Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wooden sliding door for fire protection, which is filled with a flame-retardant filler such as rock wool.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Although what is called a fire door is frequently used, a conventional fire door is made of metal, has a flame-retardant core as a core material, and has a metal plate attached to both surfaces thereof. Of course, measures are taken on the door pocket side to prevent the flame from leaking between the fire door and the fire door, but the fire door alone does not greatly differ from a normal sliding door. Simply sticking a metal surface material on both sides of the flame-retardant core can withstand the high heat of a fire for some time.
[0003]
However, if the sliding door is made of wood, the conditions are completely different, and the sliding door itself burns immediately. In recent years, it has been preferred that the sliding door be made of wood in order to obtain the calmness of the partitioned space. On the other hand, the sliding door is required to function as a fire door in case of fire.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional wooden sliding door has almost no fire prevention function, and if a fire occurs, it is immediately burned by the heat. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and provides a wooden fire door.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problem]
The fireproof sliding door of the present invention is made of wood, and a flame-retardant filler such as rock wool is packed in a frame, and wood plywood is bonded to both sides thereof. The frame material constituting the frame is made of a laminated board, and the wood plywood as the surface material has a thickness of 4 mm or more in order to lengthen the time to burn off. The sliding door body has a metal upper edge, a lower edge, a door edge, and a door stop made of flame-retardant rubber.
[0006]
On the other hand, a glass window may be provided on the sliding door body, but the window frame must be made of wood in appearance. However, a metal U-shaped cross section is used to prevent the glass plate fitted to the window frame from falling off in the event of a fire. The glass receiver is installed in the groove of the window frame. That is, a glass plate is fitted to a glass receiver and attached to the window space, and the window frame is attached in this state.
[0007]
And the sliding door of the present invention is a semi-automatic type, and the sliding door pushed and opened by hand can be closed by itself, and a leaf spring is attached to the door end side of the upper rail to keep it fully open, and the sliding door is installed. Can be locked. However, in the event of a fire, the leaf spring moves to open the sliding door and closes itself. That is, the upper rail on which the sliding door is suspended may be slightly inclined, or may be pulled in the closing direction by a spring. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
【Example】
FIGS. 1 to 3 show an embodiment showing a sliding door apparatus equipped with a fire door according to the present invention. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view, FIG. 2 is a lateral sectional view at the door end side, and FIG. 3 is a lateral sectional view at the door end side. The fireproof sliding door device shown in FIG. 1 includes a door pocket 1 and is stored in a door pocket space 3 when the sliding door 2 is opened.
[0009]
In the door pocket 1 shown in the figure, two gypsum boards 4a and 4b are overlapped to form a single side wall, and a steel surface material is stuck on the inner gypsum board 4a. Are fixed to the intermediate frame 5 and the door end side frame 6 by screws. The plaster board 4b on the front side is adhered to the surface material of the inner plaster boat 4a.
[0010]
By the way, in the sliding door 2 of the present invention, rock wool 8 is filled as a filler in the frame body which framed the frame members 7, 7,..., And surface materials 9, 9 are bonded to both sides. Here, the frame member 7 is obtained by cutting a wooden laminated board to a predetermined size, and the surface member 9 is made of wood plywood, and has a thickness of 4 mm or more. When the thickness is 4 mm or less, the time required for burning down in a fire becomes short, and the adjacent space immediately spreads.
[0011]
An upper edge 10 is attached to an upper end, a lower edge 11 is attached to a lower end, a door end edge 12 is attached to a door end, and a door stop 13 is attached to a door end. Each of the edges 10, 11, and 12 is made of metal, and the door stop 13 is made of flame-retardant rubber. The periphery of the sliding door body is reinforced by the edge to prevent warping due to high heat in a fire. As a result, the flame does not leak from the gap.
