通するための凹部を設ける一方、前記第1の筐体と第2の筐体の何れか一方の筐体の内部側に、筐体外壁と平行な内壁を、この外壁と所定の間隙を隔てて設けるとともに、外壁の下部に段部を設け、前記操作ボタンには、前記2つの筐体の合わせ部の外側に露出する前記操作頭部と、この操作頭部に連続する胴部とを設け、この胴部には、前記内壁の内側に位置する前記機器の操作軸に当接する当接部と、前記操作ボタンの前記筐体への取付状態で、前記外壁の内面に隣接する第1のガイド板、および、この第1のガイド板に平行でかつ前記内壁の内面に隣接する第2のガイド板とを設け、この第1のガイド板の先端部には係止突起を設けると共に、前記第1のガイド板の内面には、前記操作ボタンの前記筐体への取付状態で前記内壁の外面を付勢する伸縮部材を設け、前記外壁と内壁の間の間隙内に前記伸縮部材を筐体の内壁側に押し付けながら前記第1のガイド板と前記伸縮部材を挿入し、前記伸縮部材と第2のガイド板の間に前記内壁を挿入し、前記操作軸に前記当接部を当接しない状態で前記頭部を前記凹部内に位置させると、前記係止突起によりこの操作ボタンが前記外壁の段部に係止され、前記操作ボタンの頭部の押圧により、前記操作ボタンが前記伸縮部材を付勢して前記筐体内部側に没入可能に前記第1の筐体と第2の筐体の合わせ部に取り付けられることを特徴としている。

【作用】
本発明の第1の形態の分割筐体の合わせ部への操作部材の取付構造によれば、操作部材を取り付ける側の筐体外壁と内壁の間の間隙内に、操作ツマミの胴部に突設された第1と第2のガイド板を挿入していくと、第2と第3のガイド板の間に内壁が挿入され、ボリュームやスイッチの操作軸に操作ツマミの胴部の係合部を係合して首部を筐体外壁に設けた凹部内に位置させると、第1から第3のガイド板の何れかの先端に設けられた係止突起によりこの操作ツマミが筐体外壁または内壁の何れか一方に係止され、操作ツマミが筐体凹部内をスライド可能に第1の筐体と第2の筐体の合わせ部に取り付けられる。

本発明の第2の形態の分割筐体の合わせ部への操作部材の取付構造によれば、操作部材を取り付ける側の筐体外壁と内壁の間の間隙内に、操作ボタンの胴部に突設された第1のガイド板とこの第1のガイド板上に設けられた伸縮部材を挿入していくと、この伸縮部材と第2のガイド板の間に筐体内壁が挿入され、ボリュームやスイッチの操作軸に操作ボタンの胴部の係合部を係合して頭部を筐体筐体外壁に設けた凹部内に位置させると、第1または第2のガイド板の何れかの先端に設けられた係止突起によりこの操作ボタンが筐体外壁または内壁の何れか一方に係止され、操作ボタンの頭部の付勢により、操作ボタンが伸縮部材を付勢して筐体内部側に没入可能に第1の筐体と第2の筐体の合わせ部に取り付けられる。

以下添付図面を用いて本発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。

図1(a) は本発明の一実施例の発音装置の構成を示す一部切欠斜視図であり、図1(b) はこの発音装置を取付状態の下面から見た側面図である。ここでは発音として電子チャイム10を例にとってその構成を説明する。ここで説明する電子チャイム10も従来のものと同様に、押しボタンを押すことによって複数の信号音、例えば、『ピンポン』や『ピッ、ピッ、ピッ』を発生することができると共に、複数種類のメロディを流すことができるものとする。

図2(c)に示すモニターボタン4には、下部筐体11と上部筐体12の合わせ部1の外側に露出する操作頭部4aと、この操作頭部4aに連続する胴部4bとが設けられており、操作頭部4aが下部筐体11と上部筐体12の合わせ部1を挿通するようになっている。胴部4の下面には2枚の平行なガイド板41,42が突設されており、ガイド板41は音量調節用ボリュームのツマミ2と同様に内壁11iと外壁11oの間の間隙K内に挿入可能な位置にある。ガイド板41のガイド板42に対向する面には、伸縮部材であるスポンジ43が設けられており、ガイド板41はこのスポンジ43を圧縮しながら内壁11iと外壁11oの間の間隙K内に挿入される。一方、ガイド板42は、スポンジ43が適度に圧縮されてガイド板41と共に内壁11iと外壁11oの間の間隙K内に挿入される時に、内壁11iの内側に当接するようにガイド板41から隔てられている。また、この実施例ではガイド板41の先端部に、モニターボタン4を下部筐体11の外壁11oに取り付けた時に、外壁11oの端部に係合してモニターボタン4を下部筐体11から外れなくするための係止突起44が設けられている。更に、内壁11iの内側に位置する胴部4bの側面45は、モニタースイッチの操作軸4Aに当接する当接部として構成される。但し、モニターボタン4が合わせ部1に取り付けられた状態で、操作頭部4aが押圧されないときは、筐体内部に設けられたモニタースイッチの操作軸4Aには当接しないようになっている。

図5は同様の方法でモニターボタン4を下部筐体11と上部筐体12の合わせ部1に取り付けた状態を示すものである。図において、4Bは基板11Aの上に取り付けられたモニタースイッチである。モニターボタン4を合わせ部1に取り付ける時は、前述の音量調節用ボリュームのツマミ2とメロディ切換用スイッチのツマミ3の取り付けと異なり、ガイド板41の上に設けられたスポンジ43を内壁11iに軽く押し付けながら間隙K内にガイド板41を挿入し、内壁11iの内側にガイド板42を沿わせて挿入する。また、モニターボタン4の頭部4aを凹部11内に位置させた状態では、係止突起44が外壁11の下部に設けられた段部11dに係合し、モニターボタン4が外壁11oから外れなくなる。このモニターボタン4の合わせ部1への取付状態では、内壁11iの内側に位置する胴部4bの側面45は、筐体内部に設けられたモニタースイッチ4Bの操作軸4Aには当接しない。そして、上部筐体12の取付状態状態では、上部筐体12の合わせ部の凹部12aがモニターボタン4の頭部4aに重なり、モニターボタン4は凹部11と12からなる空間内を、ズポンジ43を圧縮しながら内部方向にスライド可能に下部筐体11と上部筐体12の合わせ部1に取り付けられる。モニターボタン4を下部筐体11から取り外す時は音量調節用ボリュームのツマミ2と同様にすれば良い。

以上説明したように、本発明によれば、2つに分割される筐体の合わせ部に操作部材を設ける電子機器、特に、電子チャイムのような発音装置において、操作部材の取り付け作業性が良く、また、筐体を分割した際にも操作部材が筐体から容易に外れることがないという効果がある。
