【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drain plug device, and more particularly, a drain plug having a thrust lock mechanism as an operating unit that opens and closes a drain plug by alternately repeating locking and unlocking each time a push button of an operation unit is pushed. It concerns the device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 8-177100 (the former) exists as a drain plug device.
In this prior art, as shown in FIG. 13, a flange 231 is provided around the end of the outer tube 23 of the release wire 3, and the flange 231 is connected to the opposite end of the joint fitting 9 on the opposite side from the push button case 21 side. The rotation guide ring member 10 that fits loosely into the outer tube 23 is interposed between the flange portion 231 and the outer peripheral surface of the outer tube 23 in the accommodation recess 19 formed in the accommodation recess 19. An operating unit 1 in which the metal fitting 9 is fixed to the rotation guide ring member 10 and the end of the joint metal 9 on the push button case 21 side is screwed into a screw hole 21 ′ provided at the lower end of the push button case 21. And a connection structure between the cable and the release wire 3.
The operation unit 1 is provided below the through hole 212 in which the shaft 311 is opened in the push button case 21 with the upper end of the inner core 13 projecting upward through the joint fitting 9 connected to the shaft 311 of the push button 31. It has a structure in which it is screwed into the screw hole 21 ′ of the push button case 21 to the joint fitting 9 while being inserted upward from the open portion, and the rotation guide ring member 10 is engaged with the flange portion 231 of the outer tube 23. In a state where the joint fitting 9 is stopped and prevented from coming off, the joint fitting 9 rotates together with the joint fitting 9 irrespective of the outer tube 23 so that the joint fitting 9 can be connected to the push button case 21 without rotating the release wire 3.
The other end of the release wire is connected to an operating portion including a thrust lock mechanism provided on the drain plug.
Further, as a technique proposed by the present applicant, there is also a drain plug device of a container release wire wiring type disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 11-368402 (the latter).
This prior art is a container release wiring type drain plug device in which a thrust lock mechanism 52 provided on the drain plug 2 is used as an operating portion, and the drain plug is connected to a center of a drain port 101 as shown in FIG. A cylindrical guide portion 12 having a bottom and a hollow internal lifter 32 vertically suspended from the stopper 22 and guided up and down by the guide portion 12, and a vertical lifter 32 from the bottom of the lifter 32 A support shaft 42 having one end inserted into the body 32 and the other end locked to the bottom of the guide portion 12, and an inner core at the other end of the release wire 3 penetrating the stopper 22 and positioned in the elevating body 32. 13, the other end of the inner core 13 is provided between the support shaft 42 and the elevating body 32, and the other end of the inner core 13 is abutted against the bottom of the concave portion 421 formed on the support shaft 42 by advancing operation of the operation unit. Lift the stopper 22 together with the elevating body 32 and lock it. Plug and to release the lock in advance of the next inner core 13 is configured to have a thrust lock mechanism 52 for plugging.
[0003]
However, in the former case, when the release wire 3 is connected to the operation unit (specifically, the push button case) 1, the joint fitting 9 must be screwed in, and additional tightening with a tool such as pliers is also required. The work of assembling the release wire to the operation unit at the factory is very troublesome.
Further, since the joint fitting 9 is exposed from the lower end of the push button case 21, for example, in a drain plug device of a type in which a release wire is wired in a container such as a bathtub, a sink, a basin, etc., in particular, a bathtub. There is also a problem that the bather is injured by the joint fitting 9 exposed at the lower part of the bath.
Further, there is a possibility that the inner core may be buckled and deformed during an accident in which the push button is erroneously pushed in a state in which the pressing force is applied to the drain plug (plug lid) by stepping on the plug in a closed state.
In the latter case, since the inner core 13 above the support shaft 42 faces the space in the elevating body 32 in the open state as shown in FIG. 14, the push button 31 is pushed from the open state to operate. There is a problem that the inner core 13 is buckled and deformed in the space inside the elevating body 32 above the concave portion 421 due to an accident in which a load is erroneously applied to the stopper 22 while the push button 31 is kept pressed when the lock is released. Occurs (see dash-double-dot line). This problem occurs at the time of cleaning or when a child plays a prank. When such buckling deformation occurs, the replacement of the inner core 13 accompanying the disassembly of the drainage plug device is forced, and the replacement work becomes very troublesome.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a drainage plug device in which the operation of connecting a release wire to an operation unit is simple and a metal fitting is not exposed to the outside.