[0012]
A glass window 14 is provided at the center of the sliding door 2 shown in the figure, and the glass plate 15 is made of netted plate glass or super heat-resistant crystal glass. The glass plate 15 is fitted in a window space formed by framing the reinforcing bar 16, and window frames 17, 17 are fitted on both sides. The window frame 17 is made of wood, and a metal U-shaped glass receiver is attached to a groove between the window frames 17 and 17, and the glass plate 15 is supported by the U-shaped glass receiver.
[0013]
Here, in order to reduce the width of the side pieces of the U-shaped glass receiver and to prevent the width of the window frame from increasing, the patent application filed on July 27, 2000, entitled "Window Frame Structure of Wooden Fire Door". (Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-226294) can be adopted. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, a screw groove 19 is formed on the bottom piece 18 of the U-shaped glass receiver, and a screw 21 fixed inside the window space 20 shown in FIG. The width of the groove 19 is set so as not to come off the head of the screw.
[0014]
Are fitted into the window space 20 with the U-shaped glass receivers 22, 22... Temporarily fixed to the side ends of the glass plate 15, and the U-shaped glass receivers 22, 22,. , 21... Are fitted so as not to come off. Of course, the U-shaped glass receivers 22 can be fixed inside the window space 20. However, if the U-shaped glass receivers 22 are temporarily fixed to the glass plate 15 and fitted into the window space 20, the U-shaped glass receiver 22 side The piece size may be small, resulting in a small width dimension M of the window frame.
[0015]
A thermal foam 24 is provided between the window frame 17 and the U-shaped glass receiver 22. The thermal foam 24 expands due to high heat at the time of fire, and can close the gap between the window frame 17 and the glass plate 15.
[0016]
By the way, although the sliding door device with the door pocket has been described in the embodiment, the fireproof sliding door according to the present invention can be used for a sliding door device without a door pocket. The sliding door has a suspension wheel 25 attached to its upper end, and is suspended from a slightly inclined upper rail 26. Therefore, when it is opened, it is pushed and opened by hand, but it is closed alone along the upper rail 26.
[0017]
A locking plate is attached to the door end side of the upper rail, and when the sliding door 2 is fully opened, the locking plate is locked by a roller of a suspension wheel at the upper end of the sliding door so as not to be closed. I have. However, when a fire occurs, the solenoid operates in response to a signal from the smoke detector, and the locking plate can be moved to open the sliding door. The opened sliding door moves along the inclined upper rail and the frontage is closed. However, the present invention is not limited to the case where the upper rail is inclined, and it is also possible to arrange the upper rail horizontally and to pull the upper rail with a spring.
[0018]
FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the sliding door device. A guide roller 27 standing on the floor fits into a guide groove formed at the lower end of the sliding door 2, and the sliding door 2 opens and closes without rolling. The upper edge 10 attached to the upper end of the sliding door 2 serves to prevent the sliding door from warping, but also prevents the roller of the hanging vehicle from flowing down when the roller is melted by the high heat of a fire. I do. Accordingly, both side pieces of the upper edge 10 extend upward, so that the melted resin does not flow down to the sliding door 2.
[0019]
The resin accumulated in the upper edge 10 is ignited and burns, but it is only in the inspection panel, and the flame does not leak to the outside. As described above, the fireproof sliding door of the present invention is a wooden frame body filled with rock wool or the like, and a wooden plywood having a thickness of 4 mm or more is bonded on both sides as a surface material. The following effects can be obtained.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Although the sliding door of the present invention is made of wood, since the frame is filled with rock wool or the like and the surface material is made of wood plywood of 4 mm or more, it can function as a fireproof sliding door. And, since the upper and lower edges made of metal and the door end edge and the door stop made of flame-retardant rubber are attached to the periphery, there is no warping of the sliding door due to high heat at the time of fire, and a large gap is created between the door pockets and the fire spreads. To prevent that.
[0021]
If a sliding window is provided with a glass window, the window frame is made of wood, but the glass plate is supported by a metal U-shaped glass receiver, so the glass plate will not fall out of the window space. Absent. Furthermore, since a thermal foaming material is provided between the glass plate and the window frame, a gap between them can be closed in the event of a fire.
