TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a medical laser device, and more particularly, to a medical laser device suitable for use in surgical operations such as incision, evaporation, and hemostasis of living tissue.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In medical and dental treatments, various treatments such as incision, transpiration, and hemostasis of the affected part are performed by irradiating the affected part with a laser beam. There may be. Therefore, there has been proposed a laser light therapy apparatus that irradiates a laser beam to an affected part (a laser light treatment site) and also emits cooling water.
[0003]
However, in the conventional laser treatment apparatus, it has been proposed to inject the cooling liquid, but no proposal has been made regarding the recovery of the injected cooling liquid.A separate vacuum apparatus is provided and connected to the vacuum apparatus. By using the vacuum hose thus obtained, the cooling liquid ejected from the laser treatment apparatus is recovered as described above.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional laser treatment apparatus can eject a cooling fluid, but has no means for collecting the ejected fluid, and cleans the means for collecting the ejected fluid or the treatment site. Means and the like must be provided separately. For this reason, there are a plurality of laser probes (laser treatment devices) having laser irradiation and cooling liquid injection means, and a vacuum probe for collecting the cooling liquid for collecting the injected cooling liquid. It has a probe as a separate body. Therefore, the cost of the apparatus as a whole is high, and in some cases, unless two probes are simultaneously inserted into a narrow treatment site (for example, in the oral cavity in dental treatment), the original laser treatment operation becomes very difficult. And so on.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and in particular, enables a single laser probe to irradiate a laser beam, and to jet and collect a cooling liquid. Laser beam irradiation position can be changed without changing the laser probe body, laser treatment can be performed over a wider range without moving the laser probe body, and further, without changing the probe body, that is, the same probe body By changing the instrument that is inserted into and removed from the probe body, laser beam irradiation and cooling liquid injection / recovery can be performed. It is designed to be able to suck and discharge accumulated blood, waste liquid, and waste.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 includes an outer tube member, an inner tube member provided in the outer tube member with a gap to the outer tube member, and a gap in the inner tube member with respect to the inner tube member. A laser light guide member coaxially disposed with the laser light guide member, discharges fluid through a gap between the laser light guide member and the inner pipe member, and provides a gap between the inner pipe member and the outer pipe member. Through which the discharged fluid is recovered, and the inner pipe member is supported by a spherical support member in the outer pipe member so as to be tiltable in a pipe axis direction and in an arbitrary direction. It is.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect , a support member that supports the inner pipe member inside the outer pipe member is movable in a pipe axis direction.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect , the inner pipe member is insertable into and removable from the outer pipe member.
[0010]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, a second inner pipe member is provided so as to be freely inserted into the outer pipe member, and the second inner pipe member is described in the first aspect. Characterized by being insertable into and removable from the outer tube member so as to be exchangeable with the inner tube member.

【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, a single laser treatment device irradiates a laser beam to a treatment site, and supplies a cooling fluid to the treatment site, and supplies the supplied cooling fluid. Can be recovered.
In addition, the laser light guide member can be cooled by the cooling fluid, thereby preventing the laser light guide member from being thermally degraded.
Further, a suction probe or a cleaning probe can be mounted and used in the laser probe main body (outer tube member) instead of the laser probe, and the apparatus cost can be reduced.
Furthermore, since the laser probe mounted in the laser probe main body is supported so as to be tiltable in an arbitrary direction in the axial direction, the irradiation range of the laser light can be widened. By making it possible to adjust the support point in the axial direction, the irradiation range of the laser beam can be adjusted.