Another purpose is to provide a drain plug device that does not cause the inner core to buckle even if the push button is pressed by mistake while the pressing force is applied to the plug lid by stepping on the plug in a closed state. To provide.
Still another object is to release the lock by pushing the push button from the open state in a container release wiring type drain cock device having a thrust lock mechanism as an operating part in the drain cock. An object of the present invention is to provide a drain plug device in which the inner core is not likely to buckle even if a load is applied to the plug lid by mistake while the push button is not pressed.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means taken to solve the above-mentioned object is to open and close the drain cock by a pushing operation of an operating part connected via a release wire to a drain cock provided in a container such as a bathtub, a sink, a basin or the like. In the drain plug device, the one end side of the release wire is inserted into the recessed portion recessed from the side opposite to the push button side of the push button case in the operation section, and the inner core projecting from the release wire is pushed with the push button. Pushable, and a flange formed at one end of the outer tube of the release wire abuts against a washer member applied to the bottom of the recessed portion, and is provided on the outer tube so as to fit externally, and one end of the release tube is attached to the flange. The other end of the ring-shaped member which is in contact with or close to the recess is inserted into the insertion hole opened to the side of the push button case while communicating with the depression, avoiding the release wire and locked in the depression. Stop In which it characterized in that it is directly or indirectly supported (claim 1).
The stop member has an open portion that does not interfere with the release wire at the time of insertion, and is formed in a plan view shape with the front side opened. A locking recess is formed on the inner surface of the recessed portion to be locked by a stopper member to be inserted.
The term "indirectly supporting" means supporting via an intervening member, and an example of the intervening member includes an O-ring that closes a gap between the concave portion and the outer tube in a watertight manner.
The stop member is formed of a synthetic resin material such as POM.
[0006]
According to the above technical means, the washer is inserted into the recess of the push button case from the opening of the recess, and then the ring-shaped member is released. One end of the wire is inserted from the recessed opening, and then the ring-shaped member is inserted into the insertion hole opened on the side of the push button case and locked by the recessed portion. To support.
As a result, the flange portion at one end of the outer tube of the release wire is supported so as not to come off by the washer member and the ring-shaped member supported by the stopper member, and the inner core protruding from the outer tube is vertically movable to the push button case. It can be pushed by the axis of the push button to be inserted.
Therefore, the operation part of the release wire (e.g., a simple operation of inserting one end side of the release wire provided with the washer member and the ring-shaped member in the form of an external fitting from the opening portion of the concave portion and inserting the stopper member from the side, Specifically, the connection work to the push button case is completed.
[0007]
Further, the drain plug is opened and closed by a pushing operation of an operation unit connected to a drain plug provided on a container such as a bathtub, a sink, a basin via a release wire, and the operation unit is provided on an inner wall surface of the container. In the drain plug device, one end of a release wire is inserted into a recessed portion recessed from the side opposite to the push button side of the push button case in the operation section, and the inner core projecting from the release wire is pushed with a push button. Pushable, and a flange formed at one end of the outer tube of the release wire abuts against a washer member applied to the bottom of the recessed portion. The other end of the ring-shaped member that is in contact with or close to the recess is inserted into the insertion hole opened to the side of the push button case while communicating with the depression, avoiding the inner core, and locked in the depression. Indirect with stop member It is also effective when the means for supporting and indirectly supporting is an annular seal member interposed between the stopper member and the ring-shaped member and closing the gap between the concave portion and the outer tube. (Claim 2).
An O-ring is an example of this annular seal member.
[0008]
According to the above technical means, the release wire can be connected to the operation unit (specifically, the push button case) by the same simple operation as in claim 1, even though the drainage plug device is of the release wire wiring type in the container. In addition, intrusion of water from the concave portion into the inner core is prevented by the annular seal member closing the concave portion.
[0009]
Further, it is preferable that the one end of the ring-shaped member is formed in a sharp shape that abuts on or approaches the flange of the outer tube (claim 3).
[0010]
According to the above-mentioned technical means, the outer tube is pierced into the flange in the pulling direction of the outer tube so as to enhance the pull-out strength of the outer tube.
[0011]
Further, irrespective of the inside-body release wire wiring type and the outside-body release wire wiring type, the washer member closes the space between the outer surface of the outer tube flange portion and the inner surface of the recessed portion, and is inserted into the recessed portion and inserted into the recessed portion. It is more preferable that the end portion has a cylindrical shape with a bottom fitted therein (claim 4).
[0012]
According to the technical means, the washer member, one end side of the release wire into which the ring-shaped member is externally inserted is required to be sequentially inserted from the open portion of the concave portion. A space (clearance) is generated between them. Due to the space (clearance), if you push the push button by mistake while pressing on the stopper by pressing the stopper, etc. in the closed state, the inner core that loses the escape place without pushing up the stopper, It escapes and bends in the space (clearance) and causes buckling deformation at that portion. Escape areas that cause the buckling deformation are eliminated by a bottomed cylindrical washer member that closes the space (clearance) between the flange portion of the outer tube and the inner surface of the concave portion.
At that time, a compressive force acts on the inner core.If the inner core is a coil made of a metal material, the inner core responds by compressing it. Respond with elastic distraction.
[0013]
Further, in a drain plug device that opens and closes the drain plug by a pushing operation of an operation unit connected to a drain plug provided on a container such as a bathtub, a sink, and a basin via a release wire, the push button in the operation unit One end of the release wire is inserted into the recessed portion that is recessed from the side opposite to the push button side of the case, and the inner core protruding from the release wire can be pushed by the push button, and the inner core protruding from the release wire is attached to one end of the outer tube of the release wire. A spring receiving member is provided which abuts the formed flange portion on a washer member applied to the bottom of the recessed portion and which is externally fitted to the outer tube with the flange portion interposed between the washer member and the spring receiving member. And a stop member which is inserted into the insertion hole formed in the side portion of the push button case in communication with the recessed portion and which is inserted around the release wire to avoid the release wire and latches in the recessed portion. It is effective even if intervening bullet machine (claim 5).
[0014]
According to this technical means, the washer member inserted from the concave recess opening portion is brought into contact with the bottom of the concave recess formed in the push button case, and the spring receiving member and the compression elastic machine are externally inserted. In this state, insert one end of the release wire from the recessed portion opening, and then insert the release wire through the insertion hole opened in the side of the push button case with a stopper member that is locked in the recessed portion. The end of the compression ram that is opposite to the flange is supported.
As a result, the flange portion at one end of the outer tube of the release wire is supported so as not to come off by the stopper member and the spring receiving member receiving the elastic force of the compression ram, and the inner core protruding from the outer tube is vertically moved by the push button case. The push button can be pushed by the axis of the push button movably inserted.
Therefore, one end of the release wire, in which the washer member, the spring receiving member, and the compression spring are externally inserted, is sequentially inserted from the opening of the concave portion, and the stopper member is inserted from the side. The connection work to the section (specifically, the push button case) is completed.
Also, if you push the push button by mistake while pressing the lid with the pressing force, such as by stepping on the closed state, the inner tube deforms elastically due to the deformation of the inner core that loses the escape place without being able to push up the lid. High elongational stress occurs. At this time, the compression elastic machine is compressed to bring the end portions of the outer tube closer to each other, whereby the outer tube secures a relief area due to the compression of the inner core and prevents buckling deformation of the inner core.
[0015]
The drain plug device is of a release wire type in which the operation unit is provided on the inner wall of the container, and the space between the concave portion and the outer tube is closed between the stopper and the compression ram. In the case where an annular seal member is provided, it is preferable to prevent water from entering the inner core from the concave portion with the annular seal member closing the concave portion as described above ( Claim 6).
[0016]
Further, in a case release wiring type in which the operation unit is provided on the inner wall of the container, a push button case is attached to a base plate provided on the inner wall of the container, and the insertion hole is opened relative to the base plate. In this case, since the stop member is hidden by the base plate, the design is safer for a bather.
[0017]
Also, in the container release wire wiring type drain plug device, the drain plug is provided with a bottomed tubular guide portion disposed at the mouth in the drain port, and is vertically suspended from the plug lid and can move up and down to the guide portion. An internally hollow elevating body to be guided, a support shaft having one end inserted into the elevating body from the bottom of the elevating body and the other end locked to the bottom of the guide part, and penetrating through the plug lid into the elevating body. The inner core at the other end of the release wire and the bottom of the recess formed between the support shaft and the elevating body, the other end of the inner core being formed on the support shaft when the inner core is advanced by the pushing operation of the operation unit. A thrust lock mechanism that lifts and locks the stopper lid together with the elevating body to open and then unlocks and closes the stopper with the advance of the next inner core. Hang the inner core guide tube toward The guide tube is configured to be loosely fitted or slidably engaged with the recess of the support shaft through a slight clearance, and the guide tube is inserted into the recess in the unlocked state when the length of the guide tube is set in the unlocked state. It is also effective when the length is set to be located (claim 8).
[0018]
According to the above technical means, the push button is pushed to move the inner core forward so that the other end of the inner core abuts against the bottom of the recess formed on the support shaft, and the stopper is lifted together with the elevating member to thereby lock the thrust. The mechanism is locked and opened, and the thrust lock mechanism is unlocked and closed by the advance of the inner core by the pushing operation of the next push button.
When the push button is pushed from the open state and the lock is released, the push button is pushed down and accidentally stepped on while holding down the push button. Escape is prevented by the guide tube, and buckling deformation of the inner core is prevented. Although there is no buckling deformation, a compressive force acts on the inner core, but if the inner core is a coil-shaped metal core, it will respond by its own compression, and if it is an incompressible inner core, It is the same as described above that the outer tube is elastically extended.
The condition in which the pressing force acts on the stopper by, for example, erroneously stepping on while keeping the push button pressed at the stage where the lock is released by pushing the push button from the opened state, that is, the push button side and The conditions under which the load from both the lid side is applied are, for example, in a bath tub, when the water is supplied after cleaning, the push button is pushed to release the lock, and then the lid is slid and the push button is pushed and the lid is pushed. Occurs when stepping on the button or when the interaction between the pushing operation of the push button by hand and the human body load on the stopper is performed almost simultaneously while the child is playing in the tank.
[0019]

Reference numeral 222b denotes a pair of positioning pieces that extend vertically from the edge of the guide groove 222a, abut on both side surfaces of the rising portion 221a, and sandwich the rising portion 221a.
[0039]
The other end of the release wire 3 is inserted through the stopper 22 to bend the release wire downward from the tip of the holding portion, and the tip of the release wire is placed directly above the elevating body 32 in the disk portion 221. They are connected in a watertight manner.
[0040]
The water-tight connecting portion is provided with a large-diameter concave portion 221b and a small-diameter concave portion 221c in two stages vertically at the center of the disk portion 221 so as to be concentrically recessed, and only the inner core 13 is provided at the bottom of the lower small-diameter concave portion 221c. The through-hole 221d for passing through the inside of the elevating body 32 is opened, the tip of the outer tube 23 of the release wire 3 is positioned at the bottom of the small-diameter recess 221c, and a washer 232 fixed to the outer tube 23 is disposed at the bottom of the large-diameter recess 221b. Then, a pair of O-rings O are fitted in the large-diameter concave portion 221b so that a part of the O-ring O projects upward, and a pair of the O-rings O are provided on the disk portion 221 with the large-diameter concave portion 221b and the small-diameter concave portion 221c interposed therebetween. A locking body 221f having bifurcated locking pieces 221f ′ and 221f ′ is removably locked to the rails 221e and 221e to crush the O-ring O. Thereby it is connected in a watertight form the other end of the outer tube 23 (the lower end) of the disk portion 221, only the inner core 13 are protruded into the lifting body 32.
[0041]
The other end (lower end) of the inner core 13 passes through a guide cylinder 221g vertically extending from the disc portion 221 in communication with the through hole 221d, and a recess 421 recessed from the upper end side of the support shaft 42 as shown in the drawing. It is positioned to abut or approach the bottom.
The guide cylinder 221g is vertically provided with a minimum length in the concave portion 421 even in the unlocked state (see FIG. 9). The guide cylinder 221g is in a relationship of loosely fitting or sliding contact with the recess 421 of the support shaft 42 via a slight clearance.
[0042]
Further, between the lower end of the support shaft 42 and the bottom of the guide portion 12, a locking means 8 for locking the lower end of the support shaft 42 is formed.
[0043]
The locking means 8 is composed of a locking hole 18 formed at the bottom of the guide portion 12 and a locking recess 28 recessed near the lower end of the support shaft 42. The locking recess 28 is locked to the support shaft 42 so that the support shaft 42 cannot move up and down.
In the present embodiment, at least the lower end portion of the support shaft 42 is cut so as to be bisected in the axial direction so as to have a slight elasticity.
[0044]
The operation of the drain plug 2 configured as described above will be described in order.
The state shown in FIG. 2 is a closed state. In this closed state, the upper and lower engaging teeth 521a, 521a of the rotating ring 521 are located in the upper end region of the groove 32 '.
When the push button 31 is pushed from FIG. 2, that is, when the push button 31 is pushed from FIG. 6, the inner core 13 moves forward and pushes the support shaft 42. The inner core 13 that has lost its place because it is locked so that it cannot move up and down raises the elevating body 32. In detail, the lower engaging teeth 521a of the rotating ring 521 are guided by the grooves 32 'while compressing the spring 524, and the saw-like teeth 523a of the fixed teeth 523 are attached to the lower engaging teeth 523a. 521a comes into contact, and the elevating body 32 rises until it moves along the slope of the saw-tooth portion 523a as shown in FIG. 7A (the direction indicated by the arrow indicates the vertical movement of the elevating body 32). And the rotation direction of the rotary ring 521, and the same applies to the following (b), (c), and (d).) Then, when the pushing operation of the push button 32 is stopped, as shown in FIG. 7B, the sawtooth-shaped tooth portion 522a of the locking tooth 522 which is lowered by receiving the urging force of the spring 524 is provided on the upper side of the rotating ring 521. The engaging tooth portion 521a is locked, and the stopper 22 is opened (opened) by separating the stopper 22 upward from the drain port 101 (FIG. 9). When the plug is opened, the layout is such that at least the tip of the guide tube 221g of the inner core 13 is located in the concave portion 421 of the support shaft 42.
When the state is changed from the open state to the closed state again, the push button 31 is pushed and operated, and the lifting / lowering body 32 is once lifted against the urging force of the spring 524 and rotated to the saw-toothed portion 523 a of the fixed tooth 523. The lower engaging tooth portion 521a is brought into contact with the ring 521, and the lower engaging tooth portion 521a is moved along the slope of the serrated tooth portion 521a (FIG. 7 (c)). 31 is stopped, the upper engaging tooth portion 521a of the rotating ring 521 is guided by the inclined surface of the serrated tooth portion 522a of the locking tooth 522 which is lowered by the urging force of the spring 524. The tooth portion 521a is guided to the groove portion 32 '(FIG. 7D), and the elevating body 32 is lowered to the above-described FIG. 2 and closed (closed).
[0045]
Therefore, in the drain plug device having such a configuration, the washer members 4 and 4, the ring-shaped member 5, and the release of the seal member 6 can be released without performing a screwing operation using a special tool such as a pliers. One end side of the release wire 3 can be connected to the operation unit 1 without externally exposing the metal member to the operation unit 1 by externally fitting the wire 3 and inserting the stopper member 7.
Further, at the time of opening, since the layout is such that the distal end of the guide tube 221g of the inner core 13 is located at least in the concave portion 421 of the support shaft 42, the push button 31 is pushed from the opened state to lock. Even if an accident occurs in which the push button 31 is erroneously pushed and pressed and the stopper 22 is stepped on at the stage of release, the escape of the inner core 13 into the space inside the elevating body 32 by the guide cylinder 221g is performed. Is prevented (see FIG. 9).
[0046]
Next, a second embodiment shown in FIG. 10 will be described. In this embodiment, the upper washer member 4 is provided with a space between the outer peripheral surface of the flange 231 of the outer tube 23 and the inner surface of the concave portion 211. (Clearance) Since it is the same as the above-described first embodiment except that it has a run-out preventing tubular portion 14 formed in a bottomed tubular shape that closes S, the same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted. .
[0047]
In the above-described first embodiment, one end of the release wire 3 into which the upper and lower washer members 4 and 4 and the ring-shaped member 5 are externally inserted needs to be sequentially inserted from the open portion of the concave portion 211 and the outer tube A space (clearance) S is generated between the periphery of the flange portion 231 and the inner surface of the concave portion 211 (see FIGS. 1 and 8). If the push button 31 is erroneously pushed or pushed in a state in which the stopper lid 22 is being pressed by pressing the stopper lid 22 or the like, the inner core 13 losing the escape place escapes and bends in the space S to be bent. Buckling deformation occurs. The relief structure causing the buckling deformation is eliminated by the run-out preventing tubular portion 14 that closes the space S between the flange portion 231 of the outer tube 23 and the inner surface of the concave recess 211.
The cylindrical portion 14 is formed to have a diameter such that it can be fitted just when inserted into the concave portion 211 that connects one end of the release wire 3 to the operation portion 1.
The order in which one end of the release wire 3 is attached to the push button case 21 is the same as that in the first embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted.
[0048]
Next, a third embodiment shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 will be described. In this embodiment, instead of omitting the ring-shaped member, the washer member 4 having the cylindrical portion 14 is used. A spring receiving member 4 ′ is provided to be externally inserted into the outer tube 23 with the flange portion 231 of the outer tube 23 interposed therebetween, and compression is performed between the spring receiving member 4 ′ and the washer member 4 immediately above the annular seal member 7. It has a structure in which a bullet B is interposed.
The spring receiving member 4 'and the washer member 4 immediately above the annular seal member 6 are both flat washers.
The compression ram B is interposed between the spring receiving member 4 ′ and the annular seal member 6 on the stopper member 7.
[0049]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the outer tube 231 is in elastic contact with the concave portion 211 indirectly via the washer member 4 due to the elastic repulsion of the compression elastic machine B in a normal state. When the push button 31 is erroneously pushed in a state in which a pressing force is applied to the stopper lid 22 by, for example, stepping on the stopper state, a compressive force is generated in the inner core 13. The portion 231 is lowered so as to approach the end portions so as to compress the compression ram B via the spring receiving member 4 ′ (see FIG. 12), so that the outer tube 23 creates a relief for the inner core 13. The buckling deformation of the inner core 13 can be prevented.
[0050]
Although the present invention has described in detail a drain wire plug device of a release wire wiring type in a container, claims 1, 3, and 4 include a drain plug device of a release wire wiring type outside a container.
That is, the operation unit is usually attached to the upper edge surface of the bathtub or the upper edge surface of the ball part side in the case of a wash basin. In detail, the operation unit projects a mounting flange from a cylindrical push button case, and mounts the mounting flange in an upper edge surface or a concave portion provided on the upper edge surface in a housing state, and the push button is provided. A push button is attached to the tip of a shaft that is vertically movably inserted into the case, while a drain plug is attached to a drain port member provided at a drain port opened at the bottom of the bathtub by an operation unit (details). Then push the push button) to raise the spindle with the advance of the inner core, lift the stopper, lock and open it, release the lock with the next advance of the inner core, and lower the stopper. It has a well-known structure including a radio box with a built-in thrust lock mechanism for closing.
One end of the release wire is connected to the operation unit in the same configuration as in the first, second, and third embodiments, and the other end of the release wire is connected to the bottom of the radio box by the well-known structure. Only the inner core is connected so that the support shaft located in the radio box can be moved up and down.
By doing so, even in the case of a drain plug device of the extracorporeal release wiring type, the work of screwing the joint fittings together with retightening is not required at all, and the release to the operation unit (specifically, the push button case) is performed. This makes it possible to form a drain plug device in which the operation of assembling the wires is extremely simple, and it is possible to prevent buckling deformation of the inner core due to the same reason as described above. Further, in the case of the drainage plug device of the extracorporeal release wiring type, the annular sealing member is not required. In this case, a structure is employed in which the lower end of the ring-shaped member 5 and the lower end of the compression ram B are directly supported by the washer member 4 on the stopper member 7 or the stopper member 7.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention provides a release having a recessed portion formed in a push button case, which is brought into contact with a washer member to be inserted from the recessed portion opening portion, and then a ring-shaped member is externally fitted. One end of the wire is inserted from the open portion of the concave portion, and a stop member is inserted and locked from the insertion hole finally opened on the side of the push button case, thereby operating the release wire (details). The connection work to the push button case is completed.
Therefore, the work of screwing the joint fittings together with retightening as in the related art is not required at all, and the work of assembling the release wire to the operation unit (specifically, the push button case) can be performed very easily.
Moreover, since a metal member such as a joint fitting is not exposed from the lower end of the push button case as in the related art, for example, the exposed metal fitting such as a drain plug device of a type in which a release wire is wired in a bathtub is used. The bather is safe without injury.
[0052]
Further, in a device in which an annular sealing member is interposed between the stopper member and the ring-shaped member to close the gap between the concave portion and the outer tube, a drain wire plug type drain wire plug device in a container. Even if a part of the operation part is immersed, water does not enter the release wire through the inner core from the concave part, does not impair the slidability of the inner core, and avoids malfunction. it can.
[0053]
Furthermore, in particular, in a body release wire wiring type drain plug device, in a ring-shaped member that prevents the outer tube from coming off, if the end that comes into contact with or approaches the flange portion of the outer tube has a sharp shape, for example, Even if your hand or finger touches the release wire accidentally during use (during bathing, using a basin or sink) and a tensile force is applied, the sharp end of the release wire cuts into the flange of the outer tube and comes off. Is more effective in preventing the occurrence of the problem.
[0054]
Further, in the case where the washer member has a bottomed cylindrical shape for preventing run-out which blocks the space between the outer surface of the outer tube flange and the inner surface of the concave portion, the stopper is stepped on in a closed state or the like. Thus, even in the event of an accidental push operation of the push button in a state in which the inner core is under pressure, there is no escape place and buckling deformation of the inner core can be prevented.
[0055]
Then, in the operating section, the flange formed at one end of the outer tube of the release wire is brought into contact with a washer member applied to the bottom of the concave portion, and the outer portion of the release wire is connected to the outer tube through the flange. A spring receiving member to be inserted and a stop member communicating with the recessed portion and being inserted around the release hole from the insertion hole opened in the side portion of the push button case so as to be inserted into the recessed portion and locked in the recessed portion; In the configuration in which the compression ram is interposed over, in the event of an accident in which the push button is erroneously pushed in the state in which pressing force is applied to the stopper by, for example, stepping on the stopper in the closed state as described above. By compressing the compression ram and bringing the outer tube ends closer together, the inner core naturally creates room for escape, so the buckling of the inner core is reduced without straining the outer tube. It can be prevented, also prevented as much as possible to apply a repulsive force due to elastic deformation of the outer tube to the inner cable, is also friendly design for the inner wire.
[0056]
Further, in the drainage plug device of the release wire wiring type in the container, the push button case is attached to the base plate provided on the inner wall portion of the container, and the insertion hole is opened relative to the base plate. Even the members are hidden by the base plate and are not exposed to the inside of the container, so that the safety for the bather can be further improved.
[0057]
Furthermore, in the case of a release wire wiring type drain plug device, the push button is pushed to move the inner core forward so that the other end of the inner core abuts against the bottom of the recess formed on the support shaft, and is plugged together with the elevating member. Lift the lid to lock the thrust lock mechanism and open it, then push the next push button to advance the inner core to unlock the thrust lock mechanism and close it.For example, in a bathtub When you push the push button to release the lock when water is supplied after cleaning, slide and then press the push button with the foot while pressing the push button, or while the child is playing in the tank Even if the pushing of the push button by hand and the interaction of the human body load on the stopper are performed almost simultaneously and an accident occurs in which the pressing force acts on the inner core, the escape of the inner core to the outside is prevented by the guide cylinder. Te Imparting safety to prevent deformation.
[0058]
In addition, since the guide tube of the inner core vertically extending from the stopper or the lifting / lowering body into the lifting / lowering body is loosely fitted or slid into the concave portion formed in the support shaft, it is opened and closed. The vertical lifting body does not stick around the insertion part of the support shaft and exhibits excellent straightness, preventing accidents in which the meshing relationship of the teeth that make up the thrust lock mechanism becomes poor and idle operation occurs can do.
